This place is a staple of Miami & I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable Italian lunch or dinner. The service is always great, food is flavorful and the atmosphere is authentic. They have a huge menu as well so there is something for everyone. Definitely the go to spot for a good dinner with friends or family. Highly recommend!
We’ve been coming to the big cheese for quite some years!! So I wanted to give the review it deserves! BEST pizza in MIAMI!! Food is always fresh and service is always great! This is definitely a local favorite 😎 Garlic rolls are a must in Big Cheese!
The Big Cheese 🧀 is a very popular spot and for good reason! The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy with family or friends. Their pizzas 🍕 are absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and generously served. The service is excellent; the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations. Every visit feels like a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a warm, inviting environment! 🌟
Our waiter was amazing! Didn't get his name. Great guy, great food, always a pit stop in Miami!
Spectacular! Delicious food and excellent service Big Cheese is definitely a must-visit if you’re a fan of pasta and cheese. The food is spectacular, the portions are generous, and the flavors are amazing. One of the best things about this place is how much cheese they add to the pasta—it makes every bite even better! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff throughout our visit. I highly recommend the pink sauce pasta, a creamy and flavorful dish that does not disappoint. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant for enjoying great Italian food in Miami. I’ll definitely be back!
It is a very welcoming place with excellent service, it was my first time and we were a family group, they attended us with a lot of affection and respect, the food is excellent with very fair prices, I definitely come back again.

Stopped in for a bite after hearing all about this place and I see why it’s a Miami staple! Lots of tables, cute vibe inside, very friendly staff. The garlic bread was too good we almost filled up on that before our mains! Really liked the pizza, crust was perfectly crisp and not too thin or bready. Fresh ingredients and the cheese is so good!! Will be back with a bigger appetite for sure!
Had late lunch on Saturday, it was exceptional. The Ceaser salad dressing was maybe the best I've ever had. I also had The Shrimp Parm. Not only delicious, but enough for two meals. I highly recommend eating here...unless you're on a diet.
For many Years I have visit this place. You can't go wrong in here. The ingredients they use to craft the Pizza are 2nd to none.On my last visit The owner took his time to prepare to my Family The "Sea Food Pizza".Many thanks. It was AWESOME!..The Service and Dedication of All in Big Cheese Employees make this Place a Treasure..
This place is probably the only genuine casual Italian American restaurant in Miami-Dade County. After Laurenzo's Market closed in Aventura, I haven't been able to find legitimate Italian American food in the city. I'm referring to the ones that serve immigrant recipes and that immigrants would frequent - different to the restaurants from Italy itself. The dishes are delicious and authentic. Thank you Big Cheese
We were served by Alex. He is an excellent person and we would not have enjoyed ourselves as much if it hadn't been for him. I have eaten here many times. Excellent food.
I was curious about the vibe as we visited the area and saw the buzz around! Joey our server was very hospitable, friendly staff, extremely busy but they worked great around it. Joey curated some of the menu highlights for us including the Fried Calamari, Fried Oysters, The Garlic Rolls are Great!! Pizza ice crust, cheesy, Veal Parm was well coated, great flavor, eggplant parm had a crunch, the sauce was legit on point to our liking.. We had a great time, great food, great service, very generous portions.. Thank you Joey for a great time.
Man, every time I go to this place it's great food, great service, and great atmosphere!
Consistently good pizza. Just wish theyd use more sauce
Delicious food, great service! The portions are huge, but if you get the small portion it will be more than enough. The garlic bread it’s mouth watering, with the pastas and the pizza not far behind! Chilled family atmosphere.
Family oriented been coming here for years the best garlic breads, pizza pasta salad. Very cheap prices!
I'm going to miss this place when I move. The best family owned Italian restaurant I know in South Florida. I came here to the 1 in Miami and I came to the 1 in Homestead when it was opened. I have always came here since I was 11. This place has delicious garlic bread and alfredo pasta. So good. I just came here to get the garlic bread only. Be careful with the parking though. It is kind of tough to get a parking spot here. Love Big Cheese and I recommend it to everyone I know.
I recently dined at The Big Cheese and was thoroughly impressed! The lasagna was absolutely amazing, perfectly layered and rich in flavor. The baked ziti with risotto was another standout, with a creamy and delicious twist that exceeded my expectations. Don't miss out on their pepperoni pizza; it's a must-try with its perfectly crispy crust and generous toppings. The only downside is the parking—it's a bit tricky, so be patient and prepared to search for a spot. Overall, a fantastic experience with top-notch Italian dishes!
We got takeout 💃🦋🎊♥️place was booming, soo happy to see people out and about and enjoy great food and atmosphere. Pizza,Calamari and wings absolutely delicious 💕😍💃🦋🎊♥️
Our go-to place for pizza and Italian comfort food. Huge baked pasta servings, enough for 2. Great prices! You won't be disappointed!
100% worth the wait times!! This place is always busy. The last time we tried to done in the power went out in the area and people rather than leave and go somewhere else literally EVERYONE decided to wait it out to eat here rather than go somewhere else. Well this past Friday we finally sat down and had pizza here. We got a white pie and half we added pepperoni. Though it is pretty heavy with the garlic this was the closest thing to NJ/NY pizza I’ve had in 3 years of being in Miami. Absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
This restaurant isn’t fancy, mote like a dive with charm, but the food is INCREDIBLE!!! Not just the pizzas, but the subs, wings appetizers, and yes, the pasta dishes. I had the best pink pasta and chicken parm that I have ever had!!!! Prices are unbelievable and the service phenomenal. A must go restaurant ♥️
This is a South Florida staple. Wonderful food not just pizza. And a great place for the whole family. Been coming here since I was a kid
Great service from the moment you walk in you are taken care of... & the pizza is awesome! I also love the tuna salad. Garlic is beyond delicious on the rolls!
Should be your go to for pizza, ceaser salad garlic roles etc. They do nothing small We been going there for years and never been disappointed. Dress super casual
The piece of Florida history and a great tribute to the neighboring University of Miami! Love the Football memorabilia exhibited throughout. The portions are quite large so plan accordingly. #bigcheese #miami #pizza #pasta #garlicroles #football #classic #universityofmiami #um #florida
Best restaurant, I eat at this restaurant 3 times a week for approximately 30 years. Great prices, quality and very friendly staff.
Great food! We came back a 2nd time before we left back home from vacation.
I’ve been dining at Big Cheese for years and have never been disappointed. The portions are extremely generous and everything is absolutely delicious. The seafood pasta is incredible, cheese pizza by the slice is delicious and the Caesar salad is my favorite, it’s the best! Service is can be hit or miss at times but never bad. The only negatives are the wait because it’s almost always packed and they don’t take reservations plus they don’t have a lot of parking so parking can be a nightmare. However, it’s all worth it because the food is incredible.
This is my absolute favorite pizza place!!! I thought I had a favorite, until my boyfriend brought me to The Big Cheese for the first time! The vibe here is super cool and relaxed. It's a great spot for groups of friends and teams and families and basically anything! My boyfriend and I even consider this a date night spot for us because we love it so much. It's very casual, kinda noisy but that doesn't bother us. It has a great Miami feel and lots of UM support and decor. The pizza is THE BEST PIZZA EVER. Along with pizza, they have an amazing selection of pastas (added a partial photo of menu with some of the pasta options) and subs as well. The garlic bread is delicious and you can ask for it with cheese (picture of garlic cheese bread included). They pile cheese onto everything!!! I'm a cheese addict so I LOVE this. The pizza is the cheesiest l've ever had. The pasta is also always covered in tons of cheese. You can also order the pasta dishes in a half order (my pic is baked ziti ricotta half order). The price difference for the half order is small I noticed. I figured it should be around half price, but it was only $2 off. Parking kinda sucks sometimes since there isn't a ton and not very convenient nearby spots to park but I find it is pretty OK considering their capacity.
I've been coming to the big cheese since I was probably 5, to me this is not only a place to eat but am extension of my house. I absolutely love this place, my parents brought me here and I bring my kids here. Some of if not the best Italian comfort food in South Miami, a true staple to the community.
I have been coming here for many years and I just visited this place recently. It is a great local restaurant located in South Miami. Parking can be difficult, but there is parking available in the back. My girlfriend and I split a steak Cesar salad and they bought it to us in two separate plates. They provided us with a lot of food with a lot of flavor. Their garlic rolls are amazing and always great service. They constantly check up on us and always filling our drink’s. This place never changes; always great food and good service. I always look forward to coming here.
The classic Miami Hurricanes pizza joint. Excellent service and you get exactly what you pay for. Consistency starts with the garlic knots. Do not forget to order them. I also recommend the stuffed shells and the chicken parm sandwich. The pizzas are not fancy but heavy NY slices. College pizza 🍕 place. Great for a hangover.
Big cheese is always a good idea. From the garlic rolls to their speciality pizzas, you can never go wrong with anything on the menu. The plates are big enough to share. The servers make you feel like family
Some of the best Italian food can be found at this iconic spot in South Miami! I can remember when it was located across the street where the ice cream shop is, with just a couple of booths for seating. Fast forward to the present and it's a booming spot, with an atmosphere decorated to the hilt in University of Miami memorabilia. LET'S GO CANES!!! They have quite the selection. From the garlic rolls to the pizza, all of the pasta dishes (the lasagna is my favorite), all delicious! Stop in with the family and enjoy. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
I just want to THANK the people who own, manage and work here. They create a welcoming atmosphere of fun and happiness. It's a real joy to eat here. The vintage atmosphere, the music and all the smiles make this a must place to visit regularly. Keep up the awesome work and the AWESOME playlist.
Yes you got it. This is The Big Cheese of Miami. Wow so good. Caesar salad was fantastic to start with like the hint of onions. Then got the chicken cutlet Parmesan baked ziti with pink sauce. Must have. Then we got a cheese pizza and put the garlic on it from the garlic rolls and must say one of the best pizza’s ever. AT rater says its a must go
A staple in our community! This place hasn't changed. I mean literally, they have not changed or updated anything. Most of the times you would think that's a bad thing, but in this case it's great. I love that it still has the same feel since growing up! The food is always great, don't forget to get those garlics rolls.
Flavorful, varied, and surprisingly affordable, it's no wonder The Big Cheese is so well loved by the Miami community. Packed with more U of M swag than you can wave a ten foot garlic roll at, the interior is colorful and filled with cheerful energy. Service is quick, friendly, and helpful. When you first sit down, you'll have the chance to try their delicious garlic rolls with garlic sauce either on top of the bread or on the side. It's a rich topping with lots of minced fresh garlic, served with a sweet marinara sauce. We tried out two items from their baked pastas menu: The meaty Art Kehoe Atkin Special and the meat lasagna. Both were excellent, although the Atkin Special is preferable if you're watching carbs. It's loaded with boneless chicken, meatballs, and Italian sausage and topped with plenty of marinara. No noods. The lasagna is layers of cheese, pasta sauce, and veggies or meat. There is a vegetable lasagna, but I did not partake. We ordered some onion rings as an appetizer. They were good, but nothing particularly special (a bit better than average). We appreciated that it, as with several other things, were available in small and large portions. We also ordered dessert. The triple chocolate fudge cake and "big" tiramisu. They were both sensible portions. Tasty. Moist. You might do better elsewhere on these if you're very picky about baked goods, but they're perfectly fine. A good, sweet end to a great meal Bottom line: Definitely recommended. Come for the pasta!
Being a Miami native, I’ve heard about this restaurant for pretty much my entire life, this establishment has been around since I was a young child. Upon entering this establishment, I was promptly seated by a very friendly staff. Having never being here previously I asked my sever for recommendations; let me tell you they didn’t lead me in the wrong direction! Everything was absolutely delicious. The chicken parm was beyond any norm, nothing like you would get at a simple company holiday function. It was beyond words, don’t let me even fill you in on the garlic rolls or mozzarella sticks, for the simple reason you need to taste them for yourself. Sitting on the patio i can see this is a family friendly oriented establishment, pets included on the outdoor seating area.
This is a Miami institution. It's got that classic pizzaria feel, delicious food, family friendly, and a little bit grimy (but that just adds to the flavor). If you want to experience some piece of local Miami culture this should make your list of stops.
We placed an order through Uber Eats and received the wrong pizza. When we called the restaurant, they handled the situation right away. The manager personally apologized and sent a staff member to deliver the correct pizza, which arrived within 15 minutes. Despite the initial mix-up, we were very impressed with their customer service. Mistakes happen, but it’s clear they value their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you!
I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. The pizza is always perfect. Garlic rolls add meaning to life— they’re that good (and strong). They have a full menu of pastas, sandwiches and other entrees. There’s something for everyone. Staff is always great— friendly, helpful and attentive.
the food was great, we had a calzone and it was exceptional, the cheese sticks were very good as well and the garlic rolls alone are enough to eat there, they have actual garlic chopped on top of the rolls. the pizza was delicious as well, the ingredients tasted fresh and the food came out pretty quick. overall great experience.
Been going here forever. Never a bad meal. Portions sizes are huge, food is flavorful, and service is always on point. This place has been my go-to for years. Every meal here is consistently delicious. The portions are generous, the food is flavorful, and the service is always top-notch.
There are multiple reason why the place has been around for 40 yrs. The food and service are stellar. When you arrive ask for Lucas, he was attentive and is one of the friendliest servers I've ever met. Not to mention the kitchen was on point and super fast. Definitly come here !!!!!
The Big Cheese is an absolute South Miami classic. The pizza is always hot, cheesy, and loaded with flavor, and the portions are huge—come hungry. Super laid-back vibe, fast service, and it feels like one of those places everyone grew up going to. Perfect for a casual hangout, late-night bite, or comfort food fix. If you love old-school pizza that never disappoints, this place is a must. 🍕🔥
My wife and I recently visited The Big Cheese in Miami, and we had an excellent experience. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and served fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy a nice meal together. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Overall, we left very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend The Big Cheese for anyone looking for great food and a genuine, family-friendly dining experience in Miami.
The Big Cheese was an absolute amazing experience. The food is great and the atmosphere takes you back to the mid 80s. But beyond that, the service is 20 out of 10! There was a cook named BJ who was so sweet to our 6 year old. He gave her some dough and as she sparked up a conversation he continued to express sincere kindness. We will definitely be coming back again and again. Always an amazing time at the Big Cheese!
Classic amazing pizza, a south Florida staple <3 ate with my wife outside by the walls ice cream truck. Super cute and amazing margarita with pepperoni pizza. Good selection of beers and ipas for casual sips. Wine too but we didn't try it
Wow!! Not often you have something and everything is perfect! Wings were crunchy and sauce was delicious. Gave us both blue cheese and ranch Stromboli was perfect came with delicious sauce The star of the show were the stuffed shells!! I am Italian and have to say these rivaled mine!! Got here hot and fast. Super friendly. We will order this again!
If you want great Italian food for a great (& leave with plenty of leftovers) price, there is no better hometown restaurant than Big Cheese! From the starting complimentary, rolls consumed by garlic prior to your consumption, they make a warm welcome and pairing to whatever you choose. Our favorites are the 6 fat mozzarella blocks (not sticks), the chicken franchise (with Alfredo on pasta only), homemade sweet tea, and side Caesar salad to feel better about yourself! Ask for the entree SPLIT and share all that because you will go home FULL and still have leftovers. Their pizza is better ordered whole rather than by the slice. Their subs are fresh and the half meatball (order course chopped) is phenomenal! I cannot comment on the desserts because nobody I know has EVER had room for any after eating here. B.C. is one of our local favs!!
The food took longer than normal. They gave out pizzas to another table. But once we got the pizzas they did not disappoint.
We had a nice dinner and food was good. Plentiful. Friendly service. We will be back.
I love the restaurant. I didn’t wait to be seated. The service was excellent. Staff polite and kind. The garlic bread is so delicious, but leave space because the dishes are huge. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and for my date cheese pizza. The pizza wasn’t served at the same time as my plate. That’s a no no. Thank God we shared my eggplant and spaghetti. The tomato sauce was tasty, but at the beginning I felt it was too much. But no, the combination between the sauce, eggplant and their spaghetti really good. The past is Perfect, Al dente. The restaurant has a lot of options of American-Italian food in the menu. I’m definitely coming back.
The Big Cheese has been around for the longest I can remember. They’re huge sponsor is University of Miami and it has a very friendly vibe to the spot. It’s one of the first places you think of when you want something homey. I had ordered over the phone, expecting it to be ready in the time they allotted for me, and it wasn’t. The person in the front even charged the card incorrectly and they had to re do. I understand… mistakes happen and we’re human, but I was really hoping to grab and go. Since the parking wasn’t any better. I then took everything to the car— grateful I could carry everything in one try to the car. To then realize someone parked behind me and there was no one in the car to ask them to move. I was already on a time crunch with my supervisor because the getting ready of the food had taken a while. Also, they had attended other guests while I was waiting and picking up the phone… I understand the staff might be low, and lunch time is extremely busy, but it would not be a bad idea to hire an intern or someone for two hours a day to help those scenarios. Finally got out, had lots of anxiety, got to work, food was great! That was a plus. Very tastey!
We were 2 people for dinner on a Thursday at 6pm. There was a wait of about 20 mins. Not bad for this place that always has a line and is worth the wait. The hardest part was parking. But once seated I recommend the garlic knots. You can not go wrong with the pizza. Love it! I can’t have dairy so I asked about options and the server was so helpful and found a delicious chicken Francisee. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Spaghetti and meatballs delicious. (Clam sauce- not so good). Know you’ll spend time waiting for a table but it’s worth it.
Okay, but certainly not the best pizza or Italian food in town. Pizzas tend to be quite greasy. The garlic rolls are so-so (standard dinner rolls doused in garlic oil/butter, you can get the same almost anywhere). They charge $3.50 for a side of 3 garlic rolls, but if you order a meal and ask for no garlic rolls, no discount and they won't let you substitute the garlic rolls for a small side salad. Instead, you get charged full price and an extra charge for the small side salad. Their tomato sauces are average tasting and their pink sauce isn't very good. Service is friendly and usually quick. Portion sizes are a good value for the prices. Parking can be iffy as the front and back lots aren't very large and fill up fast at busier times.
Good place. Very big seatings actually. Can hold tables for 8-10 people easily. Also has a seating area outside if you’d like to enjoy the breeze. The menu is huge and kinda makes it a bit difficult to make a choice but its mostly all Italian food. Im from New York so the Italian food always takes the price in New York. I didn’t try the meat options because i only eat Halal (Kosher) but i am sure they have plenty of tasteful foods. I had the Cheese Pizza with some jalapeños. Side of fries and garlic bread. The Garlic bread was actually better taking than the pizza dough itself. So having the Brooklyn style pizzas in New York i wasn’t expecting the pizza to do any justice and i was right. The pizza dough was just ok it didn’t have much of a rich flavor to it, cheese tasted better actually. Overall pizza experience was 5/10, its enough to kinda fill the void if you pizza down south. The surrounding was cool but a bit too dark. Kinda tried to make it feel like a high end restaurant and at the same time a mom and pop pizzeria. I didn’t mind the lighting to be too dim but the pictures on the walls with the sports bar type feel didn’t make it feel too cozy. It was just if you are a Canes fan then good for you if not you will just feel outta place especially if you don’t know your College football teams. (I am a Miami Hurricanes fan btw... the U!!!!) 3 stars only due to just being a decent non franchise restaurant. Don’t expect it to blow your mind.
We haven’t been to The Big Cheese in many years. We were driving by and stopped to pick up dinner. We both are so disappointed! My husband got seafood pasta and I got Chicken Parm. Both meals were very disappointing. My chicken was very, very thin and actually tough. Seafood pasta was disgusting. Now I know we will stay away again for years!
After living in Miami for 35 years I finally tried The Big Cheese for the first time. My husband said it was average, but I don’t think it’s fair to judge a place that you haven’t been to in over 20 years. We had not taken one of our children here, and I really wanted them to try it before going off to college. I would give this place 5 stars because the food was great. However, one of my biggest pet peeves is when my family’s food comes out separately. I ordered a Cesar salad and the waiter asked me if I wanted it first, or for it to come out with all the rest of my family’s food. I said I wanted it to all come out together, at the same time. First, we got some garlic rolls. I thought that they took a bit long to be ready, but when I tried them I realized they were fresh baked, fresh homemade rolls. They were super good. My family ordered an extra large meat pizza. Their pizza came out, but no salad!?! He said it would be right out. Well, it a Cesar salad, how long could it take? Even if he had ordered it at that very moment? Maybe 5 minutes? No! It took about another 15-20 minutes for me to get my Cesar salad that was supposed to come out with my family’s food! My daughters were both done eating and my husband was almost done with his second slice. So, my family got to sit there for another 20 minutes while I ate my salad, watching me eat, just as I had watched them eat. I will say, it was a huge salad! I mean, like the size I would make for my entire family for dinner. It was good, too. But I really, really hate it when everyone gets their food at different times. That’s not the point of a family going out to dinner. So, that was my first, and probably my last visit to The Big Cheese. The food is good, but there are plenty of good places to eat in Miami. They must be doing something right though, if they’ve been around for 35 years! It’s nice to see a family business survive for that long.
Been a loyal customer ten years. Love big cheese but check the order before the delivery guy leaves. The salad was missing and we had some hungry bummed out people that did not eat that night.
We go here all the time as locals to the area but today we were sadly disappointed. We ordered The big cheese through Uber Eats for our friend’s birthday lunch and our order was a let down. We got 2 chicken parm subs that looked old/stale and no marinara sauce included even though we ordered it. We also ordered garlic rolls with sauce on the side and instead we received salad dressing. The only great thing in our order was the ceasar salad! Things are so expensive now and this just felt like a waste of money. 😞😞
Ordene y 20 minutos depues de la hora de entrega es que pude obtener mi comida
Was excited to eat here bc the reviews but me and my partner were so disappointed. I ordered a calzone, it was so soggy and tasted basic. Almost like dishwater. In fact the basic pizza slices also had that dishwater aftertaste as well and just very limp slices. My partner ordered eggplant parm sub and we had to send it back due to it being burnt black in some parts. I highly suspect majority of the food is frozen. We did enjoy the garlic bread though. Our waitress was kind and attentive so we tipped for that alone, unfortunately very mid italian spot no clue why it’s so popular.
The lack of hygiene in this establishment is quite simply a hazard. Minutes after sitting down for lunch, I saw an employee catch/kill a cockroach on the wall just feet away from the booth I was sitting in with my children. As if that was not enough reason to make your skin crawl, the door frame of the front doors are coated in dirt and grime, the air vents are coated in dust and visible debris and it is clear that this lack of hygiene translates throughout the entire restaurant. Lastly, the cucumbers in my house salad were old/hard and the spaghetti and meatball I ordered for my kids was likely a massive frozen meatball that was clearly not made in house. The sauce was more water than sauce, as it literally accumulated into a puddle at the end of my plate. Will definitely not be returning. I’m not sure how this “staple” is still around when it is so clearly a shell of what it once was.
Drove from a long way , my order was placed but never given to the kitchen, waited 25 mins , only to be told they didn't have my order ,I ended up voiding my whole order and leaving , am sure the food is good, but I will never find out, never wasting my time coming back, ended up going to Mister 01 , much better service
I’m honestly heartbroken. I brought my kids here, excited to enjoy a nice meal together as a family. But as soon as we walked in, we were told they were “closed.” The confusing part? The restaurant was full of customers eating, laughing, and being served. My kids looked up at me confused, asking why we weren’t allowed to stay. It was embarrassing and painful trying to explain something that didn’t make sense — especially while watching their little faces go from excited to disappointed. We felt unwelcome and singled out, and that’s something no parent ever wants their children to experience. We quietly left with hurt feelings and empty stomachs. We will never come back.
You guys single slices is sad. I been going there for over 20 years and I have seen your slices get smaller and smaller. Like it’s embarrassing… Not sure what’s happening.. very disappointed.
Ordered a cheese pizza for pickup right before closing time. Pizza was cold, our drive was 10 minutes so possibly made for another customer? My wife had a good experience previously, so hopefully it was a fluke. Garlic rolls are good though.
-Flies buzzing around the place, disgusting, place is not clean. -Look at the pictures of the flies stacked up less than 5ft from where they prepare pizza... -If I could give a zero I would, they don't deserve a star. Ordered for pickup, they say ready in 20, Arrived 31 minutes after phoning in, they forgot to make one of the two pizza pies I order the rest of my order is getting cold, finally walk out 47 minutes after calling in the order I shouldn't have eaten the food but did, hopefully I don't get sick. The Garlic rolls had 0 garlic on them, and were burned on the bottom. Both pizza were a floppy mess, see photos. I felt awful for my Mom who got the Cauliflower crust pizza, absolute sloppy mess, see photos, she ended up throwing it in the trash.
Drove all the way from the 954 and arrived at 8:58 PM with my family (2 adults and 3 kids), only to be turned away at the door. We were told the kitchen doesn’t accept any orders at 9 PM or later—even though we had walked in before then. The manager explained that it’s a privately owned business and that 8:58 is essentially the same as 9 PM in their eyes. Meanwhile, the restaurant was still bustling with about 30 people inside and additional guests seated outside. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how we were treated as a family. Sad to see this kind of customer service—The Big Cheese of Miami, wow.
This place is a classic place for pizza , it was Sunday Super Bowl weekend but they are a mess, need to get with the program after revamping there online service and how they attend to customers, quiet frankly they messed up bad my pizza asked for half pepperoni half buffalo chicken see attached picture of what I received, not what I asked for if I don’t ask to see a manager would of not gotten my food order after it was ready. This place needs better management and direction. They need staff who attend the counter with pride and teamwork, not the crazy mess of no one cares or they don’t feel like working today. Don’t waste your time.
