I hate to give away this secret unknown gem I really really do!!!! Scrupulously clean with no offensive off-fishie smells associated with fish on display and cooking. Extreamly relaxed resturant.seafood you choose cooked to order or bought raw to take away. I reluctantly ordered the crab cakes because they were a great price even if turned out to be mostly breading but they THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! I actually went back the next day and bought MORE to tell you how good they were. I had the lobster po'boy and devoured it before I thought to snap a photo. Nothing was greasy despite being fried and I can see myself returning here WEEKLY if only to grab crab cakes.
Excellent food and service! We are traveling from out of town and will definitely be back to here every time we come to southern Florida. I got the whole red snapper with rice and black beans and my wife got the coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries. Both excellent dishes. Thank you for the great fresh food, service, and value!
This place has excellent fresh seafood. The smell is super clean and the staff are helpful. All the prices are reasonable and they will cook the fish however you like. I highly recommend the hogfish Oscar and the calamari.
Simply amazing!!! The food is always fresh and delicious!! Also thank you team for being open on thanksgiving day and provide us the best meal ever! Highly recomend!
Wow! This is one of the best places to get fresh seafood in Miami!!! I had an entire lobster, side salad and sweet potato fries! Everything was so delicious and our waitress was so sweet! The place is small but great friendly service and most importantly high quality fresh seafood!!!
FreshCo Fish Market & Grill is a seafood lover’s paradise! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The freshness of the seafood is unmatched—you can truly taste the quality in every bite. Our food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and served with fresh sides. The service was top-notch as well, with friendly staff who made great recommendations and ensured a wonderful dining experience. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful seafood in a relaxed setting, FreshCo Fish Market & Grill is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’m ruined for other seafood restaurants, FreshCo is hands down the best seafood i’ve ever had. First time and i can’t wait to try other dishes. Service is excellent and authentically friendly, you can tell staff enjoy working there. Jennifer gave us awesome recommendations, saying “they’re filleting the grouper now” (pointing behind her), and the grouper sandwich was the best i ever tried. Best ceviche i’ve tried also, had tuna ceviche and it was so fresh and delicious. The fish tacos also best i’ve had. The freshness of the seafood is key, but the house sauces, salsa, and ingredients added to each dish took everything to another level. How do i give more than 5 stars?
Food was fresh, well prepared and delicious. Very small restaurant but you can tell it had repeated customers which is a sign of consistent good food. Can’t wait to come back!!!
Freshco did not disappoint. The blackened mahi sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right, and the fries were straight-up addicting. If you’re thinking about trying it, do it — it’s worth it.
Had an amazing time here! Food was so delicious, we had salmon, grouper sandwich and the catch of the day. The place was packed but they were quick. We got our food and were able to enjoy everything. The customer service was great, the lady who attended us was very sweet and friendly. There was another that handled us the food and she served us with a smile. I’ve always passed by this place and I’m glad we were able to finally go in. Definitely coming back for this place!
We had the most unforgettable experience here after a beautiful morning of sky and boat tours in Miami! My girlfriend insisted we try this highly recommended spot—and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and chill—like being in someone’s down-home kitchen. You’d never guess this gem is tucked inside a strip mall! We hand-selected a whole fresh red snapper, which they prepared exactly how we wanted (we went with fried, but grilled is also an option!). Everything was sparkling clean, and you could tell they care deeply about preparation and presentation. I had the tuna taki—perfectly seared tuna with a light, house-made teriyaki-style glaze that was chef’s kiss. Their in-house lemon vinaigrette is so unique and zesty, and their signature house sauce pairs beautifully with everything from fish to fries. We also enjoyed the crab cakes, shrimp enchiladas, and couldn’t resist finishing with the tres leches cake—light, fluffy, and full of flavor. The service was warm, the staff went above and beyond, and the crowd was just right—enough to know you’re in the right place, but not packed or overwhelming. Don’t miss this place! It’s truly one of Florida’s best seafood experiences. We’ll definitely be back.
Loved the way they cooked, easy to find in Google Tried for the first time in Miami visit. Affordable compare to freshness of the fish. Recommended at least try once in your life if you are in Miami.
Great customer service. We felt so welcomed and the food was delicious. Fresh, affordable and healthy too. Honestly my favorite vacation meal so far.
Exellent food and delicious. Service super fast
We were planning a trip to Miami and prior to our travels we started researching places to eat fresh fish. We read great reviews on FreshCo Fish Market & Grill. On Saturday April 11, 2025 we stopped and enjoyed dinner. Both my wife and I had the Crab Bisque soup that was so good and the large fried Snapper and I have the say the food was excellent and it disappoint. I higher recommend going there if you great food and fresh fish. The seating matched at the atmosphere. It will be our go to place every time we are in Florida.
It was my first time here and found it by accident. I observed a small but brightly colored display of seafood that was screaming freshness so I went deeper to the kitchen and met Darlis at the registry. She was so sweet and welcoming to tell me what comes out faster. I was in a time crunch before a meeting and wow!! Best shrimp basket I have ever had in years!! Freshly made like I do at home but tasted super better because I did not have to cook!!
Best seafood I've ever had! Five stars isn't enough.
Super impressed with this place. We got the special which was Xxl snapper and fries- it was for 2 people but could definitely feed 4. We chatted with the owner and he took the time to show us the difference between hogfish and snapper fish. The display of the fish was awesome too!
This is as good as it gets. The selection of fresh fish was amazing and it was very hard to decide what to have. There was a great selection of daily specials along with an amazing menu. The fish is all there for you to see, choose if you would like it grilled, blackened or fried. I got a fried hog fish which had a delicious meaty texture to it. The fry was very light and did not retain any grease. I also had fried plantains as my side where were excellent and a great accompaniment to the fish. I want to come back with someone and share a fried whole snapper and many of the other items on their menu. They use all of there space wisely here, but I am sure it could be crowded. Everyone was really good about eating and heading out to open up the tables. Update - October 2022 This has become one of my must stop locations when I come to Florida to work. It is right off the highway so it is easy to get to and has the best food and atmosphere. There is nothing like going into a fish market, seeing all the great fish and then having is freshly prepared for you in so many delicious ways. This time I got the Fried Grouper Poor Boy sandwich. First I would share that they have the best bread to serve as the foundation for this sandwich. It is soft and so delicious, it just supports the fish so well. The chunks of fish are a great size and it is topped with lettuce, lots of pickled onions, and some tomato. I added a little tartar sauce to my sandwich by choice and enjoyed the phone sandwich. The menu here is pretty comprehensive with different types of fish and many different styles of preparation. The staff is friendly and efficient. They demonstrate teamwork to keep the food rolling out with all the freshness possible. I will continue to come here each time I am in the area, and continue to work through the menu.
A good friend of mine recommended this place and what a gem I was missing . 20 min drive from Doral. We got snappers, wild caught gulf shrimps and their signature crab cakes made with blue crab, I can’t tell you which one was better than the other. All 3 dishes came out delicious. My family know seafood, and they were amazed with the freshness and quality of the meals. Then the other half, the people. They treated us as we were regulars, great recommendations on what to get, how to cook it and even shared some of their secret ‘amor’ sauce which we use to blackened the fish…so good!!! in one word… AMAZING place for your seafood needs
So I was so overwhelmed by the staff in here and the culture of the place made me want to make this a one stop place to get seafood. There’s another location opening and when I spoke to Mya and heard about Mario, Natalie was extremely helpful and I look forward to when back in the area or building my business getting fish from here as it’s one of the healthiest things to get and my dad grew up always getting fish when I used to work at my supermarket, but this is way better than that experience.
There is no place like FreshCo, even all the way down to the keys. I first went when I saw someone come to work with a FreshCo box with a whole fried Lobster and I had to give it a try. I've been hooked ever since. I've been going to them for years and had pretty much their entire menu. You can close your eyes and point at anything on the menu and you'll love it. The staff is great, the food is always "Fresh". Give it a try.
Had the most amazing snapper blt sandwich, the bread was great, the fish nice and fresh ,seasoned and breaded to perfection, the fries were nice and crispy, truly a symphony of fresh flavors. The staff is SUPER SWEET and professional, portions are generous, i will be back
Ordered stone crab, conch fritters, calamari, coconut shrimp and soup of tue day (cream of crab bisque). Seafood on display. Quick service.
We were impressed by the quality and quantity of food. We ordered the Oscar snapper and it was enough for two. Everything on the plate was delicious. Fries were flavorful and crispy. The salad was a vibrant mix of fresh greens, crisp cucumbers, juicy cherry tomatoes and a light tangy vinaigrette. The fish was perfectly cooked, flaky and moist. We wanted to come back the following day however our journey took us far away from its vicinity. It looked so good and we dug in as soon as it was placed on the table … we forget to take a photo for you 🤗
Couldn't get great pictures because well... We were really hungry for some good fresh fish. This meal hit the spot. Conch fritters are up there with some of the best in Miami. Fried hogfish was noticeably fresh. The tuna sandwich was unique with a Miami twist and it was great too. All in all, happy to see a spot for fresh fish in SW Kendall.
For $20 you get half an octopus instead of simply one tentacle! And it's sitting on a bed of calamari, shrimp in a few mussels! Crab cakes were absolutely delicious! The tuna sandwich was so thick and beautifully red you think you were eating watermelon! It's a beautiful restaurant run by a loving family. the only downside is that it's mall with limited seating, it's not good for groups, and the open kitchen floor plan means you are going to smell like food when you leave there. Don't let that stop you, it's worth it!
Came here with some friends who had always wanted to try it. Apart from the vibrant display of fresh grouper, snapper, mussells, etc that you can bring home to cook - their menu had a variety of ceviches, sandwiches, and fritters. Their specials are where it's at though. Hands down, their paella was such a comfy, aromatic, and flavorful dish that really married the spice and seafood notes needed in a good paella. While probably not your mom's paella, it was a tough contender. Their grilled octopus was a delightful dish as well although the octopus could have used more char. Still, what a gem in Kendall.
The food was delicious!!! Highly recommended! Great costumer service as well
Amazing stone crab here, everything tasted so fresh and is made in house! Will definitely be coming back here
Fantastic seafood and great service. Grilled Mahi and crab cakes served with love ! Can't wait to come back next year.
FreshCo Fish Market & Grill is Five-Star Fabulous. Are you sick and tired of the Red Lobster TV commercials where they photograph everything UP CLOSE so you THINK you are going to get a good portion? Tired of paying a LOT for a LITTLE? Maybe you are fed up with ordering seafood at lesser establishments and not getting that fresh-caught feel? Your search for Fresh, Fabulous, Fish is over, and their Food is Fenomenal (see what I did there?!). Forget 5-Stars, I give them 10. Here's why: If you like venturing out to eat now that COVID is under control, then go to their authentic and quaint locations, where you can see everything laid out fresh before, and more options on the menu than you could shake a minnow at. You name it, they have it, and no one is doing it better. This day my wife and I celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary by ordering delivery. This is notable because we are creatures of habit and rarely change who we order from, but I had seen the inside of this location when accidentally discovered, and was intrigued. Further complicating things, my wife is a phenomenal cook, and known to turn her nose up at inferior fare. We had the fried Cracklin' Calamari appetizer, crispy and generously portioned and lots of their cilantro dipping sauce. The portion was so generous we both ate well, and had plenty left over. But in your house, why wait? My wife is a picky eater, so I quaked in fear when she ordered FreshCo's Famous Crab Cakes and yuca fries. She's been known to turn food away just by the look or the smell, but she was strangely quiet as she dug into the generous and perfectly prepared cakes. If my wife is quiet about her food, 'Happy Wife Happy Life'. She was thrilled, and the portion was so hefty she could only manage eating one of the two cakes, and now has another for tomorrow. I chose the Shrimp Tostones Overload, a dangerous choice in a Puerto Rican household where the Missus thinks no one makes tostones like her. As soon as these shrimp and cheese topped bad boys arrived, she was inspecting them, and when I gave her a taste, she had nothing to say but, "Mmmmmmmmm....'. I subsequently had to pry her fork from her hand and take my tostones and hide in the house to eat them. The tostones are perfectly fried, and topped with a mountain of fresh shrimp and onions, green and red peppers and their island spices. No using the magnifying glass on your smart-phone to locate the shrimp in this dish! Again, the portion was so generous I had to save half for my midnight kitchen raid. But what a way to go! So, if you are sick and tired of throwing your money away at commercially frozen mass-produced unimaginative seafood dishes at bigger restaurants who don't care if you ever come back, you need to give FreshCo Fish Market & Grill a try...and THEN tell a friend. You'll be glad you did.
This place is AMAZING!! Such fresh fish and the portions are amazing for the price. 10/10 recommend, this was my third time here and I always bring others to share the good food! Owner is super nice too.
Yet another hidden gem in Kendall! This is a must go to for any one who enjoys good, fresh seafood. The place is a family run business, where you'll meet and see the entire family greeting and serving the customers. It's a really nice, clean, and trendy place, with subway tiled walls, stainless steel counters and fish artwork on the walls. The food is great, had the conch fritters (really good), an octopus/shrimp/mussels medley on toast entree, with a crab cake on the side (which was amazing, and should be on the permanent menu) and a butterflied snapper with a crab cake on top and a house sauce which was also fantastic. Unfortunately they were sold out of their desserts at the time of my visit, I was told by a friend that they're key lime is amazing, which explains why they were sold out by mid day on a Saturday. I will definitely be returning to experience their home made desserts. Also keep in mind the location is small and if you dine close to the cooking area you might leave smelling like fried food, so either take the food to go or just allow yourself to get "engulfed in the experience"
Fresh and flavorful and BEAUTIFUL! This is the only place you need to eat in Miami, far from the crowd and traffic. The moment you walk in, there is fresh seafood behind the display, and calm confidence in the air that you are in the best spot for ceviche and lobster. Service is fantastic, and the staff gave great recommendations based on our preferences. Dishes we tried were the conch fritters, grilled calamari, white fish ceviche, and lobster terminator. Cannot recommend this place enough!
We absolutely love FreshCo! Every time we go, we are greeted warmly by the staff and we are served promptly. The restaurant is always clean and there is always an excellent selection of fresh seafood ready to be prepared for us. Try the Key Lime Fish Wings, and the Caribbean shrimp sauce is a must on any fish (it is out of this world), and don’t even get me started on the ceviches!!!!! Even with the recent influx of customers, FreshCo has managed to give us the same top notch service and food. We will definitely be going back again and again!
I have been coming to FreshCo for years and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and bursting with flavors . My all time favorites are jukantoo paella , island grilled salmon and blackened tuna steak .theres so many options I can literally come for lunch daily and not get bored . The staff is always super nice and attentive making the experience great each and every time !
My wife and I had a wonderful lunch today at FreshCo in Kendall. The food was absolutely amazing as the fish (Grouper) was cooked to perfection. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and professional and they made the dining experience quite wonderful and at very reasonable price! I highly recommend this restaurant and I’m looking forward to my next visit!!
By far the best fresh fish market and seafood around this area! Everything is delicious and incredibly fresh! I always order the FreshCo Ceviche! Thr picture is of the Shrimp Boel. Lobster here is off the chain! Darlis and the rest of the staff and are super friendly! Must try this place if you haven't!
Me and my wife had 2 fried snapper dinners yesterday with black beans and rice, and a fried shrimp dinner , food was Amazing good sesonning and fresh ,the Best around , I will be back , THANKS 👍👍👍👍👍
Been here a couple of times already, and I love it! The place is spotless and cozy. The staff are amazing and do a great job of making you feel at home. I just love to sit down and hang out for lunch at the place. To say the food is delicious is a grave understatement. The fish and seafood is fresh out of the case, a few feet from the tables. The freshness comes thru at the taste! Sides are scrumptious as well as portioned generously. The fried whole snapper is my family’s favorite. Hard to beat fresh fish fried to a crisp and picked over some rice and maduros. My wife also loves the grilled octopus junkanoo. That sauce is just so fresh and bright and complements the octopus so well! We also love the po boys, and would recommend that you try them. Sides to look out for are the fries, both regular and sweet potato! Don’t skip on the fry sauce as well
We stumbled across this family owned gem when in Miami over week before Halloween. We are from Dallas. And just saying this place is great doesnt begin to do it justice. It was the personal touch the whole family checked on us through our meal. The food is spectacular, we didnt eat anything we didnt love. Thank you Mario, Maya, and Mia!
Service was impeccable, it is a rather compact location with the seafood in exposition right in front of the tables. Not a hint of odor but what was coming from the grill. Natalie made sure we had all our needs and wants. We salmon and corvina, flavors were perfectly balanced. Will definitely be coming back!
Food was great and very fresh. We had the fried hogfish & snapper, octopus, lobster terminator, and a fillet of snapper. Everyone thought their plate was superb. Most seating is for two or four persons. They do have one large table in the front that can accommodate eight. Very laid back atmosphere.
Oh my! I find myself coming back every chance I get, and bringing friends and family when they’re in town. You could close your eyes, point to anything on the menu, and be confident it will be fresh, beautifully prepared, and served promptly. I've probably had their boneless snapper dish 100 times by now, and the first time my mom tried their Octopus Junkanoo she declared this was her favorite seafood restaurant, full stop! Those stars you see? They’ve earned them. I came back to edit my review because I’m a regular here, and an unfair review left by someone with questionable intentions truly irked me. While I’m bilingual, I’ve brought plenty of family and friends who don't speak a lick of Spanish, and it has never once been an issue. To suggest otherwise feels disingenuous and says far more about the reviewer than about this exceptional place.
Big fan of this place. The seafood is as fresh as it comes. The crab cakes are wonderful. The daily soups bring it. Small place and friendly service.
What a great lil spot! I saw an amazing article in the Miami Herald about this place being the best seafood restaurant in Miami. I was intrigued and decided to go same day. Very cool lil spot in kendal. The food was awesome and the service was impeccable. This will be on my favs list for sure. The owner makes it feel special. He adds his special touch to the dining experience and makes you want to support him and keep coming back. I’m sold. you got me! The lemmon Pepper fish fingers were amazing. The Calypso grouper was awesome. The Oscar style grouper was delicious and the seafood mix was great. had to take food home.. Even the togo boxes were well thought out and great quality. no spills.. OHHHH and the key lime pie was perfect. I can’t wait to go back and try the poe boys. The lobster sandwich and the grilled octopus. I will be back sooner than later.
Ok ,I've been here a few times, and I always say I'd post a review, but the food is so good that I always eat it before taking pictures. Today, I've promised Jennifer (server)that I would definitely post my review today . I just want to say that the Food,Atmosphere, service, cleanliness, is just the best .I usually have the fried grilled octopus which is very good .I've decided to try the paella Junkanoo and is the best I've had. Thank you guys see you soon.💯💯
Nataly y Darlis were amazing! Our first time here, and we were extremely impressed. They both greeted us immediately and took our order right away. We have been to many restaurants in the Florida Keys, and this one in Kendall feels just like being in the keys but without a view. Both the Corvina and the mahi mahi were fresh and excellent! Highly recommend this spot. Darlis is very sociable and attentive.
I went to this place January 4th, 2025 and I must say it did not disappoint. 2nd time here. The seafood is FRESH. The food is Delicious. There are Lots of different options, but my friend and I both ordered the Whole fried fish. It comes with 2 sides. I got the salad and fried green plantains, and he got white rice with black beans sauce. They were out of the conch fitters which was a hit the first time we went, so we got the fried calamari appetizer. Would definitely recommend if you are in the mood for seafood.
Well, let me say that on the Southwest side of Miami, in my opinion, this is the best fish market there is. Darlis took care of my son and I. We went to buy fish and octopus for a Greek inspired recipe that we wanted to make for dinner on our Weber kettle. The quality was excellent 👍. I want to thank Darlis and the staff that took care of our order, for cleaning the fish and wrapping it up nicely for the way home. It was an awesome grilling night. If you happen to be on this side of town and want the best fish and seafood, this is the spot. Hope your experience is as great as mine👌👌👌 Thank you Darlis!!!
So good in every details, very reasonable price, great flavour! Highly recommend a stop by before heading to the keys. It just gets pricier and pricier off shore. The service is very satisfied! They also have a fish market, so crab some fish and BBQ them on the grills on the keys would be another great option!
If you want fresh go here worth the drive kind of out-of-the-way but it’s a real fish market with a restaurant in the back I got there at about 12 noon nobody was there with in about five minutes the place filled up you can order fish by the pound lobster stone crabs this place is amazing and when you’re driving fresh it is fresh wow the sandwich was cooked to perfectionI had the dolphins and watch it came with french fries and was amazing whenever I’m in the area I will be back to this place. I did make it back for the second time this place is it was just as good as the first time this time I had a tuna ceviche that was incredible I will be back again for the third time
Want Great seafood to cook yourself or dine in, this is the place! Mario the owner is so accommodating, if you don’t see it ask! Daily specials will keep you coming back. He supplied the fish for our family fish fry. So whatever you need FreshCo Fish Market & Grill is your one stop!
BEST BEST BEST fish restaurant in Miami!!! Amazing food, friendly staff and nice environment!!!! For crab lovers like me, I suggest trying the “THE BIG BLUE” CRAB CAKE and the FRESHCO OSCAR. Another thing to highlight is the french fries. I dont know what is the magic that they do, but it’s the best fries I ever had, crunchy outside and soft inside. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
This place has very good food. I had issues with the service once but I did go back since then and they have improved it. The tuna tostones are great but do get a bit drowned in sauce and it takes a bit away from the flavor. I tried asking for it with less sauce. The vaca frita was very good. Often the dish can be dry but this place makes it nice and moist. Overall, this place has great food and I would go back.
Always on point, fish is very fresh like it's name. We had the fresh snapper and a ceviche. I thought the ceviche was delicious albeit a bit "light" as the portion was less than other restaurants and my wife's Snapper was undercooked although it quickly remedied. I'll come back time and time again because the food is really good!
I attended an art event at MDC Kendall campus. After the event, I was a bit hungry and wanted a lobster roll. I googled lobster rolls in the area & this spot came up so I decided to give it a try. I was surprised that it was an actual seafood market. When I walked in all the tables were full. I thought about leaving but so glad I didn’t. The cashier/server was so patient & nice as I was confused about how to go about ordering. When I inquired about the lobster roll, she informed me that they made lobster sandwiches & showed me where the option was in the menu. Such a cute little place. My meal of blackened grilled lobster sandwich was delicious. I live in North Miami-Dade county but will definitely make the trek back down there soon to get another lobster sandwich.
Small establishment in a local stripmall; very clean. Convenient to order and pick up to go. If you decide to eat in, there are about 6 tables and some stools. The counter displays all the fish and seafood goods. Good variety of dishes in the menu. Great attention to customer and prompt service. Food was done right, tasty and fair size portions.
It was my first time visiting this restaurant. In my opinion, the food was not tasty. The clam chowder soup was not enjoyable and the cheviche was not what I expected. The food was not made in a traditional way so this threw the flavoring off. The staff is very friendly, the place is extremely small to be a restaurant. Not many tables to eat at. The restroom was clean, the place was also clean. My colleagues also did not enjoy their meals as well. Beware, when you leave that place, you're clothes reak of a fishy smell for hours. There is no proper ventalation inside the place so every smell stays with you and inside the restaurant. Other people was ordering food, maybe they like it, but regrettably, it was just not for us.
Went twice looking for fresh fish. Only thing available was whole snapper- majority had sunken eyes. Sad because I really enjoy fresh fish and it seems impossible to find
The stone crab had a strong histamine smell (super not fresh). I felt awful realizing this only after my daughter had already eaten some of it. When I raised the issue, the staff said they did not know anything about crabs, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the manager available spoke only Spanish. Later, they did offer to replace or switch the dish, and we got a different dish. Fire-grilled octopus dish was a mixed seafood plate and also not fresh. I did not tell them about it—I guess I’d given up. On a positive note, the fried whole hogfish and the grouper fillet seemed fresh enough.
$30 for a Disaster on a Plate 💸 Overpriced. 🤢 Inedible. 🤷♀️ Never Again. I paid over $30 for a lobster roll that was barely edible. The lobster was rubbery, overcooked, and still had the nerve visibly attached; which is unacceptable at this price point. The bread wasn’t even in proper roll form, just hard, dry, and impossible to chew, completely ruining the dish. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot inside, which is especially concerning for a seafood spot. Even worse, there was dust falling from the lamp above our table. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. Service was slow, and the quality does not match the price. As someone who works in the food industry, I was shocked by how careless this experience was. I’ll be sending a few trusted food critics and industry peers to evaluate this place for a more honest public assessment. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be returning and I’ll be letting my peers on socials and in the food industry know.
Because of all the reviews I read, I really wanted to try this place so I drove there even if it was not closed. I bought 5 filets of hogfish for 38 usd...not cheap! But the worst is it was not fresh. I guess I have not been lucky on this Friday morning but I won't go back. Very disappointed!
It's my first time ordering and I was really excited to try this with my daughter for Christmas Eve. They forgot the side of rice that comes with the meal. Instead of separating the plantains for each meal, they packed them together. The manager should check the delivery orders before departure especially on Christmas Eve. Disappointed.
