Very delicious sicilian pastries but the place was weird. Bistro, kiosk, cafe... 1 tea, 1 hot chocolate, 2 small and 1 big pastries 20€! I wouldn't reccommend going to the toilet there, it's not one with a seat. The owner should invest in a renovation.

Dopo anni che mi concedo una sosta in questo bar, prima di entrare a teatro, credo che questa sarà l'ultima... Ho sempre trovato personale cordiale, mentre questa volta il cassiere ha avuto una reazione scocciata (e molto eloquente) quando ho pagato il mio caffè con il bancomat... Questi esercenti non hanno ancora capito che i consumatori, oramai, sanno bene come funzionano gli addebiti per le transazioni con strumenti di pagamento elettronico... Andrò a prendere volentieri il caffè da qualche altra parte.

Siamo stati con mia moglie a prendere un pomeriggio presso questo locale ubicato in pieno centro a Milano un succo di pomodoro e un tè al limone ed il succo buono ma il tè pessimo senza sapore. Personale gentile cordiale servizio rapido e prezzi cari. Non ritorneremo!!

We walked past and decided to come in for some lunch. The waiter told us not to order the pizza as it was frozen but have lasagne as it was good. Which we did. Definitely not good lasagne but it was edible. Drinks were nice. Service was good. Word of warning if you need to use the bathroom as it is just a hole in the ground. Much better places to go in Milan

Veramente scandaloso una brioche vuota ( e pure secca) al prezzo di € 3, un cappuccino al prezzo di € 4 più 1 € per servizio al tavolo. Totale 8 € !!! Sul tavolo non c’era neanche presente un menu dove avrei perlomeno potuto verificare i prezzi prima di ordinare. Siete scandalosi non sapevo di trovarmi a Montecarlo a fare la colazione. Ora ho capito perché era vuoto il vostro locale!! A mai più !!!

Ci sono stata con mio marito per un aperitivo e abbiamo ordinato solo 2 spritz. Ci hanno fatto pagare € 22 e quando ho chiesto l'importo e ho chiesto di controllare il menu, il cameriere è stato estremamente scortese e si è rifiutato di darmi il listino. Mi è stato anche addebitato una tassa per il servizio al tavolo di € 2, quando ho dovuto prendere il mio drink al banco e non mi hanno offerto nemmeno una patatina. Servizio terribile, persone ignoranti e una vera rapina! Non capisco come sia ancora aperto.

Sono stata da biffino in orario di pranzo per un pranzo al volo. Ho avuto una sorpresa quando ho pagato il conto. Nulla da dire sul secondo di cui avevo visto il prezzo ma un cannolo mignon 3 euro e una bottiglietta d’acqua da 0.25 altri 3 euro. Prezzi alti per un locale senza arte né parte.

Siamo entrati per 4 caffè e biscotti per le bimbe, alla nostra richiesta di un tavolo ci hanno risposto in malo modo di NO. a quel punto abbiamo chiesto 4 caffè a banco...di cui uno eseguito con il fondo di caffè, uno nella tazzina completamente sporca per la quale abbiamo chiesto di rifare il caffè il Barista (se si può definire tale) ci ha riso in faccia e ci ha travasato lo stesso caffè in un'altra tazzina. INQUALIFICABILE il servizio e il modo di fare! NON ANDATE ci hanno anche fatto pagare due caffè anche se solo uno di noi lo ha bevuto, e non era nemmeno buono.

Ho preso una birra Peroni da 33cl (e questo è già un furto) a 6€ chiedendo al cameriere se il servizio al tavolo fosse incluso nel prezzo. La risposta è stata affermativa. In cassa il cassiere mi fa lo scontrino a 7€ affermando che non fosse incluso il servizio al tavolo e che fosse scritto sui menù. Sul menù al tavolo, il prezzo non era segnato. Sono stato trattato con atteggiamento aggressivo e minaccioso. Evitate assolutamente.

Uno dei posti piu’ brutti che abbia mai visitato nella vita. Caffe’ orrendo e bagno alla turca sporco. Dopo essere uscita dal bagno sono scappata e con altri clienti siamo rimasti scioccati. Sono salita su e dopo aver pagato son uscita, mentre cercavo le sigarette ho appoggiato UN SECONDO la borsa su un tavolaccio di plastica che era fuori e un tizio che spero per lui non sia il proprietario (ma temo di si) e’ uscito a dirmi di andarmene, ho risposto con lo scontrino in mano che ero in piedi e ho solo appoggiato la borsa e se ne e’ andato. Una vergogna, un pessimo arrivo a Milano. Non date i vostri soldi a questo posto.

Il primo acqua scura tiepida, il the, bustina anonima senza involucro di protezione aroma, la barista aveva l'ultima quindi non conosceva né marca né tipo.Forse trovata in fondo ad un cassetto. Il cameriere l'ha chiamata tisana.Mah. il bagno ? Non ho parole.

Oggi intorno alle ore 13:00 mi trovo davanti a questo bar/ristorante/tabaccheria con: mia moglie, mia suocera e mio figlio di anni tre. All'ingresso mi fanno entrare, ad un certo punto mi dicono che non c'è posto, ma contemporaneamente fanno entrare e sedere persone arrivate dopo di me. Chiedo chiarimenti e, presumo il capo sala, mi dice: "NO PASSEGGINI!". Io sapevo che certi locali vietavano l'ingresso ai cani, ma ai bambini non lo avevo mai sentito. Oltretutto un personale bravissimo a parlare in inglese, ma non in italiano. Peccato peroʻ che Milano è una città italiana, quindi i clienti si accolgono con la lingua italiana. Sgarbati e scortesi! Sconsigliato al massimo!

Bar all’apparenza accogliente per una colazione, il servizio e il modo di pagamento peró un disastro… Hanno scambiato le brioche alla crema con quelle alla marmellata, il cappuccino era freddo e sapeva di bruciato nel momento del pagamento, nonostante fossimo un grande gruppo, non ci hanno permesso di pagare con i conti separati creando disagio per coloro che dovevano effettuare il pagamento con la carta. Sconsigliassimo pure per il rapporto qualità prezzo: un thé caldo semplicissimo in bustina 5€, un’acqua in bottiglia 3€ è una spremuta di arancia piccola 6€. Per un bar situato in centro a Milano mi aspettavo di più!

Dramma piccole porzioni di cibo non fresco scioccante

Gita in famiglia a passeggio in centro a Milano. Accoglienza dei camerieri alle ore 17 "solo caffè no, dovete fare almeno la merenda!". Per 5 cioccolate e cinque mini cannoli non buoni 48 euro 🤦. Il bagno sporco. Insomma una brutta vetrina per l'Italia nei confronti dei turisti.

Ho chiesto di andare al bagno e mi hanno detto che era obbligatorio consumare per poterci accedere. Acquisto un pacchetto di gomme e mi dirigo al bagno che non ha la tazza ma la turca, mi dirigo dal cameriere per chiedere se fosse presente un wc per donne e mi inizia a rispondere con presunzione ed arroganza dicendomi “non sono problemi miei lo usano tutti”. Mai trovata una persona di una maleducazione del genere. EVITATE QUESTO POSTO ANCHE SOLO PER IL PERSONALE VERGOGNOSO.

All'ingresso ti mostrano un menù con prezzi accessibili, ma al tavolo sono ancora più cari. Pagare 12 euro per una pizza margherita poco cotta e dal sapore pessimo non vale la pena! NON LA CONSIGLIO.

Di passaggio a Milano,mi sono fermato per caso,il personale è gentile ma le note positive finiscono qui:toilettes non pulite,carta igienica appoggiata praticamente per terra,ordiniamo due paste(fredde,precotte e tutte appiccicate..),un secondo in due (scaloppina commestibile),due calici di prosecco con due dita (orizzontali) di vino semi sgasato,per cui durante il pasto ne ordiniamo altri due, e due caffè per finire. Al momento di pagare viene il bello:pasta 12 euro,il vino 8 euro ogni due dita,scaloppina 13 euro... Totale due primi di scarsissima qualità,un secondo e quattro(secondo loro) calici di vino peraltro non buono 76 euro. Non commento oltre ma se dovessi tornare in zona lo eviterò accuratamente.

STARE LONTANI: Il proprietario è stato davvero molto maleducato con me e la mia amica, lavoro all'Armani Hotel, a 50 MT più in là, ci siamo fermati per un caffè e nel mentre ho comprato delle caramelle a bordo cassa, e mi ha risposto NON TOCCHI! le consegno io. Davvero maleducato e cafone, leggendo le altre 900+ recensioni negative, penso che questo sia il posto peggiore mai incontrato. Mi stupisco come possa ancora rimanere aperto.

HORRIBLE! Staff and owner were very unfriendly, conditions were unsanitary (cook hand long dirty fingernails) and the food was not even edible! There were two girls who wanted to store their luggage with them (which they also offer) and they were also treated very poorly! They were forced to unpack their luggage on the street and had to wait outside on the street in the cold until they had time for them. They were not even allowed to step foot into the store!

If I could rate the restaurant with 0 stars, I would. Service was awful, extremely slow. The food was microwaved (20mins wait time for microwaved food) the food was medium quality with shameful portions. 12€ for 18 single pieces of pasta that was barely cooked. You cannot pay separately your food with card AND get charged extra for existing at the table. Do NOT trust the pictures given on the site. Shameful, microwaved, slow and expensive for no reason. If your standards are below 0, this place is for you.

NEVER COME. It's a terrible place. Incredibly bad. Even though they charged a service fee, the service was not opened. I have the invoice, I can prove it. Their boss was also very grumpy, and instead of having a fun day, it was a terrible experience in Milan. NEVER COME. The prices were also unnecessarily expensive. When you enter the place, if you buy dessert, they said the drink is mandatory. There was no such information on the menu and no one informed us about this until the last minute. It doesn't deserve it. Disgraceful.

This place looks alright on paper but then you realize that the chef microwaves all the dishes. On top of that, the small cans of coke cost 5 euro each. I have traveled all over Italy and have never paid 5 euros for a coke, matter fact I have never been charged 5 dollars/euros for a coke. This place is horrid. I spent 35 dollars and I can’t help but feel robbed. Go literally anywhere else for a better experience.

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the staff was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. They refused to even set the table unless we ordered drinks with our dessert, which is absurd and disrespectful. On top of that, we were charged a service fee even though no real service was provided. The staff showed no smile, no courtesy, and treated us with arrogance the entire time. We were seated at a table right next to the restroom, which was extremely unpleasant, and they didn’t even bother to remove the upper tray/cover on the table. Everything about this place felt careless, unfriendly, and money-driven. Truly disgusting — I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I was passing by a cafe and I was very thirsty, so I bought a Twix chocolate and a can of water and paid 5 euros. Then I sat down to drink only the water. We went to this so called restaurant, I don’t know if they are stealing or doing money laundering because this place should not exist. We went only because we were close to la scalla and then found that they are selling some mini pistachio fingers and the server dragged us down and showed us what their selling for lunch.. we took then some pasta a vegan lasagna with two half mini fingers of pistachios plus 2 Coca Colas. Despite ordering a simple microwave baked tomato pasta dish and a vegan lasagna, along with two Coca-Colas, our bill amounted to a staggering 41€. What's worse, we were blindsided by a 3€ "service coverta" charge per person, bringing our total to an unjustifiable amount for what essentially amounted to cold food and soda. For a place to each we ate cold food + coke and payed 41€ Made the experience in Milan worse unfortunately. Unless significant improvements are made, I would caution others against wasting their time and money at this establishment.

Do not go here! I would not recommend this place. The food is not good and I'm upset we ate here. The food is left sitting out and doesn't look appetizing. It's worse than fast food in my opinion. Not worth it if you're visiting Milan. Nasty. I'd actually give it negative stars if I could. The service was fine.
