Waiter David was the best in our dinner experience. I highly recommend him as a waiter. I loved the food, drink, and dessert. Perfect atmosphere. Definitely coming back again.
This place was fantastic! What a gem. Food and service on point. Hector, our server, outstanding! Great job!
Authentic Indian Flavors and Exceptional Hospitality! Dining at this Indian restaurant truly felt like being transported back to India. The flavors were absolutely spot-on—uff the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Curry were bursting with authentic spices and cooked to perfection. Every bite reminded me of home. A special shout-out to Angelica, our hostess, who was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the evening. She made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. And hats off to Chef Ninad, originally from Mumbai, who clearly brings the soul of Indian cooking to every dish. I’m giving him a solid 5 stars for his culinary mastery! Don’t miss their evening happy hour—great deals and a live band that adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit spot for anyone craving real Indian food and warm hospitality!
We always have amazing service, Angelica our server is great. This restaurant is my husband's and mine's go to for delicious spanish food. Their Indian menu is also every extensive and very authentic. Come during 5 to 7pm and enjoy half off appetizers and wine and beers. Don't miss out on their cuban coffee.
Love this place! We arrived at 9:35 pm on Sunday, and even though the restaurant closed at 10 pm, they graciously took us in. Two of us ordered Indian food and the other two ordered Spaniard food. The food and its presentation were excellent. And it was served timely. Although the curry goat could have had more meat on the bone. The sangria was great. The mango mousse for dessert was delicious. Customer service was superb; both the waitress and the manager were very attentive. We ended up staying 45 minutes past closing, and we never felt rushed. The atmosphere was very pleasant and decor was festive and tastefully done. Ambiance music was nice and could be enjoyed without overpowering our conversation. There's plenty of parking and easy access from Coral Way. This is my go-to place for Indian food. I hope to return soon, to enjoy live music on Friday/Saturday and Flamenco on Sunday. If you're looking for quality Spanish and Indian food, this is the place for you.
Tasca has become one of my favorite places. The quality of their food is impressive, the service and the attention of the girls makes you feel at home! I recommend this restaurant 200% I received the best attention from Caridad Amaya, who has a charisma for dealing with customers.
David was an amazing server! Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Great service from start to finish. 10/10
Food is so delicious and also ambience is good for friends to hangout. Hospitality is at the best
The food hands down was the best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. Although, I don’t remember all the names by heart. My friend who enjoys Indian cuisine in a regular basis, she introduced this location to me. I’ve been to many Indian places, the stew, it usually doesn’t hit my full taste palette as this location did. I’ll heavily recommend trying their menu. I loved sitting outside. The inside is beautiful.
Absolutely phenomenal experience! This is hands down the best Indian food I’ve had in Miami. The flavors were incredibly authentic, and each dish was a delight. We ordered the paneer tikka, lamb rogan josh, palak paneer, and finished with a refreshing mango mousse. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and we left with full bellies but none of the heaviness. The ambiance was warm and cozy, perfect for an intimate dining experience. The owner personally came over to introduce himself and check in, which made us feel like welcomed guests in his home. From the exceptional food to the attentive service, everything was a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine in Miami!
The food was excellent as well as the service! Betsy was extremely nice and her recommendations were tasty! We had great Indian food while others had the Spanish food.
Shout out to Angelica for the excellent service! I know I’ve reviewed here before but it’s always worth it to update. This is a gem in Miami and should be appreciated by everyone. It’s one of my most favorite places! You can eat in, take out, or stay for their epic Friday and Saturday shows!
Tasca De España totally hit the spot! The seafood paella was packed with flavor, and that grilled octopus? Chef’s kiss! The vibe was cozy but fun, with music that made you wanna dance between bites. And let me tell you—Caridad was the sweetest server ever! Super friendly, on point with recommendations, and made the whole night even better. Can’t wait to go back!
The flavors of each dish was amazing and I was not disappointed at all. Marcy was the best server I ever had along with the food. 100/10 just chefs kiss.
Angelica gives great service and her smiles is beyond recognition. The owner is one of the best and kindest person making it happen. The vibe is beyond great.
We’ve been coming here for years & the food & service is always great. We love the happy hour menu too. We’ve even done our company event here. We had Cari as our server recently & she was great!
Stopped by Tasca De España to see my aunt Caridad and catch up, and as always, she made the experience amazing. The food was fire, and her service was top-notch—super welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. If you’re in Miami, definitely check it out!
Angelica took really good care of us. We ordered the chicken curry, shrimp curry, saag paneer, garlic naan, and garbanzo frito. It was all VERY delicious. I will definitely be coming back here again.
Amazing environment, and always great quality in food and services. We go for the Indian menu and it’s second-to-none in Miami. A great hole in the wall for fantastic food and prices! Angelica has served us plenty of times and is always great!
We are on a personal quest for the best paella around, and remembered that Tasca de España was one of Abuela Mama's favorite restaurants. Since paellas take a little bit of time to cook, we ordered samosas, garbanzo fritos and frituras de bacalao just to try them out. All good, however the frituras were my favorite! Our paella arrived on a big black pot, piping hot! Taste was excellent, with lots of shrimp, fish, calamari, and two huge gambas! It's supposed to be for two-three people but I'm sure our whole family could be fed with it. We'll definitely be eating leftovers for a few meals. Liana was our service staff and we are sure this is one of the reasons our meal was so enjoyable. She's friendly, answered all of our questions on the dishes, and made suggestions that were on point, including the awesome turrón and something dessert. All with a smile and excellent demeanor! ❤️ People have written comments about the oddity of a joint Spanish and Indian restaurant. The simple answer is that the owners decided to keep the original Spanish menu when they bought the restaurant, adding an Indian menu. It's a simple "if it ain't broke don't fix it" decision on their part that I'm pretty sure paid off in the long run. There is a store on one end of the restaurant with imported Spanish products, baked goods, and a beautiful boutique with Indian clothing and jewelry. All beautifully made by the designer there and fairly priced. She talked to me about the origin of the materials, how she designed them and how to alter the seams if I wanted the top to fit looser. Great gastronomic and cultural experience! We are sure Abuela Mama is smiling down knowing how much we enjoyed our meal and visit here!
The best Andhra chicken in South Florida is sold here. I go there just for this dish. The interior is beautifully decorated with Indian decor. There is 4% fee on using a credit card so if possible get that cash with you. They removed Andhra chicken & onion pakoras from the menu. The chicken curry is very good. The service is great. Chef Ninad makes the best chicken curry. I highly recommend this place. They also have ladies night on Wednesdays with free drinks for ladies between 7pm to 10pm.
We loved this restaurant. Food was excellent! The entertainment was fabulous! For starters had the tortilla española & croquetas. Very good! Dinner was the shrimp creole with rice & tostones. Also enjoyed a glass of sangria with dinner Will definitely be back & bring our family. 😋
The Indian food was excellent. The best part is Spanish music and Indian food, the combination was epic.
This was a get together for birthday and me passing my boards. The waitress Angelica was great. She explained things to us when we were undecided. The choices we went with were delicious 😋. This was our second time at this restaurant and love the combination of choices, Indian or Spanish.
Loved my experience here. The food was delicious and our server Angelica was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back. I would recommend the butter chicken, the ceviche, and the croquetas.
Went to Tasca de España for lunch today to celebrate my grandma’s birthday and both the Spanish and Indian food was very good. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and welcoming and our server Angelica was truly great. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10
A Hidden Gem in Miami. Culinary Excellence at Its Finest! Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at a family-run restaurant slightly outside Miami, and it was nothing short of a delightful experience. The moment you step in, you're greeted by the warm and welcoming owners, Shahrukh and Siman and their wonderful staff whose passion for food and hospitality shines brightly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, perfectly setting the stage for an unforgettable evening . The Lamb Biryani served in a clay bowl was amazing. I also tried their grilled platter, and it was a revelation. The quality of the meat was top-notch, grilled to perfection with a delightful char that accentuated its natural flavors. It's evident that they use high-quality ingredients, and their expertise in cooking meat dishes is unparalleled. They're also known for their bakery and cake apparently also made with time consuming pure ingredients! For dessert, the mango delicacy was a sweet trip down memory lane, bringing back fond memories of Lahore. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal. This restaurant is a true testament to culinary excellence, combining great food with heartfelt hospitality. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience just a stone's throw from Miami. Highly recommended!
The food was excellent, and the service was perfect. Maxi is very hardworking, serves quickly, and is both kind and courteous.
Daisy was our server today and she was very attentive and warm. The food was spectacular as always. The Garbanzo Fritos are spectacular as well as their Rack of Lamb from their Spanish menu. Their Indian food selection is always on point with bold flavors.
Quaint, unique gem, offering both Spanish and Indian food. We had the Indian lunch specials and they did not disappoint! Aromatic, tasty, and hearty portions. I particularly recommend the Bombay fish curry! Angelica was a wonderful server. Coming back soon for sure.
Our food was delicious. We ordered the tandoori mix and the lamb Rogan gosh this time from the Indian Menu. Angelica was our waitress she was very professional. Live music 🎶 We enjoyed it very much and definitely recommend Tasca de España
Most authentic Indian food in Miami is at the place called “Tasca De España”. I have lived in my for almost 8 years and I have tried Indian food at countless places. It’s always way too spicier than it should be. The chef here knows what true Indian food tastes like. It’s about the aroma and the blend of different spices together. Not drowning things in chilli. Service is great! Staff is super nice. They have music over the weekends. Good collection of wines. Highly recommended.
We came here to eat indian food and were surprised by the name. So it has a Spanish and an Indian menu very different types of food. We were greeted by Angelica which was a delight, the food was super yummy we had the butter chicken, korma and tikka masala. Everything was great. We will definitely come back either for indian or spanish food. Thank you Angelica you were awesome
Very unique fusion of Latin and tradional Indian food. Lunch is as good as dinner. Welcoming ambiance and professional staff. Live music on the weekends , Hindu crafts and much more. Angelica took care of us, and made us feel home. Definitely coming back. Enjoy
A must try restaurant, you will be impressed with the food/desert and atmosphere. We will definitely be back
Amazing food and even better service! Angelica was so friendly and attentive — she made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for authentic Spanish cuisine!
I was looking for some Indian lunch options and I came across the sign on coral way. Walked in and I was pleasantly surprised. Colorful interior, friendly staff and options for both Spanish and Indian food. Staff was helpful in explaining options for ordering. As soon as I was done ordering I was approached by the restaurant manager. She was extremely friendly and showed me around her place while I waited my food. The place has been in business for a long time and master the culinary delights of both Spanish and Indian food. Although I must admit I never realized this place serves Halal Indian food too. They also have a bakery section, a little nook of Indian colorful cultural boutique selling items like jewelry, clothes and other items. Food was delivered quick and it was yummy. Lunch boxes are perfect. Rice, chicken curry, naan, chutney and gulab jaman for dessert. Chicken biryani was superb. Prices are very decent. They have special musical nights on weekends. This place also goes by the name "Mumbai meri jaan" Overall great place with good people. 👍
Tasca De España offers Spanish food and also an Indian food menu . I like how they offer variety of food options and they also have a stage where music performances are held on certain dates.
Excellent place to spend a pleasant time with your family. The food is awesome and it is incredible that they have Spanish and Indu cuisine, I think it is the only place in Miami where you can find it. The desserts are also incredible, the almond cake is something that you surely have to try.
I came here for lunch in the afternoon. The service was amazing! William took good care of us. Very attentive and kind. The food was delicious. They have two menus. One Spanish and one Indian. I ordered lamb biryani from the Indian menu. The portion size was very good and the taste was excellent. I highly recommend this place. I will be returning in the future.
Looking for something different and saw this Tasca de España!!! Oh my God! The place inside is very nice and excellent music very Spanish style! Loved it! If you like seafood or Indian food you have to try this restaurant! Everything we tried had so much flavor we’ll come back again! First place in Miami that has a seafood platter that really has the flavor from Spain /Portugal! Really recommend the “caldereta de mariscos” is like “asopado de mariscos” excellent!!!
Very Good place to have corporate meeting. They served a buffet it was very nice
Theeee best place I’ve ever been to in Miami. Love that it has Indian and spanish fusion. And love it even more that it’s HALAL. The Indian food is all halal and the Spanish food, there’s a few halal options so you get the best of both worlds. Check out my Instagram for full reviews @detriothalaleats
I highly recommend this location! The food and service was great. Our servers name was Maxi and she was great and polite. Our apps and meal were very well made and fast service. Best of all great portions.
Food was amazing. Service was very personal. The manager even came to our table to socialize. Highly recommend the tandoori chicken
The food was aromatic and tasty! We love Indian cuisine and choose that whenever we can. We have eaten it all over the world and know what to expect. The chicken tikka masala and the lamb curry did not disappoint our eager tastebuds. We were greeted upon entering the establishment and the staff was very attentive. My wife was the happiest because she got extra bread rolls to go. We will definitely visit again when we come down to Coral Gables.
DON'T GO IN THERE! It's a trap, once you're in there you will NOT want to leave. Great music, very friendly atmosphere.... Michelin has not been here yet but they would leave a star if they could because the food is very well made and delicious. They also have live shows and music. Exceptional place with rare but exceptional service.
Wow! This place is hard to describe but amazing to experience firsthand! If you want something unique which is a perfect melting pot of Miami, this might be one of the best places for it. Tasca de España / India Grill (you read that right) was a traditional Spanish Restaurant that was purchased by an Indian businessman with a vision. He brought in authentic Indian food by dividing the kitchen in two. He has maintained a great Spanish Restaurant with a great Indian one. He knew the Cubans in the neighborhood liked live music. He then brought in a Flamenco show with Rodolfo, the music director. They have gone on to also add a great all girls trio and a fantastic male Cuban singer who sings old Cuban classics and even opera. The decor is super eclectic but somehow it works here. When you come, ask for Hector the manager and for Yesica as your waitress. If Sharuk, the owner is here, he’ll probably stop by. I suggest the seafood paella and the croquette appetizer but everything is great. The place is family friendly and very relaxed. Expect great food and talented entertainment during your meal. I’ll be back! Romi
We had a late lunch, early dinner and the food was awesome plus rhe waitress was very attentive..
Was invited by Erich Concepcion to see his always excellent performance there... I'd arrived late, when the place was about to close, but the service was great and I enjoy the few minutes I spent there...definitely have to go back, try the menu and update this review! Great selection on beers, if you'll like to taste other traditions 👍🏻...
Great food, great vibes and loved the drinks !!! All at 1 place ! Love both the cuisine
Dayrein was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Great food suggestions and service. Will be coming back
This place is so cute!!! We went on a Friday night and they had amazing Spanish style live music! The food was sooooo delicious and service was great and very attentive! They had a wide variety of vegetarian options which was wonderful! Maria was amazing! Will definitely be coming back
I love this place for both the Spanish and the Indian food…. Nothing says Miami like corquettas with my lamb korma- The Spanish food is amazing as well as the shows. After Namaste 305 took over the Indian side of the restaurant. The food has been phenomenal. It is delicious and does not taste like your standard cookie cutter in Indian food since their chef has all the old recipes of his grandmother…. It is more homegrown and you can tell. They put a lot of love into the food. Portions are great and other nans are delicious. Highly recommend the chilli chicken - and the papedan… I miss spelled that😂- Croquettas and paella is amazing - but Indian food is just as great!!! Love what they did to the place I used to eat here when I had the old Indian menu. And I can tell you that this is better I used to eat here when I had the old Indian menu. And I can tell you that this is just a bit better… you don’t have to eat with anything Spicy… I am Cuban American- and I can tell you this place has the best of both worlds.. can’t wait to Go back
Tasca de Espana was an amazing place! The fusion of Spanish and Indian Cuisine was quite new for me, however, the taste was unbelievably good. I can recommend this place to anybody who wants to listen to live music, enjoy live dance shows and in the mean while have a great dinner. The prices are top and the service was extremely kind.
This is such an amazing restaurant that serves Spanish and Indian food. On my recent visit I order the goat curry, paneer tikka and Kashmiri Pulao all of them made to perfection the host, staff delivered excellent services. Also, they have performances on weekends which was the highlight of our dining experience. Can’t recommend enougj
I don't remember ever going to a restaurant that is both Spanish and Indian, so this was a first for me! We enjoyed the food and the ambience. The restaurant has a nice bar and live entertainment (in the weekends). The staff was very nice as well. Parking was super convenient - free and right outside the restaurant - not something I am used to in Miami.
I tried the Vegetable Samosa and Tikka Masala and it tasted so great! Dayrein served us today she was always making sure we had everything we needed and made sure we had a good experience in Tascas de España. The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable.
A restaurant offering both Indian and Spanish cuisines under one roof. Had butter chicken off their lunch menu. Great price for the portion. A must try if you're looking to try something good and new.
Incredible place! It has good live music, excellent dance show and the crow is amazing! We had a wonderful dancer that besides dancing Flamenco also danced Belly Dance, she is incredibly a gifted dancer. The food was delicious! I recommend the salmon! Mine was very fresh and cooked to perfection!
The portions for takeout are ridiculously small , the butter chicken that we got was not even for one normal person to eat. A $20+ plate not portion price ratio . The flavor was ok, there are better options in Miami
Dear Tasca de España Management, I’m writing to share feedback about our visit to your restaurant today, hoping it helps improve future guest experiences. We came in for dinner at 7:30pm as a party of nine, including young children, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing—mainly due to the extremely high noise level. My advice to families is to avoid bringing small children here, as the environment feels more like a nightclub than a restaurant. The music was so loud that my kids were covering their ears and complaining of pain. Even the adults at our table were left with ringing ears. While the live band had talent, the volume increased even more when they began performing, making it impossible to hold a conversation. As for the food, most of the dishes were decent in taste, including the dessert. We ordered a variety of items: Garbanzo, Croquetas, Camarones al Ajillo, Calamares Fritos, Papitas Fritas, Pulpo a la Parrilla, Rabo de Toro, Filete de Pargo con Camarones, Churrasco, Paella de Mariscos, and the postre Almendra Turrón. However, we were very disappointed with the Paella de Mariscos. We ordered three of them and patiently waited the 45 minutes required for preparation. When they finally arrived, the rice was completely undercooked and inedible. We sent the dishes back, and though they were returned to us after additional time in the kitchen, the rice was still not properly cooked. We barely ate more than 1/8 of the dish due to how hard the rice was. What made the situation worse was that we were still charged full price for the paellas, despite the fact that they were inedible and had to be sent back twice. It wasn’t about the money, but about the principle—waiting nearly an hour for a dish that came out in such poor condition, not once but twice, and then seeing it fully charged on the bill was extremely disappointing. The manager was aware of the issue, as we clearly voiced our concerns both times. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously. With a few changes—especially addressing the volume level and ensuring quality control on signature dishes—your restaurant could offer a much more enjoyable experience.
Tried a cake from this place, it was so delicious that I came back the next day to buy one for me. Place looks nice, the lady that took care of me was very attentive, I was thinking in coming back with the family for dinner another day. That changed when I saw they charge 4% for using a credit card. Who thought this was a good idea? Won't be coming back now.
My experience as far as food quality was unforgettable. I will always have it among the worst places I have eaten. Service was totally bad, atmosphere was good but food was terrible. No taste. Indy opinion they have the food boiled and they add the sauce with flavor you pick. We couldn't eat it. It tasted like cardboard
Se come bien.
