We went to Ciao Thursday evening to have a look, Very surprised to find it absolutely full after only opening on Monday. The staff went out of their way to find a table for us. The ambiance was very nice, the food excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent evening until when we went to leave, I put too much weight on the table tipping glasses and candles on to the floor. Huge apologies to all staff and customers. We will be going back shortly.

Had a takeaway from here a couple of nights ago - staff were very friendly on the phone when ordering and when I collected. They were also extremely kind to my 3yr old daughter and offered her a lollipop. I had a seafood tagliatelle and it was unreal!

We love it there and enjoy the food; in fact we are just leaving now to go there with our family. Still, each to his own!

A gem of a restaurant, tucked away but such a great find. A warm welcome, cosy ambience, the food is delicious, so too are the cocktails. Good decor, comfortable seating which is a must, all in all a great place to eat at reasonable prices.

Absolutely amazing food and staff! We ate here 2 nights out of 7 and loved it that much we came back for a second time. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We have a 3 month old baby and it was perfect from start to finish. Prices extremely good. Thank you Ciao we will be back !

Fitted in at short notice. Food was excellent. Service was great. Nice touch with the blankets when it’s a little cooler outside. Views are fantastic. Give this a visit. Further visit August 2025 food was still fantastic and a great experience

Have visited this place maybe twice a month lately and have eaten here alot over the years. The staff are always very welcoming. There's a lovely happy atmosphere inside the restaurant, even when you would expect a quiet winter evening they are busy. We've never had a bad meal here and the steak every time is served perfectly. Great place to dine with good prices and smiley faces

Wooow! The food we had at Ciao was excellent. Pizza's where delicious, nice thin crust and a lot of cheese. Pastas where so full of taste. Big plus is that they use Halal meat and chicken, the owner/manager is also Muslim. The chef was soo nice to make something for us that was not even on the menu. Where do you find service like that these days?? Staff is really friendly, the view from the restaurant is amazing and the price of the food is really value for money. We love this place, it is our nr 1 restaurant spot at the Costa del Sol.

Wow wow wow! This place is a HIDDEN GEM! The service from start to end was impeccable, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was THE BEST ITALIAN I HAVE EVER HAD! (And I am a food SNOB and chef myself) , starter , mains and tiramisu dessert were to die for… me and my partner could not fault them, even down to the table wear and cutlery, this place is high end without the price tag. Well done guys. Hope you continue to smash it. Have recommended to all our friends who also have homes in miraflores. We loved it so much we have said we will come again before we go back home.

Beim draußen sitzen hat man unangenehmen Zigarettenrauch andere Restaurantbesucher sowie Verkäufer von Taschen und Ramsch die herumlaufen. Essen top. Pizza hat dünnen Boden und saftigen Belag.

Restaurante italiano con facilidad de horario. Si vas a las horas puntas la calidad de la atención y servicio baja, se nota mucho. Más recomendable fuera de hora punta! Tienen unas pizzas muy buenas. La lasaña de carne al horno, no tiene mucho sabor NO la recomiendo pero la pasta también está muy buena, y tienen una presentación de platos muy agradable! Tienen menú de niños!

Esta muy bien ubicado, en todo el paseo marino, tiene comida italiana y mexicana. La pizza es rica, algunos platos mexicanos son buenos, no recomiendo las enchiladas, super pequeñas y muy regulares de sabor. Es en el único sitio que las sirven con arroz?? Las fajitas están bien. Si recomiendo la pizza, la boloñesa esta rica.

La comida estaba muy buena, los camareros muy amables y simpáticos. Es un lugar bonito, pero es verdad que abren un poco tarde para ser una zona con muchos extranjeros. Nosotros llegamos a las 14:30 y el equipo llegó un par de minutos después que nosotros. El señor que nos atendió estuvo en todo momento muy pendiente de nosotros, cosa que agradecemos. Así que a rasgos generales muy bien.

Pizza was decent but far from Italian standards. Quite overpriced to be in Spain, €13 a pizza and €9 for an aperol spritz. The lowest point is we have been greeted by a waitress that couldn’t speak a word of Spanish and even when i tried to speak in Spanish she would revert to English. As a Spanish person is just embarrassing to be forced in my own country to speak a different language!

Style over substance, or perhaps we didn't meet their demographics? My dish was described as ribs, slathered in our own bbq sauce, served with hand cut fries. So image in mind, when it arrived, somewhat underwhelming. Small portion of ribs, with a bbq sauce dressing, frozen fries, no frills, last rib was devoid of meat. Pizza ordered by brother in law was good, sisters lasagne arrived quickly but cold in the middle, clearly ding cuisine, replacement arrived after we had eaten, wife's chicken ok but again frozen fries, in lieu of "hand but house fries" It was busy when we went, no excuse for the food, or lack of essentials like service, sauces etc. Costs are a little above the others restaurants in the area, food distinctly average.

A very pleasant venue that is spacious and with extensive outside seating and some very nice views. The staff and team made us feel welcome and sought to please us. For us the food was disappointing overall for our group of 10 although some dishes were good, especially the steaks. Sadly this is not an Italian restaurant although the dishes made an attempt to be so. There was also a very limited range of wine. Overall we would not put anyone who has eaten in Italy off, but… Overall score for us was 6.5 out of 10. Great staff though. 9 out of 10 for them.

Atmosphere and service is good, but the food is not. Pasta is supermarket stuff and pizza is made on a frozen base. Risotto was decent but not very authentic either. Its a pity since the terrace is nice and the staff friendly.

I recently visited this pizzeria and was unfortunately disappointed. While the prices are reasonable for Marbella, the quality of the food was lacking. The pizza and pasta we ordered were really not tasty. Even though I live nearby, I won’t be visiting this restaurant again.

Unfortunately, this restaurant did not impress me. I ordered a mixed salad, which was not tasty at all. It was extremely dry and lacked any care in preparation, with only a tiny dollop of balsamic vinegar on it. The bruschetta was not authentic Italian either. I also had pasta, which was completely bland and tasteless. It had no aroma or spices. Regrettably, I will not be returning. However, the prices are lower compared to other restaurants. So, if taste is not a priority for someone, they might leave satisfied.

I don't understand such a high rating here. The staff is nice, but the food is really bad. We were extra hungry but despite this couldn't finish our meals (pasta) bcs it was just so bad. Lemonades were horrible as well, for 4,5 euro you get just extra sweet cheap syrup with water. Just avoid, waste of money.

Nice views and attentive staff. However, I thought the food was pretty poor. been coming here for 9 years and the first time I decided to venture up here. I noticed most People were ordering the pizzas and they looked good, we ordered the bread platter with dips, burnt toast and no flavours 🤢our main was chicken with chips, frozen and half cooked chips and so bland, even with the sauces. If you want authentic homemade Italian food then look else where. I won't come here again. Although the pizzas looked good

Worst Italian food I have ever had Pizza swimming in oil Tagliatelle Alfredo and Alfedo risotto The sauce tasted of a creamy curry flavour and the chicken was cut from a kebab. The service from sit down to serving was 10 minutes . So not made fresh. Spent the night throwing up so did my friend , we were the ones who had the Alfredo sauce .

Quel deception ! Nous avons commandé des pizzas à emporter. Pizza 4 fromages, sans goût et très peu de garniture... la pâte était dur ! La Marguerita etait bien meilleure ...

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Mittagessen. Definitiv KEINE Empfehlung! Speisekarte und Website stimmen mit der tatsächlichen Leistung überhaupt nicht überein! Ich hatte die Bruschea Gambara. Anders als auf der Karte angegeben, waren diese nicht gehackt und vom Chili-Öl habe ich nichts geschmeckt. Ziemlich sicher waren es auch keine frischen Gambas sondern aus dem TK. Der Insalate della Casa hatte weder frischen Salat, noch Cherrytomaten oder die angegebene Zitronen/Kräuter Vinaigrette... es wurden Essig und Öl auf den Tisch gestellt. So hätte ich den Salat nie bestellt. Mein Partner hatte die Spaghetti Bolognese - Barilla Sauce aus dem Glas lässt grüssen... Wir verstehen die ganzen positiven Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Schlechtestes Essen während 10 Tagen in Andalusien...

ACHTUNG FAKE REZESSIONEN!! Nicht zu empfehlen!! Hatte einfache Spaghetti Bolognese. Sauce war wohl aus der Dose, nicht wirklich speziell gut. Mein gegenüber einen della Casa Salat, sehr einfach zubereitet nicht wie auf der Karte beschrieben mit einer Vinaigrette sondern mit Öl und Essig auf dem Tisch. Wir waren sehr entäuscht.

Je met une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins. Nous sommes venus commander 4 pizzas à emporter à 20h30. La serveuse prend notre commande, nous fait régler 43€ et annonce un temps d’attente de 10 minutes. Au bout de 30 minutes toujours rien et en plus les gens arrivés après nous étaient servis avant. Je crois qu’ils avaient zappé notre commande. Commande servi en 40 minutes. Arrivés à la maison quelle déception. La pizza 4 fromages immangeable. C’est la première fois que je mange une pizza aussi fine, dure et sans goût. Pareil pour les 3 autres.... Passez votre chemin

Nous avons pris des pizzas à emporter Franchement déjà juste pour commander c'était la galère. Puis on nous dit 20 min d'attente, au bout de 25 min on nous redemande ce qu'on a pris donc là on commence a voir qu'il y a un problème puis il nous dit 5 min donc attend. Là on voit tous les gens qui ont commandé à emporter se faire servir. Ducoup au lieu de 5 min c'est 10 min d'attente Puis on les as enfin !!! Sauf que arrivé chez nous pour les manger la pizza était fine peu goût et dure. Donc franchement dessus, là bas le décors est beau mais la nourriture reste à désirer 🙄 Pour le personnel c'est franchement bof sauf un qui avait le sourire mais sinon les autres...

The only Italien about this place is that sell Pizzas... Ordered Diavola pizza and Prawn Risotto... Booth dishes were VERY far from what we exspected. The pizza were VERY basic, with a very plain regular salami , all they did to spice it up were to add chili. The risotto were VERY WET and taste less. besides that while we waited we wanted to sit on patio, we sat at far end of the tablet at the patio, not to take up table for cusotmers eating in. But a soon at we realised that the patio were dirty and had trash ( Plastoc and empty cans ) lying arround we moved. I cannot recommend this place..
