You must visit Tijuana Flats if you are in the area! Delicious Tex-Mex food at an affordable price. The staff at this location is very friendly and will do anything to make your visit pleasant. The atmosphere is great and you have the option to sit outside. The flautas are my favorite.

If you are looking for a fast casual Mexican place, this place it great. It’s a step up from Taco Bell, but not quite an authentic Mexican restaurant. Great service and the staff is always friendly.

If you like salsa for your chips or even on your tacos. This is the place. They offer a great amount of salsas. Their food is pretty good. As well as their service, we had an inconvenience and they were extremely helpful.

My family love Tijuna. Indeed of it favorite places to go.The staff are always a pleasure. The food is always fresh. Trying to watch what I eat and wasn't sure what I wanted. The cashier suggested the fish burrito and toppings (no rice), now The fish burrito is now my favorite.

My 1st time going here I ate tacos because it was recommended but I just love the chipotle chicken taco salad. I can’t get enough of the hard Shell that seems like it’s made in house every day. Just thinking about how good it is makes me want to go back and buy another one. I eat this every time I go to Tijuana flat and sometimes I go out my way to make sure I go there just to get it for lunch. Love the variety of sauces also. Quesadillas were stuffed and delicious. Plentiful amount of chips and awesome queso dip. Like the decorations and set up of the place, even has some tables outside. Service was an efficient and the price is very accessible. Will be back!

Only down to earth people works here. Attention and great customer service is their goal... food is not extraordinary as other big chains... however its different than others and the whole experience makes it all. Food is above average tex mex, and they have an awesome hot sauce bar! I have always had good service there too! If you like hot sauce, you will fall in love with this place. Some 20 or more different sauces, different levels of hotness, from mild jalapeño sauce to crazy ghost pepper sauces!

Soooooo good! I passed this place many times, thinking it's just another franchise, but it's everything, BUT!!! Anyway, I finally decided to give it a try. Everything was amazing, fresh, flavorful, handmade, and steaming hot. The extensive hot sauce bar is a nice feature, and I love the interior design. Lastly, the restaurant gives back to the community with their accomplishments and group efforts mounted on the walls. I'll be back soon.

My wife and I have been eating here probably once per month for 4 years now, almost. Love the fresh food, it’s super affordable with a lively ambiance, and the staff is always super kind as well. The only thing that I’ve been sad about somewhat recently is that they cut my favorite hot sauce (The Dictator hot sauce - the best hot sauce inside this place…. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise - it’s god’s gift to earth) off of their hot sauce bar a few years ago, and after talking with a couple managers over the years randomly to ask about it, nobody has ordered it to put it back onto the hot sauce bar just yet. Tonight as we were eating I mentioned it to their newer manager (Kiki), and she took out her phone right on the spot, ordered a jug of the hot sauce live in front of us via her phone, for delivery right in the next few days. Crisis AVERTED! What a great manager, which has made this visit even better - she truly has heart and cares more than offering a simple apology for an odd customer experience. We’ll be back in a week or two to dig into that fresh jug of The Dictator hot sauce, for sure. Thanks for taking the extra step to truly show each customer that you care. Very well run. Attentive staff. Clean bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating. What I really appreciate is the higher chairs available. A good option for those that have trouble sitting in the lower, normal size chairs. I can only speak for the tacos: The food was delicious. I like the many sauce options. They actually have a sauce bar!! If you like to experiment you will enjoy.

Everything was great! The customer service was great, the environment was nice, and the food was so good. If you have a taste for Mexican food, give this place a try. The customer service is just outstanding. The workers are very attentive and have such a great attitude. They are always check up on you to make sure everything is going well or if you need anything. The dining area is very clean. They have an amazing sauce bar ranging from mild to very spicy sauces.

I dine in and order out from this location often. They always get the order right and the food is always hot & fresh. Today, I received exceptional customer service from Manager, Carol. Through no fault of anyone, I was unable to get to the restaurant to pick up my order (the train tracks were blocked). Carol was incredibly kind, understanding and got my issue resolved quickly. Amazing service, and delicious food for a really great price with great deals on a complete meal on Tuesdays and Thursdays for around $7! Awesome!! The hot sauce bar alone is reason to visit here. But the food was sooo good. Super solid portions too! They have margaritas and beer. I tried the marg and it was quite decent. Can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this spot! Also want to mention the cashier with pink hair was super chill and friendly! I will definitely be back!

Great food always prepared properly. The hotsauce bar could use a rotation as it has been the same for months now. Staff are friendly and seem to be having a good time at work. Restaurant is clean and tidy. Parking is plentiful which is a welcome change to most of them.

Great food for great price; better than Chipotle. The spicy sauce selection is also pretty great, they switch out the sauces from time to time. Highly recommend the scorpion sting (death wish category). They have taco specials on Tuesday and Burrito/bowl specials on Thursdays.

Surprisingly good. I suppose nobody goes to a restaurant planning on bad food, but my expectations for fast food aren’t that high. I had the blackened chicken tacos and a queso dip and both was very good and fresh. Order was delivered promptly and for the same price as Chipotle for a far superior product. The hot sauce bar makes things fun. I mixed and matched several.

I've ordered here more than once and got a large pork burrito type things before and while the portion sizes are very generous, I found the pork itself unappetizing due to the lack of flavor or seasoning outside the cheese sauce that was drowning it. The last time I went with my partner and she found her quessidilla to also be bland and without much flavor and very little cheese but the nachos and other dishes we had were very tasty and of course we always enjoy the hot sauce bar. It's also usually pretty quiet so it's a nice place to grab lunch and decompress.

We go here all the time. The food is great for "fast food." They have healthy options, which is amazing! They have every kind of hot sauce your mind can imagine. You can't help but feel happy in the atmosphere too, from the artwork on the walls to the bumper stickers below the cash registers. I love the tributes to the military on the wall. The employees are always helpful and kind. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here and we eat here often. Even when we order to go, they have never gotten an order wrong. Thanks for being a great restaurant!

This was my first time at Tijuana Flats, and i had a good time. The food is definitely Tex-Mex, it had a good taste but definitely room for improvement, there is a salsa bar with plenty of options, big portions of food, excellent service, and friendly staff. Overall, it's a nice place.

Authentic mexican? No. Still pretty decent? Definitely. Love their billions different types of hot sauces and the enchiladas.

I give the staff 5 stars a young but responsible group. The girl who took our order was friendly and helpful. I had beef flautas my friend had chicken. Everything came out hot and fresh and as quickly as possible. We asked them to hold our cookie dough dessert till after we had our entrees and they did. The place was clean and it's easy to spot the restaurant from the main street (Biscayne.. It's in the same Plaza with red lobster ). It's a nice casual Mexican place with drinks and dessert or came up to 22$. The food was delicious. Will go again.

Great staff, decent TexMex and local beers on tap which is a nice touch. Clever idea to have the hot sauces there and the ambience is hipper-than-stripmall. The homemade tortilla chips are great when you show up with kids. Sub-actic air co and no "carnitas" options are my only critiques and reason they didn't get a five 🌟 rating.

Went there for the first time today and this guy Mike was just super dope man. His hospitality is unmatched. The food was pretty decent and quick too.

My neice ate tacos she had 2 meat tacos made with the crispy hard shells and I had one softz shell steak taco. They were delicious and the price was very reasonable.

Nice restaurant with good food. The chicken flautas were delicious. The chips are usually great but this time they were cold and didn't taste good.

The chimichanga was extremely small and they gave me 6 tortilla chips on the side. I asked for jalapeños and they gave me 2 on the side. Gave me no cilantro when I asked for a lot of it. Did the same thing the other times I ordered here. Not a fan of this location. The workers were nice though.

This was my first experience at Tijuana Flats, and it was a pleasant one. The staff here is incredibly friendly, which immediately was noticed due to the lack of this kindness around Miami. I got a blackened chicken burrito, while my lunch companion ordered the flautas. Both were good, although there is better food around the area. This place was worth it due to the speed and friendliness of service alone. I will visit this location again.

Seems to be a nice Mexican place. During busy time they have messed up our to go order twice, but was quick to fix it so I ain't complaining, although I feel they could have made a better decisions. Overall the food is good and the service is great, so this is our new Mexican to go

Came here with a friend after they insisted that I HAD TO try the mexican here, and was quite impressed. Had a smothered burrito which was very fresh and tasty. Chips and salsa were definitely a great start to the meal. Not to mention the cool interior and great, friendly service. Great for take out or to hang out with friends! Quite the far cry from the usual mexican spots I visit, but definitely in a good way. Affordable too.

This place is great, my burrito was crispy on the outside and nice and wet with plenty of steak and melted cheese. They have like 20 different sauces, and you can try all of them. If you like one they sell 5 oz. Bottles. The bathrooms were clean and the place is nicely decorated. They have outside seats for people like me that smoke. I will be back there soon!

I've eaten there probably a couple of dozen times. Food is generally good, although I'm not an expert on Mexican food. Staff is extremely friendly, and serve you without you feeling obligated to tip them. You pay at the counter. There also isn't a garbage can in sight—they don't want you to have to clean up after yourself. They do it for you.

Americanized Tex-Mex at an affordable price. Decent fresh food with great value. Queso is always phenomenal. Like all of their locations, the hot sauce bar adds a unique element. Very friendly service. Overall, a good option for casual Americanized Mexican fare.

Can't complain. You know what you are getting here. Good music most of the time... Mellow Yellow soda... crushed ice. Great Texmex. And all the hot sauce you want. I was about to give 5 stars but then I remembered that they charge you for salsa while they give you free tortilla chips with every order.. which honestly pisses me off. Id rather get no chips than just chips and no salsa. But I'd REALLY rather just get complimentary salsa with my chips. Other than that I love this place.

El único servicio que hacen los trabajadores después de tu ordenar llevártelo a la mesa donde estés sentada o Sentado, La atención es buena en el menú si es primera vez que vas a comer en un lugar así. tienes para distraerte un rato, puedes elegir sentarte afuera y tomar aire fresco, o O sentarte dentro del lugar . no recomiendo fue muy buena la experiencia que tuve. No pierdes nada con ir a visitar y si les gusta ya tienen un nuevo lugar adonde puedan distraerse y comer rico

You'd think that the costs would reflect the meal being mediocre and simple. More protein should be added to the tacos, burritos, and even the bowls. The restaurant is clean, however it is always empty. To enhance my dry tacos and tortilla chips, I had to request several salsas. The employees, including Derrick, the manager, are unaware of current company promotions. To keep this restaurant afloat, I believe significant improvements in customer service and product offerings are required.

Second time here. Did not want Taco Bell so this place was closest with good reviews. Had the Dos Tacos, a bit skimpy on the meat. Otherwise, it was OK. a bit basic but a great variety of sauces (sweet/hot or both) to give it some heat & additional flavor. Came with chips which are always welcome. Tue & Thu specials 2 Tacos, chips & drink for $5.99. Great service which helps the overall experience. More like 3.5🌟

Place is ok, i really liked the fact that they had exterior and interior seating available. The place is good in size and makes you feel welcomed. The food even though it is presented nicely is not "all that". Don't take me wrong. The food is good but its not like "Whoa...Amazing" i would revisit...but wouldn't be my first option off the list.

From when I received my meal correctly the quality was what you would expect from this restaurant. The first time they presented me with my quesadilla it was made incorrectly and they had to remake it. Unfortunately the second time they remade it they once again made a mistake but I was eating with a friend and rather than make them wait I just ate it anyway. When we were getting a drink refill my friend and I had two different drinks one with sugar and one without. The person doing the refill got them mixed up. Even though the cups had an option to be labeled that wasn't used and one of them had a lid that he could have utilized with the push bubble things. Essentially my visit was only made less satisfactory due to a lack of execution. One would imagine if they're training could be improved their end results would be also improved. That being said I would eat at another restaurant rather than return to this particular location.

Some people like to talk, some people like to taco. That about sums me up : I love tacos. And this place has very average, plain tacoa. Service was fine, but its 100% Tex Mex (and that's okay).

Today was my second time trying out Tijuana flats in North Miami. In general, this texmex joint is not bad at all. They have great potential to be a four star fast food place, but too many small details just did not hit the spot. Love their guacamole and I couldn't get enough of their visit as. The beef and beans meast option was my favorite for the tacos. Do not order their rice or steak.

The food is good. I'm just a picky person. Someone once told me it's authentic Mexican, so of course I came expecting Mexican. It's aight. Definitely good for a couple of brew with tacos. Other than that, it's about as authentic as pizza from Hialeah.

I've been here twice. Both times I felt that the menu items are hit or miss. The bad: I don't recommend any soft tacos or rice. Both times the rice has been hard to bite. It's like eating tiny rocks. The first time I asked for a fresh batch and it also came out hard. I'm sadly not exaggerating here, and it's such a shame because if the chefs tasted the rice they could catch this and fix the problem. The good: The staff are young and energetic. The combination of fun staff and a Dia De Los Muertos decor makes the place overall fun. You will enjoy trying out their collection of hot sauces. Back to the food, I recommend their flautas and chips with guacamole. It was delicious. Portion sizes are larger than what you might expect. Two tacos will fill you up here. Overall, I will be coming back to this place because it is affordable and has the potential to fix it's issues. Even if they ignore the problems, there are items worth ordering.

The environment is pretty awesome and the staff is great. I just think that tacos are delicious by nature and TF just doesn't follow that nature. Other food items are pretty good, but the tacos leave a lot to be desired.

My husband and I love tex-mex food and the service is great and their environment is great as well but their food quality has gone down tremendously. We would order and eat in 3 to 4 days out of the week but now we go elsewhere for Tex-Mex.

I love Tijuanas but this time I ordered a chimichanga and it came very small and filled with only refried beans, no meat, and it had almost no nachos, the other product was a smoke chicken or before it was called chicken tinga, that was excellent with a few nachos too but good. I placed the order today May 8th. Me encanta tijuanas pero esta vez lo que pedi una chimichanga y venia muyy pequeña y rellena de solo frijol refrito ,nada de carne , y no tenia casi nachos , el otro producto un smoke chicken o antes se llamaba chicken tinga ese si estaba excelente con pocos nachos tambien pero bien. El pedido lo hice hoy 8 de mayo.

Took 20 minutes for two tacos and a salad during a slow period of restaurant activity. The tacos look like a child assembled and were cold. My Salad was missing the ordered beef and beans. This locations is downhill from the originals.

First time here. In on a Monday at 4:30. EMPTY.. Sat down thinking they had table service. They don't.. Server brought me a menu. I told her it was my first time here. She explained to order at counter and she would bring it to me. Nothing said about the Sauce bar around the corner that I couldn't see from my seat. Noticed it after I was finished and going to wash up. I asked about chips. It comes with the meal. Didn't say if you want salsa it's extra. I never been to a Mexican place where it was extra. Didn't know until I saw the bill. Got about 2 ounces for $1.79.. ORDERED: Carnitas (pulled pork) burrito with refried beans $11.49 I said I wanted it to come out VERY HOT. I always have to send them back to be heated. Fountain soda $ 2.89. Well naturally, I had to send it back. All they needed to do was put it in the microwave for 1 minute and I would have been a happy camper. What did they do?? They sent back a new burrito with BLACK beans instead of refried beans and it was not hot. I gave up. Ate it anyway. No one ever came by to ask if all was good. No reason to go back.

Taco Bell is way better. The decor of the restaurant was really cool but the service and the food not so much. Took forever to get out food which came with chips and salsa. Got the chips no salsa. Our server was more concerned about socializing with friends that walked in. Said he would bring our salsa and never did. Kinda pricy for the food that you get. Only giving 2 stars because of the decorations.

I went in to tijuana for a second time after they messed up my order last time. I asked for extra EXTRA cheese. I was charged for it and I told the girl it wasn’t extra cheese she said it was just melted. The minute I walked in she had the WORST attitude. some blonde girl with glasses. So let me ask the audience is this extra extra cheese to you?

Went to this Tijuana Flats since I was in the neighborhood.Never again will I come to this North Miami location.I will rather drive to Pembroke Pines or another Broward or West Palm Beach location because North Miami's location is horrible.I asked for 2 burritos.I received 2 yes but one had the correct ingredients the other was just slop.How could you even do this to a customer.Unfortunately I live too far to return for a refund and by time I got home the restaurant was closed for the day so I could not even call to complain.See picture comparison of each burrito.

Didn't check my order as i was on my lunch break. The chicken was rock hard and burnt and could tell the flautas were visibly burnt the moment i opened the container. That should've never been given to a customer. I would've just asked for a refund had i checked my food because i would not have asked for it to be done over because they obviously don't care.

We've been to the Tijuana Flats in Tampa several times and the food and servings have been amazing, but for some reason both at this particular location left a lot to be desired. I don't know if this is always the way it is here, but on the day we went we were so disappointed we won't ever go back.

This place has changed a lot. I used to come here all the time and it was absolutely amazing, but after a while the quality of the food just got worse. The steak taste rubbery, the beef taste like absolute bootyhole!!! The price really isn't worth the food. Amen.

After driving down from NMB and ordering a Fish Taco Salad for the first time, which was highly recommended. I get back to work to find a totally burnt (I mean black cindered) 3 piece of fish. never order from this place, every time I order, one of the ladies with glasses keeps canceling my order. there violating there contract with the delivery service the delivery person called me so I know the delivery service did not cancell the order. when i called the resturant a person said a random person who was in the parking lot called them and said to cancel my order and the lady in restaurant called me some dirty names.this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I've been going to this Tijuana Flats for over a year because of its convenience but my past two orders were made terribly. My last order was done online with the request of no jalapeños in my soft tacos ...it came loaded with jalapeños! I placed a complaint on Tijuana flats , and received no response. I recently attempted to give it another chance, again "dos tacos " . This time they got the request of no jalapeños correct but this time the chicken was ice cold 😢. I will not be giving this place a 3rd opportunity!

I have been going to this Tijuana flat since it opened and I have been a loyal customer since. Now I go and it’s terrible. whoever manages this place now sucks at it. I remember when a nice guy named Tim managed the place. always clean and food tasted pretty good. Now everything is dirty and unappetizing. workers sit around like there is nothing to do when the tables and hot sauce bar look disgusting. the bathroom looks and smells like a public restroom. food is always burnt and stale. wrong orders every single time I go hoping it would change. huge disappointment every time. someone please make this place great again because this is super disappointing.

The atmosphere here is very friendly and so is the staff. But the food was horrible. I had a chicken bowel and it tasted old even the Guac tasted old. The burrito was horrible to it wasnt even warmed up and the rice was hard as if it was uncooked.

Hoy visite la sede de Apopka sede 404 zip code 32703, y la cajera que me atendió fue muy grosera, conmigo y mis compañeros de trabajo, escogimos el lugar para compartir y que mal que personal como ese dañen la imagen, la comida muy poca cantidad y el trato muy malo. Mal servicio, lugar sucio.
