My favorite coffee shop in Midland! I usually get an iced latte of some sort, lately I’ve been getting one with toasted marshmallow & salted caramel in it. Everyone who works here is really nice too!

I order from door dash a few times a month. My frappes are always delicious, they always get my order right. I will stop by to tip them for the door dash orders if I’m close to the store.

I loved the coffee. I don’t get wrapped up in whether or not people are rude, it’s the world we live in and it’s hard to find good people. I’m there for the coffee, and it was great! Also love the reasons why these shops were opened.

Had a great experience, it was my first time here and walked up to the window so the menu wasn’t easy to read from the one posted on the door but Elaina was very patient with me and gave me some suggestions to me decide. She was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful. Thank you Elaina!

Ordered a caramel pecan iced coffee. I asked for specific instructions on my coffee and they delivered perfectly. Coffee taste amazing & their banana nut muffin is delicious! Will def be a returning customer! 👌🏼

my boyfriend got me a frozen pumpkin spice coffee for national girlfriend’s days , and oh my god it was so good, i’ve been waiting for starbucks to come out with their pumpkin spice coffees but after tasting this one i won’t ever go back to starbucks again, the pumpkin spice was strong and so good the whip cream was the best i’ve ever had, 10/10 i want to try the whole menu soon, this is the best place to indulge yourself to.

This place is awesome. The ladies are really nice. Sometimes they mess up the orders but we all screw up sometimes and it's not often they mess up. But when they do they are humble and are very friendly when asked to fix it. I have been to many coffee shops. This is one of the best. I would recommend.

Honestly I truly think that CPL Rays has the best coffee in town. It has great taste, not too sweet, and there’s rarely a wait. My favorites are the pumpkin spice latte and the ray rays mocha - both without whipped cream. Also very friendly staff!

I've been twice this week! Both times service was amazing. Drinks were amazing. Staff was awesome. I look forward to coming back. I don't have a favorite drink yet, but I absolutely love their chai latte so far.

Inconsistent!! I’ve been going to CPL’s since 2019, but I’ve noticed such a decrease in service and quality in the past two years. I think today was the last straw for me. Everytime I go, I order the regular frozen Ray Ray with almond milk. Which is always a hit or miss if they use almond milk or not. Also, I always get charged a different amount. Anywhere from $5 and some change to $7. I’ve noticed the turnover is crazy at both the Midland and Odessa locations. When the Frozen Ray Ray is made well, it’s one of my favorite coffee drinks around this area. However, it’s just more times than not, not made well. My fiancé and I went two weeks or so to the Odessa location and we both had to dump our drinks out, something was way off. (Which he is the most non picky person around). Anyways, RIP CPL’s.

We ordered this on a delivery app. An option was extra sweet-which I have picked several times without any apparent difficulty. The barista called us and talked to me like I was an idiot for choosing the option that I didn’t make up on my own because they didn’t know how to make extra sweet and demanded I pick a flavor because sweet isn’t a flavor. Like I don’t know sugar? The coffee was fine but terrible customer service.

I’ve been to this location 2 times, and the coffee is nothing special. I paid for extra shot of espresso and I can’t really taste it to be stronger. For the price, I would rather just make myself a strong coffee at home. The wait is not long at all so that’s a plus. I visited their downtown location last year and really enjoyed my drink. It was bold and sweat and creamy. The two lattes I have bought at this location lacked the espresso flavor you want from a latte.

Lady answered the window very rude, but we ordered and asked if she had a bathroom, she said yeah we do and pointed to the side. I walk around the whole building to find a drive thru on the other side and no bathroom anywhere. Walk back to the window and get our coffee and asked where the bathroom was again and she said “right here inside” I said “oh can you unlock the door so I can use it?” She has attitude this whole time and then said “oh it’s only for us you can’t use it” I was taken back that she TRULY thought I was concerned about her bathroom needs… and never said sorry, no help or anything! What. In. The. World???? Service was so poor and coffee was just okay. Won’t be back.

I felt as if they saw I was sweet and paid with cash so they saw there advantage. The young ladies must be pocketing cash transactions.

The owner has the worst customer service. The lack of professionalism communication and attentiveness to the customers needs as outlandish to say the least. The first time I went there I tried to order a hot drink with cold foam on top and they flat out refuse to do it. So I ordered it on the side and added it at my own discretion (how are you going to tell me how Im allowed to have my coffee that I'm paying for I'm my add that's wild) . The espresso machine has been down for about a week and a half, and I understand things break but at a business a coffee shop at that a week and a half is crazy. They sell espresso machines at Walmart they sell them at Best buy I mean come on. I was trying to be understanding so I would call to see if the espresso machine was working before I drove over there, that did absolutely no good, the phone just rings and rings or it does a busy signal it doesn't work. And I've been noticing something else very strange I go to this other coffee shop in a shopping center and every time I go back to corporate it seems they have a drink that's exactly like the other coffee shop that I go to. And at first I thought it was a coincidence but then it literally happened every time the other coffee shop would make a new kind of coffee corporal Ray would turn around and copy them. It's a sad sad day whenever you do things like that in life if you can't come up with your own menu then go to Google go to Pinterest don't word-for-word ingredient for ingredient copy somebody else's amazingness. Do better. Be better
