We came here for my girlfriends birthday. Such a cute and sheek spot. Super good service by Emanuel and we would highly recommend.

Service was great, food was even better! Has a lovely ambiance. I really enjoyed the live music. We sampled many cocktails over several hours. Never felt rushed. All superb!

Is this place extremely over priced with extremely small portions? Yes. But it is the best penne vodka (paccheri Roma) I’ve ever had in my life!

Wonderful visit to this location of Sant Ambroeus. I began my love of this restaurant in the West Village with Enzo. (Ciao!). I have been to many of the locations and this one was quite good. Food was consistent. It is a very popular location so reservations are suggested. Nice service and nice ambiance. The floor leads checked in often. It was a lovely experience and highly recommend for other visitors.

Authentic Italian restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Has a separate coffee shop and bakery and gelato stand. Full bar with seating inside. Brunch and lunch menu with fresh pasta. Great authentic interior. Offers full valet services in front.

The food has never disappointed. I had the most delicious omelet ever. Palm Beach exclusive, you need reservations. We were there for a Sunday brunch. The management was extremely helpful in getting us settled. The restaurant is open and sunny with indoor and outside seating. I ordered the amazing omelet. It was fluffed to perfection. The breads marvelous and not your usual dinner rolls. The olive bun, love it. They have a special gelato which is smooth, the cookies crisp and wonderful and the tiramisú, I'm told was smooth and delicious. The only thing that was not up to par was the wait staff. Our glasses were never filled and coffee cups went dry. Once the plates were delivered it was like the wait staff disappeared. Though pleasant and friendly the staff just failed to provide what would be expected as "good" service. The mens room had an out -of-service urinal and the other urinal had a lake in front of it. These are considered a "one off" situation as the rest of the room was beautiful and posh, for a mens room. They have a bakery counter for take out too. A year later and it only gets better. The wait staff are the best. Sebastian, Alex and owner Antonio made the experience fabulous. The sunflower seed bread, to die for. Omelettes light and fluffy and delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Even though this place is a chain, which sometimes can have a negative connotation, this chain definitely proves that theory incorrect. Great for people watching, lovely outdoor patio and the quality in the food is always delicious. I would use the word reliable to describe this restaurant.

What an amazing experience! We're from out of town just visiting! We visit a fine dining restaurant every town we're in. Sant Ambroeus was our choice in PB and what a great choice it was! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was outstanding but even better was the incredibly attentive service from all of the staff!

A beautiful, charming Italian restaurant in the Poinciana Plaza. Excellent food and service. A wide variety of traditional and creative dishes. The homemade pasta is outstanding, the fish and salads are also wonderful- a perfect place for dinner al fresco or Sunday brunch. Not to be missed! 🇮🇹

We were looking for a restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the Palm Beach area and I wanted Osso Buco. Not only did we get the best one, but we had the most delicious soup and the best-tasting pizza that had the thinnest, crunchy crust with a black truffle topping. The service was impeccable. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. To top of the evening, we devoured the most decadent dessert that was a cross between a Tiramisu and a Chocolate mousse cake called a Gianduia. This is place is now our go-to restaurant when we come to Palm Beach, Florida.

We loved our visit. Excellent food and drinks. Phillip, our server was kind and friendly, we enjoyed an espresso martini and beer in the dining room. Lunch, pesto pasta and the ravioli with delicious warm bread. Very nice hostess and restaurant manager. Five stars.

For our 22nd wedding anniversary, my husband and I wanted a truly special spot, and a friend recommended Saint Ambroeus in Palm Beach—what a fantastic choice! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was top-notch—thank you, David!—and the chef’s talent was evident in every single dish. Every bite was absolutely phenomenal, and the atmosphere was elegant, inviting, and full of charm. Saint Ambroeus made our anniversary unforgettable, and we are already planning our next visit!

I sat at the bar with my brother, and the bartender, Enri, was incredible. The service was exceptional, truly above and beyond. The drinks were probably the best I’ve ever had, and the food was delicious too. What really stood out, though, was Enri’s outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Enri, for making it such a great experience.

After dinner at Buccan, our friends suggested we head over to Sant Ambroeus for dessert and a change of scenery. We figured why not… and wow, this place did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was on point… super charming, elegant, and just had that rich, old-school Palm Beach feel. Even the wallpaper was branded… everything felt thought out and classy. We made our way to the dessert counter, and I asked the guy behind the bar what the best one was. He recommended the Gianduia, which is basically a hazelnut Nutella-type dessert and let me tell you, it was unreal. One of the best desserts we’ve ever had. No joke. Yeah, it was $19… but honestly, I’d go back just for that. Totally worth it. If you’re in the Palm Beach area and want a killer dessert spot with a great vibe, this is it.

Fantastic Italian cuisine on the Island with the option to dine inside the main room or outside. They make their own homemade pasta and have their own unique flavor for the traditional cuisine you’d expect. The bakery for a quick breakfast or lunch is a must go-to. Baked fresh every day with plenty of options.

One of my favorite restaurants in Palm Beach (Southampton,NYC and Aspen as well) their menu is fabulous, creative yet traditional and features an assortment of locally sourced products that keeps each meal seasonal and fresh. The imported ingredients are also high end and delicious. Try the asparagus appetizer, linguine with clams, shrimp scampi and burrata salad.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience! I had the pleasure of dining here recently and everything was simply perfect. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully set — the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy your time. But what really made the evening special was our waitress, Lucia. She was an absolute gem — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured that every part of our meal was just right. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet personable. She truly elevated our experience. The food? Outstanding. Every dish was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor — clearly made with care and passion. Between the amazing service, fantastic food, and lovely ambiance, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Lucia, for making it unforgettable!

It’s not often that you get what you pay for, but St Ambrose offers that. The atmosphere is wonderful. I feel as if I’m on the Italian Riviera as I sip my fabulous coffee and nibble on a delicious apricot croissant 🥐. My coffee and croissant cost around $14, which is great value. Dinner can cost between $36-$70 a meal. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I’m never disappointed here. They also have locations in Manhattan

A very classy Italian spot with a few beautiful locations. The Palm Beach one is perfect for a special occasion or date night under the stars in the Poinciana Plaza. We typically order the specials of the night, as there are always a wide variety of different tasty dishes to share, but you can’t go wrong with most of the menu. We never leave without ordering the Tartufa Pizza and truffle creamed corn. We also adore their bakery selection including the Princess cake as well as their Hazelnut & Chocolate. Definitely worth trying at least once! An experience I always look forward to.

An elegant warm interior welcomes you to an impeccable dining experience. We were celebrating a special occasion and had reservations. From the first moment of stepping in they acknowledged the event and showed interest. The GM also took time to stop by and check in. Often times when we make reservations and write a note about the occasion it goes unnoticed so this was a delightful surprise and a pro move. Dining room booths are comfortable offer privacy but you can see the whole room. I recommend going around 8pm as it gets lively starting then. Service was top notch and we are still talking about the food. Only small thing that was a miss was the main course was served while my companion was not at the table. However the lemon caper sauce that arrived alongside the grilled fish was divine, we almost did shots of it. The wine menu is extensive and we got to choose some wines we have never tried before - made the experience even more memorable. We will be going back. Go, eat, drink and be merry!

We came here on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't crowed at all. We had a table inside and were taken care right away. I ordered the Diva Cocktail...delicious! Then I had the wagyu main course, simple but fantastic. And we finished with the signature dessert, the Sant Ambroeus chocolate cake. The whole experience was wonderful. The plaza, Royal Poinciana, is also so charming. After the food we walk and shop a little bit too.

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Palm Beach—actually, it’s in my top 10 restaurants anywhere. Sant Ambroeus has never let me down. The food, service, and overall experience are always consistent, so I keep returning repeatedly. I’ve celebrated birthdays here multiple times and worked through most of the menu. My favorites are the pizzas (I don’t even usually like pizza!), the crab pasta, the pancakes, and the desserts. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu—it’s that good. Sant Ambroeus is the best chain restaurant I’ve ever been to. If you’re in Palm Beach, this spot is a must. I’m already looking forward to trying their New York City location to see if it lives up to the same level of quality and service.

Absolutely wonderful lunch at Sant Ambroeus. Food was delicious of course, but I must mention how amazing Natalia was. Sant Ambroeus is the best brunch place in Palm Beach. If your scene is consistent food, nice cars parked out front, and bougie clientele (young and the old), this is your place. My critique is that the food is generally under seasoned and lacks flavor. Specifically, I did not enjoy the tuna tartare and the pasta just didn’t wow me. Nonetheless this place is a great restaurant and I’ve dined at the NY location as well. Prices are fair.

Opted for an impromptu lunch and stumbled upon a charming Italian restaurant. Menu looks authentic Italian, I’d love to come back to try more dishes like the Vitello tonnato or Ossobuco. Our choices were the pizza Tartufata and the special Pappardelle with duck ragout and fresh truffle. The pizza resembled more of a schiacciata, thin and crispy, but was wonderfully flavorful, with a balanced and light combination of truffle and Parmesan. The special was enjoyable, although the truffle flavor was faint, perhaps due to an aged truffle. Concluded the meal with smooth espresso and pistachio gelato: It was like being back in Italy, espresso nice and smooth and the gelato was unbelievable, it tastes like actual pistachio. It felt like home. I’d definitely come back to try the rest of the menu! Exceptional service, though cocktails fell short—considering wine next time. The price aligned well with the food's quality, totaling approximately $150 for two cocktails, a pizza, pasta, two espressos, and a scoop of gelato.

Nice lunch spot in Palm Beach shopping center, with fantastic patio seating area. Upscale casual vibe with lots of people watching. Food was good - every item was well prepared but not amazing or unique. We enjoyed the truffle pizza as appetizer and Dover sole and chicken sandwich for lunch. Highlight was the hazelnut dessert - quite good. Service was friendly and efficient. Best part was the outdoor seating and entertaining vibe. Overall 4.3/5

Sant Ambroeus is a great spot for lunch in Palm Beach. The atmosphere is beautiful and lively, and the service was excellent—attentive and polished without feeling rushed. We went with a larger group for lunch, and the service was really great. The food was good overall, though nothing particularly stood out as memorable. That said, the location and ambiance make it a place we really enjoy returning to, and it’s always a plus that they serve Pilsner Urquell. A very solid choice for a relaxed, upscale lunch in a great area.

What could have been a great sandwich, was torpedoed by a chefs decision to use a day old, stale brioche bun. Perhaps they think that grilling it, would resuscitate’s it and the guest wouldn’t notice. Not this one! The bread shouldn’t crumble upon biting into it, shame on them for ruining the Sant Ambroeus sandwich. My wife had the Insalata Centocolori which I ended up finishing and it was good. You have high expectations when paying top dollar and stale bread is just such a no no

Quick dessert night, it wasn't like that. The price you for a slice a gianduia ( very good) and small cannolo (Very disappointed), doesn't match the service at all. It's very important you guys fix your style and approach to it because there isn't A guest or B guest... But the money speaks all the same language and you guys can't act like that unprofessional. Plate chipped, no napkins no glass a water after a 35$ check w for a cake slice and baby cannolo. This place is going downhill. There's so many new small humble local bakery that takes care of the guest like family YOU SHOULD GO THERE PERHAPS TO SEE HOW IT IS DONE...ANY BAKERY IN TOWN WILL BE ABLE TO BET YOUR SERVICE AND ESPECIALLY THE SMILE IS FREE AND YOU DONT HAVE IT ?! THE CHECKS ARE MAKING SOMEONE ELSE SMILING!

To begin I drove 45 min to try this place from aventura ! The service was the worst I ever had at such a high end restaurant. To get a table at 5pm on a Saturday they offered the lounge area by the bar, server was super nice but slowwwww and i don’t think it was his fault since they gave him many tables at once. The food quality was okay I wouldn’t say it’s 5* standard not even 4. The only thing I can say was delicious was the pasta and the dessert. Everything else was mediocre could be purchased at a supermarket and ate at home instead , i spend a very good amount to eat just by myself I would have expected more attention to detail, when I asked for bread it took 15 min for it to come to me; by then the appetizer I ordered was almost over. I would say this place needs organization and lower the price unless they up on the quality

Pulled up for Sunday brunch, and while the food was amazing, the service was straight-up chaos. My sister called that morning and snagged us a cute table, so far, so good. But our waiter? Yikes. Asked what was in a chicken dish, and he hit us with, “Uh… chicken.” Groundbreaking. Then came dessert. He asked if we wanted any, disappeared for 10 minutes, finally brought menus, took our order… and dipped. Twenty-five minutes later, another server casually let us know he went on break. The food? Fire. The service? A fever dream. If you’re rolling through, come for the eats, but don’t expect the staff to have their lives together.

While my friends and I dined outside on a beautiful day for Lunch, 2 sports cars started revving their motors and filling the air with car exhaust. The valet service was allowing them to do this. It went on for at least 15 minutes and ruined our dining experience. We were so surprised that no one stopped them from doing this.

Food, Location and Restaurant are wonderful however the server and staff took my cash tip and then charged my credit card for an additional tip without consent. I will never go back unfortunately, no phone call back or even a concern from management. Beware!

A beautiful setting. I was excited to visit. A good range of food and beverages. Incredible decor and atmosphere. Prices are very high which is no problem, except that the service does not match. Basics such as sugar was not on the table and I had to get waiter's attention after coffee delivered. Meal then delivered: no salt and pepper. When I asked for this, he bought over a pepper grinder, quickly used it and left, I didn't even get a chance to say how much I would have liked. Very basic service expectations not catered for, so overall really disappointed in the offering. Wouldn't bother to visit again because of such poor service.

I used to drive 1.1 hours from Southwest Ranches to specifically have what I considered to be the best flavored chocolate gelato I’ve ever had. Including in Italy. However, I went yesterday and low and behold they changed the recipe. I felt like I was eating cold cream and sugar. Didn’t even taste like chocolate. I confirmed with the staff that they did indeed changed it. It is now no better than your avg Haagen Dazs crap. Very dissapointed. Hopefully chef reads this and reconsiders going back to the original formula.

A Disappointing Thanksgiving at Sant Ambroeus, Palm Beach As loyal patrons of Sant Ambroeus, we’ve come to expect excellence from their offerings. Their small sandwiches, impeccable desserts, and divine gelato are staples for us and always deliver first-class quality. Unfortunately, today’s Thanksgiving meal fell shockingly short of their usual standard, leaving us deeply dissatisfied. The meal began with the butternut squash soup, which was thick, cold, and lacked any warmth—both literally and figuratively. It was a disappointing start that only set the tone for what followed. The beef carpaccio was a far cry from the classic Italian preparation, buried under an unnecessary and excessive layer of goop that completely overwhelmed its delicate nature. As an Italian, I had high expectations for the pasta. Sadly, the spinach tagliatelle with mushrooms was nothing short of a disaster. The dish was overloaded with salt, obliterating any chance of savoring the subtle earthiness of the mushrooms or the elegance of the pasta itself. It felt like an insult to Italian cuisine. The turkey roulade, which should have been the star of the meal, was served cold, making it unappealing and lacking the comforting warmth that a Thanksgiving meal demands. The one bright spot of the savory courses was the cream of corn, which was genuinely good but couldn’t make up for the rest of the missteps. Fortunately, the meal ended on a positive note. The gelato, as always, was exceptional—creamy, flavorful, and the highlight of the entire experience. We also brought home the chocolate and ricotta cake, which remains a masterpiece and a reminder of why we usually love Sant Ambroeus. Sant Ambroeus is known for its meticulous attention to quality, which made today’s Thanksgiving meal all the more disappointing. It felt rushed, uninspired, and far beneath the standards we’ve come to cherish. While we hope this was an isolated misstep, it has certainly shaken our confidence in their ability to deliver during special occasions.

We both had the lobster pasta. We found there to be very little lobster in the dish and no discernible shrimp, stated to also be in the dish. When looking at the menu at desserts, with gelato at $19 and all other desserts at $20 or over, it put an exclamation point on the restaurant being overpriced.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach. For a place with such a strong reputation, the service was surprisingly inattentive and slow. The food was underwhelming, especially considering the price point. The Tuna Panini was nothing more than a scoop of basic tuna salad on a cold dinner roll and a sad looking slice of tomato. Overall, it didn’t live up to expectations, and I wouldn’t return based on this visit.

Absolute Failure, Stingy portion, Soggy, Cold, Tasteless pasta. Worst dinner I ever had from here! Shame on them for sending me a bowl 1/2 full of cold pasta, overly drenched in so much greasy tomatoe sauce it leaked through the container. The portion is 1/3 the size they show in the photos. I've had this over a dozen times, it used to be delicious, and they have gone so far downhill, I am appalled and have no way to complain about my dismal GARBAGE of a $50 Delivery Uber dinner. The driver had to wait a long time for it. They should not accept delivery dinners if they plan to insult and rip off the customer. Shame on them! They used to do a great job. What a rip off. I will be sure to tell everyone I know in Palm Beach, how bad this is. Look at the photos.

Walked in and basically walked out. Waited 10 minutes for a table which was totally fine even though it was empty at 4pm. Was seated. Never given menus. Waited 15 minutes for menus. I got up myself and had to ask for menus. We finally got menus. Another 10 minutes went by and still nobody offered us water. I told the host who didn’t even care as she stacked away menus stating she will tell the manager. Got up left. Was seated right away at honor bar with menus at the same time and waitress came up same moment and gave us water. How service should be and expected especially on the Island. This was on a TUESDAY March 3rd at 4pm

We would to have a nice coffee on the terrace around 3pm. There were at least 10 tables available. Shockingly, the hostess wouldn't let us sit outside, only inside, in the lounge. My question is, how much money does one have to spend to be worthy of an outside table?
