People working behind the bars IN EVERY SINGLE COFFEE SHOP I WAS IN, ARE SO UNAWARE, DISCONNECTED AND DISENFRANCHISED in their connection with their customers. For instance, you can ask a couple of napkins, a glass of water with ice or ask for the price of anything AND IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST TEN MINUTES TO FINALLY PAY ATTENTION AND ANSWER: "OH COULD YOU PLEASE HOLD UP BECAUSE WE'RE TOO BUSY HERE!! and they'would do it with everyone there BEGGING FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE!! After more than 15 years of Tourism of expertise that trained me on Costumer Service, I can frankly say that Customer Service within the Starsucks coffee shops JUST DOESN'T EXIST. Much less a World Class one! That's what I've witnessed at least at 5 coffee shops of this ridiculous coffee shop in Mexico City. SOMEONE HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT BECAUSE DESPITE THE TRAINING I KNOW THEY RECEIVE, THEY ARE FORGETTING TO TRY THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF RESPECT THEY DESERVE.
