EVITATATE QUESTO POSTO. Un furto legalizzato, 14,50€ per 2 cappuccini e brioche. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, mi ha detto che la maggiorazione era per il servizio al tavolo ma io mi sono portato da solo i 2 cappuccini al tavolo. Io non ho chiesto il servizio al tavolo ho solo pensato che il tavolo lì vicino fosse a disposizione. Un barman onesto avrebbe avvertito il cliente che il tavolo era a pagamento, invece mi ha lasciato fare per spillarmi qualche € in più. Ma da oggi non mi vedrà più anche se sto a Milano altri 3 gg.

Ho acquistato un dolce che presentava evidenti segni di muffa. Tornato al bancone, il proprietario ha insistito che fosse “normale”, rifiutando il cambio. Ho chiesto di sostituirlo con un altro dolce dello stesso prezzo, ma voleva farmelo pagare di nuovo. Nessuna disponibilità né rispetto per il cliente. Una vergogna.

Tavoli sporchi con tovaglie macchiate, 2 caffè decaffeinati un frappè, tot. 18€. Non discuto sulla cifra, comunque alta, ma sulla qualità. Caffè imbevibili e il frappè praticamente era un bicchiere di latte. Quando l'ho fatto notare a proprietario, ha risposto che è 35anni che fa questo lavoro ed ero io ad essere esagerato.

Sono uscito da questo posto INCAVOLATO NERO. Ho speso 13 euro TREDICI per una colazione che definire deludente è un complimento!!! Il cappuccino era un disastro totale : acquoso, insapore, con una schiuma tristissima. La “brioche” poi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Surgelata, molle, senza gusto, identica , e lo dico come MIA impressione personale, a quelle da pochi centesimi che si trovano nei supermercati di basso costo. Il ginseng? Una roba indefinibile. Il tutto servito a un prezzo che, sinceramente, considero assurdo, totalmente fuori da ogni logica rispetto alla qualità. Mi sono alzato da quel tavolo con la sensazione di aver buttato soldi, tempo e pure l’appetito. Esperienza pessima, colazione rovinata e umore distrutto. Mai più, MAI PIÙ.

6 euro per un cappuccino è veramente troppo. Servizio scadente e prezzi folli. Questi posti dovrebbero chiudere, non si può speculare sulle persone cosi.

Pessima esperienza! Entrata in questo bar, per tre caffè e tre bottiglie d’acqua ho speso 22 €. Prezzi assurdi e servizio pessimo. Consiglio vivamente di evitarlo o almeno di chiedere prima il prezzo, perché potreste ritrovarvi con una brutta sorpresa.

DA EVITARE !!!! Ragazzo al banco a dir poco scortese. Gelato a 4.5€ 2 mini palline di pessima qualità, se ti vuoi sedere il gelato diventa 8€, ASSURDO.

sono abituato a guardare la recensione di google prima di entrare ogni posto. questa volta sono entrato senza controllare la recensione perché era il più vicino. purtroppo non vale anche una stella. un piccolo esempio un caffè costa al bancone 1,50€ se chiede un goccio di acqua ti danno del rubinetto "acqua tiepida e biancastra"

In zona per lavoro, mi sono recata in questo bar per due giorni consecutivi per prendere una crema caffè al banco (avrei optato per il gelato, ma non era per nulla invitante, coi gusti molto colorati che possono attirare solo i turisti della zona). Al momento del pagamento del bicchierino al banco (per il non certo modico costo di 5€), la persona alla cassa ha provato a NON EMETTERE LO SCONTRINO in entrambe le occasioni, tanto che l'ho dovuto chiedere, ricevendo anche una sbuffata. Il primo giorno sembrava una svista per la fretta, ma il secondo giorno è stato palese si tratti di un'abitudine. Approdo qui su Google e leggo delle altre scorrettezze e degli insulti gratuiti che il/la titolare si permette di lasciare. Quindi, ricapitolando gli aggettivi per questo locale: caro, maleducato ed evasore. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Non venite !! Un calice di vino 9 euro, un'acqua tonica piccolina...7 euro! Così due acque toniche e un calice 23 euro!! Pazzie neanche a Firenze o Venezia in piazza San Marco! E nel menu non compare la lista delle bevande!! Da denuncia!!

I don’t know who is in charge. My mum was feeling very bad her stomach was hurting and we came here to use the toilet. We told the that we needed to use the toilet and they told us we needed to pay which is understandable but we told them that we were in a hurry and we will buy something later they said no you either buy something or get out and was very rude. Then I bought a small water and it was 2.20€. Also when i was waiting for my mom I overheard one of the guys working there said something about is being dump tourists and so on thinking I can’t understand him. The staff might seem nice but behind your back they are probably talking about you.

Usually I don’t ever write reviews as I try to be more understanding, but the service was terrible, specifically the manager. We ordered some desserts, including a tart and an ice-cream with two scoops and ate inside the cafe. One of the waiters wrote down the wrong order, which said that we ordered two tarts, and not two scoops of ice cream, and when we went to pay, the manager started yelling saying that we payed for only one tart. After we resolved the problem, we had an inconvenience, since we payed for the two scoops of ice cream separately, but the take away price is different from the “eating inside” price, it being 4,50 Euros, which was the sum we initially paid, and we had a misunderstanding with the manager, since we had to pay the difference, which was 4 Euros (8,50 euros is an ABSURD price for two small scoops of ice cream) and started yelling at us since we couldn’t properly understand each other. Overall, the food was mediocre, the prices are outrageous and the service as well.

I unfortunately, after my flight to Milan, was tired and fell for this trap. Normally I read reviews but the place looked alright and I didn’t think much of it, I got absolutely scammed. 14 euros for an affogato - poor presentation and rushed work. They did not quote me the price or show me the menu. I’m sure they knew I was not a local and was tired and they took advantage of it. I normally don’t ever write bad reviews, and this is my first - that should say something. I don’t believe in tarnishing reputations of restaurants due to poor unintended experiences. But this was intentional. I asked the waiter why the menu wasn’t shown to be - he shrugged and walked off. This was the first cafe I visited in Milan, first impressions do last. That isn’t all, the manager noticed me questioning the waiter and then came over, when I explained to him what had happened, he shouted at me and tried snatching away the first receipt of 1.7 euros. He then began to tear it into pieces, I’m not joking. If there isn’t clear ill intention, why snatch the receipt? Why did the waiter shrug? Why not show the menu? I promise I’m not joking. All I can say is, if you are a local or not, it doesn’t matter, such places are ruining the impression of the city. Go here at your own risk. Doesn’t even deserve a single star. Have a good time in Milan - most other places are friendly and kind. Ciao! THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME TOO! it’s cosmai caffe now!

SCAM! Prices displayed are different from how much the bill says. We had 10 minutes spare before our bus and wanted a quick coffee and ice cream. We checked the prices and it seemed reasonable so we sat down. That 10 minutes cost us double for each ice cream and pastry. It is shameful how they scam visitors to gain a few more euros.

We had entered this restaurant with our family to have snacks and coffee, we ordered four cappuccinos and they outrightly refused to serve us stating that every member of the family had to order. The waiter was rude and very unwelcoming, completely opposite to the service we expected.

This is a scam. The prices on the menu are different than what you pay. For example you'd see 4.5 euro the ice-cream but they would make you pay double claiming that this is because you were eating it inside

It was a terrible experience overall. We went into this café and paid 27 euros for 2 soft drinks, 2 coffees, and 4 pastries. Nothing was wrong with the order, except the pastries were not good. We asked whether we could sit inside or outside, and instead of answering, they just gave us an extra sugar packet with the coffee. So we sat outside on the covered terrace. Immediately, a waiter rushed out and told us that we had ordered takeaway, which is not true — because nobody had asked whether we wanted to eat in or take out. Then he said that if we consume the items there, the price is different. If they had told us from the start that sitting outside means higher prices, we would have understood and paid — but they never said a word about it. We also saw the same thing happen with three other groups — they were sent away. The waiter was polite, but the owner was extremely arrogant...

I had few of the traditional mini pastries which are extremely overpriced and not even worth the money. I had a way much better for less just around that corner a few minutes walk away. I dont recommend their pastries!

SCAM STAY AWAY. Charge tourists extra because we don’t know better. Manager is extremely rude, and yelled as us when we try to order to go sit down. No good quality, they charge you what they feel like charging. Spent $210 euros for a few sandwiches and coffees. It’s not even a full service restaurant. Ridiculous.
