Nice chill vibe with smiley group of staff, cheap and delicious lobster roll. The brioche was sweet and soft with a gentle crisp, the lobster covered in mayo, just how I like it. Did I mention the brioche bun with Nutella inside? A great quick lunch spot if in the area.

I’ve been coming here for breakfast for the past two days, and it’s the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had. Everything is perfect, from the sauces to the bread and the filling. The staff is very polite and friendly. After your first visit, they give you a 10% discount card for next time. They also treated us to some bread with Nutella, which was also delicious. We highly recommend this place, thank you!

This spot was so good! I've had lobster rolls in Boston so I was really excited to try these. The bread was super buttery and delicious and the lobster was mouth watering! The owner was there and he and the guy taking our order were super nice. Very reasonable prices and good food! I tried to Connecticut roll but I'm looking forward to trying the Lobster Grilled cheese next time!

The restaurant was clean and well maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. We ordered the classic roll and the avocado roll—service was prompt, and the lobster rolls were tasty, though not quite out of this world. A thoughtful highlight was the complimentary Nutella brioche brought over by the staff, which made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, a pleasant dining experience and the area for improvement is just the lobster rolls from the current good to become great.

Great Lobster Roll in Milan and it was my first time trying it. I’ve only added pink sause because I like the combo with the lobster, except for that it tasted really good. We’ve got also a free nutella roll😊 unexpected but the best way to end the meal! Recommended

We visited Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls in Milan on a summer day. It’s a small, casual spot that’s clean and tidy. We ordered three classic rolls, a Coke, and a side of sweet fries. The brioche was soft and tasty, and the lobster was decent — though the portion was a bit underwhelming (only 3–4 visible chunks per roll). The sweet fries were actually great! A nice touch: the waiter brought us a small Nutella brioche as a complimentary dessert, which was a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The seating area wasn’t very cool in the summer heat, so we ended up using our own fans at the table. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re nearby and craving lobster rolls, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth a special trip. Just a regular, casual stop , nothing particularly special

We ordered two classic lobster rolls with sweet potato fries. The fries were fine, nothing special, but the lobster was very cold and honestly not good at all. You expect that rich, fresh, delicious lobster flavor, but this was completely different and very disappointing. On top of that, the price is extremely high for what you get. The portion is incredibly small and definitely not worth the money. Overall, a big letdown considering the reputation and expectations.
