Amazing experience at this great restaurant. We got to try the best latin fusion dishes, like the guava short ribs, arepas made out of yuca with guacamole, crudo salmon with leche de tigre sauce and pork milanesa. The wine was outstanding. The best costumer service ever! We will definitely come back! We came only to see the nutcracker ballet and we didn’t want to drive back. It was so romantic and perfect. Thank you so much!
Wonderful atmosphere and service. All dishes are very well done and presented. Food is super fresh. Avocado hummus and spicy tacos are a must. Beer selection is very nice.
I had breakfast and happy hour at Cvltvra ("Cultura") and thought the service was friendly and fast. The ambiance is relaxed, with a chic and fun decor which I really enjoyed. The happy hour was good and it's the best place in this immediate area for food and drink if your staying on Biscayne near the museum.
Great food and drinks. Charles at the bar was an excellent mixologist and the next day I returned and Kristen also went above and beyond with excellent recommendations and customer service!
Great experience! The service was fast and friendly. They have two breakfast buffet options and the variety is good!
All staff and food were amazing!! Special thanks to Jose and Alberto for making us special coffee each time.

Magnific🥂
Amazing service and food
Excellent
Nice place
Excellent food and service. Extremely interesting and delicious dishes. There arevegetarian and vegan options either on the menu or by request, as well.

Great place to eat and have a drink! If you are ever in town and want a drink go to the bar and ask for the special!
Great chat with Mario while sitting at the bar. Enjoyed a Scotch and the avocado hummus.
Truly appreciated the diverse menu and environment. Walking distance from the AAA arena which I loved.
Actually very good food and service for a hotel restaurant. Little pricey though
Excellent food and service. Cant beat the location and ambience
Awesome place. Awesome service, vibe, food, all awesome!
Good food , fast and clean ! Recomendad
Dinning at Cvltvra is quite the experience. The restaurant has an unmatched ambiance and the food is delicious! The chef (Sebastian) is an extremely passionate individual and you can see it translate into the delicious food he offers at Cvltvra. It is a must try!!
This restaurant is certainly classy and posh. I had actually went to a watch party here for the presidential debate to get my kicks and giggles and the winners were the menu, drinks, and atmosphere. I recommend this spot if you’re out on Biscayne Boulevard downtown and you want to dine at a fine establishment.
So excited to have tried this place! Staff was great and friendly! I tried many things on the menu since too many looked interesting. Patacones, chicharrones, diced tuna, guava ribs and for desert the flan 🍮 de coco 🥥. To drink I had their version of a Bloody Mary. Definitely my go to place now❤️❤️❤️
Not sure what the bad reviews are. It's exactly what it looks like, a nice restaurant in a high end area. Seemed great for dates. We went after a play a few streets over and had an amazing conversation over some food. Service was very nice, our waitress was pleasant and helpful. Food came out reasonably quickly as these things go. Avocado hummus and short ribs were flat delicious, will be returning for both. Guava baby back ribs and rice pudding dessert were meh and wouldn't reorder though they were fine not bad. Overall pleasant place and experience.
Awesome Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Service! Lots of craft cocktails and great Latin beer selection. Probably one of the best burgers in Miami in my opinion. The Tuna Tartare is spectacular the Octopus is phenomenal and the Pork Milanese is my favorite! This is a must try in Miami and a place that you will want to go back to over and over again. Javier is a great server & Jorge is a great bartender

Excellent food with superb wait staff. Everyone from the hostess to the server was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Seafood Carbonara and Braised Short Rib Tacos. All were excellent. Don't forget the mojito!

Great ambiance and food!
Nice hide out
Es un restaurante bonito, con personal amable. Si diría que le falta mas variedad de cervezas y traer otras de mejor calidad.
Food was good. Service was poor for the price of the restaurant. Front of the house has no clue and does a poor job.
Nice and sophisticated restaurant located next to the lobby of the hotel Gabriel.
Top notch. Not even pricey either. Great service.
Nice facility friendly staff. Good food
Good food good service. Will return.
Good service! Waitstaff was very accommodating went we want to switch tables! Had no problem making the reservation and even changed the time last minute! It was calm for a Friday night but I enjoyed it! Happy Hour had SUPER tasty apps but the drinks didn’t impress me(tried both wines and cocktails). The drinks at regular price seemed much better. The food was delicious! They food has a lot of sweet and salty elements (chicharrón with sweet sauce, ribs with a sweet glaze, Beef empanas with a little sugar coating). My partner and I loved it! The portions are on the smaller side but the prices aren’t mad for a typical Miami restaurant with that vibe. Right in front of the Museum area. Near the American Airlines Arena and Bayside! Valet parking is $12 if you stay only at the restaurant, if you want to walk around (we went to bayside) it is $20 for 2-24hrs! Would come again! Good Happy hours times are also perfect to go before a concert or game!
Excellent menu and atmosphere and service. Great choice of meat dishes. Vegetarian menu is also excellent but limited. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable of menu. Awesome upbeat music and decor. Strongly recommended if you're visiting Frost science across the stree.

A strange Soviet experience where the bar is out of JD and bottles of flat water. Food is ok but overspiced and seems prepared. Service is neither good nor particularly nice.
If you are French, do not order the fries. You will be anxious of losing the name of French fries to Cultura fries, as these are the best served warm with salt and crumbly cheese. Near American Airlines Arena you can have dinner before or after the game or performance. There is no street parking close by so expect to valet park. The entrance is impressive with a red flower display. The open kitchen to view and the centralized bar invite you to drinks and meals. The fish dishes run from $16-$36 while your needs are from $12-$39. The grill shrimp better than their risotto is an appetizer. The lobster ravioli and the Churasco were good. The caramel roullade is an excellent choice for dessert. The service was friendly, but the table was not wiped down between servings and it wasn’t a busy night. Yes I know, I caused the crumbs, but other places pick up after my mess
Has potential but somewhat disappointing. Restaurant was not crowded at all yet our dishes (supposedly served tapas style) took nearly 30 minutes to come out. The table next to us meanwhile sat down 15 minutes after us and received their first dishes five minutes before we did. The octopus was delicious but the salmon was overcooked and bland; everyone I know cooks tastier salmon than this one and at $25 for about 6-8 ounces I found this simply unacceptable. Steak tacos were okay but lacking in flavor. Heirloom tomato salad did not have heirloom tomatoes, just basic cherry tomatoes. The waitress was nice but lacked follow up. The ambience however is very impressive. I would love to see this place succeed and believe with some small changes it could be possible.

I love this place, the food is amazing. A must try. Everything is unique, and taste delicious. Edit: I just went for San Valentin 2020. The restaurant was not even busy and the service was horrible. The server was super slow. Our food took more than one hour to arrive. What is even worse, I order a refill on my water to 3 different people and nobody was able to bring me some water. I will be honest, the food is amazing, is a shame the service was so bad. I personally will not go again to this place. I don’t want to pay “fancy dinning” food prices and get MCDonalds customer care.

Underwhelming portions, no flavor, nice but slow service - disappoonting.
I mean atmosphere is good since its the old stk. And now there is outdoor seating. But the burger was too dry. The short rib had no fat and was over cooked. The shrimp tacos were surprisingly pretty decent. The shrimp was very succulent and big. The blue corn tortilla was light so couldnt taste it. Yet, their star dishes really fell short. And I wouldn't return because the food isnt good but their prices are high. The food didnt even present itself well so much so that I forgot to take pictures of rhe restaurant. Do yourself a favor. Skip this restaurant on ur myst try list.

Avoid. Restaurant lost our reservation for a party of 6 and turned our group away on valentine's day. Manager refused to apologize. There are several better bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Was ignored for about 3/4 of our dining experience. Unique, but if you're actually hungry eat before you get there. The servings are tiny.
We came in family 10 people , 4 children, the food came after one hour, they forgot to bring children's food, very bad.
this place has the absolutely worst reservations system ever. I booked online and got a reply that it would be confirmed shortly. after 5 days i realized that i had not heard back so i called and the woman who answered confirmed it. then i called again 30 minutes before the time to let them know i was running 15 minutes late and they said they did not have my reservation. No big deal, just Valentines day before the Boccelli concert. The rudest staff ever on the phone so be sure to avoid Andrew who claims to be the manager and offered no help whatsoever. I dine out 3-4 times per week and am no rookie at the reservation system so this place just completely sucks. Do not count on them for anything ever. i should have just gone to Il Gabbiano instead. That place is always great.
Just brought my fiancé there for dinner. Sure, we expect great service for it being Valentine's Day - you have a special menu for the day, etc. We saw our waiter maybe 2 times prior to desert. We weren’t served bread as it stated on the Valentines menu. It was only after our appetizers that we had to ask about it to a busser. He eventually brought it. My Tiger Shrimp was an in-between cold and warm. Makes me think it was supposed to be warm. Didn’t taste right. We had Filets served with no steak knives and had to wait while we looked at our food on the plate to find the waiter (or anyone). We waited at least 20 min after dinner for dessert. No waiter or anyone checking on us. Plates sitting on the table empty. I mean for the $180 bill we could’ve gone to a 5 star restaurant like Il Gabbiano and had amazing service and amazing food. Not to be told as our waiter walked by with dessert “This isn’t for you.” (he was bringing it to someone else as we waited for ours). Just bad service and over priced and unfortunately Im writing this Friday night on Valentines Day at 10:30pm because we were both underwhelmed. Do not market yourselves how you do if you do not have the service to back it up. Disappointed. Rich
I went there twice, the first time the food was tasty and the service was ok. Decided to try the restaurant a second time, this time was terrible at best, waited close to an hour for food, had to get up several times to serve myself water, ordered a tea that never came, once the food came I wasn't hungry anymore. Suggest you bring your own water and food to have a pleasant time.
Absolutely overpriced, and no food quality at all. I ordered a salmon, the salmon was 25 with some sides that I don't like, so I asked to the waitress to have a mixed green or a little avocado on the side. She came with my salmon and a microscopic mixed green in a bowl super little, like the one where you can put the sugar for a coffee. At the end they charged me 25 plus 13 for the mini cup without tell me nothing before. My friends too, had not a great dinner and overpriced. Burrata was terrible. At the end, to eat nothing we spend a lot. Every five minutes someone asked us if we was ready to order something or pay. I'll never come back for sure.
