Walked in and the place was not crowded. My order was taken by a friendly cashier. I received my order quickly and accurate. Arrived to work, my bagel and hashbrowns were perfect. 😁😁😁 Update 10/18 Big shout out to today's morning crew. I was in a hurry, and staff was quick to meet my needs. I just made the bus on time (with a little help from my running shoes) I arrived to my office and enjoy my breakfastx MMMMMMM!!!! Delicious!!! Thank you again!!!
I recently visited Noah's NY Bagels based on a recommendation, and it was a truly delightful experience. The coffee was exceptional, and the bagels were nothing short of outstanding—freshly prepared, flavorful, and served promptly. The service was efficient and added to the overall positive experience. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Noah's NY Bagels to anyone seeking quality coffee and authentic bagels.
This Noah’s is very good. I had an excellent egg and cheese bagel and a toasted cinnamon raisin. It has a few tables and is very convenient to Caltrain. Service was quick and the person who took my order was very on the ball.
The cashier we were greeted by, Jamie, was really welcoming and enthusiastic, and it seems he enjoys what he does and is overall a good employee! Plus food was really tasy, and good atmosphere.
My fave bagel spot in the bay 😍 they also have amazing coffee!!

I love the sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese and a cup of coffe, and the service is great! 👍 💯
Went in yesterday near closing time n MY NIECE N I had a lovely, beautiful n professional young girl by the name of MELANIE served us. We were at the Noah's Bagel in Sequoia Station across Starbucks in Redwood City. JUST WANTED TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO MELANIE- THANK U SO MUCH- U WERE SUPER WONDERFUL ~! AMAZING SERVICE U GAVE US - THX GOD BLESS U SWEETY - MUCH OBLIGE!
Look, they may take longer than we would like to make the breakfast sandwiches, but I like the FARMFRESH. I will wait 20 minutes for my Farmfresh ...and when they mess it up, I will still go back cause that's how much I love my BAGELS. .......
Amazing customer service would recommend to anyone looking for delicious bagels.
Cashier was awesome! Food is great!
Great place to get breakfast :)
Awesome customer service from Jerrold the shift leader and Jaime. Their the best. The only reason I came in
Jaime had an amazing personality and very welcoming loved the food
Love my local Noah's bagels. 10/10 definitely recommend!
Fantastic bagels. Homey atmosphere. Service can be slow in the morning on the weekend between 9 am and noon. What can I say, good things come to those who wait!
Great food, great people, great service.
I enjoyed the breakfast bagel I got: Santa Fe Turkey Sausage. Delicious and not greasy. Good service and a patient staff (the lady in front of me was older and indecisive and the cashier handled it very well with the long line). :)
Food was delicious! Very clean too!
They have a good selection of more “special” bagels. I recommend french toast or blueberry bagels if you haven’t had those before. Also they serve Peet’s coffee which is really good. Is always packed in the morning around when everyone commutes to work which means it’s good. Also not a lot of seating but people usually get their food and go so there is usually a table open.
i ate an “everything” bagel for the first time from this place. let me tell you it was the best bagel i’ve ever had. it was like a surreal experience. that was a week ago and i’m still thinking about that bagel. it had sesame seeds and little black seeds that i don’t even know what the topping were but my god was it delicious. i will definitely go back for that bagel when i get the chance. thank god for the creation of that everything bagel. my god someone kiss the chef for me 💝💝💝💝😟😟😟😟😟
This place is great. I’ve been coming here for years.
Noah’s is great. Bagels are delicious.
I come to this Noah’s Bagels 3–4 times a week and it’s always a great experience. The staff is super friendly and always greets me by name with a smile, which really makes my mornings. It’s nice to have a spot where you feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommend!
They were amazing and able to fill my large order even during the breakfast rush! All staff was very nice!
Jamie was very kind and patient! Love there bagels and coffee. Quick service as well
I like coming in here they care about my kids allergy and the people are pleasant each and every time
I’m always impressed with the service and quality at Noah’s Bagels! Every visit is a delight, thanks to the fantastic staff. Kristina, Christina and Julie, in particular, are absolute stars. They’re friendly, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great experience. The energy they bring to the place is unmatched! As for the bagels? Perfection. Always fresh, flavorful, and paired with the best spreads. Whether I’m grabbing a quick breakfast or stocking up for the week, Noah’s never disappoints. A big shoutout to Kristina, Christina, Julie, and the rest of the team for making this location a standout. Highly recommend!
Inside this place is a little small. It can get pretty busy at times. I've learned it's easier to order through the app. This morning, it wasn't too busy. I was helped right away, and the person who took my order was nice and helpful. My typical go-to are pizza bagel and asiago bagel. Heavenly chocolate cookie.
Jaime- gave me outstanding service and seemed to love his job and make the work atmosphere much better for him and his employees
Stopped in while on vacation, great bagels and great service!
For the last couple years, I’ve had quick online order pick up experiences. The staff I’ve encountered are working hard and friendly. I’ve been going to this Noah’s for many years. They’ve definitely had their ups and downs with service. I can definitely recommend this location again.
The best place very good customer service, I love it!!
This location is great. Friendly and kind staff and very quick with getting your order together and right. I have been here multiple times since my job relocated here to RWC and never been disappointed.
I've been coming in regularly to this Noah's ever since I moved back to Redwood City, and I'm glad I live in close proximity to this awesome Noah's location. The staff, firstly, are hard workers who deal with an incredible volume of business. The management is very friendly and is clearly managing this business efficiently. The bagels are good: today, I got a bacon egg and cheese on a cheesy hash brown bagel with Chipotle Mayo, and their cold brew tends to find its way onto my receipts quite often. Jaime and all the staff are friendly and professional here. Also, I highly recommend ordering on the app if you are ordering at peak hours, because this place gets a huge morning rush depending on the time of the day you order. 9.5/10 bagels, 11/10 service, 20/10 vibes and 1000/10 taste on the Double Stack bagel.
Came in this morning to drop my younger brother off at work, we had time and decided to get breakfast we were greeted by Jaime N, he was very friendly polite and professional, he made our experience very wonderful. My wife has never been to Noah's before and she said she has never felt so welcomed by store staff. Jamie is definitely an amazing employee. The store was also very clean and efficient we did not wait long for our food.
Best bagels in town!! I had the double stack once before work and I’ve been obsessed ever since! I make time in my schedule just to make it to Noah’s!
Great experience at Noah’s! Fresh bagels, friendly staff, and fast service. Everything tasted fresh and hit the spot. Definitely coming back
For a quick bagel and coffee on the west coast, this place is a solid choice. The team is absolutely lovely. But a funny thing happened, for the second time in a year (so obviously not a regular event, but still....) I asked for my large coffee and got handed a cup that felt smaller than normal. Now that I'm at my desk I see my cup from the other day in the recycling and can say with certainty, today I got handed a medium cup when I ordered a large. Please make sure all your team knows the cup sizes. I was certain it was not right when I held it in my hand, but they were so busy and I couldn't see a Large cup to compare it to, so maybe they were out of Large cups? I definitely was holding the largest cup of those that were options in front of her station. But it was definitely not The large, if you see what I mean. Us caffeine needers are a delicate bunch, short us on caffeine and the rest of our day falls into disarray. Please please make sure your team doesn't mess with us in our pre-caffeinated state like that. I would have ordered 2 coffees to make up for the difference.
I just wanted to take a moment to shout out one of the employees this morning at Noah’s New York Bagels. Jaime was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and it honestly made my morning so much better. He had such a positive attitude and treated me with genuine care, which really stood out. Little moments like that make a big difference, and it’s employees like this who keep customers coming back. Thank you for the great service and for starting my day off on such a good note!
The bagels are always fresh and sometimes warm just out of the oven. They have a wide variety of bagels, schmears, muffins, bagel sandwiches and more. The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. They have bagel specials on Monday of you join the rewards club. The location is convenient in the Sequoia Station shopping center right next to the Safeway.

We used to work near this location and once a month we would have breakfast here as a family. The bacon cheese bagels with egg and cheese was our favorite. The OJ was freshly squeezed too.
Not bad at all. Bagels are fresh. Smear is good. Fast service. Management needs to keep an eye on employee and facility cleanliness. Also the fascist newspapers could go. 4/5 because it is good enough to go back.
I love the French toast bagel. It’s not dipped in batter and fried, it’s just a bagel but they’ve got the flavor down just right. My only complaint with this visit was the deafening squeal of the wheels on the racks that they push baking trays around on for the ovens. The manager must be part deaf
Overall, very good food for a very fair price. They have WiFi and let you hang around, but be sure to buy something. I was a little disappointed that my hot chocolate wasn't mixed well: all the sweetness was at the bottom. I also had the California Chicken bagelwich -- good choice! A little spicy, as I like it.
Love going here for a quick bit to eat on any giving moring... can't go wrong with the Texas brisket on a 6 cheese bagel toasted with 1 egg or the farmhouse on a everything bagel toasted as well. Either on is a win win
Don’t know why so many people complained, the bagels are done after you order, so they’re fresh. The price is affordable and the food is quite good. Aside from a rather long wait time, there isn’t really much to complain about.
it's ok..but i can see every restaurant wanted tips..i liked before they have spinach egg bagel..but no more, means, i will not come same.. last years lot restaurants changed menu, amazingly they get rid of my favorites..^^
I read a bunch of reviews about their arrive being slow, but when I was there, I actually the service was exceptional. Cashier was super friendly and I got my food super fast. The guy who handed me the food was great too. Their bagel and smear selection have a good variety. Many exciting flavors. HOWEVER, I got a pumpernickel bagel with garlic and herb smear and the bagel texture was very average. It was chewy and loose texture at the same time. Garlic and herb smear was too salty for me. 3 stars for food and 5 stars for service
Good bagels, easy to grab before hopping on the train. They have gotten my order messed up once or twice and the manager has bad vibes, but the staff have all been super nice.

Hard to fault a free bagel. Noah's NY Bagels, Redwood City location gets the job done. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese shmear. Plus a hot chai tea latte. Upon the first bite the thought running through me was, " My God this is such a dense and gluttony bagel!". Okay for free bagel. If I had to pay for the bagel I might have wandered next door. But the toasting was nice. The flavor was okay. The cream cheese was good. The chai tea latte was passable me. For others who like a really sweet chai I would guess they find it better than I did. The experience is similar to the cloyingly sweet Oregon Chai mix. Would not be surprised to find out that is what Noah's uses for chai. I prefer a less sweet and more robust chai experience. No place to sit. No tables outside on the very large sidewalk area. Bummer. Easy to find. Easy to park. Weird Point of Sale system that operated in a very clunky manner as if it's the early 2010's all over again. Would not accept mobile payment using NFC, Google Pay, and a card inside Google Pay that has worked for every other business so far. And also worked a couple of minutes prior to Noah's at a store next door. I feel sorry for the employees who are being forced to use that system! Store counters, floors , and windows were clean. Employees were friendly and efficient. They got my order right the first time too. Keep them both! They are the main reason this location gets 3 stars. Another point for keeping these wonderful people. There was an order that was not picked up. Instead of throwing it away they offered it to me for free. I accepted the offer and was able to pass it on later to a person who really needed the food and looked at the gift as a luxury. Thanks Noah's kindness! While not the worst bagel, I think Noah's NY Bagels could do better.

Their bagels are the beat but the reason I am giving 3 stars is because they have messed up my order multiple times. They put in a different shmear and not the one we chose while ordering.
20 mins for 4 toasted bagels I must have caught them on a shift change. Everyone was nice but not efficient considering there was 6 or so people behind the counter 3 we're working their hardest and several we're not
Bagels are good and fresh but i hate that they serve combos only with chips that you cannot upgrade to a hash brown or other type of side. Also i ordered the smoked sandwich which had huge chunks of cucumber inside... as i suggestion i think that they should slice the cucumber really thin. Its so weird biting into soft smoked salmon sandwich with cream cheese and having this huge hard chunk of cucumber. The cucumber doesn’t really seem to blend well with the salmon because the flavor is released late in the process of having to chew things up.
Usually there's a line to get in, especially with the COVID restrictions in place. Ordering ahead on the app isn't really that much better since the app is horrendous to use, and any rewards earned aren't easy to redeem. But they are the best bagels in the area, which isn't saying much for the state of bagels in Redwood City.
Bagels are ok, but I’m coming from NY so may be a tough judge. The real problem is the service. A lot of kinks to work out - or maybe they don’t care. Have had. Numerous instances of waiting LONG times for a bagel/sandwich without so much as a “sorry for the wait” or “thanks for your patience”. Almost always a line, which seems to stress out some of the counter staff.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast bite. Service left lots to be desired and the wait times were average– nothing awful. Food was okay...did the job. They have lots of menu options which is nice.
I came here for the first time today, looking forward to trying the French toast bagel with the crunchy topping, as depicted on the website. What I received looked nothing like the photo and had no topping. I also asked for it to be toasted and it was not toasted nor even warmed up. Just a cold dry piece of bread. Cream cheese did not reach the edges either. Disappointing start to my workday.
Didn't have the bagel I wanted at 11:50, bagels not placed correctly in the display. Annoying sound played for a single minute, which isn't very long, but not really acceptable when you have 10+ people in the store.
This place is hit or miss. They never make enough bagles and are always out of the cheesy bacon bagle. Poor management. Their display case is almost always empty. They have no roasted tomato spread and never have any cold chocolate milk. When the manager is not sweating in your food, this place is usually pretty good. I did give them 3 starts then I got to go eat my spinach mushroom and swiss....and my bagle isn't even toasted. And its dry without the sauce
Don't be fooled by long lines. It's more slow than popular. Often 15+ minutes for a bagel with almost no line. Bagels are good but not great, especially for the price. There are good bagel joints in the area. This isn't one.
The staff here is *so* slow. 20 minutes isn't enough time to order and get a toasted bagel sandwich. When you do get one it's well made, but this is not the place to go when you're hoping to grab breakfast before getting on the train.
I love Noah’s but this location gives me a bad experience 9/10 times. They always forget something in my order, and it’s nothing complicated either. The line is always obnoxious and for how many staff are working in there, the service should be a little faster and more organized.
Food is good here, but service is one of the worst I've seen. Have come here 5 times while working here for 2 months, always during breakfast time 8-9AM. Has always been severely understaffed, making everything incredibly slow. They also advertise their "make it a meal", but can never get it because they don't have the hash browns that go with it.
Well all the negative reviews are right on point. Extremely slow service, unhappy employees, and subpar quality. NOTE TO NOAHS BAGELS CORP: reconsider this franchise/location, or please change its management!! Damages noahs bagels - it used to mean quality, but not anymore they sold out
I live close to this place so I go there frequently. Their bagels are excellent, but their service is terrible. 3 out of 5 times they will mess up the order by forgetting things you added or adding things you removed. Also, 15-20 min of waiting is pretty normal there (that's after you make the order).

I always forget every time I come in here, and there is nobody elses order on the screen, my farmhouse takes over 17 minutes to make with 5 people working... One of the slowest Noahs Bagels I've ever been to. Oh, and their toaster still doesn't work. 🥳🤦♂️ Update: it's been 22 minutes and no bagel yet. 😳 And now a line of 10 people. Update 2: After asking for the 2nd time where mine was, the cash register guy put the wrong name in after validating it was "Jim", he put in "Joe".
Used to be a Noah's lover since middle school, sadly their care and quality has gone downhill. I purchased a pastrami warm bagel on honey wheat and the bagel size was so small, my small hand was able to cover the bagel. I was upset. I understand inflation, but why shrink the size of the bagel? It is always a hit and miss. The people in this location seem to not care about what they put out. I want to trust this place again, but I do not think I will return.
The bagels were okay I little bit over cook the plain one nothing special on them. Definitely not coming back. The man cashier was rude so I was afraid of even asking for creamchese on my bagel so definitely not a welcoming place to go waste your money.
Very slow and bad service! Although the bagel tasted good I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get a non-toasted bagel and another 5 minutes to finally get my toasted bagel. Had to go to the counter and ask three times since they never called my name out. I never received the side that I ordered with it and that I had payed for (fruit) but by then was too fed up to go and ask for it. Disappointing experience.
The food is good, service is sub par. I went in asked for the bagel with egg and spinach for breakfast. Then I asked what bagel she thought would go well with that. She said too just read the menu because there was too many like I was eating her time. It's very easy to have good service and recommend a bagel. I work in foodservice you can easily say what you like or two or three bagels that you like.
Almost half the time I go here they manage to mess up my simple order in some way. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because occasionally they get it right. More than a dozen times I've been given the wrong thing, had my sandwich made wrong or something left off. If it happened occasionally no big deal, but this is more often they mess it up than get it right, to me that's a sign of poor management. Today I had items left off and also was given an item that was supposed to be hot but was straight out the cooler not heated up at all. Seriously? It wasn't even edible
There is no place to sit outside as with every other Noah's I have been to. Three or so 2 person tables inside but if you bring your family forget it.
Normally I never say anything on reviews but I just had to it’s getting crazy. Almost every time I order something the Redwood City location gets it wrong. I ordered a cheddar and bacon and 2 eggs on a cheddar jalapeños bagel and ended up with egg and bacon and ham on plain bagel. There was no cheese, no jalapeño bagel.

I love how they barely put any cream cheese. This is not nice. UNACCEPTABLE. You guys are not cheap. Look at the pic, would the person that put this together be happy with this joke of amount of cream cheese? Why would you do this during breakfast. ORDERED ANOTHER BAGEL JUST TO PROVE MY POINT THAT THIS LOCATION IS SO BAD.

Asked to choose a bagel but no list or names available and people in queue were blocking half the display case. Management of this franchise needs to do a better job at listing products. Plus staff was not very helpful.
I asked for a toasted everything bagel with lox schmear. The kid looked at like I was from Mars. Then I said Salmon Schmear. He gave me an everything bagel that: 1. Wasn't toasted 2. Didn't have lox schmear. Excuse me. I meant salmon schmear. Don't know what he put on there but it wasn't much of anything.
Soooo disappointed. .especially since I've patronized Noahs for many years. First the cashier took my order incorrectly, & had to reorder what was left off then I got home & was missing 3 outta seven items ordered..I mean ya sell bagels how do ya forget to put that in the bag :(
Food is good but plan a 20 to 30 minutes wait for your food even after ordering ahead on the app. Customer service is horrible specially except for the regular guy taking orders.
Horrible Service!! This is my 4th time ordering from Noah's from the Redwood City Store and this is the second time my Delivery is over 30 min late.. well this time an hour and counting. I work in an office and this is supposed to be breakfast, not lunch! Very disappointed! I will not be ordering from Noah's Bagels again!
Walked in a few minutes before closing. Was told they were closed and they had no bagels anyway because they were donating them. Closing time should reflect that the teenagers are ready to go home and close up early.
Had to wait about 40 minutes for my basic cheddar/egg/bacon sandwich on plain bagel straight off the menu with zero modifications. Cheese wasn't melted. Was asked what bagel I got even though it said "plain" clearly on the order screen. There were kitchen items and trays all over the kitchen. Plastic gloves were not taken off to work the register and the same person would then go right back to touching the food. Some employees didn't wear gloves at all. Having worked in food service for years before, I am certain I will not be coming back to this location. Not the best first experience with Noah's Bagels.
My past experiences here were not so great with customer service or consistency with my orders. Came in today and asked for both of my bagels to be toasted which was very disappointing. Both my bagels were mushy (soft and chewy). If I wanted a mushy texture I would have not asked for it to be TOASTED! Ontop of that, as we sat down to eat, we were told do to "COVID-19" the eating area was closed. What a lame excuse. Every restaurant and every fast food joint has dine in options and I am noticing this isn't the only Noa's bagel that does this but every Noa's bagel in the peninsula, so it isn't personal just the corporation, no consideration for their customers. I'd rather go to my local bagel mom and pop shops!
Just know that you’re rolling the dice anytime you come here. One register was moving along efficiently, we were called forward to the other one manned by two employees, neither of whom could work the register. We ordered two sandwiches off their menu without modifications. They ordered the wrong sandwich for my husband and would not correct this when we pointed it out. They charged for extra avocado on my sandwich which already came with avocado. When I pointed this out, they had to start the entire order again at which point they still insisted on ordering the wrong sandwich and charging extra for avocado. We had been standing there too long to protest. PoS systems are notoriously terrible, but this place needs to figure out something. Needless to say we won’t be back.
I waited 30 min in line. When i got to the register the lady taking orders left. They were backed up and bagel machine stuck or something. All employees had their backs to us as the line was getting longer. Finally on lady told another to ask people what they want. She went to the 2nd register and asked the person behind me what she wanted. I said, excuse me, i'm next in line. So she asked me what i wanted. My son asked for pizza bagel and she said they need to cook it so I'll need to wait a long time. What do you mean a long time? I've already waited 30 min in line just to get to the register. She was talking very quietly and i could barely hear or understand what she said. At that point i just left and went to Starbucks. They are fast and communicative. 😤😳
Horrible service! It can't get any worse. This review is not based on one time experience. It has happened over and over again. Wait for like 30+ mins even when there are not many people (4-5) and receive wrong order. I can understanding if they mess up during busy hours. It has happened more than three times to me which is why I decided to go during non busy hours. No difference though! Shame on the management for not making any attempt to make things better ( in spite of all these negative reviews).
The bagels were good. But the shop clerk shouts at customers including my daughter. He shouldn't be manning the cash register or even be working at a place we're he deals directly with customers . This gives Noah's Bagels a bad reputation.
2 weeks ago, I accidentally order a cinnamon raisin bagel with smear. I paid about $3 for it thinking that smear is plain butter. After the order, I realized I made a mistake and told the cashier that I would like my toasted bagel with plain butter instead and asked if the price is the same. She said yes. I bought the same bagel with plain butter again today. The cost is $2.05 for a burned bagel this time. It makes me wonder how many people have been treated this way by the employees including the integrity of the company.
Wanted to like this place since there aren't too many bagels places around Redwood City but the service doesn't cut it. The cashiers are really nice and friendly but the employees making the food don't accommodate substitutions or modifications. The first time I went, I wanted a sandwich without tomato (simple enough, right?) and when I got it it had tomato. The second time I went, one of the employees making the food was complaining very loudly about customers asking for modifications and that people ask for one or two changes was frustrating, and that's why they keep messing up orders. But I don't think accommodating people's requests or dietary restrictions is asking too much. I think that should be the expectation, especially when the food has to be assembled - you can easily leave out some ingredients or swap it.
Unfortunately, I've watched this place go downhill all of 2024. It's within walking distance for me and the customer service has had a steep decline. Many people are waiting at a given time, not to mention the Uber Eats as well. There isn't a place to sit and typically the order has been wrong 3/5 of my last visits. One would have better luck McDonald's if they need a bagel.
Its so frustrating seeing GREAT places go downhill, the entire facility just felt like its not being taken care of bad employee hygeine, i received 2 a burnt breakfast, then the employee refused to remake my breakfast we paid 60$ & wow i do not remember Noah's being this run down, this place needs a audit & to be refreshened the hospitality was not there the employess were cranky when asked for help. just want the old noahs back please bring noahs back revive it its just not right….
Terrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for a simple three bagel order while other customers staged a near riot over the lack of service and attention. One customer asked people behind the counter "why aren't you helping your co-workers? Can't you see they're swamped?" The manager didn't know how to read the order board, and repeatedly gave people only half their order. The staff were rude, churlish, and they were unable to answer and uninterested in answering questions such as "what happened to my order? How long will it be?" They were understaffed, mismanaged, the atmosphere was loud and hectic, and I'll never go back. I've been to plenty of other Noah's Bagels and while their bagels in general are nothing to write home about, the service at the particular location was the worst. And to top it all off, the ham and swiss egg bagel I ordered was missing the ham!!!
Extremely inefficient, crowded, slow. It matters no sense to wait 45 minutes for bagels. No sense. The crew is all over the place, online orders and pickup orders are mixed with the wall in service. So not fair and so unorganized. The staff isn't will prepared and the operation doesn't flow well. Everytime I go there, I walk out feeling regret.
Some days are better than others. The wait is pretty long. Needs new management/ownership. 9AM they were sold out of most of their bagels. The work stations were a messy, the wrap on my bagel was cover in grease and cream cheese from other orders. I realize you can have a bad day, but everytime I come here the service usually sucks.
Horrible Manager and Customer Service!!! I placed a catering order online 2 days prior to my event. Order was confirmed. I’ve ordered catering from this store a couple of times before and the only issues I had were drivers not being able to find our office location. Today, 2/5/2020, my order NEVER showed up. I called the store and Eugene, store manager was quick to blame his driver. The driver showed up 30 minutes late with just coffee (no cups, creamer, etc.) and water. After a few back and forth calls with Eugene and many excuses from him, he promised to deliver my order without charge. A couple of hours later, the order that Eugene promised NEVER showed up...again!!! I called the store 3 times and no answer. Eugene NEVER called me back or followed up. I ended up calling Noah’s corporate catering to find out the status and found out that Eugene NEVER intended to keep what he promised.
Super slow service! We ordered two schmear bagels and a hot chocolate. Took 45 minutes. The hot chocolate tasted like burnt milk and was barely warm. Bagels were ok. However, they were out of almost everything. Not impressed for my first time visiting a Noah's.
We came in to get bagels and we clearly said what six bagels we wanted. The guy working at the front desk was so out of it and didn’t know what was going on he asked us multiple times what we wanted after we said what we wanted. He didn’t get it and messed up our order of six bagels he made 2 of them blueberry and one raisin which we didn’t even order forgot the potatoes roll and didn’t include the cinnamon.
they cut the bagels terribly! kiddy corner to kiddy corner! so frustrating! and this is a true story! i was driving on el camino past noah’s and he said, “ that place ruins my bagels!” what do you mean dad? “they cut the bagels terribly!” oh my god dad me too! i was lamenting about that and he said “im never going there again” i get it i hate it too, im not going there anymore either. straighten up your act noah’s!
