Disfrutamos de un rico almuerzo en especial del pollo a la brasa, arroz con mariscos y la deliciosa chicha morada.Hoy nos atendió Victor.

Excelente lugar!! La comida super divina. Nunca hago reviews pero quisiera felicitar al mesero Adrian por su excepcional servicio. Cada vez que visitamos el restaurante, él va más allá de sus deberes para asegurarse de que tengamos una experiencia maravillosa. Su amabilidad, atención al detalle y disposición para ayudar en todo momento hacen que nuestra visita sea aún más agradable. Nos hace sentir como en casa, y siempre se asegura de que no nos falte nada, su esfuerzo se nota en cada interacción. Gracias por un servicio impecable y por hacer de nuestra experiencia algo especial. Siempre volvemos gracias a él.

A1, la flexibilidad y la atención al 100%, resalto sobre todo el servicio y calidad de atención de David (Manager), quien siempre nos ha brindado las mejores opciones al momento de hacer nuestros pedidos. El mejor restaurante peruano, yo siempre iba a Kendall pero se me hacía lejos y cuando vi que está en el Dolphin Mall, vi la gloria y ahora vengo semanal y hasta dos veces a la semana. Los mesero increíble en especial “Nizar” se los recomiendo 200% si no han venido están perdiendo su tiempo.

Realmente todo de primera..la comida super sabrosa y los precios muy cómodos..el mejor pollo a la brasa..y los especiales bien taipa..se los recomiendo y el sitio familiar. Very simple food is good but pricy But !!! Overall, overpriced, and the tipping practice felt like a scam. Gratuity is included and then waiter said it is restaurant service fee of 18%!! What?? Plus tip , which I gave him on top of the” Mandatory gratuity”for his good service But I totally disagree with that “”service fee” labeled as gratuity! Never seen that type of scam !!

When I asked the server if the "gratuity" had already been included he gave me a response that made no sense and tried justifying it by stating that it was "like a service charge" In my humble opinion, if the server was more transparent I'd think they would get more or at the very at least an additional tip. The server in question lacked transparency and was deceptive in this area. I realize times are rough but honesty will always get you more. All in all, the food was great, the service/server was good up until the point of attempting to receive an added gratuity and going as far as "highlighting" the section (emphasis added). It's our due diligence to verify the bill at the end of it all. I think his practice was unethical and at this point not sure if the establishment endorses such practices. Would I return and recommend this establishment, maybe, but there are so many other places to choose from that I am in no hurry to revisit.

La comida fue bien, pero lamentablemente nos dieron los picarones sin cocinar, reclame y frieron los mismos los cuales quedaron como toston (encima se sentian que lo hicieron el aceite de las papas fritas), pienso que si van a ofrecer algo típico del Perú como son los picarones, deben hacerlo bien hecho, porque estan en un punto muy turístico de Miami. Encima me lo cobraron a pesar que reclame, que no estaba la masa hecha, sin hacer y amargo!

La comida es buena pero tienen políticas muy malas si pides un pollo sin sides para llevar no te dan salsa (increíble) te la cobran aparte además si vas con familia no puedes pedir pollos enteros te obligan a pedir de medio pollo en medio pollo. La comida es rica pero la sensación de estar en un sitio donde se aprovechan del cliente no justifica el mal rato.

Terrible!! Esto es cualquier cosa menos un rico a la brasa!! El Pollo parece pollo tropical, rosado por dentro donde esta la sazón peruana!! Me ubicaron en una mesa y despues me pidieron si podia moverme para ubicar a otros. We ordered for delivery at 12:30pm, and by 2:30 the food still hadn’t got here and didn’t even show it was on the way, so we called the restaurant and the manager basically said “Oh the driver might have gotten lost, it happens.” Lmao. So we asked if he could call us back when he figured out where the driver was. 15 minutes, no call, so we decided to simply go pick up the food, and called on the way to say we were gonna pick it up. Once we got there, they said we couldn’t just take the food even though we already paid for it. They would have to cancel the order and submit a new one without delivery, and we’d have to pay all over again. So we asked for a refund to start that process. They said the refund went through but we didn’t see it in the bank, so we asked to see it on their end, and the notification basically said “Your request for cancellation and a refund has been received and is being reviewed.” So the refund didn’t go through. Hmm. AND while we were there, 2 separate delivery drivers came and showed they were here for the order and they just got the notification, 2h 30m after the order. At least the manager offered some extra salad for our trouble… lol. He still wouldn’t let us take the food that had been sitting on the counter for 3 hours now, soggy/dry/room temperature. He said “It’s not my fault, it’s the delivery.” I mean, if a fully ready order is sitting on the counter for over 30 mins without being picked up, as a manager you might wanna look into it. So we just decided to leave. Hopefully we eventually get our money back, and hopefully they put our food to good use. They need to fix their delivery system. And the manager didn’t seem to care about anything, shifting blame somewhere else.

No problems with the waiter or the food but when the bill came the gratuity was already charged as you can see when I asked the manager the first 18% is for the restaurant supposedly and 18 to 25% more for the waiter???

I’ve ordered from Tambo Grill Doral several times, and unfortunately there always seems to be an issue. On a previous order, my “1/4 chicken” arrived missing most of the meat—it was basically just chicken skin. I let that go at the time. On multiple occasions, deliveries have also arrived very late, even though I live less than five miles from the restaurant. Yesterday, however, was the worst experience. I had guests at home and placed my order at 6:32 PM (confirmed by email). The food did not arrive until 8:27 PM—almost two hours later. That delay made the situation extremely frustrating, especially because I was hosting. I contacted customer support, and their response was essentially that the order was picked up at 7:46 PM and delivered at 8:27 PM, which was indeed later than the expected delivery time of 7:58 PM, but that they “can’t change the past delay.” They mentioned that a refund might be possible later, but that doesn’t really resolve the situation. I normally don’t write reviews or complain, but repeated issues combined with this experience pushed me to share it. At this point, the real question is whether I would order from Tambo Grill Doral again—and honestly, I don’t think I will.

Tengan mucho cuidado con este Restaurante! Agregan mas del 15% de tip sin previo aviso y eso es totalmente ilegal, a mi me encanta dejar buenos tips pero no a base de engaños ni estafas!! Mi mesa era de tan solo 3 personas ( 2 adultos y un niño) El pissco sour maracuya costo $9.26 un vaso extra pequeñito y el sabor era horrible!! Super azucarado y no sabia a maracuya, el arroz chaufa de mariscos terriblemente malo!! Y practicamente puro arroz casi nada de mariscos asi que terminas pagando $19.24 por comer arroz extra condimentado, las mesas no dejan de moverse, las sillas son tan bajitas que uno se siente que esta sentado en el piso, la mesera fue amable pero era la unica mesera en todo el restaurante asi que casi ni paso por nuestra mesa para ver si todo estaba bien.

Stay away manager thinks people are dumb trying to charge double tip. First of all I thought for parties under 5 it’s illegal to do then he automatically adds it to check when they bring credit card receipt he highlights the tip which is zero out cause he adds it to price already very tricky. I went directly to confront him and he said that is if you want to leave additional tip I said excuse me your trying to trick people by thinking they left no tip since he has no signs that say tip includes Dolphin mall or even Miami Dade county need to look into this shady business

Stay away manager thinks people are dumb trying to charge double tip. First of all I thought for parties under 5 it’s illegal to do then he automatically adds it to check when they bring credit card receipt he highlights the tip which is zero out cause he adds it to price already very tricky. I went directly to confront him and he said that is if you want to leave additional tip I said excuse me your trying to trick people by thinking they left no tip since he has no signs that say tip includes Dolphin mall or even Miami Dade county need to look into this shady business
