The thin crust was rhe most juiciest and moist of any thin crust I've ever had. Its normally on the dry side yet always delicious. This is my 1st time at this location and was bar none the world's best millions of levels above all prior Pizza Hut experiences. I will definitely repeat my pizza order way more than ever. Just your average Pizza Hut. If you've been to one you know what to expect. Service is decent, nothing spectacular but not bad and the food tastes like it always does.

Anyone who knows me knows I love Pizza hut and I usually go to the one in Middletown New York. the place is clean it's not always busy there but it doesn't matter because I've never gotten bad pizza or any other food there and the staff is always friendly. The one thing I did not appreciate is when I went in to pick up a carry-out order the cashier said you can leave a tip on the receipt if you'd like ... I left the tip because I felt obligated but I really didn't appreciate her saying that because I don't normally tip on takeout orders or at least it's very rare. I just felt funny when she said that.

This is your typical Pizza Hut. The staff was really polite and fast even with it being packed on Saturday. When I was here the place was clean. All the bathrooms were well kept, the seating area was “ok “ I mean they could have vacuumed a lil bit more instead of being on their phones

Grimy looking place, clean but so old it looks shady. They could use a remodeling to update the place. The pizza and mozzarella sticks were good but there was a very slight smell of what seemed to be old grease. Not sure if that is the case. I ate it and it was good otherwise. The decor is a turnoff as it makes you wonder if the food/kitchen is clean or grimy as the seating area. I might go back or seek another place when I want pizza.

Around 6pm today - the pizza hut website was not working and kept on saying they could not place my order - retry !! After several attempts I picked up the phone and placed the order !! I ordered 2 pies and got stuck with 4 😞 One of my phone orders went thru - never received any confirmation !! I order pretty regularly from them - the food is always great - fresh and hot, the staff is always friendly - but today I just feel PIZZA-OUT ... Don't mean to sound ungrateful... Thank you Lord!!

Food was good, but the app is problematic. I used discount and it showed in the order when I submitted, but when I checked my credit card, the discount was gone. My fault, I didn't check the order email after submitting. I trusted what I saw on the app. So, be careful.

Food is great, but service isn't. Tables are always dirty. It takes them like forever to get to you with a simple request. I've been there thee times recently (buying stuffed crust pizza) so this review is a summary of all the visits.

In the past I have used online coupons here, and for the most part, the pizza is ok. However, recently the restaurant has decided not to honor these coupons and I have been buying from their competitor who does offer online (carryout) deals.

Order was a "Big Box.". Waited 15+ minutes for order that was sitting off to the side. Pizza, bread sticks and boneless wings were all cold. No dipping sauce. Will not be back.

Food was delivered cold by door dash... they showed up initially with the wrong order and had to go back to the restaurant, which delayed the delivery and resulted in cold pizza, breadsticks and mini Cinnabons. The Cinnabons were unbelievably small... nothing like what I expected from what the commercial depicts. Disappointing.

I placed an order online and it took a minute for me to get my food since I was running couple errands. My food was not kept warm it was cold and my pasta tasted funny, vinegary either the sauce was old or that was an old pasta had to throw out the whole thing out because no one would eat it.

We ordered two large pies, one cheese and one pepperoni. My husband got home only to find out we were given both pepperoni.

I ordered from your online service for delivery. You handed the delivery job to doordash and give them the wrong address. I gave the right address but door Dasher showed me that they were given a different one. Food come over 2 hours after I ordered it and was like warm at best. Chicken was undercooked. Pizza was ok after I microwaved it. This is the 2nd time having problems with my order from this pizza hut and will be the last time I order from this branch.

I have not been to a Pizza Hut in a long time, and it will be a long time before I go again. I will say the waiter was by himself and super sweet. The place was clean. Unfortunately the pizza was not good at all. We went at lunch so maybe they rush it, but the crust was soggy like it wasn't cooked all the way and no flavor.

Asked to have vent closed or AC turned off to server. She said she would tell manager. Well, she did not. Food became cold due to AC blowing onto our table. Will not go back there to eat in. This was at the middletown, NY store on RT. 211.... i walked into the store to place an order and no one was at the register. i stood there for 5 minutes and no one came to the register. so i as i was standing there i placed my order online in the app and paid for it and sat down to wait. it was another 2 minutes before someone came out and then asked to help me, at which time i told them i was standing there so long i placed my order online

Ordering online was simple that’s a plus but the food itself was terrible. I ordered 3 Large pie’s with the 16 boneless buffalo wings. First let’s start with the pizza’s. All three pie's was dry & overcooked and as for the buffalo wings oh man, some of the pieces was smaller then the popcorn shrimps from Popeyes. It gave my daughter and myself an upset stomach. And to top it off I paid almost $60 for a disappointment dinner. I remembered when the pizza from Pizza Hut was tasty and juicy. But this one here was totally the opposite.

I was craving nostalgic Pizza Hut pizza and was sorely disappointed by this location. The staff was great, I was in and out within two minutes, but the food quality was super poor. It was Tuesday night January 10, 2023 at 6:30pm went out for dinner with my family walk into Pizza Hut immediately greeted by the cashier, shouting, sir, sir, sir !!! STAN over here embarrassing me and my family very rude cashier would not go in there ever !!!!

Most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing as it’s a pizza chain but wow, I’ll never be going back again. If you have a food allergy, beware as random pizza toppings you didn’t ask for will show up on your pizza anyways like it happened to me multiple times.

After eating in this establishment I can promise you I will never eat at another pizza hut the service was horrendous and it wasn't the waiters fault at all....He was a sweet kid but considering he was the waiter, the busser, the kitchen prep, the cashier, doing take outs, being the manager slave while she did absolutely nothing so he couldn't give appropriate service...But she made sure to give her child that was lounging in the booth appropriate service...I'm sorry but your child shouldn't be sitting in a booth if you can't even do your job as it is.....Then no hello or anything from manager just are you eating here? We say yes and she tells us well you need to give me a minute so we waited 5 min to be seated then 20 min to get drinks and that's because we went to counter to ask if anyone was coming to the table or we were leaving....Again it wasn't the servers fault it's the lack of management....Then when we were leaving our server was apologetic for the poor service while the manager was in the back corner having a personal phone call about someone texting her....On company phone may I add.....Absolutely rediculous!!!!

When I got there they had forgotten to cook one of my pizzas and I had to wait 15 minutes. Then when they gave it to me it was someone else’s pizza. Then while standing there 4 people all came in saying they had the wrong pizza.

Well, they could try to actually cook my pizza next time. The bottom was so undercooked I took pictures of it. I threw my half in the garbage. I made it through 2 bites. I will never go to pizza hut again after this experience.

I ordered food a couple hours ahead of time so I figured when I got there the food would be ready but it wasn’t I had waited an addition 25 mins as my food sat on the side getting cold if I hadn’t said something I would have continued to stand there the employees have little customer service skills and what seems like no consideration for others

Food took way too long to make server and employees were rude. Hung up the phone as we were ordering you’re not allowed to sit there and eat. They also have no plates no napkins. Food tasted absolutely disgusting I do not recommend coming to this restaurant way over priced. I got a pizza and small cheese bread and it was $40.

I've ordered from this particular pizza shop before, but today was my ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! When I placed my order, it wasn't until 20 minutes later that I arrived (I was put on hold for 15 more minutes when I called) that they were out of pan pizza! On top of that, when I tried modifying my order to use an available pizza, they voided my order and I had to pay it, in full, AGAIN. Servers like Jacob and the young managers there are examples of why kids can't effectively run a business! I work food service and despite us having short staffs as well, we NEVER miss our quotas; so it's inexcusable that their service to me and several others today was so awful!

Our order was for breadstick, 2 med pan pizza and a new pizza melt. When we got the food home there was no cheese on the pizza. Took it back and had to listen to the person working for Pizza Hut talk about how the cheese was frozen. When the cheese is frozen this 9s what happens. Then they got mad because one breadstick was missing and said the bread stick are on us! Yeah okay!

If I could give less than one star I would. The staff is all young teenagers and young adults. There were three of them standing behind the counter looking at their cell phones and laughing. There was no rush to be helped or seated. The booth we were seated in was dirty and the waitress was slow. I will never go to this pizza hut location again. Horrible service!

My order was supposed to be ready at 3:25pm. We arrive at about 3:37pm. They barely looked for my order and said it would be out in a few minutes. We waited for about a other 30 minutes until another staff member asked what we were waiting for. Come to find out they never even made our order. it was like a ghost town. even though every other restaurant has opened up to seat customers, pizza hut has not. when we walked in there was no one was in sight. we were going to order there but no one came for over 5 minutes it was just empty. we walked to the car to place a pick up order and when our order was done we went back inside to pick it up. again no one was anywhere to be found. my husband had to start to call "hello?" a few times. finally someone came out from the back to bring us our food. horrible customer service. we haven't been to the pizza hut at this location in a few years because the pizza just tasted off in comparison to another pizza hut that unfortunately closed down. we will not be returning to this one.

I just tried to order several pizzas for one of my business is to reward the employees, they said they needed the name of the shopping center and I did not know it and the girl said they could not deliver even though I gave her the address and name of the business. Just picked up food for Uber Eats. Nobody at front desk . Place looks like a bomb went off. Useing dining area for storage. Girl that was working , named Jen, was abrupt and nasty. Tonight I called this Pizza Hut 3 times. The first time after about 10 rings I was hung up on. The second time, again after multiple rings, I was put on hold for over 7 minutes. The third time, again after more than 10 rings, I was asked to hold again and the person who asked me to hold didn't even wait to see if I was willing to hold. Tonight they lost a sale and possibly a customer. The poorest customer service I have experienced in some time.

ON December 31,2021 I placed an order online on the Pizza Hut app , after 30 Minutes from ordering I went to pick up my order , Once I was there and the app confirmed that my order was ready I ended up waiting a extra 40 min in the restaurant and still my order wasn’t ready , the general manager came out to apologize and said that the ram out of Doug and that they were working on it unfortunately I had ended up canceling my order after I paid $30 dollars , the employee that took care of my canceling told me that because the order was placed on the app I had to wait a couple of days to get my money back . I ended up going to Dominos and my order was completed within 20 Min. I’m not bad talking Pizza but the service that I received yesterday was horrible.

The pepperoni melt sucks, save your money, do not buy!!!! Not as advertised. Came with barely any cheese, was over cooked, took one bite and was done with it, threw rest away. I have had multiple technical issues with their mobile app and website when trying to place an order. Typically I’m able to work past those glitches and process my order successfully. I wholeheartedly believe when I placed my most recent order via their mobile app yesterday, the glitches I was experiencing caused an issue with my order. When I called the store they weren’t accommodating, and when I contacted the DoorDash driver to inquire if perhaps part of my order was still in his vehicle he was incredibly rude and insinuated that I was illiterate and lying in an effort to get free food. When I called DoorDash to report their Dasher’s behavior I was told the only thing they could do is complete an Incident Report and have it sent to the driver. There wasn’t anything further in terms of compensation that they could do because I did not order directly through DoorDash. Moral of the story is: if you’re wanting Pizza Hut it’s possibly better to either order directly with them over the phone or in person because clearly their mobile app and website need updating. Or order through DoorDash that way if there is an issue DoorDash will be able to rectify it directly.

We don't have a pizza hut near where I live so I have to drive to Middletown. The last time I ordered food the cheese breadsticks were over cooked. Long drive for food to not be good when I get home. 30 mins each way. BUT the staff is always so nice it's usually worth the one hour round trip . No matter how busy your staff is always nice and patient.

Ordered delivery online through the website, Delivery Driver was rude and spoke no english and didn't carry any change at all, ended up having to give him a tip $10 more than intended and the pasta was practically raw. very disappointed because i've never had this issue with them before.

This place was disappointed. Was passing through town after a day at Legoland with my family we walk into a pizza hut to dine we were never greeted or sat down. We sat down at a table and the staff just look at us and never help. After 15 min we decided to get up and try some well else. They didn't even say sorry or goodbye it was like we never were there. There was not one single customer at the restaurant besides pickups. The restaurant was a bit dirty and not in condition for dine-in it looks like they only did pick-up. We ended up going to another pizzeria in town and thank god we did service was great and the place was clean, food was delicious.

I placed an order for delivery and on the app indicated that the delivery was out for delivery. And I should have hot pizza in the next 25-35 min. One hour later, still no delivery. So I called the store to get an update and why was it taking so long, when the app was showing that I should've had hot pizza 30 min ago. After speaking to representative the assistant store manager got on the line and try to explain the reason. She informed me that the order was still at the store and was waiting for a door dash driver to pick up the order, since the store dosent have thier own delivery driver. Understood but why was the order showing out for delivery on the app. She could not give me a straight answer. She futher explained that I had to continue waiting and had to estimated time of delivery. After waiting an additional 30 min, I called back and cancelled the order. Further more, the store manager could not even assist me with a proper refund. I was informed to call next day to arrange that with the store manager, since I paid online. Sorry to say, I wish I could rate these location better but my experience was not pleasant.

I've been going to the same pizza hut for the longest time and they've always been slow but my family hasnt ever found that to be a big problem. Tonight the waitress continued to only serve the people coming for to-go orders and was extremely rude to my family when we finally said something about waiting half an hour for just drinks. She also served another group of people with a smile and wasnt rude. Our food, when we finally got it, was also just barely warm. Completely unexceptable

I placed my order at 12:30 for pick up at 5:30. when I got there they still hadn't put it in the oven. I didn't get my pizza until 6:05. I went in to pick up order of pizza . Then I asked if they sell soda. I got the soda and she said 27.00. I said how much for the soda. She said 5.00. I said nevermind. I asked for a refund. I asked for the owners number and she said look it up. I asked," why didn't the young lady tell me how much the soda was before she charged me and told me no refund?" So now I'm obligated to go back and spend more money with them. Totally unprofessional for any company to run like this especially without a sign stating "No Refunds Only Store Credit "

This establishment was extremely unprofessional! I spoke to the assistant manager Shantel who was extremely rude when I expressed I did not want the pizza that appeared to be cold and not fresh whatsoever. I returned the pizza untouched and asked for a refund and was told I could not receive one with an attitude. I was then told to leave all of my information and that Kari the manager (who happened to be on the FaceTime at the time of the incident) would contact me within 24-48 hours. Today makes 9 days since the incident and I have heard nothing back from anyone. Not only was dinner ruined but my experience as a paying customer at Pizza Hut has been as well. I pray no one else has this experience because I am now fighting to receive a refund for a product I never received or consumed. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. Whether I paid $1 or $100 NO CUSTOMER should leave an establishment without the product they paid for or some sort of compensation. I left there with NOTHING..and they still have my money for the nothing I paid for. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a food establishment to date!

Terrible service. So rude. Told me 15 Mins for my pie to come. I was eating there with my kids and it took about half hour. I go to the counter and my pie was sitting there the whole time. They forgot to give it to me. So she hands Me the pie with a 2 liter. Which by the way came to $31.00 for a large pie and a 2 liter that Is friggin insane. I ask her if I can have plates and cups. She looks at me and says you gotta give me a couple mins. At that point I was done. I left with my kids and a cold pizza. Don’t go there to eat. Placed a grubhub order and when we went to pick it up, not only did we have to wait for 5 minutes for anyone to come up to the counter - they couldn’t find our order and said we’d have to wait another 15 minutes. We had placed our order almost an hour prior and grubhub said the order was ready. When we looked at the receipt the woman at the register gave us - it was for someone else. We presented it back to her and she said there was no other order with that name. We showed her our grubhub confirmation before she said “oh wait - there’s another page”, and handed us our food. It’s already room temperature. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge her mistake. Terrible service, unreliable staff, unsatisfying meal. We’ll stick to our usual mom and pop pizza shops in town.

The food was good, but we came for a sit down lunch after doing funeral arrangements for my uncle and we were treated like we were doing pick up. There was only one woman working and she was very nice but other than her bringing drinks and taking out she was busy with take out orders. Our pizza was served in a To go box. Our silverware was plastic to go silverware. We had to go grab our pizza from the front desk. I don’t blame the waitress because she seemed like she was doing her best but maybe had been instructed to do this. Probably won’t be back to eat in. Doesn’t seem like the place is equipped to handle dine in.
