Pratico, vicino ai gate, si può comprare cibo take away da un chiosco esterno oppure entrare e sedersi ai tavoli in un'ampia sala. La mattina assortimento di dolci, croissant di ogni tipo, alcuni pre-congelati altri freschi e molto buoni, macedonie, centrifughe di frutta e verdura fresca, biscotti, cioccolatini e snack; il pomeriggio è presente una vasta scelta di panini e pizze ma anche menù con piatti caldi e freddi. Ci sono anche dei computer dove si può ordinare per accelerare i tempi ma il personale è già veloce oltre che gentile durante il servizio. L'offerta del mattino: 1 bevanda calda + 1 spremuta/centrifuga + 1 brioche= 5.90€! disponibile fino alle ore 11. È presente il wc al terzo piano accessibile anche con l'ascensore.

È quasi una tappa fissa per uno spuntino prima di partire. Gli hamburger sono spettacolari ed i prezzi adeguati. Il personale della zona "in fondo" è sempre gentile e - sicuramente per gli hamburger - ci mette grande cura.

Comunque per prendere qualcosa presto primo dal tuo viaggio va bene . Il Servizio è presto a atento ed il caffè , per me , in spagnolo con meno conocimiento che un prete sull la notte gay , abastanza buono. Mi mancava qualcosa in queste posto per darli cinque stelle . ABRIL…..

Prezzi un po' sopra la media ma suamo a Milano in Opera di stazione ferroviaria. tutto molto bello e curato. Bagni al piano superiore ben puliti. Personale gentile simpatico e veloce. Locale curato e pulito. Ben fornito di brioches e buona scelta di acquisti regalo.

Very pleasant cafe in beautiful surroundings. Food is good and there’s a good choice in the restaurant section at the back of freshly cooked meals, much better than the fast food options nearby. It can take a little while to catch the attention of staff to be served and as others have said prices do seem to have gone up somewhat compared to what I remember.

it's a large place offering various things food drinks etc. Most of the food and sandwiches are served with meat but there is one or two options vegan. There are also salad bowls to take away including vegetarian. Decoration is nice and there seats to sit even though it can get crowdy but still enough space The staff work efficiently and quickly It's just close to the trains so no need to rush Price is high busy still ok

Very good. A bit pricy for the sandwiches, but I guess it’s within the expected price range for this station. I ordered croissant marmalade and a macchiato, and later ordered a sandwich with mortadela, burrata cream and pistaccio. The coffee was cold by then, and I asked to “scaldarlo” (heat it up).. The place doesn’t seem to have a microwave. Nevertheless, the server heated it up using the machine (probably a bit of hot water and cream). I think it’s an ideal place to eat something while tou wait for your train.

Great casual eating for a healthy meal and coffee. The venue can be very busy due to the position in the Milan Central station. I was surprised how some of the staff were disinterested in serving me when I was waiting at the counter with anther customer for about 5 minutes. Maybe they were preparing for a function. The pricing of food is not the cheapest but the quality is good.

Bistrot comodo davanti all'ingresso dei treni della stazione centrale. Diversi posti a sedere con personale gentile. La qualità e i prodotti offerti sono gli stessi proposti dalla catena della Società "Autogrill" visto che è una loro attività e anche i prezzi sono in linea con quelli proposti in autostrada. Ho mangiato un insalatone misto al tonno, uova, olive, pomodorini e insalata più pane e acqua al prezzo di 17,90€. La qualità nel complesso è sufficiente e i prezzi in linea con la zona visto che parliamo di Milano.

Per prendere un caffè ci vuole almeno un quarto d'ora. Poco personale e disorganizzato. File incomprensibili. Occorre fare la fila sia alla cassa che per ottenere quanto pagato. Peccato! I prodotti da forno ed i panini sono molto buoni. Sconsigliato. Devo modificare la recensione, in positivo. Ci sono tornata varie volte per necessità in questi ultimo due mesi e ho riscontrato che il servizio è molto migliorato. Spero che continuino così perché i panini e la pizza sono davvero buoni.

A shame that the beauty of the presentation doesn't match the taste of the food. The place is very nice and offers a series of expensive products, like crisps & Panettone. The problem is that they feel too expensive for what one could probably find outside. Fresh food is not up to the task. I ordered a pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts + parmesan. It should have been an explosion of taste and instead it tasted like a watered down boiled pasta in milk. Mash was good but had probably stayed there in the pan a bit too much. Grilled vegetables were ok but lacked condiments (and I didn't know where to find olive oil & salt). I think it used to be better. A good aspect is that the staff assured us that we could have stayed at our table for as long as we wanted.

The food was nice and the place looks very lively and relaxing. However the staff kept forgetting our order and one lady with dreadlocks was particularly rude. She kept speaking in Italian to me even though I told her I don’t know Italian. She was very disrespectful and did not have any patience for hearing out my order or questions. Very unpleasant lady. Mi dispiace ma due cappuccini e due brioches, € 8,40. Sono un lecito abuso, qualità da 4/5 stelle ma non giustificano il prezzo, tanto più che poi non offre lo stesso livello nei servizi igienici. Toilette sporche senza sapone e asciugatrice funzionante. Mi dispiace ma difficilmente ci metterò più piede.

Esperienza molto deludente. Ho ordinato un cappuccino d’avena e un caffè: il latte era montato malissimo, pieno di bolle, e il caffè aveva un chiaro sapore di bruciato. Troppo tempo per essere serviti, completamente disorganizzati, self service non ha tutto il menù quindi inutilizzabile, al banco i cibi hanno quasi tutti il lattosio eccetto il panino apollo (cotoletta) che è stato scaldato a metà, per 7.70 euro. Tavoli bassi troppo pochi i tavoli alti sono molto scomodi, metà locale è inutilizzato causa pessima progettazione. Bagni discretamente puliti con accesso disabili.

Ho acquistato un prodotto ma non mi è stato consegnato. Me ne sono accorto solo una volta già sul treno e non è possibile contattare il servizio per un rimborso. Consiglio di controllare sempre attentamente che tutti i prodotti acquistati vengano effettivamente consegnati. Il cibo comunque era buono.

The setting looked great when I walked in. That’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Long story short: rude waiter, horrible food, overpriced, you might as well go to Burger King. I ordered the $9 linguini from the pasta section, and the lady took some old looking noodles, tossed it into a dirty pan, scooped up a nasty looking sauce and poured it on the noodles, and 30 seconds after I ordered it, it was ready. The pasta tasted as bad as it smelled. If I could describe it, it tasted like wet paper towels that had been dragged over the bathroom floor. I suspect the sauce was rotten, and the pasta was definitely very old. The lady was rude and looked like she hated her job, I would give 0 stars if I could.
