Ristorante accogliente e spazioso al centro di Milano-duomo. A conduzione famigliare gestito da persone professionali e simpatiche. Rinomato per il pesce fresco io ho preferito optare per carciofo ripieno a forno con patata e cotoletta alla milanese con spinaci ripassati deliziosa. Anche le patate soutê niente male. Buona la carta dei vini. La chicca del palato è l assortimento dei dolci. Panna cotta ai frutti di bosco. Assolutamente da provare.

We do not often go to a restaurant twice on a visit, but we had both lunch and dinner here during our three days in Milan. The T-bone steak is perfect. Absolutely rivals any steakhouse and any Florentino steak you can offer as comparison. The lobster pasta is so delicate and delicious. The eggplant (which I usually do not eat) was expertly prepared and so complexly delicious. The service is beyond and beyond and the setting, while perhaps lacking in a stunning vista, is delightfully charming while providing an intimate surrounding for a wonderful meal. I will be back and highly recommend

A truly authentic Italian place in the heart of Milan where you may expect a tourist trap, lies a little gem of a restaurant. As an establishment, it has considerable history and is elegant inside. The service very friendly, informative and matches the internal elegance. The menu as well is not excessive, and certainly more varied than your typical Italian restaurant menu of pasta bolognese - they have excellent options for pasta, fish, meat and starters. Our T-bone steak (Fiorentina) was exquisite (see pictures). We’ve been countless times and the food is simply excellent. Would definitely recommend, and make sure you take the time needed to really enjoy the restaurant and atmosphere.

Milanese cuisine at it’s best offered in a family atmosphere 5 minutes from the Duomo. Recommend to reserve and try the branzino!

Luogo carino ma un po troppo retrò, è rimasto anni 80. Vasta scelta di piatti sia di carne che di pesce. Dal menù ho scelto un eccellente antipasto di alici fritte. Ambiente raffinato, purtroppo a volte i camerieri per passare dalla sala da pranzo alla sala al ristorante devono fare gincana tra i clienti presenti all'ingresso che, o devono pagare, o sono in attesa di un tavolo, e qs non è certo il massimo. Very friendly staff and cosy interior. I ordered the vongole but it was extremely(!!) salty, of course seafood is expected to be salty but this was honestly almost unedible. The risotto was ok and we got lots bread and even a free appetizer. Everything was excellent except that the main course which kind of ruined the experience.

Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately underwhelming. After being seated, we waited a noticeably long time before anyone took our order while the table next to us, seated later, received their water and bread promptly. We were eventually served water, but the bread didn’t arrive until our mains did, and we never received the focaccia that was brought to other tables. The food itself was average my wife’s dish was more enjoyable than mine but overall, it felt overpriced given the inattentive service and lack of hospitality. The staff appeared rushed and disengaged, and we genuinely felt overlooked. When it came time to pay, a tip had already been added to the bill without discussion, which felt inappropriate considering the experience. The restroom facilities were also disappointing, with a broken toilet and a poorly functioning sink details that further reflected a lack of care. What stood out most, however, was the subtle but clear preference shown to other customers who appeared more affluent they were attended to and checked out before us, despite arriving later. It left a sour taste. This was, regrettably, the worst service we experienced during our time in Italy. With so many wonderful dining options in Milan, this is one we would not return to—and wouldn’t recommend.
