Piola Brickell

I arrived with a group of people and they instantly sat us, really fast service except at the end they took a while to bring back the bill. We got two margherita pizzas which where amazing, but I did notice they where not as large as we though they where. The atmosphere was a 10/10, music was calm and just the decoration of the lace made me feel at home. 100% will come back to this place!

This place was so cute for lunch. The food was served quickly. The lentil soup was absolutely delicious, the garlic knots and marinara sauce were great. And they let me build the pasta that I was craving, which was grilled chicken with A thick pasta I think it was called PaperDelle and Alfredo sauce. Simple and delicious. Servers were nice too. They also have lunch specials that I would check out and a wine Wednesday special as well.

All around great experience! We got the Como pizza and the short rib ravioli and the only problem was that I wanted more! It was sooo good. And our server, Agustin, was very sweet and attentive. He suggested a wonderful dessert. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had a great valentine's day dinner here tonight. The staff treated us like family, the food tasted incredible and the vibe was just really really nice. We had: - meatballs as an appetizer: really tender and flavorful, great tomato sauce - tropea pizza: nice, spicy, delicious - chicken parmigiana: crunchy, delicious chicken with wonderful spaghetti and tomato sauce - panna cotta for dessert: incredibly delicate with just the right sweetness Special thanks to Agustin and the manager for making the night memorable for us. Better late than never.... I was invited to eat pizza on the 1st at this little place in Brickell and got a hell of a surprise.The server attending us blew our minds. If you think you cant get fine dining service at a pizza place, think again! Orlando treated us like the owners of the establishment, attentive, made sure we didn't have allergies and food recommendations were on point. Our pizza/chicken parmesan and other apps were delicious. The manager was also involved on the floor which is rare these days. Highly, highly recommended place!

I was walking to another Resturant and decided to give this one a try. So glad I did. Brick oven pizza great pasta. The front of house was the most pleasant of any Resturant I have been in in miami. Happy, great attitudes. Truly had a great experience. Our server was Edoardo and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Piola has the best pizza in Miami. They are thin-crusted and very tasty. Every weekday they have deals for pizza until 8. Ladies night on Wednesday's means free house wine (with refills) if you buy a meal. Also 2 for 1 if you choose to eat at the bar. Edit: Seeing how some ppl have complained about the service I want to add that I used to live in this building and been here a lot, and I have never had problems being seated or with the service.

My wife and I stopped by Piola for and early dinner. Our waiter John was very friendly and told us we could have any table we wanted. We sat down by a window and ordered Caprese salad and a beer to start. The salad was fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed the balsamic reduction. I ordered a pizza with avocado and jalapeño peppers, diced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. My wife ordered a pizza with ham and mushrooms with mozzarella. It was a thin crust pizza that reminded me of the pizza we got in Naples, Italy! We both loved the pizza! The manager Lucho, came by and told us about the restaurant’s history. It was a fun evening of great food and good conversation! I would highly recommend Piola for dinner. Don’t forget to tip well when you get good service. When you go there tell John and Lucho that you read Steve’s review!

I went here after leaving the gym I ordered a meat lover's pizza and a raw seafood salad. The pizza did have gluten free crust. Whole bread and flour I shouldn't do so this gave me an avoidance option. The ordering was quick, The pizza took me a day to eat and the salad was very good. We stopped for lunch before visiting the History Miami Museum at this location in downtown/Brickell. We had a great deal in my opinion, with the combo half pizza and salad for around $ 11. The pizza by the way is very good, definitely Italian, you can tell by the mozzarella and the light dough. We had a carafe of white wine, which because it was $ 20 I thought it was a small carafe…turned out it was 1 liter, that’s a bottle and another third of a bottle. Great deal and we were pretty happy. Nice place inside, they have also a small market, really small. Beside lunch specials, it seems that also their regular menu has very good prices and if they cook pasta like they make pizza, I’ll be back to try a few things. This place is added now to my “Miami Italian Favorite” list in Google map.

We came here for lunch. They have a nice and spacious outdoor patio, but since it was hot we went inside and sat at the bar. At the back of the bar there is the dining room and also a small market with imported products. That day they were offering 1 entrée free by ordering 2 drinks and 1 entrée, but we had planned to try some new HH later in the afternoon, and didn’t know how big their portions are: we decided to go with their combos of ½ salad + ½ pizza. So glad we did that: if those were half portions, I can’t imagine how much food you get with the regular ones! Their salads (we ordered a Cusco and a Chop Chop) were very fresh, and the pizza (we had a Capricciosa and a Margherita) tasted authentic Italian, meaning the pizza is very light and easy to digest. Unfortunately they were out of Peroni beer, so we ordered a carafe of imported Pinot Grigio. Their carafe, by the way, is an amazing deal: $20 for 1 liter (= 1 bottle plus 1/3 of a bottle). Lunch prices were a great deal, but I looked at their regular menu and they have reasonable prices altogether. I look forward to go back and try their other dishes.

The brócoli pasta was served with brócoli stems without the heads. We thought they were asparagus. That’s why the star is knocked off here. The pizza is very good. The lasagna is delicious. The happy hour is fun as the prices start low and go up with each hour. Hurry quick. The outdoor seating is nice along the strip in Brickell where the happenings are present. Go here with friends and enjoy.

Really enjoyed the food. This Italian chain restaurant has great pizza. The crust was thin, crispy and held its shape with the toppings. Cannot go wrong with Nutella pizza. I've been visiting Piola since 2016, and the food is always decent. Today, we had four pizzas, all good overall. However, the mushrooms on mine weren’t fresh. I mentioned it to the waitress but didn’t receive a response. I believe service staff should always acknowledge quality issues. So, just 4 stars instead of 5 today—plus a sad face for the old canned mushrooms 🍄‍🟫😢 Add on: What makes this even more disappointing is that the waiters seem very eager to persuade customers into leaving 5-star reviews with their names mentioned (just scroll down to see). Ignoring an actual quality issue — one that could have easily been addressed with a free drink or by not charging for the other extra toppings - while pushing to collect perfect ratings takes away from the restaurant’s credibility.

I ordered a gf piola. When I got the pizza I saw it barely had any cheese I spoke to a girl who was not very helpful and then spoke to the manager. I told him this looks nothing like the piola on their site especially in respect to the quantity of toppings and cheese. He did not have anything to say other than okay what do you want and I told him I want a gf pizza with cheese and he said they will deliver it and that was that.
