Everything was suuuuper good! We took ravioli with meat, ravioli with tartufo, costine di maiale, spaghetti di soia, other spaghetti, then hot padella, beijing duck and everything was good good good! Came here the second time after they remade the restaurant. This time i like it more, the way the restaurant looks and the food as well! I will definitely come pack 🥟

I love the classy minamalist atmosphere of the place. The foods are the best! And all the staff are very kind and friendly. This place is a perfect if you want to get chill, if you want to study. In the bar they serve different kinds of desserts, bubble tea, ice cream, granita and more! And they have happy hour/aperitivo too! Cocktails were professionally made.

Fancy Chinese in the Chinatown. Lots of variety in the menu. I really liked the noodles with beef and black pepper sauce and the beef with soy sprouts. Location is nice, service is on point and fast. Prices are a bit higher than other Chinese restaurant in the area, but it’s worth it.

Cozy place with big amount of Asian dishes to choose from. Atmosphere and design of restaurant is great, as well as service. Big variety of food, so if you like Asian cousine you definitely will find something you like. Food served nicely and tastes good.

We been in this awesome place to meet friends first time in Milan Chinatown and i taste this amazing food good wine and nice people! The owner and all stuff do everything to makes great our diner! Everything was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️special food like Peking duck Dim sum eggs waffle mango and hundred ice cream flavors was the best day in Milan. Next time sure we ll back! Grazie mille Ragazzi❤️

I've been here a couple years ago and from the previous positive experience I had to come back again with some friends again. The dishes were so nice and we'll cooked. In primis the Xiaolong Bao with the broth inside were so delicious, maybe were not 100% Chinese taste that you expect because of the mild seasoning of the stuffing, but it was so pleasant for a cold evening dine. The elasticity and texture of the dough was on point. In second place my Rice with Teriyaki Chicken was also nicely balanced, totally not salty but sapid and well cooked. The chicken on the rice was a little dry for me, but not for my GF that tasted it as well it was good, so it's a matter of personal opinion, as I prefer the thight meat instead of breast for a rice topping since the rice itself is already dry and fat-free. Overall rice was boiled at the right point and not sticky at all, egg was tasty, broccoli could have been flavored, Kombu was great. My GF took the Ramen, I think it might be a bit much richer for some aspects in particular for the noodles itself, the broth was so good one again and the fat was perfectly in emulsion. A good compromise for a wide range of customers I guess. Least but not last the service of the waiters was so polite and professional, appropriate for the restaurant's look, they menaged a little problem with my dish so well and offered an adequate solution with ease. Recommended for a quiet meal with no compromise. Price a pintch over the average.

Brand new Asian restaurant at the beginning of via Paolo Sarpi. Nice inside, very kind people like mr. Fan the owner. Not expensive cousine, tipical Chinese food served in nice dishes. I tried a bloody spicy beef soup, I was warned but ordered: guys, very good but gosh it was difficult to eat! I'll come back for sure. Try it.

Ottimo ristorante in una via centrale molto frequentata, dal fascino semplice ed elegante. La cucina è buona: spiccano il **riso al brandy XO** (perfetto nella sua essenzialità) e il **ramen con astice**, molto apprezzato. Graditissimi i **baozi neri con polverina d'oro**. Un po' deludenti, invece, i **ravioli misti della casa**,mix di gusti che non esaltavano i loro ingredienti. Anche l'**anatra alla pechinese** è ben preparata. Buona la varietà dei piatti, ma alcuni aspetti logistici smorzano l'esperienza: i **tavoli sono troppo vicini** e il **menù su tablet** risulta superfluo per ordinare. Il **parcheggio nelle vicinanze è problematico** (sebbene non dipenda dal locale). Utile migliorare la **preparazione enologica del personale**. Nel complesso, un'indirizzo valido per una cucina di qualità, con margini di miglioramento sul servizio e comfort.

Siamo stati a chinatown e abbiamo provato questo ristorante. Il locale è carino e il personale di sala fa bene il suo lavoro. Le pietanze che ci sono arrivate erano tutte molto gustose e buone. C erano anche molte spezie nei piatti che abbiamo preso ma non erano assolutamente invadenti. Consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante durante una serata conviviale tra amici. Io ho preso i ravioli e l'anatra alla pechinese di qualità superiore ai ristoranti all you can eat. Gli altri due piatti che si vedono in foto sono i fagiolini molto buoni e la lingua d'anatra. Servizio buono.

Ottimo ambiente, ottimo cibo. Piatti davvero buoni. Il personale gentile è disponibile. Sono andata a mangiare la sera, presto, in modo da potermi godere anche l'ambiente che merita! Il posto essendo in piena Paolo Sarpi si affolla, bisogna prenotare. Putroppo non c'è speranza per il parcheggio vista la zona ma questo non deve demordere dal provarlo. Prezzi secondo me giusti per il gusto, la quantità e la particolarità.

Lo Chateau Defan é ubicato esattamente all'inizio di Paolo Sarpi. La sua offerta é quella della cucina cinese, proponendo piatti come zuppe e ravioli. La particolarità che li contraddistingue é la cura dei piatti e dell'aspetto del ristorante, di fatti ci troviamo davanti ad un posto diciamo raffinato e con i prezzi allineati sui 25/30€ a testa. Una critica che mi sento di fare forse é una revisione di alcune zuppe come quella piccante che sinceramente lo era troppo causando la perdita completa del sapore. Ma oltre a ciò i ravioli, gli edamame ed il gelato erano più che buoni. Molto consigliato per un appuntamento o per un compleanno. É anche disponibile un deor per mangiare fuori al coperto anche se non credo abbia molti posti a sedere.

Locale che ha davvero una bella ambience. Non sono un esperto mangiatore di ramen, però a me i prodotti sono sembrati buoni e dai sapori molto bilanciati. Ci tornerò per provare anche altro.

Buon ristorante, con cibo di ottima qualità e grande varietà! Il personale è disponibile, l’attesa per alcuni piatti e’ stata un po’ più lunga che per altri, ma è un posto che consiglio se si vuole provare la cucina cinese! Ci tornerò volentieri

Sono stata in questo ristorante con un gruppo di amici. Ho mangiato il riso saltato con gamberi e verdure veramente buono e la spadellata di gamberoni. Sono buonissimi inoltre i ravioli, gli edamame e gli involtini primavera come antipasto. Merita. Il prezzo per due portate e antipasti misti più vino e acqua è stato più o meno di 50€ a testa per 12 persone. Cibo ottimo.

Ristorante di cucina asian fusion. Vasta scelta di piatti, cucinati con grande attenzione; camerieri preparati e scrupolosi sulle richieste di intolleranze e allergie alimentari. Ambiente grande ma rumoroso, servizio velocissimo. Ottima scelta di vini, con ampia gamma di prezzo. Costo onesto.

We had: +golden fried rice( for my kid): he loves it. ~wonton soup: the wontons itself very delicious, but the broth is a bit disappointed, i think they use miso broth for that. + spicy& sour seafood soup: my friend loves it - peking duck: big disappointed, duck skin is not crisy at all and tastes too ordinary for restaurant’s standard which should be their special( it tastes like the frozen ready made from asian market) + very friendly service

My favourite Chinese restaurant in Milano! Their wine selection is fantastic. Tried their branzino crudo this time and loved it. Xiao long bao is good, the wrapping is nice and thin like it should be. The spicy trippa unfortunately was not spicy and was too salty, but overall their food is good and the place is nice.

Ramen molto buoni, tartare pure ( nonostante mancasse l'avocado) però la coscia di maiale era solo ossa (e per 10€ non è il massimo). Inoltre è già la seconda volta che gli antipasti vengono serviti a intervalli differenti e la coscia è stata pure dimenticata. Personale gentile però andrebbe rivisto qualcosina sul cibo/servizio, per il resto mi è piaciuto anche se il conto è un po' più alto del solito

Come ristorante cinese direi che è piuttosto nella media. Buono, ma somiglia molto a tutti gli altri, in zona si trova di più autentico sicuramente. Nota negativa a mio avviso il prezzo, Milano è sempre cara, ma questo costa “troppo” per un ristorante cinese.

I'm used to the dim sum in Hong Kong and this is definitely not comparable. The Har Gao and the Char Siu Bao are not worth the price. The veggies and the fried rice were quite good, but I can only give it 2 stars at most due to the disappointment of the dim sum part.

Looked very good from the outside, But the service was very unsatisfactory, plates were very dirty. The food was mediocre at best, dumplings felt from the supermarket, Duck arrived cold and uneatable. Definitely not worth the money

You Cannot Be Found

Terrible dining experience. Wrong order and unhelpful staffs. We ordered and waited 40 minutes at our table and the food arrived to be wrong. Then we waited another 30 minutes to get the right food but still something is missing. The portion looks like leftovers from other table.
