My husband and I have been 4 times for the chlopa deal. It is delicous!! The workers in Middletown are so nice. Good workers!Our waiting time was not long at all. We were in Newburgh, N.Y.And we had waited 50 mins. for our chilopas.That was last thursday. Of last week. They where very polite. They had 1 thing wrong with the order, and fixed it right away. And was very nice about the whole situation..

This is the most pleasant Taco Bell there is in our area. The staff are so pleasant it almost makes you sick but you can't help but hug them through the pickup window. I go out of my way to stop here just for the awesomeness. Just do me a favor -please stuff the loaded grillers a little more. I'm eating more tortilla than anything! The fastest fast food you can get in middletown these days. Ordering on app was a breeze and had food in hand 3minutes after arriving. These days even mcdonalds takes 20+ minutes on any given night. Great deals too.
This place is great!!! They always have good food at a fair price! I gave them 5 stars because it is usually a good experience, but today they gave me a FREE Chalupa box meal!!! I ordered on the app. Pulled up to drive thru and they had it ready with my name on it all for FREE!!! The app allows you to see the progress from ordering thru preparation and receipt of your food order!!! Was a great overall meal and experience as usual! 😷 😲
The staff member was kind and courteous and offered me my senior citizen discount and at 66 years of age And low-income sure comes in handy. So I thanked him of that.

A great place to eat. Clean and friendly staff. The Manager Joel is absolutely wonderful!! He works tirelessly to ensure that everyone is have the best meal and time while here at the restaurant!! I cannot say enough about this restaurant!!
I don't eat taco bell's food that often but it was pretty good . My only complaint was my husband's food could have been hot and not lukewarm but its fast food so there's that .
All 5s they are open until 2 am. It's a RARE thing now in orange county. The guy was nice and the food was as ordered
I gave five stars because they don't have an option 4 and a half. My only complaint is the recent hike in the prices. When I ordered tomatoes on my taco they charge me forty nine cents for about five cents worth of tomatoes. Other than that everything was hot and delicious the taco shells were crispy the meat was seasoned correctly.
This is such a great Taco Bell. My husband and I drove up to Ontario from NYC and we stopped at this same location going to Canada and coming back. The food is tasty and the staff is very nice.
The food here is always delicious, hot and fresh. The staff is always super friendly and ready to help. They are also extremely patient because most times I enter here with small children, one of which is an infant and demands attention. Even the drive thru staff are super friendly and they serve quickly with accuracy.
The drive thru server was really friendly and understanding. It was my first time using the app and I had no idea what I was doing but she was patient. The food was great and I will definitely come back here again. I wish I knew what her name was to give her a shout out!
This Taco Bell on 211 in Middletown I went inside and I ordered a nacho Bell grande with everything on the side because I didn't want it to get soggy. Everyone from the cashier to the people in the back everyone was young and so polite and so professional and so helpful. Is unfortunately rare to see this in young people working in the hospitality industry but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by each and every person that helped me today. Very impressed. Oh and the food was exactly what I ordered !
I’ve had food here several times while traveling on the road but I wanted to give a shout-out to the GM Charles. I accidentally ordered my food to this location while 2 hours away and they called me and offered for me to grab a bite to eat on them next time I was there. 10/10 amazing guest experience and the food is always great!
One of the best Taco Bell locations. Unfortunately I'm constantly on the road for work, but stopping here to get a few veggie tacos is always a pleasant experience. Their bathroom is clean, the staff is friendly, and food is never wrong. Highly recommend!

Taco Bell absolutely deserves a full five stars for this visit. I don’t know if they changed the team, the management, or just had an amazing crew working today, but everything from the service to the food was on point. We stopped in for a quick bite and ended up being really impressed with how fresh everything tasted. The tacos were hot and perfectly folded, the Crunchwrap Supreme actually looked like the photos for once, and the nacho cheese was warm instead of cold or watery like some places serve it. The staff was super friendly too. They greeted us right away, took the order without rushing, and made sure we had all of our sauces — which is a big deal because Taco Bell without sauce just isn’t the same. The wait time was surprisingly short even though they were busy, and the food came out exactly how we asked for it. The restaurant itself looked clean, tables wiped down, and the drink machine was fully stocked. Little things like that really make the experience better. My son Rocco loved it too — he said this was the “best Taco Bell run ever,” which honestly boosted the whole moment. Overall, fast service, fresh food, clean place, and friendly staff — easy 5 stars.
What are you looking for? It's Taco Bell. The places clean. The people are pleasant and the food is always seems just made. I don't eat meat and one of the things I've always appreciated about Taco Bell is that they have veggie options for everything, unlike most other fast food restaurants
Ordered out from here using Uber Eats on Sunday May 5th 2024. Ordered the following- 3 loco tacos combo, with baja blast drink, and nacho fries. Since it was cinco de mayo, wanted some type of mexican food. Order came fast, and with all items included. Enjoyed the doritos loco tacos, and the nacho fries. As well as the soda. Even had packets of all types of sauces in it! Hope to order again from here soon either in person or using Uber!
Food is fine, staffs are friendly, but renovation gutted out what made Taco Bell different. Gone are vibrant orange/red southwest style mural and in are gray office building theme with removable chairs and hard benches of black and gray, just like every other fast food restaurant renovation. I'm going to miss the old look.

Food is good, but it's hit or miss on the weekend depending on how the staff is feeling. Drive thru is almost always a long wait, so be prepared for that. I still sit through it for the food because it's delicious and affordable.
The food is always hot and good. It’s probably by far the best Taco Bell in the area. Have to ask for extra sauce and sometimes have to check and ask for more.
Food was pretty good even after having to eat it cold. But be wary of the boxes..... the bottoms fall out! They hold the bottoms of the boxes together by two stickers and with the hot food inside the stickers don't hold up very well so I got a whole bunch of food all over my car.
I'm a regular customer here and routinely use the Taco Bell app to order and pay for my meal before entering the drive thru. During my last three visits, the food has been great. I've noticed that in recent weeks, the number of napkins being provided has dropped significantly. Two napkins does not help a family of four! In the past, you could run into the restaurant if you needed more napkins/sauce/etc. Now, they are keeping the door locked. You definitely need to check your order before pulling away from the drive-thru window!
Usually always good. Taco Bell is always my go to. Only complaint with this one is every once in a while they mess up my order. I also wish the employees were happier.
1st time having the Crunch Wrap Supreme with beef. It was yummy, but the portion was a little too much for me. I enjoyed it but was sorry later. Been a while since I had fast food, tummy couldn't handle it. Car port operator was very pleasant and drive-thru was quick.
The crew here is generally very chill and some are funny. They have a very positive atmosphere. The food is almost always correct, I would say my biggest disappointment is the soda machine. Pepsi tastes awful every time over the last few years and can ge compared to soapy flavored - along with the chips for the chips and cheese. They also have a very strange soapy flavor.
I've been eating here occasionally for 20 years and in that time I've had maybe 1 or 2 subpar experiences. Overall always quick and never any issues. Staff is friendly and fast. Its fast food so not really much to brag about in that aspect.
This taco bell will get my order right about 9 times out of ten. Always there for you when you need it and always makes me feel better. I recommend this place, as a person would recommend having water at least once a day.

You can also get a delicious Baha Blast during their happy hour. Medium fountain drinks and regular freezes, from 2 PM to 5 PM daily. I recommend Taco Bell.
Typical Taco Bell, other than the customer service, which is fantastic. I am always greeted and given my food with a smile. I think they forgot something only once after going at least a hundred times, which is really good. And since I work near there with tons of other options, customer service goes a long way. And they are fast, love it
This Taco Bell is way better than the one on Dolson Avenue, but the restaurant is smaller for some reason.... The food is good, but it would be better if they didn't close up the dining room so early. The drive-thru tends to get rather backed-up at night. McDonald's across the street, keeps their dining room open all night. This Taco Bell is next to a 24 hour Wal-Mart. They could do a lot more business, if they kept their dining room open, atleast until they close. Perhaps then, the drive-thru wouldn't get so backed up after hours.
Service slow, no large soda cups available, seems they're way more concerned about the pull up window customers and not those in the restaurant itself, to be honest. Was not happy, along with other customers who were feeling the same
Close to the highway, and it's well-marked on the off-ramp which way to turn to get to it. Standard Taco Bell, nothing unusual, and they are average in terms of speed. I waited about five minutes for my order, which would be super fast at a real restaurant but is nothing special at a Taco Bell.
Food was fresh. Service was decent. Place was clean and neat. Just messed up my order and had to go back and correct.
For some reason this taco bells prices are higher than other taco bells. They also don't run the promotions they are supposed to all of the time. It's a little slower service but the dining area is clean

The service was great, but the food wasn't so great. We were still missing 2 soft taco supreme with our order. But the gentleman working was very kind and reinforamed us that the spirit logo is different in this location. I greatly appreciate him.
Quality and speed are above average for a taco bell but this location acts like sauce packets come out of their paychecks
Please order sufficient amounts of syrup for your freezes. Every time I order the staff don’t have the syrup for the drinks.
Businesses used to pride themselves on customer service and quality of product. These days it seems that both have fell by at least 50%. The filling in the tacos and burritos used to be plentiful. Now the price is more and you seem to get less.
It was different. Lol. Put money in a cup intead of handing it to the worker, understand the idea but the execution could be better. The hand you are avoiding touching with the cup still touches the money that they'll be handling plus now that cup accumulates stuff too. And then your food is still handed to you normally. The cup was just odd to me. Line moved quickly which is good. But my order was wrong. Asked for no sour cream and somehow ended up with extra sour cream on everything. Workers were pleasant and I am grateful they are open.
This is a good place the reason I gave the rating is because I can't have rice, I ordered the cantina bowl with no rice add extra lettuce. They didn't put the rice in. But they also didn't put the lettuce to substitute, so instead of getting a bowl of the salad I got ⅙ of the bowl there was literally maybe 4 tablespoons if you was lucky. Paid all that money for nothing.
My only gripe is that larger containers should be given when ordering larger fries. I don't understand why you are given small containers meant for small nacho fries. When you ask for an extra thing of cheese. It's semi an issue and or you'll be charged for it.....why? In short, if we're paying for more, then we should be getting more. It's as simple as that. Otherwise, good food here. It's simple and to the point, nothing to write home about.
Last few times i have gotten food from here they have screwed up multiple things. Its either not get all the items in or give me the wrong item or not give you sauce or sour cream when you ask for it. Or in some cases which can be very bad for someone who has a allergy to a certain item when you give them the totally wrong taco, gave me a doritos loco taco when i asked for just a regular hard shell taco.
The past 4 times I've came here the food was made wrong. On different shifts it still doesn't matter. They hired a bunch of people who can't read the order screen. Or listen properly to what people are saying.
Trashy food for drunks and high people so high they forget they're vegan. I don't eat this trash; but if you do you will feel very bloated and your blood pressure will go through the roof.
You guys Uber service’s need improvement. I ordered two chalupas one Chicken and Bean and got a potato burrito and no chicken chalupa. Messed up my order.
In Middetown gave our food away... we waited for fast food longer than Perkins or Applebees. I'm going to say is a caramel apple empanada each was supposed to make up for the fact that NOT ONE employee on the shift this afternoon was able to take notice we still hadn't gotten our orders yet either. I've been in this business and worked my way up from dish girl to mixologyst & server since 14yrs old. Customer Service is an important part of the job starts in the back of the house makes its way to front. Oh and corporate and a smile would be nice too.
They no longer make the one thing on the menu I really liked- the steak soft tacos. Now there is no sauce. Also, they messed up my order- gave me 2 chicken instead of one chicken and one steak (after I asked if they still sell the steak ones) and then charged me almost 3 bucks for plain water. They fixed it all, but if I had waited in line for the drive thru and that happened, I would have been really upset.
Ordered online to get the online deals while I was sitting at the restaurant… watched people come in after me get their food before me. Waited over a half hour to receive meal. Soda machine was almost completely out of all beverage options. Food not cooked all the way (cheese not melted in quesadilla)… And then, we left with fleas on us. That is what made me write this review. I wasn’t even going to bother, until I saw fleas on us when we left. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
They tax way to much, and they always tryna play people, I ordered two burritos that was 1.89 and somehow it came up to 6.07 how is that even possible, then I tried to order the fries which is 1.50 for a small and 2..38 for a large and when I order they try to give me a large after I asked for a small and took the ad off the menu so I couldn't look back at the price. This is not how you run a business. I won't be back at this location.
OK I don’t know how this place got a four-point overview the Night Shift is terrible. Every time I order an item from the night shift 10 PM to 2 AM the order is wrong they need supervision I’ve never seen such lazy people in my life the whole place is filthy I’m going to prove my point and I’m going to take a photo the next time I order and the order will probably be wrong.
This is the worst Taco Bell in all 50 states. They can’t refund, the won’t deliver the correct order, and they won’t send the actual correct order.
Had a terrible experience still have the receipt sat in to eat The staff was practically non existent seem like they were hanging out. They wrote down the wrong name.. We sat for 20 minutes sitting down waiting for food it wss sitting on counter in to go bag with the wrong nsme on it... Check your food before taking it, especially if ordering at drive thru. Wondering how hard a fast food job can be that these simple employees can't do their job right. Time after Time, orders are screwed up and I don't notice till I get home. Such an inconvenience and costly expense everytime I have travel back to complain.
Came late was absolutely unorganized sat in line over 20 minutes and then sat at the window for another 20 minutes at the window for a Mobile order, the girl at window asked about my order and the lady inside didn't even realize that I was at the window. I do not recommend coming if at night.
Only gave us 10 cinnabons when we ordered 12. We ordered 2 blast freezes online and they tell us they have no freezes when we pull up to the window. Will not be returning to this taco Bell. A man with glasses was standing at the counter here his way of speaking was not good.he was very arrogant.around 3.00 pm and he give me cold burrito 3.
I was on the drive thru for more than 10 minutes waiting for service. After a while waiting someone decided to say they were close. it was 12:30 in the afternoon. I am pretty sure they saw the line of cars in the drive thru. They should have put a sign saying they were close. Instead of having a line of cars.
Waited 20 minutes to find out that there was no black beans UNTIL we got to the second window. Then we specify no dairy and they put avocado ranch AND cheese. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, they forgot the CHICKEN in the power bowl. This establishment is horrendous. Never come here. This wasn’t the first time as well.
Came to get breakfast here last week they opened at 7. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru and had to honk to get attention from a worker to be told they open at 8am now. It says 7am online and on the drive thru window. Update y’all time. Going to Wendy’s now.
I went there in valentines day, nobody there knew what they were doing, it took them a half hour to get a chalupa box, a chicken quesadilla 2 potato bowls an 2 regular tacos! Then didnt give us a receipt , my daughter went up and order another quesadilla an a naco frys box, we waited for another half hour she went up an asked about it, an they forgot about her order an again gave no receipt! She had to pull up her bank account to prove she orderd an payed for it. The worst service ever!!!! I will not eat there again!!!!
Don't bother... ordered on the app to pick up in store, and app says it's ready... go inside the cashier is on his phone texting away looking at the floor has 3 customers in front of him and no one being helped. I raised my voice and said you done with your phone or what? He puts it away and starts to do his job horribly slowly. Manager saw him 3 times doing nothing and than he did nothing to fix the issues. I finally ask for my order and it has not even been made yet the store just pushed it through on the app. Waited 20 mins to get the food and it was still wrong. Again don't bother!
Walked in for a quick bite. Never once was addressed. Stood in line for about 4 or 5 minutes. Staff looked my way and still never came to take my order. I get it, places get busy. But they could have at least said to wait a minute or something... walked out. Went to Wendy's.
I am a consistent customer and have never had any problems until tonight. I dealt with one of the rudest workers I have ever met who I believe was actually a manager because he seemed to be training a much younger worker. He was very argumentative at the speaker and was blaming me for the “muffled” speech and claimed that’s why he couldn’t understand me and kept messing up my order. Then when I got to the window to pay out I gave them my discount card to which I was greeted with an argument and full blame for their “system not functioning” because I hadn’t told them earlier. Only then to park and realize my order was completely wrong and wasn’t ANYTHING I ordered.
I paid $56 and I didn't even get my whole order. I went through the drive-thru I came home and my order was not complete. Before you leave, if you go through the drive-thru check your order because they will get it wrong
Did not make my food correctly and I ended up eating dairy that I'm allergic to. My husband had to cancel a visit with his family and turn the car around bc I got sick. Kitchen staff need to read the order before they just start throwing stuff together. 2/3 of my order was inedible. Completely unacceptable
The manager or whoever is the male with the Spanish accent that was working Monday night September 18 2023 is probably the rudest person I've ever encountered in the fast food industry. They forgot about $8 worth of my food and when Icalled to inform them he told me and my pregnant wife that we were liars and that he wouldn't give us our money back nor the food that we paid for. And proceeded to hang up the phone. Basically robbed us and then accused us of lying. It's not about the money at this point its principle & and I feel my integrity was questioned.
I have ordered numerous times on DoorDash and I always receive the wrong order, undercooked item, or just missing items in general. I ask specifically for sauce packets and every time I get nothing. i have even went thru corporate twice concerning paying for food, going to the restaurant and not being given my food. I will no longer be ordering from your restaurant.
I sat at a table to eat with my 1 year old during a rainstorm. We were THEN told we couldn’t sit at the tables. There were no signs anywhere saying sitting was unavailable and that’s why we stopped because of the storm to get out of the rain. We were forced to pack up our food and leave while my daughter cried herself to sleep because she was hungry with an hour ride home. I will never return.
Im a regular here and I ordered 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos customized to be vegan and all 4 had meat with none of the added customizations, never had an experience even close to this bad before. Maybe the people on shift were new or inexperienced but either way I was left hungry and disappointed.
Walked in to restaurant about 5 employees trying to fix something at drive thru window area so I patiently wait to see if someone would help me order my take out all of them noticed me standing at register to be served I waited at least 10 to 15 minutes they totally ignored me one of them finally came over to signed into the checkout register where I was standing seen me standing and she walked away totally ignored me. That was my last time to ever go back to that taco bell.
Absolutely horrible customer service, if you’re not going through the drive through you’re waiting 30 minutes. I just bought 2 drinks and waited a half hour for the order to even get looked at. We had to go up to the counter to get someone to even look at the kiosk orders. Then the freeze machine was broken. So we basically waited 30 minutes for a simple drink we didn’t even order.
