Wet Willie's is a popular spot in Miami Beach, known for its strong frozen daiquiris and lively atmosphere. Customers rave about the wide variety of drink flavors, friendly staff like Juju and Bart, and surprisingly good food, especially the nachos and calamari. It's a great place for people-watching on Ocean Drive.

Tip: Try the "triple play" or "call a cab" drinks. Be prepared for strong drinks and a potentially long wait for service depending on how busy it is.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. Vibes aren’t there same as the use to be back in the day. However drinks are still good and the food is as well. It wasn’t busy when we went but the service was great.
First time coming back to this place after a few years. I went on a Tuesday evening, which it wasn't busy at all, so it was perfect for us. Service was great! We were taken care of right away, and we sat outside. Drinks were just like how I remember them; strong and full of flavor. I ordered calamari and chicken tenders for food. It was a little pricey for the portions, but it was fine. Overall, this place still has great chill vibes. Nice view of the beach, no loud annoying music, and just great to sit and hang out. 10/10
Loveee Wet Willie’s! Staff was so awesome, my friend and I loved them. So many amazing flavors to choose from- they let you mix them, too. The rooftop view is great! We had to come a second time on our trip. Definitely recommend.
We had fun and it was a really nice place. The drinks are definitely filled with alcohol. We also ordered nachos and they were great and I dont have any complaints. The staff was very fun and gave us suggestions on things to try. Amazing. Ty for a good time during our vacay.
Ordered the Baja tacos and the attitude improvement daiquiri. the food took a while to come out but I was impressed by the flavor. As for the drink I had to stop myself from having another. Definitely a must try when visiting the area.
Been coming here for 30+ years !!!! The call-a-cab, and the calamari are the greatest combination. I highly recommend Wet Willie's for everyone in the mood for a nice brain freeze and an awesome taste of the ocean.
Been coming to Wet Willies everytime I visit Miami for 20 years and never been disappointed. Thanks guys! Great drinks, great service and a great view.
I liked it so much I came here twice during my stay in Miami Beach. This place is very free and easy with samples to try. Their drinks are pretty good, too. Food wasn't the best I had but is much cheaper than anywhere else on Ocean Drive. The atmosphere was pretty cool, too. Service was good and attentive, and a 15% service charge is added to the bill.
Food is good, We got Nachos. The drinks are good and strong. I recommend the “triple play” or “call a cab”. The view from the patio is great, the vibe is very chill, lots of wind even when hot. The servers are good but may take a while to get back to you so 50/50. But other than that just relax with your guests, eat and drink and vibe out!
Run to or see JuJu she is the best. Lady moves like Jack flash and very friendly. We walked the whole beach before we decided to go in somewhere and I’m glad we ran into Wet Willie’s. She made my get-a-way Top Tier 🫶🏽
This place was so delicious and refreshing! So good we had to come here twice on back to back days! The first time we came in we asked for assistance from our waitress on what to get and she was so amazing! She gave us her personal favorites which was a mix of flavors but it was so delicious and refreshing. The right amount of alcohol and sweetness ratio. Wished we could take it to the beach so we settled for the balcony which was still great. This is a must for some drinks on Ocean Drive!
Wet Willie's has a fun atmosphere. The staff was easy-going and helpful, especially our server, Dewey. I had the spinach artichoke dip (addictive), chicken tenders (well breaded, recommend the honey mustard for dipping), and fries (which were bomb). Wife had the buffalo chicken wrap, and said it was fantastic ("Not too spicy."). Would highly recommend.
Liz was our bartender and she was nothing short of amazing! They're are soooooooooooo many different options to choose from it can be overwhelming but they walk you through all your options. Located on the top floor with indoor and outdoor seating. Nice view overlooking Miami Beach. Can't wait to come back. Only complaint is the checkout system, just go with a portable credit card swipe or plain check folds.
Omg so bomb!!! Food was on point and the staff was really cool. Even with covid protocols in full effect it was still a fun time. Our server was awesome he was able to suggest good drinks and even better food. Turned out better than expected loads of drinks & lots of laughs.

Wet Willis is the center of south beach MIA. They are famous for their frozen drinks. NOT better than Dallas BBQs in NY but in hot weather its a vibe. Most over 21 visit this place to chill drink and eat while watching the craziness on the Ocean Drive strip. The food is surprisingly good. The service is on point and Im glad since all of Ocean Drive has automatic tips. No matter the experience at wet Willis they will always habe business for because of their frozen drinks. They should be a tad bit stronger for the price. The drinks are definitely $17+ it taste like there is about 2oz of alcohol in the frozen. Drink already diluted with water. Def could be better. Ppl still visit so I doubt they change that. Drink in my picture is a BOB MARLEY
This place has a wide selection of frozen daiquiris, along with food options. I ate at the bar and had a burger and curly fries, which tasted hot and fresh. My bartender was a nice fellow named Andrew who was friendly and enjoyed his job, and was very attentive. Customer service like his goes a long way in my book. I recommend and will return next time I am in South Beach.

Wonderful experience over at this establishment. My biggest applause goes to how clean the bathroom was. Had plenty of soap and it just looked well kept. The door lady was so polite in getting our identification before entry and welcomed us right on in. The bar tender didn't say much but that's ok. He was still great at taking care of the 10 people by himself. Now the food !!!!! The beast Cesar salad is have ever had in life!!!. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The chicken was so moist and well cooked and the croutons tasted fresh from the oven. 9/10 will always recommend.
This place was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The bartender we had was the best. He was funny and made the experience enjoyable since it was my first time going to a place like this. He gave us samples to taste and if we didn't like it here asked what we didn't like about it until he found the right drink for us. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so the place was not that packed but it looks like it will get really busy on the weekends. The place was clean and comfortable. My heart trip to Florida I am definitely going back again.
Arrived late into Miami for a overnight layover. Tired after a long customs wait and an unnerving taxi ride, all I wanted was something filling to eat and maybe a drink... Wet Willie's was my port of call, as Google maps told me that they would be open for some hours yet. I ordered my first slushie/daiquiri - the Attitude Improvement. It definitely did it's job, and I was in a much better mood as a Willie Phillie Cheese steak arrived - that did the job as well, comforting and uplifting (though probably very unhealthy!). Throughout, my server was engaging and helpful - when she was that the attitude improvement had been working, she brought over a selection of other flavours to try out and helped me pick out my second drink and recommended some places for breakfast the next day. Thanks Wet Willie's and the staff that day for great service, positivity, and ensuring I had a great trip!
This place is an icon in South Beach. You can’t be in the area and not having a frozen drink. You have a wide variety of flavors and the bartenders will take the time to explain to you the difference and will give you samples. Food is good too and the view from the Second floor over the street atmosphere makes the experience memorable.
This place is an institution on Ocean Drive. There is a reason though. This daiquiri shop boasts lots of flavor, many options and good customer service. Right across from the water and an anchor on the corner, grab your spot and perch yourself on the balcony and let your drinks hit you while people watching. It's a fun time whenever you want to hang out and just chill. Had Superwoman, which is a mix of three and very strong.
Great strong drinks! If you get the souvenir cups you can take it to the beach and get better price on refills
Juju is the best. Made our visits amazing. Drinks were great!!!
The waitress we had named JoJo even during the busiest lunch time never made it seem like she was rushed or flustered. She took her time and gave us great suggestions. I had a "New Yorker" it's not on the menu it's a "Call a Cab" and an "Attitude Improvement" (the 2 strongest drinks on the menu) mixed. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it got me right where I needed to be to jumpstart my vacation. Thanks JoJo!
It was my first time at Wet Willie’s, and I’ve always heard great things and it was so much fun! My friend and I arrived on a Tuesday night; after flew into town to visit and celebrate her graduation. Although it wasn’t busy because, it was a week night it was still a lot of fun! The bartender allowed me to sample a few of the slushees, and she told me the drink names of the slushees when they’re combined. I ended up with a “Teddy Bear”, but it wasn’t bedtime! It was the bartender’s personal favorite! I will be back!
Definitely one of my go-to places when visiting Miami! If I don't have my Wet Willie's then I am not happy! It's my happy place!
What can I say, Willie's is a South Beach legend and should be. They have the best selection of frozen drinks (and non-alcoholic) that really slap. The Pink Flamingo (Miami Vice) is just perfection. Grab drinks and people watch on Ocean Drive from their balcony, it's the best way to enjoy a sunny day. Over the years, we've come to love collecting their souvenir cups, which they will rinse out for you and let you take home. The design changes every year! This year we accidentally left our cups in the Airbnb dishwasher and almost cried when we got home and realized. Silly, but hey, this year's design was so cute! I messaged Wet Willie's asking if we could purchase some and not only did they say yes, but they sent us two cups on the house and refused payment. ABOVE, BEYOND, incredibly thoughtful. Thank you Wet Willie's! See you next winter 🙂
Stanley was great!!! I got the Buffalo wrap & it was the best 10/10 recommend!! The fries were 🤌🏼 delicious. My husband got the quesadilla and he liked it! The drinks were so good too! Got the margarita & the sour apple !!😍 I wish we came here when we had more time to relax. Seating at the upstairs patio is limited but if you find a nice spot with shade it’s great 😊
Randomly ended up at wet Willie’s on my last day of vacation! Wish I had found it sooner! The food was amazing!! And affordable! Ranch was amazing as well!! If you’re like me at ranch is extremely important! 😂 there was an option to dine indoor or out on the patio! We dined on the patio and it was great to bask in the sun! They did have umbrellas at table for those who need shade! The frozen drink flavors were amazing and loved that you can mix and match w.e flavors you choose! Brenda was our server and she was amazingly kind and quick on her toes! She had many customers and never missed a beat with us! She kept the drinks coming! If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat with an ocean view, amazing frozen drinks and delicious food with good ranch definitely recommend wet Willie’s!!!! Hope to come back again!! Special thanks to Brenda!!! Amazing service !!
We visited for a quick bite on beach day. Loved the service we got from the bartender. We were allowed to sample the frozen drinks based on what we liked (sweet/ strong) and this was good for me as I didn’t like the first sample he recommended. Ask for the bob Marley drink if you like something sweet. We were told and there were signs that you couldn’t leave with the drinks which were a bummer because we would have taken 2 drinks to go.
My server Ashley left me feeling like I was on cloud 9. The atmosphere was not to my liking and of course no vegan options but she made this experience very enjoyable for me. The people I was with enjoyed the daiquiris and the food! Extremely close to the beach too. A win win!!!! Thank you Ashley
Wet Willie’s was a great stop during my time in Miami. From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming. The bouncer and servers were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service throughout the night. The drinks? Absolutely amazing—this place knows how to serve up strong, flavorful frozen cocktails that hit just right. I tried the wings, which were incredible—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I also had the buffalo chicken wrap, which wasn’t quite as impressive. It wasn’t bad, just didn’t stand out as much compared to everything else. What really elevates this spot is the view. Sitting on Ocean Drive with the beach stretching out to the horizon, it’s the perfect place to relax, people-watch, and soak in the scenery. If you time it right, you’ll catch a stunning sunset that adds the perfect finishing touch to your visit. All in all, a solid 4.5 out of 5. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Always have a good time here. The food was a simple burger but super good!!!! And the drinks had me stumbling to the beach!! Love this place!
Great place. Had the best time with my husband. Wings and drinks were on point. Can’t wait to go back.
I visited this location of Wet Willie's for the very first time when I went to Miami! It was an AWESOME experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they offered great suggestion for new and exciting drink! I had the chance to go with other people who were also "first timers" and we all had an AMAZING time! When I am get the chance to make my way back to Miami I will be returning back to Wet Willlie's.

My first time here. I was here from out of town, as Hella hyped to finally be at Wet Willies in Miami! It was a group of us. It was not crowded. We took up most of the place. I forgot what I ordered. It was no alcohol, but so good. I do recommend you visit. I wish my review was more exciting and informative, but it's been 3 weeks now and this is just showing up in my Google reviews.
South Beach Miami Florida As we entered it has 2 floors the owner was very nice & directed us upstairs! Of course the elevator was down! I have arthritis I had to climb the steps! 🤣🤣🧐It wasn’t too bad. A nice casual restaurant with nice view of South beach! I had a Barramundi fish never had it was ok to me! My granddaughter had the cheese sticks which was good! They are known for their frosty daiquiri alcoholic drinks! The waiter was very nice she was the only one! If you in the area go check them out! Nice Vibes!🍺🍷🍸🍹🥂🍾🥃🍾🎣🐟🐠🎏🧀🍟
We absolutely love this place! Juju is amazing and extremely accommodating. The frozen drinks are yummy!! We made a special trip back to see her before heading home to Illinois. 🥰
I showed up immediately after the Veterans day parade in Miami Beach and was welcomed warmly. I proceeded to the 2nd level, as the mixing machines on the ground floor were being cleaned and thus were out of service. I have the best quesadillas ever at Wet Willie's! Some people would think that the food here is not the greatest, but don't judge a book by its cover. The food was absolutely delicious, the quesadillas were so thick and filled with such succulent chicken and whatever else they put in a chicken quesadilla. I definitely felt like I was getting my money's worth. The server upstairs was I think a Brazilian guy, and he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I did not know that the infamous "call a cab" , and some other flavor, are now offered in sugar-free daquuries! The last time I visited this establishment was 25 years ago. Wet Willies continues to do what it does, and it does it very well! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars all the way!
We came here on a busy Saturday night and it was buzzing! So many options for flavours - the bartender gave some recommendations and let me try some samples, which was amazing. Worth staying for a few - but not too many, as they’re pretty strong. If you can, it’s worth trying to get a seat overlooking Ocean Drive - the views of the street really add to the atmosphere. Would really recommend visiting here - we loved it!
Went to Wet Willie’s after recommendation from our Uber driver. It did not disappoint. Juju, our server, was amazing!!! Would definately recommend - ask for Juju!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about our experience today. From our bartender Bart giving us some great recommendation and some great drinks were had! Great service and kind even though it’s a busy day! The GM Julie was here today and she helped give us some great Miami info and a wonderful vibe and made great drinks. Her and the staff were on it today! My parents joined late and Juju on the service team went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of and able to enjoy the meal next to us. I can’t thank her and the rest of the team enough! Next time I’m in Miami this will be one of my first stops!

I appreciated being able to use the washroom here. The drinks are very large ! My bartender made a cute little heart for me with my drink💓 We sat on the patio looked at fancy cars and got to see some blinged out puppies driving in Lamborghini's would 100% do again 🤣 I mixed three different drinks together !

Great location, Friendly staff, good food and drinks. I love the fact that this place has a "Rooftop" and is right accross from the beach. I wish the owners would invest some time/money on the place. The bathrooms, stairs, bars, tables, chairs are OUTDATED. You get what you pay for. I recommended if you are just trying to get a drink or two and a quick bite. Otherwise, this is not a Miami "experience" or "Vibe".
Good for a one time experience. $18 per cocktail plus 15% service charge is a bit steep. I couldn't taste the alcohol in my cocktail. It rained when we went, so minutes after receiving cocktails we had to go indoors (the parasols are not waterproof). Definitely worth going for one, but beyond that, it's a bit much. There is no WiFi, which is not very good for travellers.
Friendly staff. Good food. Restaurant needs a remodel, but maybe not because you're just drinking? Free samples to make sure you don't get a drink you don't like. Calamari and Spinach dip were tasty. The drinks were delish. Wet Willie's used to be opened pretty late, but now they close around 1am. It's in the middle of the beach. Very nice view if you dine upstairs on the balcony. I ordered the chicken my 2nd time around and it wasn't great. However, the drinks are still delish! 😁
Super fun! Great location - right on the beach but you have to be super lucky on the weekend to get a spot outside facing the water! Although we waited a little bit for the spot, we found the perfect one! Great drinks - call a cab was my favorite, but it was super strong! I had a large and I was definitely feeling it!
Very very busy …which comes with an unkempt aura. The drink combo choices are phenomenal. And strong. The food. One of the people in our party said the steak burger was the best. One had chicken fingers which she returned. I had the chicken wrap. I should have gotten it grilled if they had it. It was Uber crunchy. The highlight was the drinks
Very friendly staff and great views from the terrace. We had the Easter Egg which was a mix of three. Although it was very refreshing it tasted a bit chemical like probably from all the colorants and E numbers. Bar looks pretty basic and you can't smoke on the outdoor terrace which is unusual but all in all worth a visit.
It has been a while since I have been to Wet Willie's. Overall, I has a good experience. I ordered chicken tenders with fries & Lemon Pepper & Buffalo wings. The chicken tenders where ok. The wings are baked and I did not like them. They were ok. But the price is to high to just have mediocre food. The price is slightly overpriced. I enjoyed the location, right on ocean drive & I sat downstairs. The waitress was very nice & overall a wonderful server, & that is why I gave it a 4 stars.
Blast on the upper deck what a cool bar. All kinds of slushy drinks you can even mix them together. So fun happy atmosphere. And great staff. You can see the beach volleyball courts and from the second deck you could see the ocean Spinach artichoke dip is to die for. My husband likes cheese curds
Visited a couple of days ago for apps, chicken, and fish & chips—everything was great. Drinks like the Bob Marley and Savannah Sunset were excellent. Tried to go back today and had a very different experience. Same security guard, but this time he asked for physical IDs. We only had digital copies on our phones (just came from the beach) and were told those weren’t accepted. Weird. The inconsistency was frustrating, so we decided to enjoy our lunchtime elsewhere.
Went twice on a Thursday. First experience dined in. We ordered fish tacos and a grilled chicken Caesar salad. 2 frozen drinks All was delicious. 5 out of 5. Total $64.21 well spent. Went back that night for Thursday night football we ordered tequila wings and beef sliders to-go. The wings were a 2 out of 5 and the sliders were a 0 out of 5. The meat was raw!! I tore all the burgers to see the inside after I bit the first one. Total $58.30 a waste of money. Late Update: The manager reached out to me. Apologized and asked for my receipt to refund my meal. 🫶🏽 Thank you so much I wasn't expecting that!! I will be visiting again because I do every time I vacation in South Beach. Thanks again!!
Great place to hang out, people watch & catch a buzz. The variety of frozen drinks was astonishing. Two pieces of advice: - visit during the daytime - be in your 20s

The drinks were really good. I had a white Russian and it was pretty good, the wife had the sour apple, that was pretty good too and you could taste the liquor in it. The restrooms on the other hand, were not so good. Definitely needs some attention with sanitation in there, smell was horrible. I would recommend to go to the restroom before you come here. Service was ok, they took a little bit before they tended to us, but once they did, they were spot on. They have a good variety of drinks on their menu and definitely didn't disappoint in that department. Wasn't a bad spot for drinks
Perfect location to enjoy a frozen beverage. Sadly the night we were there they were out of half their menu. Ordered Chicken Wings and Fried Shrimp. Shrimp was good but wings were tough and chewy.
Not the cleanest bar and the employees were half good and half bad. Waited forever for our drinks and food order. Drinks tasted bad and we had to return 3 drinks. Mostly slushy type that spins in the machine that hardly gets clean. We had to take our checks up to the waiter 2 times as he never came back to our table we had to find him. Prices were way too high for the quantity and taste. Will not be returning to this particular location.
The security guard at entry point treated my guest and I as if we were entering through an airport Customs Checkpoint. No welcome whatsoever. After taking a flight of stairs to the restaurant there was no hostess just servers and bartenders. Finding a table was a free for all. We stood outside until a couple left so we grabbed their table. Our server was overwhelmed so service very was slow. The drinks and food were good which is only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars. I suggest skipping it if you're not eager for one of their frozen drinks.
The food was OK, nothing fancy, and the drinks were great, but what made it a two star stay was the AFTER I paid in front of a server who told me I was good to go I left the property and another one ran after me yelling I had to pay my bill and people were staring at me like I just dined and dashed, completely unacceptable. I’m still embarrassed.
Highly disappointing! 2 drinks (couldn't taste a single bit of liquor) and calamari which was oversalted and overcooked... $70 (which included the automatic gratuity). NEVER AGAIN!!! Restaurant itself could use an upgrade/sprucing up. The pics with the barely touched drink, the almost half empty drink, and the calamari is what was left behind.
Seriously the worst. The drinks dont seem to have alcohol in it, so sweet they hurt your teeth, cold and watery. My last drink in Miami happened to be this and i feel like it was so bad that it singlehandedly almost ruined my trip. Still glaring at my friend for saying let's go there.. even my stomach is hurting now. Please, save yourself and don't go. $21 for the worst drink you'll probably ever have in your life. So freaking angry.
Went here on 2/18 to celebrate my 28th birthday. Upon arriving the manager asked for my ID in which I showed her. She then says this isn’t you I’m going to have to refuse service. I show her my debit card and she still says that it’s not me because I don’t have on braces in my DL picture but now I have braces. AT THIS point I’m getting very upset because not only did I make it my business to make sure that I visited this place before I left Miami but for her to insist on saying that it’s not me was very annoying. She said that I looked younger in the picture. Idk if she was saying that my ID was fake or it wasn’t mine but at my big age why would I be using someone else’s ID to come to Miami all the way from DC. The manager then goes on to get someone else and he’s saying it’s not my ID. This was very embarrassing and let it had been another race I’m more than sure this would NOT have happened. I will NEVER go to another wet Willie’s again whether it be south beach or anywhere else. For me to show another form of ID is insane like what am I going around to different states looking like a fully grown woman but using a younger person ID just to get a drink. Smh never again will they get my money. I have been to Wet Willie’s with the same DL for the past 4 years smh. If they are gonna be denying people because of IDs they should have some type of scanner or training to tell the legit IDs from the counterfeit ones. Had I brought my passport with me as a THIRD form of ID I bet they would still deny me entry. Just plain ole racist.
Atmosphere was cool. Service could have been much better and more friendlier. Spinach dip was cold ( not even warm) Chips was burnt and stale. Blue cheese didnt have a taste. Wings was straight.
