Nice restaurant located off the main touristy road / canal. The land;oard was an excellent host. Polite, funny, entertaining but never intrusive. Every recommandation he made matched our taste and expectations. We dined here with a party of 7 (including 3 kids) and we all felt very welcome. The service was prompt and portions were of good size with my Coalzoni probably well oversized which I appreciated after a long walk through Milano. The atmosphere was very nice and luckily the restaurant was not too busy. Due to the nice wavelength we established with the landloard, at the end of our visit, we received some free drinks on the house. I don't know anymore how much we spend per head but remember that prices were reasonable. This is a place I can truely recommend.

Very good food, really big portions. The risotto alla milanese with osso bucco feeds at least 2 people. It is a must to come here to eat, and very good prices

Nice restaurant in the Navigli district close to tram and metro station. There was lots of seafood with my spaghetti 🍝 We enjoyed the complimentary bread. Would come again to try different meals.

This is a nice restaurant. It sells gluten free pasta as well which we needed for my friend. My pizza tasted great and the rest of the food was nice. We shared a calamari starter and some wine. It is quite small the restaurant but it's in a nice location near the canal

Could not be happier with our experience here last night. We came from Australia. Left with a full belly and had some beautiful house wine. Food was exactly what I imagined real Italian food would be. Got a great table outside for people watching and had a great time. Staff were fantastic

Very pleasantly surprised with this restaurant "Buona Forchetta". I ordered a carbonara and my husband a pizza. The prices are super reasonable and the taste is very good. It is located in a very beautiful and bohemian area in the city of Milan, which is a plus. The attention of our waiter was very warm, he made jokes and we felt very well cared for. And something that we cannot leave aside, they care about keeping the toilets always clean. Congratulations to the owner with whom I took some photos to congratulate him publicly. When I left they even gave me a nice pen. This is a regular place for me every time I will come to Milan.

Nice atmosphere and fair prices for this part of the city. And the fresh pasta is amazing. We also had a really nice waiter: Giuseppe was very quick and friendly.

Location molto carina in zona navigli mi trovavo di passaggio per lavoro e mi sono concesso una cotoletta milanese con patatine vino acqua e caffè. Importo speso per una persona 40€. Buona la qualità servizio medio prezzo allineato con la zona navigli ma caro per i miei gusti.

Provato il menù a prezzo fisso del mezzogiorno: 12€ include primo, secondo, contorno e pane. Ottimo cibo e porzioni adeguate. Molto buone anche le pizze. Personale molto cortese e ambiente pulito e confortevole. Peccato solamente per la disgustosa musica trap di sottofondo.

Personale cortese, prima volta a Milano ho voluto assaggiare un piatto tipico, quindi risotto alla milanese e ossobuco con piselli, servito come piatto unico, porzione abbondante cucinato bene. Ho visto anche delle belle pizze

We chose this restaurant 24 hours before visiting it for our evening meals. We had searched the area for restaurants with glutenfree meals, and as Buona Forchetta had a lot of those, we chose it. With the exception of calzone virtually all of the pizzas and pastas could be ordered glutenfree. We both got our pizzas - one glutenfree, one traditional - and they didn't disappoint. We visited Buona Forchetta on a Monday evening, and there weren't many customers and thus no buzz. The evening before - Sunday - the seemed to be more buzz.

Decent pizza flavours served in a generous portion size. Good buzz on the street in general and the staff were friendly.

The location of this restaurant is maybe the biggest positive but everything else is quite average. Except the bruschetta, the octopus, pasta and pizza were sub-par and pretty bland. The octopus had no seasoning and the accompanying potatoes were much better in comparison. It's located in a touristy location so it's bound to get a lot of footfall. We were seated outside and the tables are packed together as tight as possible. You'll probably be hearing the convos on all the tables around you. Wish it was a better experience for the amount of money we paid for the meal.

Sono stata in questo locale e non posso dire niente del servizio accettabile, sono rimasta delusa della carbonara che e stata fatta con la pancetta e non era una vera carbonara come mi aspettavo! La birra alla spina non è buona. L'atra cosa che ho notato che il formaggio grattugiato era nel corridoio prima di arrivare in bagno scoperto penso che si deve avere piú attenzione nel conservare gli alimenti.

Adding to the positive aspects, the staff's honesty and care were evident when they secured my forgotten belongings, providing a sense of security and trust. However, the gastronomic adventure took a nosedive with the bizarre inclusion of English chips and German frankfurters as pizza toppings, as shown on their instagram. This fusion, or rather confusion, of cuisines raises serious questions about the chef's commitment to Italian culinary traditions. Further compounding the issues, the restaurant's decor seemed suspiciously familiar, with accusations of stolen photographs from another caterer, without giving credit. The state of the restrooms was far from satisfactory. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and the dirty toilets were a significant letdown, reflecting poorly on the restaurant's overall hygiene standards. It's disappointing when such fundamental aspects are overlooked, as they contribute significantly to the overall perception of a dining establishment. In conclusion, while the friendly service, reasonable prices, and secure handling of lost items are commendable, they cannot outweigh the culinary missteps, questionable decor practices, and hygiene concerns. This establishment seems to be more of a tourist trap than an authentic Italian restaurant, and potential diners should approach with caution. Obvious tourist trap but does get the job done if you are hungry, portions were a bit big. Don't bother with desserts as they aren't made in house but bought from a caterer. Bread was also slightly stale....

Horrible. The lasagne was served in a pile of oil, nuked in the microwave. The taste was bland and the texture was greasy and mushy. Disgusting. The cold cut platter was disappointing, I can get better cold cuts from Lidl. The strange heart-shaped (why?) pizza was "okay", meaning you can eat it without vomiting. Flat, bland and boring. Worst experience ever. If you see this place, turn around and walk the other way.

Saffron risotto smelled like soap, ossabuca was rubber, potato undercooked, pizza nothing special. Don’t make the same mistake we made and eat here.

Terrible food. We payed 2€ for refilled tap water bottle, that was not even cold. The Lasagne had no taste at all. Not even sure how this is possible. The lambribs were dry and total unseasoned. No sauce or anything extra. The bread tasted old and was dry. Service was OK, but seemed to me they gave up on good service. The waiter was friendly but couldn't understand us correctly. This was the worst food we had in Italy! Don't eat there.
