We have just eaten at Jazzy bubbles y bites and it was so good that we had to review straight away. We know Mijas very well and this place is a fantastic addition. What wonderful service, exceptionally friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Food was amazing, we had a selection of starters, tapas and mains. Including gyoza, octopus, patas bravas, carpaccio and shrimp. All were delicious, particularly stand out things were the octopus and the gyoza. Beautifully clean bathroom and very good value for money! Please go! Also accommodating of our young baby, high chair provided!

Fantastic little spot in Mijas with an eclectic menu and drink selection. Very pleasant atmosphere complete with live saxophone which drew rounds of applause after each rendition. One thing that wasn’t perfect was the time it took to receive and pay la cuenta, although we’ve noticed other restaurants have a similar issue. Overall really enjoyed our dining experience and would recommend if you’re after a glass of bubbly and some delicious (and filling) nibbles.

Heerlijk gegeten. Als voorgerecht hebben we een broodje gehad. Als hoofdgerecht hadden we een paar tapas (combi van gyoaza, kroketjes, mini hamburgers en de entrecote. De entrecote was perfect gebakken (rare, zoals besteld). Heerlijk gegeten en een goede service van het personeel! Bij het afrekenen kregen we nog een borrel van het huis. Wij zijn enthousiast!

Mycket trevlig restaurang där vi åt tre tapas, friterade stora räkor, sötpotatis och en oxsvans i en brioche. Allt smakade väldigt gott och en oerhört trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Läget är också väldigt bra ovanför torget där man sitter mer eller mindre under stora gamla fikusträd.

Meine Frau und ich sind zusammen mit unserem kleinen Sohn 1,5 bei einem Besuch von Mijas auf das Restaurant Jazzy gestoßen. Es sah sehr einladend aus und die Musik klang angenehm. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und an den Tisch gebracht. Als unser Sohn aufgewacht ist wurde ohne das wir fragen mussten direkt ein Hochstuhl gebracht und ihm wurde sogar ein Malbuch zur Beschäftigung gebracht, ebenfalls ohne das wir danach gefragt haben. Auch generell war der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals außergewöhnlich und der Chef Ronald hat sich ebenfalls die Zeit für eine Unterhaltung mit uns genommen. Das Essen ist sehr schön angerichtet und schmeckt auch sehr hochwertig . Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Wer nach Mijas kommt muss ins Jazzy!

We had a really lovely evening at this restaurant in the old town of Mijas. The food was good overall, although not everything was perfect. For example, the chicken was a cold when it arrived, and the pita served with the hummus was slightly overcooked. Still, the flavors were nice and we enjoyed the meal. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. The staff were beyond attentive, warm, and professional — honestly better than excellent. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment and took great care of us throughout the evening. To make it even more special, there was a man playing the saxophone, which created an amazing atmosphere and elevated the whole night. It added such a unique and memorable touch. Look who is getting Joao's 5 stars? What a wonderful surprise. We've been here, family and friends during the winter time, Mijas pueblo was rainy and quite empty, stores closed and only a few tourists hanging around and Jazzy was one of the few restaurants opened and it was a wonderful choice. I ordered an Angus steak with sweet fries "mal hecho" and was simply amazing. But the most amazing thing we were a group of 10 and they hit 10 of 10 nice and juicy dishes, moreover we got 2 starters and the "rabo de toro brioche" was amazing. Congrats guys! Wonderful place and wonderful meal. 5 stars! I will come back, for sure!

What to say? Five stars for the food but perhaps the most important thing is five no no six stars to Yuliya who served us. She had this extra as several waiters should have. Observed all the time when the wine glasses were about to run out. Gave us good recommendations in what we should eat and not least made sure the youngsters at the table enjoyed themselves. Love you for that. My wife and son shared today's special who was a long -term tender t bone steak 500 grams for sharing. Myself, I took the Argentine steak served in cut strips. Great food. Great Place, Great Ford and Excellent service.

Vierailimme talviaikaan, ravintolassa lämmin ja välitön tunnelma. Ruoka hyvin valmistettua ja maukasta. Palvelu ystävällistä vaikka tarjoilijoilla oli kiire. Söimme alkuruoaksi herkullisen talon bruchettan mozzarellalla, tomaatilla, pestolla sekä ihanalla yrttiöljyllä. Possunposki bataattipyreellä suorastaan suli suussa. Talon sitruunatorttu kruunasi aterian.

We stopped at this restaurant because it had live music at the door. Unfortunately on the terrace was fully booked but they found a table inside for us - we were just 2. I would classify this restaurant as a tapas bar, most of the dishes are small bites and I would recommend for sharing. The bruschetta was very different of what we expected but in a positive way. We really liked the bread from it. The Jamon and cherse platter was also very good. About the halloumi bites we were not very excited because we didn’t expect to be fried not rings😂 but the taste was fine. We ordered some extra bread, and took a lot - we asked and were surprised to find out they bake it ok the spot. So we got warm bread😍 The staff was very friendly. The drinks were good - I had white sangria and my husband fresh orange juice.

Absolutely one of the best dinners we had on our trip to Mijas. The staff was so incredibly kind (we had two kids and they brought them coloring books and had a a wonderful kids menu) - the food was delicious (the carpaccio was a stand out)- and the live saxophone was such a nice, unexpected touch.

Siamo venuti in quattro per cena, il locale era molto affollato ma ci hanno comunque trovato un posto. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, un misto tra giapponese e spagnolo. La cena è stata allietata da musica jazz dal vivo infatti il proprietario suona il sax.

Jazzy Bubbles & Bites serves fusion cuisine. I ordered the salmorejo, which isn’t the traditional version—it’s lighter in texture. They even add an ice cube to the glass, which was unexpected. Instead of the usual ham and egg topping, it came with two slices of lemon and orange, plus a green garnish. My son had the risotto and lemon pie, and both were excellent. So if you’re looking for something traditional, this may not be the place. That said, the service was great, the ambience was lovely, and the prices are good value 👍🏼 I’d definitely come back to try their fusion tapas.

Voor de tweede keer dit restaurant bezocht. De eerste keer prima, goede sfeer, lekker eten en life muziek. Alles uitstekend verzorgd. De tweede keer was de eigenaar later niet aanwezig, geen life muziek. Een van de bediening was vanaf 22.00 ronduit onbeleefd. Wilde blijkbaar dat we snel vertrokken. Teleurstelling voor de mensen die we uitgenodigd hadden. Hoofdgerecht tonijn geserveerd op een half bot is origineel, maar vult de maag niet. Eigenaar heeft na bovenstaand commentaar direct contact opgenomen en uitgelegd wat er die avond speelde. Op basis daarvan hebben we de waardering naar boven bijgesteld. Veel vertrouwen in deze zaak.

Sat here and drank some over priced cocktails and wasn't even given any olives, we actually had to ask for them. Nice enough cocktails but it's not the Ritz, €13 for each cocktail feels like a tourist trap to us. Nice place to sit as the sun goes down but there are better value places in town.

Toen wij aan de ober bij de deur vroegen of ze ook iets glutenvrij hadden kregen we een duidelijke nee. Wanneer wij verder liepen werden wij nageroepen met dat er toch wel wat glutenvrij kon🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Helaas is dat niet de volgorde en service die wij verwachten. Wij hebben dan ook vriendelijk bedankt en zijn naar de overkant gegaan. Waar ze heerlijke glutenvrije gerechten hadden. Over het eten kunnen wij dus niks zeggen aangezien we er niet gegeten hebben.

Restaurant prétentieux…. Le pain à l’aïoli c’est 2 énormes morceaux de pain avec un de à coudre d’aïoli Les fallafels , à l’origine servis avec guacamole et mangue, ont ete servis froids avec des bâtonnets de carottes et de poivrons et après notre réclamation aucune explication ni excuse…. Point positif , notre serveur était très sympathique et agréable…. Il y a beaucoup beaucoup de touristes à Mijas , on vient dans ce restaurant une fois et…..on ne revient plus !!!

Des prix exorbitants pour la quantité et la qualité .la patron ( certainement un anglais )dans l’encadrement de la porte fait pitié . Je ne recommande pas sauf si vous êtes anglais ou équivalent. Carte avec très peu de choix bref c’est bon mais c’est tout

Entiendo por un lado que quieran ocupar del todo sus mesas, pero pienso que teniendo tanto hueco libre, no es acertado que no nos dejen disfrutar de la terraza en condiciones. Lo más importante que quiero reseñar es el importe de la cuenta que se puede ver en la foto adjunta: Nos cobran por cada café con leche 2,80 y hay un importe de "1 bebida" a 1 euro, cuando pregunto que eso a qué se refiere, me dicen que es la suma de los dos vasos con hielo a 50 céntimos cada uno. A mí parecer primero, si eso es así, que venga bien indicado en el ticket y segundo, me parece una barbaridad que nos quieran cobrar el hielo del café, después del precio que tiene el café ya en sí mismo. ¿Con un refresco hacen lo mismo si lo ponen con hielo? Me sentí timado, espero que lo tengan en consideración. Un saludo!

Not sure why this miniature place is Jazzy. Far from it. So many nice places to eat in Mijas. This place was so pretentious and they were obnoxious. They put me off so much I went somewhere else. That’s why I gave three stars for food. I don’t know if it’s good. And I never will. Because not for love or money will I eat there. Ever. I live in Mijas and neither we nor any of our friends had entertained the idea of eating there. Now I know why

Made to feel about as welcome as a fart in a space suite. We only came in for a drink with our kids after having our meal elsewhere but clearly they only wanted to serve people having food. Despite there being 2 people inside, who I believe were the owners, we were put over by the toilet out of the way. Should have walked out then. Sad because this place had received good reviews on Facebook.

Me pareció un robo. 8€ un vermut (Martini) es surrealista y un engaño. La comida es congelada y nada elaborada. Le preguntamos al camarero si los pinchitos de pollo eran pechuga y nos dijo que si. Cuando lo trajeron eran pinchitos de contra muslo! Lo único que nos gustó fue un brioche con queso de cabra. El ambiente es bueno pero los precios no van acorde a lo que ofrecen.

Unfortunately, the service was very inconsistent. The female waitress provided zero service — unfriendly, uninterested, and clearly annoyed by guests. With such an attitude, working in customer service really doesn’t seem appropriate. On the other hand, the male bartender was excellent — polite, attentive, professional, and actually made us feel welcome. His service was a solid 5/5 and the only reason this place didn’t get the lowest possible rating. A restaurant’s experience depends heavily on service, and in this case it was a complete contrast between staff members.

Fuimos tres personas, a las 18:50 no nos dejaron entrar lloviendo porque no íbamos a cenar, nos sentamos en la terraza y nos dicen q café solo de 16:00 a 19:00 y no nos sirvieron café aún siendo dentro de la hora que nos había dicho. Nos dice el camarero que dentro de poco se iba a llenar la terraza y no nos servirían café, le pido la hoja de reclamaciones y no me la dio poniendo esa excusa. Fatal!!!!!!!!!

Nos sentamos a intentar tomar un café con algo dulce. No había nada dulce interesante asique cambiamos de idea, pedimos bruschetta caprese con una cerveza y un agua con hielo y limón. Nos trajo el agua hervida.... Le dijimos que no, que queríamos agua fría, nos trajeron un vaso de agua fría DEL GRIFO! cuando le volvemos a decir que queríamos agua mineral se nos puso a discutir que le cambiamos las cosas, en ese momento nos levantamos y nos fuimos.

O te sientas ha cenar o no tienes la oportunidad de probarlo. Pasé por enfrente con ganas de probarlo pero al decirles a los camareros que sólo era para tomar algo, directamente no me ofrecieron sentarme, las mesas eran solo para cenar. Decepcionante. Guiris que les gusta España por la tranquilidad de tomarse un vino con una buena tapa pero quieren imponer su sistema de cena o nada.

La cocina la verdad que fatal nos hemos pedido un wok que en la carta no ponía nada de picante y me parece muy mal que lo sirvan con picante sin ponerlo en la carta por que no a todo el mundo le gusta con picante o al menos preguntar si nos gusta con picante, estaba incomible

Mi esposo y yo fuimos de paseo al pueblo de mijas por primera vez ,pasamos por este sitio ,queríamos tomar algo y no nos dijeron que NO podíamos Tomar Nada de Bebidas sin Comer en el lugar. Ya nosotros habíamos comido en otro sitio(No fue muy buena la comida por cierto ). Prácticamente No echaron del sitio habiendo varias mesas libres en la terraza. Deberían Poner un cartel que diga Si No va a Comer NO se SIENTE ,así las personas que solamente queremos tomar Algo No Pasemos esa Vergüenza. Se que el camarero No tiene culpa,porque se disculpo varias veces. MALA RESEÑA DE NUESTRA PARTE. Y CREO QUE NO SOY LA ÚNICA QUE HA COMENTADO LO MISMO.

Una lástima para mijas pueblo, el lugar prácticamente vacío entro a pedir un café para llevar y la contestación fue... café solo NO! Si lo pides con tarta o algo más si. No entiendo porque un café que me lo llevo lo tengo que acompañar con algo que no deseo.
