I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one felt worth it. We came in at night with my family, no big expectations, just looking for a relaxed dinner. Ended up having a really good evening. The paella was solid and packed with seafood, the oysters were fresh, and I had a sunset pina colada while we were all just sitting, talking, and enjoying the night. Nothing felt rushed, the service was excellent, and it was one of those simple nights where everything just worked out fine. Hope to back soon! Ps: Manager Barbara made sure we had an amazing time she even came to the table and sang happy birthday with us ❤️

Kanoli on Ocean Drive is an absolute gem. The beautiful ocean views, swaying palm trees, and vibrant atmosphere make it the perfect Miami Beach spot. The food was amazing, and the staff made the experience even better. Barbera, our welcoming (and delightfully spicy 🌶️) host, added so much flavor and energy to our visit. Kanoli is a whole vibe. I had such a great time at an event there last night that I came back again today for lunch on Ocean Drive. Highly recommended!

I discovered this place on a 14 day vacation, and ate here 14/14 days. (Yes, seriously) the food portions are huge! The Cobb salad and chicken Caesar are amazing! I got the kalamari every time and it was perfect every time. They have strong drinks, and a buy 1 get 1 free happy hour 3-5 (I think that’s the time). Our server Diana (Princess Diana) and the manager Barbara (Barbara Streisand) are both AMAZING! Service and friendliness are a 10/10! They also have a small stage with dancers and singers. Trust me, go check it out! This place is a vibe.

In love with this restaurant! I was walking down Ocean Drive when I was greeted by Balintina asking if I’d like to come in for happy hour. Ronnie then seated us and was very welcoming! The restaurant is so beautiful and clean, even when sitting outside! Barby, the general manager even gave us free shots! I will definitely be back while on vacation!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Manager Barbara, owner, and Diana are unbelievable human beings. Barbara introduced herself and interrupted the owner while he was, leading by example, cleaning tables. After meeting Owner it definitely added to this amazing restaurant experience. All of this is to say that Diana is the best human I’ve ever met. If i lived in Miami Diana would make me return to this restaurant daily. If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, Diana is the fruit juice in your favourite cocktail. Not to say she isn’t as juiced up as the alcohol. She may not be a woman that parties hard but she does, 100%, in fact, like to have fun. Diana = GOAT.

We had breakfast this morning celebrating my brother’s birthday. The food was delicious and the Diana and Barbara were amazing together. It was a memorable experience and we Highly recommend this place and you will not regret it.

A nice Italian restaurant to chill by the beach. They have pavement seating but they also have a patio seating with comfortable chairs to have a smoke, drink and dinner. Service is good they have a good selection of wines as well. On the weekend nights, they have live band and dance to spice the atmosphere up.

We sat outside for lunch with our family. Everyone was very attentive to us. We two different sandwiches and a kids pizza. The kids pizza was big enough for two kids. All food was super fresh and delicious! Glad we stopped in for lunch!

Claudia was a great server, the drinks were on point. I have a food allergy and there was no problems in switching that out. The grilled chicken with broccoli, and mash was delicious! The Cuban sandwich was also excellent. Claudia did have us move which wasn't a problem but it was to clean the ground from other customers. Which I absolutely loved how they stayed on top of cleanliness, restrooms were also very clean, which is a plus. Would definitely recommend

We had Daiana as a server and she was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! She was so attentive and friendly. Murat and Claudia were terrific waitstaff! Polite and at the ready to attend to your needs without being overly in your space so you could enjoy your meal. The host stand ladies were pleasant and professional. The live music and talent was accomplished and engaged their audience. The restaurant was often busy for dinner, which is a testament to their service and quality of food. I walked between 13th and 1st several times and not all restaurants (even those that were very pretty) were as fortunate). Just a couple of personal preferences— I did not care for the Hookah as part of the environment, but it served certain clientele. There is no real bar area so full service is the only option.

One of the best places we've been in Miami. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were phenomenal and the vibe immaculate. We also indulged in a hookah (when we don't) and funny enough it was a great experience and a fun thing to share. We got two big drinks, two appetizers, a hookah and a main dish which we shared (the penne vodka is delish!) and with taxes + gratuity was around $170. Something to note: -18% gratuity is included in the bill. -The hookah is separate and needs to be paid as soon as the hookah is set on the table. Nothing wrong with it, but good to note :) Overall it was a very good experience, we really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it!

Really nice place for having breakfast. The food looks and tastes good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The music is nice and not so loud as it is at other places on ocean drive. There is enough space between the tables „so you do not have to share your food with other guests“

Had an excellent dinner with my compatriots. Service great. Food great. Music great. Jacinta was great. We even got to see the US Men's Olympic Hockey gold medal winners drive by...all great!

Jacinta was an amazing waitress. She was managing a large group and I couldn’t tell which is special. She was on top of everything and still manages to be personable even while it was a busy evening. I’m used to waitress so I notice when someone is good. Great night with great entertainment. I would definitely go back!

Our Server Diana was amazing. Well spoken and presentable girl. A Friendly and amazing to talk to. Experience of the restaurant was good but they charge you with 18% Service Charge after heavy taxes. So, only go if your pocket allow you for extra expenses.

Great place overall, had entertainment the night I was there. The food was good. They are only losing a star because they added bananas to a menu desert that said “Nutella and strawberry crape” and my drink came as a double shot when I did not request one and tasted just a little too sweet for a mule. But service was incredible, the food was tasty and well presented. I would come back. The Tuna Tartare was my personal favorite.

One of the better spots on Ocean Drive. A lot of the places around were small, loud, and noisy, but this one was a bit tucked in, which I liked. It felt roomy, and the tables were comfortable. The vibe had a classic, almost Tulum-like feel to it. There were singers and entertainment, but nothing too overwhelming—just the right balance. The waiters were very attentive and friendly, and the hookah and drinks were delicious. As for the food, it leaned more toward fast food. We ordered the nachos, and the cheese was the typical liquid kind you'd find at a stadium. Not the best, but the overall experience made up for it.

I have been coming to South Beach many times over the years and I always end up eating at Kanoli's. I like the entertainment and Cuban vibe. The menu is very extensive and has something for everyone. It's a mix of Italian and other flavors. Many drink options. I like to sit on the sidewalk and watch the band. Good place to come alone or with friends.

Asim was our server, superb customer service. Very attentive and the food was awesome. I had the mussels and my friend had the shrimp pasta. Cooked to perfection. And oh the cocktails. I highly recommend the coconut mojito 🥥 it's absolutely the best

The vibe here is fantastic, but if you're not a fan of smoke or hookah, this might not be the place for you. The live music and dancing really enhance the atmosphere, making it fun and lively. The food and service are solid, and I highly recommend the bruschetta and tiramisu. The calamari we had was not so great, was soggy

The food here is really delicious – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. But honestly, the service was just 🫣… not on the same level. The staff seemed a bit inattentive, and it affected the overall experience. The atmosphere is great though – cozy and pleasant. Would come back for the food, but I hope the service improves.

It was a nice experience. Our waitress was superb & went above and beyond to ensure that I satisfied. I had the risotto with shrimp. The chef was kind enough to turn it into a Parmesean Risotto instead of the creamy tomato as listed on the menu. Calamari was cooked to perfection as well. I would certainly recommend. 👌🏾

That’s crazy, absurd, and ridiculous lol I think there should be common sense and fair pricing! With $60, you can buy a pineapple, vodka or rum at a store and still have money left over The food was tasty, I didn’t like the pizza but the pasta and steak were excellent The waiter who served us paid more attention to other customers than to us. It took him forever to take our card for payment and even longer to bring it back. If you’re looking to have drinks, this is the wrong restaurant. I went to other restaurants/bars where the drinks were amazing and fairly priced This is not a restaurant I would recommend or return to

Unfortunately, the service was a big letdown the staff spoke to us as if we were asking for free food, which really affected our experience. On a positive note, the live music show was enjoyable and the location is great, just steps from the ocean. I really hope the service improves, as it left us with a negative impression overall.

But staying at the hotel right above - hotel Ocean - we had to reconsider.. the music was playing until 1-2 am depending on the day of the week. And the morning of my birthday they started drilling as they were renovating at 7.45am. We tried to find someone to discuss and nobody was there.. the workers didn’t care.. only when we left we ran into Olga and she apologized and even offered us drinks to go. She was the sweetest! Same with Mili! Other than the noise experience it was a great dinner.

It's been a long time since I've been in Miami this time I was down on Ocean boulevard right where they did the scene for bad boys for Life. We stopped this this restaurant because I just came off of a cruise ship and I definitely wanted chicken piccata again cuz what they had on the Italian cruise ship was great and I was hoping to get the articity of a full-blown chicken piccata from an Italian restaurant. Even though most of the staff if not 90% of the staff was not Italian. More latin-based than anything. But it doesn't mean you can't make an Italian dish no matter what culture you're from. But what I do know is when I ask are these actual truffle fries not fries with a artificial flavor of a truffle sprinkled on my fry that's what I ask. The service was respectable but there was definitely a breakdown in communication. And I really wasn't happy to get french fries that had a seasoning of truffle sprinkles on top of it. when I was in Italy I had actual truffles that were cut into french fries. And I don't mind paying for it because they are excellent. Anyway the chicken piccata was nice, wasn't as juicy as I had before but it was nice. There were a few things missing of the flavor but it served its purpose. And the one thing I would say that when you get a final bill they need to leave you with the itemized part of it so you can see it. Now the true question is would I return back to this spot if you want Italian food you going to have to find it somewhere else cuz you're not going to find it at this place. But it isn't a very nice location there is a lot of great things to see around and walk to once you finish to eat they do offer a hookah for your smoking pleasures before after or during. So they offer a variety but if you're looking for a great Italian place a good Italian place a okay Italian place you going to look somewhere else. But like I tell everybody that is for me because I have been to Italy several times and love it versus others that have never been and doesn't know what a true Italian meal is. But I didn't bring this up because it was really no point in doing it because I'm just visiting Miami but will I be coming back again no from the silent traveler to all of you be well be positive be blessed thank you.

The food was decent with standard portion sizes. Drinks were extremely overpriced, but still okay. Unfortunately, the service was a big letdown the staff spoke to us as if we were asking for free food, which really affected our experience. On a positive note, the live music show was enjoyable and the location is great, just steps from the ocean. I really hope the service improves, as it left us with a negative impression overall.

This restaurant has the most expensive drinks I’ve ever seen in Miami Beach! A pineapple cocktail for $60? That’s crazy, absurd, and ridiculous lol I think there should be common sense and fair pricing! With $60, you can buy a pineapple, vodka or rum at a store and still have money left over The food was tasty, I didn’t like the pizza but the pasta and steak were excellent The waiter who served us paid more attention to other customers than to us. It took him forever to take our card for payment and even longer to bring it back. If you’re looking to have drinks, this is the wrong restaurant. I went to other restaurants/bars where the drinks were amazing and fairly priced This is not a restaurant I would recommend or return to

Very enjoyable atmosphere with outdoor seating. It was somewhat chilly and they offered us blankets which was great with the wind. Food was subpar but priced as much as a 5 star restaurant. My bf got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken (an extra $11 on top of $38) which basically was something I could have made at home and the chicken looked like it came out of a can. I got a Caesar salad for $25 with NO chicken and it was much smaller than expected. I’ve had better Cesar salads at pizza places. The waitress was rude and pushy. Never asked us if we wanted anything else at the end of the meal and instead just brought us our check right away. THEN when she picked the check up she opened it to see what tip was ADDED to the already 20% service charge (which I of course didn’t add anything bc why would I for a party of 2?) she was very unsatisfied with the lack of an extra tip and made a face right in front of us. I guess $25 on a $100 check isn’t good enough. The salsa dancer was amazing tho! Love dinner with a show.

I could tell by the smell, and when I tasted it, it tasted just like stouffers. Also i noticed on receipt that we were charged $5 for gluten free pasta. My friend asked for a different type of pasta not gluten free, so not sure why we were charged. We decided to get the check and leave once we saw a flying cockroach, that was the final straw. The waitress was nice and attentive but she did do that guilt trip thing to get extra tip. When i asked if the gratuity was included she stated that she only gets a small percentage. All in all, food wasn't terrible but I definitely wont be back. Everything was overpriced considering what I received. The bill was $128 inclusive of 18% gratuity & the extra 7% tip I gave.

The restaurant is in a touristic hot spot, making it an easy choice while visiting. But the food is ridiculously overpriced when matched against the quality. We had the cheviche, pasta alfredo and the carbonara. All sauce was coming from a tube and nothing was fresh. This is absolutely ridiculous when paying top dollar for a plate

The service was fine, however the the food was not good. The presentation looked tired. The fruits looked like they were cut last night. The missions in my omelete were not rehydrated properly and the plate was soaking so much in oil that I had to pour it off onto another plate. The granola was mainly oats servered with Chobani yogurt in the plastic container. The coffee was very good though.

However, the billing practices I experienced here on New Year’s Eve require a factual public record for other diners. Chronology of events: Menu Pricing: Upon being seated at 6:30 PM, the physical menus provided at the table listed higher prices than the menu displayed on the street. No verbal disclosure was made regarding a holiday price increase. Double Service Charge: The final bill included two separate service charges: a 20% charge (disclosed on the menu) and an additional 18% charge. I had to consult both the server and the shift manager to have the second 18% charge removed. I observed other patrons at the register attempting to resolve similar billing issues. Unauthorized Post-Transaction Charge: My signed receipt included the 20% service charge with no additional tip added. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement several days later, the final amount charged was $20 higher than the total I authorized on the signed merchant copy. Conclusion: While the food and music were satisfactory, the administrative and billing process was inconsistent. I strongly advise future guests to: Photograph the street menu before sitting. Carefully audit the bill for double-taxation or double-service charges. Retain your signed customer copy of the receipt to compare against your bank statement.

Got lured in with live show and friendly host on a Monday night. It's an international cuisine, so they offer food from various countries. Unfortunately, food was awful. Had the calami and wings as appetizers, followed by steaks. Flavorless tomatoes sauce for calamari, Buffalo sauce for wings was extremly watered down and served in a single 2 oz cup that really had 1 Oz of Buffalo sauce for 8 wings (enough for 1 wing). That way you ask for more and they charge your for more, same for ranch. Soda had no syrup and was flat. Server was very friendly when he happened to come around, which was not very often. Place was not busy at all for Monday night but food took a very long time to come out. We were considering canceling our order at that point. Steak was flavorless and warm as if it may have been sitting for a bit. This was the only place we regretted having dinner while vacationing in south beach. Around $150 bill for a party of 2. A waste of money. We definitely don't recommend and would not return.

I’d rate a zero if I could. The waiter was rude and snappy and we left after waiting 2 hours for food that never arrived before going elsewhere. The salad appetizer I did get was warm and soggy with a dressing that I couldn’t identify bc it tasted old. Would never return here. I’m not sure how they’ve gotten a 4.7 rating on Google based on the experience.

Horrible! Service was awful. Food wasn't much better. Don't let the nice atmosphere fool you! We had the worst experience that got even more horrible as the manager got involved. I leave a lot of reviews and this will be the longest and the poorest I've ever written. What's worse is that like most places in the area they have an included 20% service charge. We should have known better from the overly aggressive hostess. But that's where the attention to you ends. Despite it not being crowed at the time it took a while for the worlds-worst-server to greet us and get our drink orders (BTW, the cool looking pineapple drink is $60 bucks). After getting drinks and saying we needed a minute she disappeared. Spotted her sitting at a table on the other side and flagged her down. None of the other staffed seemed to care AND, it turns out the manager was sitting next to us having lunch. Then it got way worse. After waiting about 30+ minutes for our food, the hunt for our server continued. Finally we asked another server where our food was and I watched as they did pretty much nothing. I finally got up and expressed concern to the staff members dancing around at the hostess station. I asked them to send the manager over. The manager never came but the server finally did and she acted surprised that our food hadn't arrived -- she never checked in. She said she would find out what happened only to come back a few minutes later and say, "are you sure your food never came out?". Needless to say we got pretty upset. She said she would get our food. AGAIN, we asked for the manager -- no manager came to our table. Then, before any food ever arrived, she came back to tell us someone in the kitchen made a mistake and the manager was offering us free dessert or coffee. We insisted they get the food out because we needed to get to the airport. We didn't want dessert or coffee and I also suggested that they should consider a better discount given the fact they messed up so badly. BTW, I we ordered a salad and a sandwich in addition to some drinks. Simple. Shouldn't take long at all. Salad finally arrived, but no sandwich. Waited even longer and it finally arrived. I then asked her for the check and guess what... it was wrong (added items) and only took off 10% of the normal 20% service charge. I got up and went to hunt down the manager. When I found her she tried to talk down to me and blame the kitchen again. No apology. I asked her to fix the check and consider giving us an additional discount for the horrible service. When she brought it back to the table (first visit) she acted like the horrible service was no big deal and smiled and laughed. Quality restaurants and good managers, apologize and often cut the bill in half when they screw up this badly. One time many years ago I had a restaurant zero out the bill when they only screwed up half as bad as this place. This is NOT a quality restaurant or an even mildly talented manager or staff. They stuck by only discounting the check with 10% off the 20% service charge. BUYER BEWARE!
