Sono tornata a pranzo da Il Pescetto dopo tantissimi anni e sinceramente mi sono chiesta perché non l’abbia fatto prima. Sono incinta e sono andata da sola, ma mi hanno trattata con una gentilezza e un’attenzione che non mi aspettavo. Davvero con i guanti. Sono stati premurosi sia con il servizio che con alcuni ingredienti del piatto scelto, mai invadenti, solo molto attenti e carini. In un momento come questo certe cose si notano ancora di più. Il pesce è top, qualità altissima, freschissimo, su quello non si discute. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpita di più è stata proprio l’accoglienza. Ci tornerò prestissimo. Super consigliato.

This place is amazing!!!! The shrimp was cutting so easily and I have never had it like that. The mussels were amazing and the fish was SO tasty. The scallops were so buttery and it melted in your mouth. The waiters were helping me get my food and the whole experience was AMAZING!!!!! I will definitely come back again. You should eat here one night and taste the food.

A wonderful seafood restaurant in Milan! The seafood is incredibly fresh and cooked right in front of you. You can choose the cooking method — we went with grilled, and it was perfect. The tuna steak was especially impressive: beautifully medium-rare, juicy, and full of flavor. Special thanks to our lovely waitress from India — she was charming, attentive, and friendly, even in the heat. On a Saturday afternoon, we waited no more than 10 minutes, and the wait was made even more pleasant with a complimentary glass of chilled white wine — such a nice touch! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

If you want to eat the best fish, cooked and raw in a fisherman house concept this is the perfect place to go. I ate here a lot of times and I tried a lot different restaurants near by, but no one it’s good as Pescetto. It’s so liked that there’s always queue, I suggest to go during the opening. Fresh fish everyday. There’s a patio outside too. Price affordable if you compare quality and portions. If you lucky something they prepare the red shrimps tartare that is insane! Never tried something so good in my life. Perfect for a date, friends or family.

What an amazing hidden gem for any pescatarian visiting Milan! As soon as I walked in what caught my eye is the whimsical nautical interiors that was perfect for the style of this restaurant. The service was amazing, as soon as we walked in we were treated with such kindness even though there was a line (it didn’t take long at all for us the reach the counter), and a waiter came up to us mid line and asked us if we firstly knew how the service works here, explained everything patiently & also offered us yummy salty savoury Sicilian biscuits to hold us while we wait. So easy to order as well & the concept is so fun! I ordered grilled shrimps, sautéed shrimps aglio olio peperoncino, fish and chips, a side salad and the best dish of all in my opinion, the fried sardines! I will definitely be back & also recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Milan & is craving fresh seafood!

This is a MUST visit spot for seafood lovers. About as fresh as it gets unless you’re buying directly from a market or the person who caught it. Which is what they do. There’s a markup for this, of course, but they prepare it so well and it’s such a unique concept. You really feel like you’re at a market ordering fresh seafood. Good vibes from the start outside in the (inevitable) line with the friendly staff securing you a table and providing a glass of white wine. Grilled, fried, or baked, all of the seafood is divine and there’s something for everyone. Some good wines to pair with the food, as well.

Lovely fish, well worth the wait. Came here for supper and had to queue for about 30 minutes but it was well worth it. They even gave us free glasses of white wine and snacks while we waited. Can't really complain can you! Food is ordered at a big counter with everything fresh on display which was fun. We ordered everything together and shared. Little to no english signs though, so be prepared to whip out your google translate. Potato and octopus salade was the best. The octopus was cooked to perfection, had an almost fudgy texture. So good. The potatoes it came.with were also really nice, they had that creamy texture I love. 10/10. Calamari was really good, good chunky bites and not a hint of rubberiness. 8/10 Oysters were absolutely amazing, super fresh flavour and nice large size so you get a good mouthful. Not sure if chef forgot or they just don't do it that way, but the meat wasn't detached from the shell and a butter knife isn't really the best tool to use, other than that, perfect oysters. 9/10 Tuna was good, but probably the weakest dish in my opinion. Didn't quite have the impactful flavour as the other dishes. 7/10 Potato wedges were great, same creamy texture inside as the octopus salad, but also nice crunch on the outside. 8/10 The restaurant itself was a blast. Really busy and fun atmosphere, everyone having a good time. Wait staff were great, really welcoming and friendly. And then, after all that the bill came to just over £50. Really great value!

Excellent. A fresh seafood palace where everything is made on the spot for you — it doesn’t get any better than this, for real. They have plenty of options for fresh fish and seafood, all selected over the counter by you. With your table number in your hand, off the fish goes onto the grill .. and appears minutes later on your table. The quality is outstanding, it deters belief. Every single dish we tried was perfectly done, fresh and some of the best quality prawns I’ve ever had. Can’t say for the other fish but everything they served looked mesmerising and judging by the happy looks of the Italians on the other tables, must have been equally good. And, the people working there are super nice. Grazie, and definitely see you next time! ❤️🇮🇹🙏

Recommended by two people I know so I decided to try myself. If you like seafood and fish, you will not be disappointed by this restaurant. Arrived at 10pm and there was a long queue to enter, my heart sank. But decided to wait with the others and I was happy to see that the queue moved quickly. Staff brought Prosecco (??) to those waiting but no offer for anything else if person is not drinking alcohol!!!! Such a shame. Concept is to choose your meal from a counter as you enter the restaurant, and they prepare for you. I’ve experienced the same concert in Amsterdam. Food arrived quickly. Service was incredibly, very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. All the food was tasty except for the octopus on sticks - it was tough meat and probably old. Sorry for some of the poor photos, I forgot to take before starting to eat. The tartare is only half of the portion served, just in case you were thinking it was very small. Amazing restaurant, I really enjoyed my evening

Such a great concept! Counter order your fish like at a fish market and then pay. They’ll bring your order right to the table, fast! I highly recommend the octopus salad and potato plate and the grilled salmon!

I found this shop just by coincidence in Google maps. We decided to try it on the last day of our vacation in Milano. The ordering was uncomplicated. The fish and schrimps were very fresh and tasty. My favorite was the fried fish with mayonnaise. The fish was coated with very thin batter and was fried just right. Will definitely go there again at the next visit in Milano.😍

If you want some of the freshest fish in Milan, you don't need to go in any of the fancy restaurants the city has to offer: Pescetto has it all! Just choose the fish you want, and how you want it. The sky is the limit, and the quality you get from the price and location just can't be beat. Don't get intimidated by the line outside, it moves pretty quick and the wait is definitely worth it!

Format interessante. Scegli il pesce al banco, scegli il tipo di cottura, paghi, ti siedi al tavolo e aspetti che ti chiamino per ritirarlo direttamente in cucina. Noi abbiamo anche preso dei piatti cucinati da loro (cioè più complessi del semplice pesce fritto, arrostito o saltato). Tutto molto buono, da provare. Non c’è il servizio al tavolo, ma è il compromesso che hanno trovato per far mangiare buon pesce a prezzi non esageratamente esorbitanti. Personale molto gentile.

Arredo nella normale anche se un po' vecchiotto , servizio sbrigativo non si accorgono che il cliente e molto spaesato essendo la prima volta , cibo indubbiamente fresco e al prezzo giusto , la zuppa delle cozze era un po' troppo annacquata quindi niente scarpetta , polpo patate molto abbondante e strano trovare più polpo che patate , frutto misto eccezionale di solito non ne mangio un granché , il pane però ne avrei dato di più per 1€ un pezzo di pane grande forse 10cm e qualche tarallo se devi fare la scarpetta minimo 5€ vanno , ci tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare il tartare di gambero rosso. Consiglio di andarci in settimana.

Ho provato Pescetto in via Alessandro Volta a Milano, incuriosito dal format in stile mercato che è sicuramente il tratto distintivo del locale. Qui l’esperienza inizia davanti al banco del pesce: ci si ferma, si guarda il pescato del giorno e si sceglie direttamente cosa acquistare. Una volta deciso, il pesce viene cucinato sul momento. L’idea è semplice e funziona: ricorda un mercato di mare più che un ristorante classico, e questo crea un’atmosfera informale, diretta, quasi ludica. Si parte dalla materia prima e si costruisce il pasto attorno a ciò che colpisce l’occhio. Il pesce è buono, fresco e ben lavorato. È il motivo principale per cui vale la pena venire qui: quando la materia prima è valida, basta poco per uscire soddisfatti. Le cotture sono generalmente corrette e rispettose del prodotto, senza eccessi di elaborazione. Si mangia bene e con una sensazione di autenticità. Meno convincente il fritto, che non raggiunge lo stesso livello del resto. Non è cattivo, ma manca quella croccantezza asciutta e leggera che farebbe fare il salto di qualità. Resta comunque accettabile, ma è probabilmente il piatto su cui c’è margine di miglioramento. Il sistema di scelta dal banco ha un lato positivo — vedere e selezionare ciò che si mangerà — ma anche una piccola criticità: non è facilissimo capire le porzioni. Più di una volta mi è capitato di ordinare troppo, preso dall’entusiasmo del momento. Probabilmente è anche una questione personale, ma un minimo di orientamento sulle quantità aiuterebbe a evitare eccessi e a gestire meglio la spesa finale. La qualità-prezzo, nel complesso, è valida. Non è economico in senso assoluto, ma per il tipo di prodotto e per la freschezza proposta si resta in una fascia corretta. Si paga ciò che si sceglie e questo rende tutto abbastanza trasparente. La carta dei vini è l’aspetto meno interessante: selezione piuttosto scarsa e senza etichette davvero memorabili. Si trova il necessario per accompagnare il pasto, ma chi ama bere bene difficilmente troverà bottiglie entusiasmanti. È un accompagnamento funzionale, non un punto di forza. In sintesi: pesce buono, format divertente e informale in stile mercato, qualità-prezzo onesta. Qualche limite sul fritto e una selezione vini migliorabile impediscono un entusiasmo pieno, ma resta un indirizzo valido per mangiare pesce in modo semplice e diretto. Promosso. Buono per togliersi la voglia di pesce, anche se l’esperienza complessiva non lascia un ricordo indelebile.

Ristorante di Pesce di qualità altissima e cotto alla perfezione, in un’atmosfera davvero rilassata e senza pretese. Personale gentilissimo e servizio veloce. Bonus: trattandosi di una pescheria con cucina temevo ci fosse cattivo odore, e invece nulla. Tuttavia, ha due piccoli difetti: la selezione di dolci è un po' scarsa e le porzioni non sono abbondantissime. Con due piatti principali, contorno e antipasto diviso (tot 56€, molto onesto) un po’ di fame è rimasta. Tutto sommato ci torneremo

Materie prime di altissima qualità, personale gentile e disponibile. I tempi di attesa dopo l'ordinazione sono perfettamente allineati alle aspettative. Le proposte sono varie e buonissime. Il locale gode di un'ottima reputazione, quindi i commensali non mancano. Consiglio vivamente di mettersi in contatto anticipatamente con la proprietà se non si ha pazienza di attendere un po'.

The seafood here is fresh and high quality, which is definitely the highlight. However, the ordering process can be a bit stressful — you order at the counter, but you only get to see the prices and cooking options when you’re already at the front of the queue. That means you have to think and decide quickly, which can feel rushed and overwhelming, especially if it’s busy.

Quick self service fish restaurant with friendly staff. Their calamari fills a big plate. Their shrimps are not super but good in taste. By default fish is not cooked too much but you can also ask them to cook it more. First pay at the counter and then you wait for your order to get ready at your table, and then go to collect.

There was a line and they were serving Proseccos and crackers for those waiting in line in cold which was a really nice gesture. I got the fried seafood selection, artichokes and grilled octopus. The location, the crowd, the uniqueness were all so good — and the price is unmatchable, but I didn’t enjoy the food as much as I wanted it to. Everything was cooked nicely but there was a bit of an iodine smell on the shrimps which one might say it is because fresh. The octopus, being octopus was very blend. I think either one of these dishes could have been a lot better if served with a sauce - or hell just some aioli. Artichokes was the one that I loved the most at this seafood restaurant.

In una delle zone più frequentate di Milano c’è questo locale accogliente dove è possibile gustare tanto pesce fresco cucinato in diversi modi, crudo, fritto, spadellato, alla piastra… Io ho assaggiato una cevice di ricciola, che avrei gradito con un taglio del pesce più sottile anziché a tocchetti ma nulla toglie alla bontà e al gusto fresco. Ho preso anche un fritto di gamberi e sarde, ben fritto e non unto, e ho accompagnato tutto con un bicchiere di chardonnay. Considerando la qualità dei piatti, la location ed il servizio veloce ed efficiente, direi che il prezzo è adeguato, alto ma adeguato. Edit. Ritornato in questo locale dove è possibile gustare tanto pesce fresco cucinato in diversi modi, crudo, fritto, spadellato, alla piastra… ho assaggiato questa volta i moscardini in guazzetto e le crocchette di gamberi e baccalà. Discreti i primi e un po' deludenti le seconde dove non c’era traccia di gamberi e solo un lontano sentore del baccalà perso tra la patata. Complessivamente, sarebbe meglio curare con più attenzione anche quei piatti che all’apparenza sembrano più semplici e veloci. Purtuttavia, resta sempre un buon locale con un buon servizio.

Pescetto was famous for his fresh fish and seafood with an acceptable price in Milan! But recently they increased the price and it in not convenient anymore eating there, especially because we paid the price for a well serviced restaurant, but at Pescetto everything is self services... so we do not understand firstly why we need to pay a cover fee of 3€ each but then we have do everything by ourselves. The dishes we pick up from the kitchen, the knives and forks are packed, and the napkins are paper. The food is very simple, and no so many choices. We paid around 60 euro each person with only few plates of food. 16€ for a small plate of octopus and potato, 24€ for 6 pieces of salted cod fish with small piece of baked bread... (that recipe is venetian, but they added potato inside the cod fish, that was disturbing the taste, of course they did it for cost saving). With this price we could choose a better serviced restaurant and treated as great clients. Of course it is a perfect place for people that is looking for an experience of eating in a fish market.

A refreshingly unscripted slice of Milan. No frills, no façade and just fresh seafood, simple setups, and a city moment that feels more lived than staged. The terrace spills into the street, and suddenly you’re dining under the soft chaos of nightlife energy. Not polished, but present. The ingredients speak louder than the staff, who seemed more like operators than locals. Nailed the salmon and prawns. Don’t recommend the rest as it could taste bland. The service is fine, but don’t expect charm as it’s transactional, efficient, and distant. Still, the place doesn’t pretend to be what it’s not. Nestled between clubs Seafood in the open air Ambience = gritty + glowing One of those quiet wins that stays with you low-key, high reward.

Quite pricey for the quality you get. It’s been quite a lot of hype around Pescetto and the queues on the weekends are quite long (as there are no reservations). However, the experience we had was quite average. First thing first, the service is barely existent. Sure, the concept implies that guests are to get the food etc but the overall impression of the staff‘s hospitality is quite low. The prices for the amount of fish are quite high. Even though that some options tasted well, the octopus salad, for example, did not look fresh. Cutlery in an envelope with just one paper napkin inside is also quite weird. All in all, average and pretty disappointing experience for us

Dovevo organizzare un pranzo con degli amici che venivano da fuori Milano. Sapendo che non prendono prenotazioni, sono andato su Google e sul loro sito per vedere le aperture e non c’era indicazione della chiusura del 5/1/26. Arrivati sul posto scopro, invece, che sono chiusi!! Ma cosa ci vuole ad aggiornare il sito e gli orari in Google? Chi gestisce un’attività lo deve fare anche per rispetto della clientela
