A very nice and beautiful restaurant. I eat my lunch with my colleagues here in this restaurant everyday. The food is really high quality and the dishes are usually very large portions and more than enough. The staff who work here are very kind and helpful. Definitely Recommend!

The food was excellent and everything tasted very homemade. However, there was a particular waiter that looked in his 50s that was absurd. He kept on targeting me and kept on telling me to turn off my phone. My phone was on mute, no sound. I was just reading. Even when my phone was below the table, in the lock screen, he repeated to switch it off and place it on the table faced down. Everyone else was using their phone but he seemed to only have a problem with me. If this issue is resolved, this place would have been the best place i have eaten at during my 2 weeks trip in italy.

We booked this place to try ossobuco, and it was very nice. I got sirloin steak with mushrooms and potatoes, it was also very tasty, the steak was tender. The staff was kind and the atmosphere was good too. sunday 7 december we booked an hour before on google and there was a table available

We walked in right at opening and they were able to seat us without a reservation. The waiter kindly suggested a wine for us after checking on our price point. We asked for a white, but he understandably brought out a red, but apologized and fixed it after we clarified we wanted white, despite our food choice. We got the cured meats platter, spaghetti, and rigatoni alla bolonese, and tiramisu. Bread came to the table without asking. They whisked away our menus before we could inquire after 2nd course, but the starter and pastas were good portions, enough food for us.

A lot to like here, especially the location and the authentic atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and lack of finesse hold it back. Expect traditional Milanese cooking — rustic, flavorful, and very much “mama-style.” The main courses were genuinely tasty, but for a restaurant with above-average prices, the overall experience felt too countryside-casual for a city setting. Simple, even unimaginative desserts and rather unfriendly service ultimately pulled the rating down.

It was OK. My starter was a bit cold and my main was rather tasteless. Having said that, my friends said their mains were good. service was good and very friendly.

Disappointed after reading the reviews travelled to district for dinner. First cause was good, tagliatelle and milanese risotto. However they brought a medium steak our rare and chewy (potatoes great) and forgot to even bring my missus her second course to which the waitress suddenly forgot how to speak English. No offer of discount just a wink from the person taking the bill. Disappointed to say the least for €80 dinner for 1.5 courses
