Ristorante Pizzeria Al Desiderio offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of vegetarian-friendly options to choose from. The penne all’arrabbiata was absolutely fantastic — perfectly cooked pasta with just the right amount of spice. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Do note that the restaurant is actually a short distance from where Google Maps has it pinned, so keep an eye out as you approach. Highly recommend for a delicious and comfortable meal!

I never leave reviews unless something is really good or really bad. This place is a gem! Lots of locals, amazing food (pizza was outstanding), home made wine was fantastic, great atmosphere, felt really nice and welcomed there. Price was very decent too. I wish we (me and wifey) dined there more than once. Forget all fancy city centre resteurants, come here for experience you won't forget. Hopefully see you again in the future. Greg and Izabela

It's a great restaurant for cheerful family friendly meals. Brightly lit. Serves fast. The food is not exactly haute cuisine, but is awesome comfort food when you want a good meal with family or friends. Portions are large, and the cooking is really good. It's clear that large groups gather here, and loyal customers re-visit. The sound of conversations and laughter fill the place, something missing in more high-end restaurants. The apple pie and creme caramel were not exactly superb, but the main courses and pizza were great. They also have an Asian menu.

Real Italian food. Most of the guests are locals so everything is prepared as it should be. So if you are somewhere around and even if there are few tram stops, you should definitely test this food. I could recommend Spaghetti carbonara or Risotto with sea food. Small hint, please check open hours as this restaurant does not work as you may expect from a tourist place.

Excellent restaurant! Tasty giga portions that satisfy your taste. The pasta with the seafood is a must. The room is so comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly, the prices so fair and the restaurant so customer friendly, you shouldn't miss a visit when in town.

Buona la pizza bufala, ma ancora più buono il tiramisù, fresco, cremoso! Simpatici camerieri bengalesi.

Il ristorante pizzeria si trova all'altezza dell'incrocio per andare a Niguarda, ma si arriva nel controviale. Un locale piuttosto grande, informale, adatto per gruppi. Non è troppo silenzioso, ma si sta bene soprattutto se non è pieno. Provata la pizza e'da subito l'ho trovata leggera come impasto, quindi digeribile. Pizza discreta senza fronzoli. Prezzi medi.

La spaghettata ai frutti di mare in crosta era molto buona, anche se non sono sicuro fosse pesce fresco. Comprensibile comunque essendo a Milano. Ottimo il pesce spada ai ferri per secondo.

Questo ristorante pizzeria presenta un ambiente gradevole. Il locale è ampio, molto frequentato e quindi un po’ rumoroso, e dispone di un grande schermo per la visione delle partite di calcio. Il servizio è molto veloce, forse un po’ troppo, lascia poco tempo tra un piatto e l’altro ma questo tutto sommato non è un difetto. Buona la pizza, un buon impasto ben farcito con del buon prosciutto e degli ottimi funghi. Buono anche il pesce spada alla livornese che ci è sembrato veramente fatto bene. Non è il massimo la meneghina con il gran Marnie e Ma non trattandosi di un dolce artigianale non si può pretendere più di tanto. Il prezzo è molto onesto. Quindi il giudizio è favorevole, posto consigliato per una serata informale.

Visitato per una cena in famiglia. Un locale informale ed accogliente con personale cordiale e rapido. Ideale per cene per gruppi, è possibile guardare eventi sportivi su televisori in sala. Il menù propone pizza e piatti della cucina italiana di base. Da evidenziare un buon spaghetto allo scoglio in crosta, abbastanza stagionato. Prezzo nella media ed adeguato al locale. Parcheggio su strada pubblica non sempre facile da trovare.

Sono stato a pranzo perché mi avevano detto che facevano il menu pranzo a prezzo fisso Cibo abbastanza buono, la pasta era al dente, la bistecca buona, mangi su una tovaglia di tessuto e non le tovagliette di carta. Locale ben aspirato percui non ci sono odori di cucina in sala come altre realtà di zona. Purtroppo nel menu pranzo c'erano delle pietanze che non mangio e ho optato per un secondo differente dal menù principale. Facendo così non e convenuto ed ho pagato davvero tanto rispetto ad un pranzo di lavoro, certo sapevo che non avrei pagato il prezzo menu ma secondo me ci sarebbe bisogno di un po' di elasticità soprattutto nelle pause pranzo lavorative. Detto questo se sei elastico e non hai particolari problemi alimentari lo consiglio viceversa eviterei.

Ci sono stato una sera le 21h30 con mia moglie e mio figlio e sono stato loro grato perché ci hanno fatto accommodare subito e servito rapidamente. Abbiamo preso una semplice focaccia da dividere 3 spaghetti alle vongole veraci, 2 gelati e un tiramisù. Da bere un’acqua grande e una piccola. Totale 68,50. La focaccia non male ma gli spaghetti avrebbero avuto bisogno di un 2-3 minuti di cottura in più ed erano troppo “bagnati”. Il tiramisù non male anche se troppo “pannoso” per i miei gusti. Ambiente luminoso e ampio con grandi schermi per seguire gli eventi sportivi. Sicuramente più adatto a gruppi chiassosi che non a coppie per una cena romantica. Non credo tornerò tanto presto.

Buon ristorante su viale Testi, offerta varia e numerosa, tra pizza e piatti alla carta. Qualità e prezzi nella media.

Un vasto menù ,servizio veloce ,salone ampio e prezzi alla mano per essere a Milano ,lo consiglio per chi non ha tante pretese e vuole spendere poco!!!!

My family and I went there to celebrate but unfortunately it turned out as a really bad experience. First of all the waiter that assisted us very rude and impatient, I understand that we were more than 10 people to serve but while taking the order he started to be impatient and point his finger but raising his voice to say that only one of us should speak which was really unprofessional. After receiving the food which we never complained, he was serving us by literally banging the plates on the table. Lastly, we weren't done by eating and without asking he started to take our plates away. We all felt so frustrated and uncomfortable by their service and the manager just got mad on us just because we were complaining about the plates taken away, by saying we should have just left. I would never recommend anyone to experience this treatment especially if you just want to have a good experience with your love ones. It was very disappointing and sad.

Turned up, not much off a welcome, side dishes came out 5 minutes before mains leaving them go cold as wanted to eat together. Ordered water never came When food came, the pizza had a layer of what we and oil on it. As you can see not properly cooked, soggy bace and topping just slid off each slice! Never got asked how food was, had very little interaction with waiters. looked to be a fairly quiet night so not like waiters were busy!Once plates were cleared we were just left never asked how it was. Partner’s food wasn’t great. On the overhand it’s a nice spacious restaurant which looks daily modern on our side . But toilet seat broken in toilet and wasn’t clean!!

Based on its reviews, this place should be great but after having visited this restaurant I have to conclude the opposite. This restaurant is not what you would expect and I grade this one to be less than mediocre. The place is run by Chinese which itself may not be bad, but the atmosphere is really not warm and inviting. This place combines serving sushi with Italian dishes which is a bit odd. If you are really looking for a nice local Italian restaurant, this is the one to avoid. There are better options available.
