Great place! Was just here earlier today with my kids, customer service was great and the kids loved the smoothie!

The young gentleman whom served us was great. The shakes tasted very good. Lots of wonderful choices.

Great place with many drinks, smoothies and assorted food to munch on while enjoying the park, beach and pier.

If you are looking for a nice and safe playground for the kids definitely come here. It is so beautiful and my 3 year old and 1 year old loved it.

They sell ice now! This is the perfect spot to grab an ice bag for your cooler before heading to the beach. They also sell locally made ice creams that I haven't seen anywhere else! Good selection of cold drinks in the fridge as well as on their menu. Definately recommend checking out this cafe

This place is very very convenient right in the south point park, last Saturday I was there with my kids and the guy inside wasn’t working, he was flying in the kitchen, he was able to attend everyone very very fast, I spend less than a minute to order smoothies, sodas, water, empanadas, hot gods and different ice cream for my kids. On the top of that he was giving directions for people's asking for bathrooms location. If I ever had an over the counter business I would definitely love to have this guy working for me. Congrats for the fast and accurate service. Empanadas was out of this world.

We got slushies from here after riding bikes all day and they did not disappoint. Very refreshing, delicious flavor and a decent price too! We only got slushies so I can't give a review on any other items they had there.

Nice place. Excellent service and delicious food. I recommend if you are in the park and looking for a refreshing smoothie.

Best spot in town! Best to go Sunday through Tuesday, lots of treats from local shop Moises bakery. Worth the visit if you’re in the area

¡Ahora venden hielo! Este es el lugar perfecto para comprar una bolsa de hielo para la hielera antes de ir a la playa. ¡También venden helados locales que no he visto en ningún otro lugar! Buena selección de bebidas frías, tanto en la nevera como en el menú. Sin duda, recomiendo visitar esta cafetería.

Feine glaces, guter Kaffee und freundliches Personal. Es hat Schattenplätze und ein öffentliches WC gleich um die Ecke. Für Kinder hat es Wasserspiele und ein Spielplatz.

Service must be better.

Terrible service. The guy put the wrong order in and served us something that we could not end up consuming because of our dietary restrictions. And when we go back and tell him that it's not what we had ordered he kept arguing with us that we have no idea what we're talking about. The only good thing about this place is they serve plant-based options and the right by the park for kids to play around.

The food is good at a reasonable price. They have a menu which is not very accurate as they don't offer everything they say. They also don't have many food options. Mainly ice creams. And the person working wasn't the nicest.

I walked upto the window and the man behind counter was standing and talking to someone who was standing where outside filling ice cream freezer ( possibly another employee or vendor) and Didn't even acknowledge my presence for over a minute , then looks and stares at me and me says 'May I help you?' So I greeted him and asked if I could purchase sunrise smoothie which comes with bananas, oranges and mangoes according to the menu they have posted on the wall . He doesn't say anything and charges my card. Flips the credit card payment screen toward me where I can tip and how I would like the receipt and goes to the back to make my smoothie. I see him grab 2 very small pieces of fruit and he puts it in the grinder with ice And just like that in less than 30 seconds my smoothie is ready. Puts my cup on the counter and says 'Enjoy' , so I asked him What fruits come in sunrise smoothie he turned around and left pretending to be working back there.He didn't even answer my question. So I left and I could tell my smoothie looked pale yellow color and tasted slightly like store brand orange juice but watered down . I didn't taste mangies or bananas.

The man in the photo is extremely rude. After seeing the ice cream advertised prominently in front of the shop I was scolded for HOW I reached the ice cream out of the freezer in front of his shop. HE hadn't filled the empty baskets on top and the ice-cream my 3 and 5 year old wanted so I reached underneath. He then proceeded to yell at me in front of my kids that I shouldn't do that. Well then....either take down your large add for that type of ice cream or restock the basket or offer to get it if your sensitive about how people get the product out of your freezer in front of the shop. Terrible service and rude... spend your money elsewhere

Came to get a drink and the clerk tells me he is closed even though they close at 7:30 because of an order from his boss! It is 6:49 now! :( Boss, I hope you had an emergency! ;/

What a wasted opportunity! Could be a spot for a good cafe. Instead it is a hole in the wall with overpriced supermarket items.

The Brazilian guy that attends the shop is extremely rude. We have been coming to these beach for years and he is always rude, and has an attitude. I will probably stop buying anything there even if it is the only store close.

The older man at cash register is rude and didn’t give me my water after I paid for it. And kept telling me to move from his area and to eat at the table. Terrible service please fire him. People come to the beach to have a good time:

Awful service. All I wanted was a cafe latte with almond milk which the person specifically said he had. Five dollars later I received a half a cup of an 8 oz cup with cold coffee at best and no latte at all. The coffee tasted like I got the bottom of day old coffee brewed by an old Mr. Coffee pot. Very horrible. Why did I tip this person a dollar!? Guess you live and you learn.🙁

I recently visited South Pointe Cafe with my family and had an extremely unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members. The Brazilian gentleman working there displayed an appalling level of rudeness and lacked basic customer service skills. When I brought up my concerns about his attitude, he not only failed to acknowledge his mistake but also engaged in an argument with me, completely disregarding the fact that I was a paying customer. It is highly disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I am unsure whether this individual is the manager or not, but it is clear that he needs to undergo significant training in customer service and improve his people skills. I strongly advise the management to consider implementing better management practices and ensuring that their staff members treat customers with respect and courtesy. Based on this unfortunate experience, I regretfully cannot recommend South Pointe Cafe to others. It is disheartening when a visit to a supposedly enjoyable establishment turns out to be such a negative experience.

How dare the guys that work here tell me they are closing and I can’t get anything when my 3 year old wanted some ice cream and some water on an extremely hot day but 10 minutes I see them giving out free water bottles to some lady’s. Wthhhhhh!!! And when I confronted him (he was the blonde guy) he argue back not even think about how to make it fair. The most horrible costumer service. Don’t waste your money here. Go to hagan daz is right on the other street where good costumer service exists.I really hope any of these guys don’t have any kids cos they are heartless.
