Phenomenal Italian restaurant that has some of the best Neapolitan pizza I have had in Miami. Perfect fluffy dough, fresh Italian tomatoes (low ph) and perfectly cooked (not over or under). This is up there with La Leggenda and O’Munaciello as the best pizza in the city. I learned after eating here that the original restaurant was opened in Naples in 1935 and that they have several locations around the world. If you like pizza you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants to dine in. They are the most authentic Italian chefs from Naples in the world. The best pizza I’ve ever had and I love pizza. I believe they have another location on the West Coast of Florida. Their entire staff is friendly, The food is out of this world, end the ambience of the entire restaurant makes me smile every time I walk in the door. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. They can literally cook a pizza in less than two minutes with an authentic Italian brick oven as seen in Naples Italy! I even have brought Several of my athlete friends and family members to experience a meal there. I bring CEOs, doctors, and people that are very near and dear to my inner circle as they make you feel like you are part of their family. Ciro is one of the owners and he is phenomenal. Tell them Beth the Sports girl sent you! Grazie to them. If you are in South Beach you must try their food. They will not let you down. Found this place in Italy and my son and I loved it so much we thought "I wish they has this in Miami Beach." We googled it and sure enough they were opening one south of fifth. Boom! Super delicious Naples-style pizza. Thin crust with doughy, puffy crust. The Diavola with spicy salami and margarita are both superb. The Amatrici bucatini is with a rich red/white mixed sauce with a rich pork based flavor. We like the broccoli rabe and sausage as well but add red sauce as teh base or it can be a little bland. Really nice people and amazing rolls to start when you dine in. Salads are small but tasty. Pizza is for sure the winner. For delivery, the pizza is great - re-warm at 250 degrees for 5-7 minutes - but teh salads and pasta travel less well so focus on the pie. Hope they make it as they don't have a website in 2023...but from our first stop in Milan to here in South Beach it's one of the best.

We kind of stumbled into this place while wandering around the area. We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely incredible. My wife and I shared a pizza and pasta, some great stuff. Every time I go here I have a great meal. I love the fettuccine alla bolognese because it is only beef and no pork. Hard to find that anymore. The bread basket is also delicious and always soft and fresh.

Starting this out by saying I'm a Detroit style pizza man. However, this pizza is amazing. It's the truth. Crust is thin but perfect. Toppings are ample and flavor is on point.

The pizza is as excellent as I was expecting to be :-) The pasta was fantastic, we were very happy with the whole experience, sitting outside on a perfect night the atmosphere is very pretty. Came in for my boyfriends birthday dinner tonight. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Roberto was hands down the best server I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in to the door he welcomed us completely. He made such good recommendations and answered every question for us. Really gave an “at home” feeling. The pizza, atmosphere, staff, and entire menu was BEYOND satisfactory! I’m Italian and their brick oven pizza left nothing for wanting. JORGE (our waiter) was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Most famous pizza in Italy now available in Miami. Diavola pizza and Fritta calzone were amazing! The fried calzone was like funnel cake filled with pizza 😍.

Sorbillo is a great addition to the Italian restaurant scene in Miami. Pizzas are as good as in Naples with quality ingredients and cooked in a proper wood oven. The side and starter dishes are also excellent, among others the parmigiana, the frittura, the oven potatoes and the friarielli which are extremely hard to find in US restaurants. The gnocchi are delicious with the cheese throughly melted and the spaghetti with vongole were perfectly cooked on par with top restaurants in Italy (and Sirenuse nearby). Top that with an excellent Italian wine selection, some great desserts and very affordable prices for the beach! The restaurant is fairly quiet, with a lot of space between table which allows you to have a conversation or just listen to the music of the great Pino Daniele played at a very low volume.

It’s really hard to find good Italian restaurants in Miami and Sorbillo is beyond good. The food is amazing and the service spectacular. The manager Ciro takes really good care of clients as well as the servers.

The very best chicken alfredo I've even had! It was SO good. Our waiter was very pleasant and upbeat. He didn't want to split our checks at first, but after he realized the stress and confusion it causing amongst us, he called us to the counter and did each person's meal and drinks separately. Thanks for that! This was an impulse visit, and im very happy we did. Go here!!!

Salsiccia e Friarielli. Finally the Neapolitan pizza in Miami. All others places do not even get close. I feel back at home. Pizza fritta is amazing.

Yessss that’s the stuff! Do yourself a favor and upgrade your pizza with Buffalo mozzarella if it doesn’t come with it by default.

Sorbillo is maybe my single favorite restaurant in all Miami. The people are so warm, the cuisine is excellent and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Ciro, George, David, Chef Michael and everyone make the place so special. I would highly recommend Sorbillo to anyone visiting Miami as well as to anyone who has lived here for years. I personally eat there twice a week at least, sometimes more. Five hearts!

The ambiance was nice and subtle not cheesy or tacky like most places in south beach, which have kept me from going past 5th street. All in all this is the best kept secret in the area. I was greeted by a manager with a friendly smile. I later found out his name was Ciro. The atmosphere is romantic yet family oriented. Really cute spot. I came here after I popped into the original spot in Naples. It didn't disappoint. I had the Cazone Napoletano and the crust is chewy and soft. The one in Naples is a Mechelin mention spot. I'm honestly surprised at how well it measured up. The outdoor seating area is nice here. They make the pizzas in under 15 minutes which is a plus. The calzone is big so share it between 2 to 3 people.

Not worth it if you are a vegetarian. The bread was not fresh. The red wine was soulless, felt like the bottle was open for a long time. The vegetarian pizza lacked any flavor; we requested salt & pepper to season it ourselves. The pasta pomodoro was the only vegetarian dish that was good-ish. 18% gratuity was included even through it wasn’t deserved.

We found a fly crawling in the bread basket, and on the salmon (halfway through eating.) The food was otherwise ok, but not stellar. The staff was friendly, but we went most of the meal without any water refills. It was also incredibly unsettling that during a pandemic, none of the staff were wearing masks, while getting really close to your face serving food. All in all, wouldn’t recommend.

Good pizza, but the service... NOT. All the pizza at the table came in late and in different moments, so we couldn't eat all together. We asked for 6/7 times to turn down the AC, they did it the first time but after few minutes they turned up the AC again. We spend all the dinner with cold temperature all the pizza became cold in few minutes thanks this problem. The price a little bit high for 1 pizza for each person and 4 desserts in total (33 dollar each person without the wine just 3 beers and some water)we were 10 people. Anyway the pizza was good, but that's it.

Poor food quality and definitely not comparable to the original store in Naples Italy. Service was poor as well and 18% tip are charged automatically ( which they note in the menu but the service you get is bad). Prices are way too high for what you get. Definitely will not come back to this.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT. They employ people from Italy illegally that do not know they are being taken advantage of. Their employees come from very low-income areas of Naples where the unemployment is extremely high. They work them 60+ hours per week and do not pay overtime. They pay them in Italy and not even a payroll is conducted in the US paying US taxes. Very shady business practices. ICE, ICE, Baby.

Dead Brand Walking! I made the mistake of ordering takeout here. 2 completely soggy pizzas, a flavorless pasta and the typical mass produced prefab deserts sold at virtually all lower end Italian restaurants. He kept leaving our table in the midst of the order without an excuse me or an apology. We ordered simple foods, and as I said, we waited1 hour or more for pizza and pasta. The waiter forgot a wine, and was so late with a ginger ale. I ordered one dish, and out came another. I cancelled it and did not eat dinner.Probably the worst service I have ever experienced,and I have eaten all around the US and overseas. In NY this place would have closed with repeated experiences like mine. Everyone can do much better for their dining experience. Don't waste your time, or your money. Average food, horrible manners from manager, and bad service. The server did not deserve the 18% tip that Miami includes.

We had ordered the pizza for pick up and it was great. We decided to dine in and it was an awful experience. The food was inedible. The clams were fishy, the calamari was chewy and extra salty and the meatballs tasted undercooked. The server was obnoxious. When I asked for a manager, I was told he was unavailable
