This place was amazing, I came here on a school trip from Kalgoorlie. Stopped here to get food on the way home. Food was delicious and cheap, the staff were friendly. Only downside was when about 10 of us ordered a Mountain Dew freeze, they said only the Pepsi freeze was working. Overall, a 9/10

When I came through drive thru I was met by two lovely employees, Emma and Theo. Although the interaction was short, I felt welcomed and accommodated. My food was fresh and crunchy which is what I look for in my popcorn chicken go buckets. I look forward to coming back to have this experience again!

I walked into KFC Midland and the customer service was really nice and welcoming. The employee Theo was really nice and friendly. The food was cooked beautifully and the chicken was nice and tender. The chips were seasoned perfectly. I can’t wait to come again.

1/5 doesn't even begin to summarise my experience here. I ordered a family box, not too much to ask right? Did I mention there were 5 of us? Not too many people right? Well apparently KFC cant count past 4, because that's apparently how many pieces of chicken they had left. After 45 minutes of waiting, one of the staff came and tolds us they had no more chicken? Like what? It's literally in the name. DId I mention my mother is dying of cancer? Well I guess im going to learn what that feels like because I got cancer from my visit here. The staff member asked if we wanted chicken, to which we replied "yes?". We ended up waiting 1.5 hours to get our chicken - time waiting in line, time waiting for the staff to realize they had no chicken and then time waiting for them to actually cook the chicken I ordered. 5/5 experience would repeat again, I ended up meeting my wife at the cancer clinic so I guess it all worked out for the best.

Surprisingly good? My wrap had decent size chicken tenders in it. The chips and popcorn chicken were hot and fresh, almost too hot to touch. Was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

Service was poor but im shocked at how disgusting the store is. Rubbish absolutely everywhere. No clean tables. Floors need a really good mop. And a worker sprawled out with his dirty work boots on another chair. This place is a disgrace

Store is kept really clean, screens up on the wall so you can see the progress of your order and you can order via the kiosk or at the front with a staff member. Morning staff are always super friendly especially if you're doing deliveries, and the seating is super comfy.

Great experience at this KFC. I ordered from the lobby last night and the young staff member made a small mistake, giving me Original instead of a Hot & Spicy thigh. The manager was very apologetic and she explained that the staff member was still a trainee, which I understood. They fixed it quickly and handled it well. Everyone was friendly and professional. I usually stop here when I’m craving some nice, juicy chicken on my way home to Helena Valley—definitely better than other KFCs.

Ordered a family meal online for pickup. I was worried about the low star rating. I was happy to see that. Food was hot and well put together. All components of the meal were present. Great service with a smile even though it was pouring rain.

Ordered chicken wings and nuggets. The taste was good. Staff were friendly, and at the time of ordering via drive-through, we were the only ones around - hence, it was super quick to make the order, pay, and receive the order.

Considering all the crap that Midland KFC probably puts up with, staff were friendly and the food was perfectly fresh, even so late at night near to closing time.

Had to wait a bit as it was a busy time. Least know made fresh. But tables weren't cleaned and had to find one that wasn't really dirty. Even when we finished and went to leave, it had quietened down and still no cleaning of restaurant sitting area had been cleaned

The order was perfect and all aspects were delicious and the service good. But man oh man - every surface of this place is filthy. The toilets, the floor the tables walls everything. We got some disinfectant wipes from the car so we could sit at a table. No soap in bathroom - no loo paper. They were not busy - maybe short staffed - but it needed a deep deep clean.

Store is cold. Some tables not clean. Couldn’t self order as the system kept glitching, then went to order with a human, they couldn’t provide a receipt as their printer was broken. Food…Chips were cold and hard, the chicken near cold, the burger was fresh but not hot. Very poor. Staff didn’t seem motivated to provide customer service. Will find an alternate KFC in future.

Customer service was excellent given the circumstances, food was atrocious. Chicken tasted dry and is if it had been under heat lamps for at least 30 min, ate two pieces and binned the rest (didn't want my dogs having the same unforgettable experience as me). Large amounts of negative reviews are comparable to a pile of bodies in a garage, you smell the horror before you see it.

Service was by the manager because the poor kid was obviously a little novice. He was much better than the manager though. Maybe if the manager showed him instead of taking over I would have given 5 stars because the kid had a good attitude, better than the manager.

Seems every time we go to this KFC they always say they have run out of what we want so we order something they do have and it's not hot, the chips are soggy n cold with no salt, the chicken is dry and dark, like they maybe don't want to cook you fresh chicken so you will buy what they have already had cooked for the last 3 hours. Not at all impressed but shall try another KFC in the future.

What a disappointment this was to have your food!! Gave my order and was told to drive through. She didn't say which windows so I sat in no man's land looking like I just got off the Ark. She came to the window taking my money then trying to hand me my food without putting it in a bag. I asked her to and she did put it in a bag that was big enough to fit 4 dinner boxes not just one. Got to my destination which was out in public and she didn't put in any eating utensils or cleaning cloths for my hands so I could only eat one piece of chicken and had to throw away the other two pieces and the gravy/potatoes. Needless to say my family won't be returning to your store any time soon

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude, entitled kids running the show. I was bluntly met by the young girl in the pay window (her photo is in a previous 1 star post) I tried to pay twice, the girl taking my order kept pulling the eftpos machine away as I went to tap. The first time it didn’t go through. The second time she said it worked. I went to the next window to collect my meal and the girl that went to serve me said my card didn’t work and I needed to park up and come in and pay for it. When I went to pay the girl informed me to check my accounts before paying next time. Just to be clear, I had more than enough money to pay for my meal in my account. It was the girl at the pay window that kept pulling the machine away to quick. I finally paid, got my meal and drove away to only realise my food order was wrong. Avoid this kfc, there are better ones out there with better service.

Visited KFC midland tonight placed my order #613 lge fillet meal & 4 x pepper mayo sliders. Not a big order. Order was placed @ 18.06 took very nearly an hour to get my food only got my order by going up to the counter to ask where my order was. When I opened my food order the 2 x fillets were smaller than tenders in the sliders. Absolutely shocking service!! I wasn’t the only customer who had to wait an hour for a food order. Very frustrating

What other "restaurant" or fast food store constantly runs out of the one thing they're known for? How does KFC as a chain always run out of chicken? I've been to multiple on different occasions and it always seems to happen. Though this location in particular has the worst trained front count staff I've ever seen. They are absurdly inattentive and do not communicate or acknowledge customers for 5-10 minutes. Honestly it's just rude.

I have been there 4 times over the last 8 months and each time it has missed part of the order. The last time was the 2 x family chips on a simple order of 10 pieces of chicken and 2 family chips. It is kfc and they are no stranger to fast food. Perhaps better store management would help.

My partner arrived at around 6 pm to find the staff arguing swearing throwing things slamming doors and punching doors. The young man that eventually served me would not speak to me at all taking my order, when it was ready, he put it on counter and turned his back. I opened it and half the order was missing .Again he walked away and I waited but no return. I asked to speak to the manager he went and looked and eventually she came out.she had been crying, She looked about 15. This took the wind out of my sails. I asked for my money back. The service is always very poor with rude staff but I have accepted it to a degree. But this takes the cake , They have lost me as a customer. Putting children in charge of children is disgraceful.

Drove in today at about 2:40 , not a rush ordered the chicken tenders for $10. But when we came home they were burnt a, hard and salty like sea water. . We even asked the guy who gave us our food if the tenders were fresh and the right portion. He said it was and left like he was very busy even though not busy. Honestly not surprised at the ratings. Worst experience always at KFC Midland. Sometimes staff look like they are forced to work and provide very poor service and quality of food.

Placed an order and paid via the app and got the confirmation at 4.49pm on a Sunday, and I walked in to pick up at 5.20pm. Was waiting there for another 10mins (only one guy ahead of me) before being asked if I can wait 20mins for my 21 piece hot and spicy as there was not enough of it. I asked why but the staff couldn’t give me a reason. Waited for another few minutes and was offered wings instead. I rejected that offer and was still waiting for a reason or maybe a part refund for an incomplete amount. There was only one order ahead of me, no one at the drive through too. Then suddenly a few minutes later, the staff came back and told me he could make up the whole order. I asked him specifically if he had the whole amount in there and he said yes. Got home and lo and behold, we were not given our full order. Makes me wonder if I was lied to, just to get me out of the store. By the time I got to my car with my incomplete order, it was 5.37pm. Very disappointing service especially when it is not flat out busy, and when you order and pay online so u can get in and out quick. I wouldn’t want to imagine peak time for them. Tried to call the store but no one answered, so we dropped a complaint via the app. Wonder where this will go.

Long wait especially in the evening. Staff (including on shift manager) all are busy using FB. No response for food timing. Even we saw they were asking delivery cancel their deliveries irrespective of availability of food items. Also while waiting for my food I heard one staff to saying 45-50 minutes for food delivery to delivery partners and they were using FB on the other hand. My food too took more than 30 minutes. On shift manager do not bother about any such things. They started closing at 9pm I guess it was too early. I’m not angry on staff as they all were minor but RM has to intervene to improve the speed of service.

The service was dreadful, I waited for over 25 minutes for my order and in that time the people serving us got 4 out of 5 orders very wrong! With my order it was 6. There was dried up food on the floor that the staff were sliding on, when people pointed out their orders were wrong the kids serving us seemed to think it was funny. Seriously - having to wait over 25 minutes for 3 large chips is bad service. Then to add insult to the whole experience they put two small potatoes and gravy in my order as an apology - it was not even close enough to make me think of ever coming back.

Went for the first and last time 9/09/20, the tables needed wiping down had to ask for bags to use as place mats. Order a 10 piece pack, all the chicken pieces were small and contained more legs than we cared for. I wish now that I had complained and taken a photo, the place was packed [although I don't know why] plus we were starving. I don't know who the manager of this place is but they need to do a better job of managing and a health inspection wouldn't go amiss.

Called into the Midland store today at about 3:35pm. Ordered 6 piece pack of hot & spicy chicken and small chips. After getting delivery and opening bag on the road on the way home - NO CHIPS and the Chicken was ORIGINAL - so failed on both counts. Doesn't take too much to get it right 😡😡

What turned up via uber eats was completely different to what I ordered. Seems to be a common mistake at Midland KFC. Ordered as in the pic but received. 1 popcorn chicken, 1 zinger burger, 1 large chips and 1 solo.

Was told 15 minutes for chicken, waited nearly 35 for chicken that was NOT crispy and very oily. Yuck.

Myself & 3 family members ate here and all got food poisoning.

Manager's special ( 6 Rotten chicken fillets). The head office must take an action before someone ends up in hospital. They seriously need to train the Manager about the importance of food safety and quality.

28 Dec 2024 Midland WA KFC Brought a large three piece feed today Chips were cold and soggy, original chicken got 3 legs. Potato and gravey cold. Pepsi was warm. Was really disappointed as only have KFC once a month.

Have ordered from this kfc on uber eats multiple times and every time our order is wrong. Either something is missing or the size or item is wrong. This has happened way too many times now and I will never order from this kfc again.

What a disappointment the midland kfc is went there tonight and the place is dirty and the staff are a joke to busy playing around out the back of shop to give a dam about the customer and to wait as long as I did is disgusting I should have walked away when the man I passed on the way in told me not to get food from there but the on top of the lack of service and the drity place the fact that one of the workers out the back what just eating form the popcorn chicken tray no gloves and no cares it the review would let me give less of a rating i would I will never go there again

Absolutely disgusting!! My partner went through drive through tonight approx 8:09pm, waited 5 minutes at the box to then place an order. Drove to the first window…… waited 14 minutes…. Nothing. He drove to the last window…. Kitchen staff saw him, nothing…. A young red head male walked passed the window several times with no acknowledgement!! He made a call to the store, a dozen times to revive a voicemail. Another 4 minutes passed, a young staff member approached, the order was passed to him, where he was CHARGED for his meal!! He paid, explained he had been waiting for in excess of 20 minutes…. “Sorry” Fast food? I think not!! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere or try another KFC where they actually want to serve their paying customers!! ** AVOID MIDLAND **

Every time I order from this place there is always things missing. For example I always ask for my sides to be replaced by chips and they always acknowledged I've said this yet my chips are never replaced. I feel like this is because of the lack of checking what they are putting in the order. I work at the Hungry Jack's next door and this is never an issue because we are taught to double and even triple check the order. Perhaps this is because its only teenagers who work here and the lack of the managers managing

Ordered a zinger twister, waited in drive thru for 10 minutes. When I finally got my order the wrap was soggy, so were the chips, chicken was tasteless and also soggy. Seemed like it’d been sitting for 30 mins. They also didn’t put any jalapeño mayo so the whole thing wasn’t spicy at all.

Waited over 35 minutes in store for a burger and chips that i placed via the app. It was only after i had asked staff where my order was that they decided to start making it. I've been coming here for a year now as i work nearby, and the service has been terrible every single time. The staff only take 1 order at a time, and wait until its made until they serve the next person. This means there is always a line out the door, and you have to wait sometimes up to 10 minutes to even be served when there is only 1 person in the line in front of you. If the line is out the door, it could be up to 30 minutes before you can even place your order. The service here is disgraceful, the store is run by children who have no idea about customer service or hygiene. I have lost count of the amount of times i have seen staff handle money and then make food without changing gloves. Today it appeared my burger had been dropped in the deep fryer as the bread was dripping oil from the top and bottom... so after waiting 35 minutes i had to go buy lunch elsewhere as the burger was not edible.

Whenever i come here to order (drive thru or in lobby) the staff are always giving attitude and are very unwelcoming, especially the young managers. We get that working at fast food places is tiring and not the best but there’s no need to shove the paper bags to our faced and give us dirty looks just because we ordered past 9pm. Not everyone finishes work early and have time to cook dinner. Very unprofessional for a manager to act like that.

How do you still have an hour to trade and no chicken? Started to place a full order before telling us “oh we don’t have chicken” and then had to ask ourselves what we would get in replacement in our burger boxes. Put up signs so people are aware and don’t waste our time. The order taker kept cutting us off before we could finish our order. We asked for a receipt and the order taker said it was broken and then shut the door before we could finish order. You’re so damn rude.

I have never seen a kfc so dirty. All the tables were filthy and the floor was dirty and sticky and in places slippery because of the dirt. The men’s toilet was blocked and overflowing and very dirty. I will never go to this store again.

I gave myself 24 hours before I decided to leave this review as that’s how long it’s taken me to calm down. I was there last night where besides waiting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes before getting to make my order. I then wait, another 5 to 10 minutes to get to the window where This young girl thought that was the time to let people know that the eft Poss machine wasn’t working and they can only do cash. At the very least management should have had a note on the speaker of the drive-through, informing people of this issue, and secondly, they should’ve mentioned it immediately once they were talking to you on the two-way system . They didn’t care at all, if they upset you as they did not even realise why people would be upset. This has to be the worst KFC experience of yet to have. I’m not sure who the manager was but KFC as a whole should take responsibility for this poor training and sad service that they provide to the public. I have no intention on returning to this restaurant and I think anyone who read this review. Should feel fairly warned at you might go there and not be totally happy with the service. I do not recommend this take away restaurant in Midland to anyone When you go to a restaurant that’s run by a bunch of kids who are more interested it what’s new on TikTok opposed to what it takes to provide even a half decent service, which they do not. I hope this is seen by management as if they have any pride in themselves, they’ll address this ongoing issue

Gravy was like water and rest food quality very average. Service was slow as no sense of hurrying despite several people queing, lost half hour of my life waiting. Tables was were dirty and aircon set to cold on a freezing day.

Basically got scammed $30 out of my money had to wait 20 minutes, after all that they said there is no large potato and gravy so they had to substitute them for 4 reg gravy and they straight up gave me the wrong order. Instead of 6 hot and spicy they gave me a box of another reg gravy small chips 3 tenders and small pop chicken. I instantly regretted not checking because you’d think they would check too so somebodies night is lucky, not me. I request a free re order next time or a refund

I got dry chicken that had been sitting for hours which I took a bite and spit out immediately on how ghastly and DISGUSTING it was. A manager called Michael morony faked like he can help me and no outcome!!!!! Horrible service, horrible food !!!! 100% recommend driving to midvale for much better food and service.

A worker was swearing out the back constantly tonight 6/08/2023 Food was absolutely terrible. Worst KFC in Perth. No sign of any manager anywhere. The large chip box is now narrower and it was half filled.
