We are happy that our Drone Training School is very close to the restaurant, we come here to eat breakfast and lunch occasionally, all the employees are very nice and friendly, the food is delicious and the serving food plates are very generous and the best of all is that when don’t have time to go and seat down we also order the food to get delivered!

This was the first time I ate food from Ruta 75. I had the Ajiaco and it was delicious. I had it delivered and the soups temperature was as if I had it served at the restaurant straight from the kitchen. The flavor was as if it were made in Colombia. The service from the receptionist to the delivery guy was A1. Definitely eating hear again. Definitely recommend.

I came to try the Bandeja Paisa and I was not expecting the size and the amount of food they serve you. It taste amazing and sadly I couldn’t finish it, but overall it is very delicious. Thank you Junior for taking care of us!

After having some very disappointing tacos the night before I had to be redeemed. Ruta 75 did not disappoint. Their fresh limeade was so refreshing, the rice and beans with fried pork chops was the best meal I've had all month. The pork was so tender and flavorful. I would definitely be back. And the portion was huge, I'm eating the leftovers at the airport right now.

The taste wasn’t horrible but paying $18 for this soup without even cilantro or any other seasoning. It looked like agua sucia and the yuca & plantain were hard y los tostones parecían un palo de duro. I think they change the chef bcz the food wasn’t like that before. Is not that I ordered and was cold, no I waited there for them to finish & pack them. 3 sopas & $60 down the drain. This is an add on July 7 2021 the manger reached out to me and apologized for the service and food he offered my money back , I declined o told them I don’t want the money . I asked if I can have another order the same order and maybe this time it would be better ! There was this young man who meet all my expectations the food was on point the soup amazing as I remember from previous visits so I want to thank that young man and the manger who made this right and thank you and I would recommend this to any one who wants a taste of Colombian food to stop by

Wonderful place to eat. Haven't been to Colombia in a few years so since I was in town I had to stop by here. The juices are super natural and feels like you're eating it instead drinking it. Will make this a regular spot I go to next time I'm down here. Everything is incredible the Service and the food is incredible it feels like home.

I had such a great experience at Ruta 75! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What made the visit truly special was our server, Dary. She was attentive without being overbearing, had a warm and friendly attitude, and made excellent recommendations that we really enjoyed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having the best experience possible. That’s one of the reasons why always come here. It’s not often that you find such a great combination of amazing food and outstanding service, but Ruta 75 definitely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be asking for Dary again!

Came here for breakfast and got the Calentado with steak and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The cheese was soft and tasty! One of the best arepas I’ve had. Environment is clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

The restaurant is clean and inviting, with a nice ambiance. However, the service is the standout feature. I ordered the steak with onions, but it was disappointing. The steak was tough and chewy, far from the tender and juicy experience I had hoped for.

Came in later in the evening on a Saturday. Place was quiet and very clean. Got seated quickly. Fantastic meal with very delicious and fresh food. We also had a smoothie and empanadas, not pictured. Small place with good food in Hialeah.

The pork belly was incredible but there were two different tables talking super loud and simply rude. The waiter didn’t offer me water or anything to drink. A side of avocado 🥑 $7-8 .. 😝

I love this place but today I ordered to go and when was time to pick up they made me wait because my food was handed to another person. Then, the food was placed in a plastic clear container instead in foam and the container melted before I got home, which caused the liquid getting everywhere and my car a disaster. Make sure you get the food in foam or something more resistant containers. Also, the lomo salteado had so little meat. ☹️

The waitress was friendly took our order but the other waitress brought the wrong order. The fish and the coconut rice was good, the natural juice sizes are big and tasty. the steak was missing more condiments for better flavor. The overall experience was good but could’ve been better.

Place is very clean, small but great. Food was very delicious, customer service was horrible. It took for ever for someone to come get out order. After getting our order, we waited another 5-6 mins to get the utensils. They need to work on the customer service.

Unfortunately my experience isn't the same as everyone else. Tables and floor were dirty. There were flies everywhere. Bathroom, seating area, cashier area. Food was okay, came out warm. The service was mediocre & customer service was basically non-existent. When asked for the check she came out with the handheld credit card machine and told us the price. No itemized receipt? They added 15%. How convenient. When the service sucked you're not getting that. I wouldn't go back.

Unfortunately, this is not the Colombian cuisine experience you want to have. The meat was not cooked to order so there was blood everywhere. The rice was undercooked and who likes raw rice? The beans were cold and the salad has no taste at all. When I returned the dish the first time the staff was very nice but did not replace the beans that got more cold. The second time only one end of about 2 Oz was cooked correctly but the rest still bloody. I was so hungry I ate the piece I could and then called them again to show them that I was very dissatisfied. Waiter was very nice but the manager (creepy fake green contacts bad attitude blonde lady) she said that she needed to charge me for the food because I ate a piece. I was so offended by her attitude. Worst restaurant manager ever. People like her being the restaurants down to the ground. The only good thing they have are the waitress and the natural juices. So they need to replace the manager and make changes in the kitchen or close the kitchen and turn it into a juice bar. My 2 stars are for the juice and waitress.

I order a fish with Fried plantain white rice and a salad and coconut lemonade and they have me a rice that was brown with raisins and i didn't like it the friend plantain was hard and not tasty and the only good thing was the fish also my dad got a soda but they gave him the soda super late and the meat that he order didn't taste good also the dessert was good

We started ordering takeout from La Ruta regularly about 2 months ago, but after finding a staple in our beans, we will never return. This is a serious health hazard, and their response was appalling. When I called to report it, the staff seemed more concerned about identifying what a staple was than the fact that they served us beans with a metal object in it and that someone eating their food got hurt because of their neglect. Despite explaining the situation in detail and sending a requested photo to verify it, they didn’t even apologize or offer a refund or meal replacement. I had to push for fresh beans, which they reluctantly agreed to replace. The response was dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful to loyal patrons. This experience was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. We were so disgusted we just threw out all of the food ordered and didn't go back there again.

Very disappointed about this place customer service was ok, food is a disaster very poor quality that doesn’t match the price, the meat from the bandeja paisa got me sick, it tasted so nasty! And the chicharrón super small! Definitely not worth it going back!

food was horrible, i ordered take out went into the place and placed my order i expected very good food cause it has a 4.5 review this was my first time ever coming here. Proud to say im not coming here again. Food was bad, rice tasted and looked 2 days old soften with water, beans were hard, hot sauce didnt even taste like it, coffee horrible it turned out cold and unsweetened, the avocado was bad too only a tiny bit of it was good, food tasted bland. It was very bad overall i wasted 75 dollars for this, i regret coming here skip this route its GROSS.

Horrible experience. The rice was hard and undercooked. The tostones were refried. The chicken was pale with no taste. This has to be one of the worst Colombian restaurants I've been to in South Florida. The 4.5 stars rating they have on Google is truly deceiving. Bogus reviews. As a local & frequent customer, the taste of the food is good. The staff is friendly & nice atmosphere. I’ve been ordering for pick-up as a local for about 1-2 years now & feel I should say something because it’s been happening EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. my wife or myself order something. My food is never ready when I arrive because they have either forgotten to put my order in their system that sends it to the kitchen or some sort of kitchen confusion that causes them to rush my food after I arrive. Now I have missing & undercooked food (chicharrones & fries) on multiple occasions & I once got an empanada where it was 80% empty!!!! To make matters worse, we have to wait 15+ min to get our food AFTER initially waiting their 15-20min wait time to pick-up the food after ordering over the phone. Unacceptable. I’ve let these things slide for as long as I did cause the food is good, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of respect of people’s time & inconveniences they are causing for paying customers.

I ordered on Uber eats and to me I thought the amount that they serve is not worth the price, I got the bandeja paisa carne asada. The carne was cold and the food wasn’t great, and the salad that I got was terrible. I ordered this around 12:00 am

I asked for the most known Colombian platter. "Bandeja Paisa". My food was ready in a good amount of time. As for the food, I can't say anything good about it. The rice was bottom of the pan clumpy and tasted reheated. The steak tasted as if it was cooked the morning of and just reheated. It was extra well done with zero flavor. The sausage was dry. The chicharrones were not bad but honestly a little small for the price I paid. To top it off, I was hot and sweating the whole time. All in all, I had a craving for Colombian food and I was very disappointed.

Food sucked. One Steak burnt and no flavor., the other under cooked. Arepa was burnt and hard with no cheese. Fish was bland and the plate was incomplete. This was horrible!!

This place was good, but last visit, completely disappointment . I order 2 mojarras fritas.. very salty , tostones over fried so texture was to hard to eat .Salad has change, very simple . I order a mondongo to carry out, never has see this recipe. Almost not “panza meat”, but lot of pork meat… peas (chicharos, arvejas). Rice side 2 tostones , salad $17.50 . Only thing that was good was the natural juices.

Nice place! Horrible customer service! Food was not great! We ordered a bandeja paisa the meat was like the size of a meat ball. The whole plait just had beans. For almost $19 The lomo saltado was more like watered down chucks of beef stew. When we told the waiter all they offered was another plate. We where in a hurry so my husband didn’t even eat. Definitely not coming back!
