A highly recommended place for a unique, Asian influenced menu! We had the tasting menu with an additional pasta dish and it was exquisite. The staff were very friendly and eager to explain the dishes. If you’re a spice lover, ask for the different sauces for each dish and you’ll be rewarded with a selection of different chili per dish. Will return when I am come back to Milan, cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

One of best dinners I’ve had in Milan. Very unique flavours and combinations of ingredients. The staff are great too, happy to explain how the dishes are made, including the fermentation process with makes the dishes unique. A must taste in Milan! Donkeys rule!

It's a treat for your stomach, a real feast. The dishes are very unusual and delicious. Our plates were empty at the end! It would seem that they make a gastronomic masterpiece out of the simplest dishes! The staff seemed a little inexperienced, but that didn't embarrass us because the food was top notch! Especially the marinated steak in the koji. It melted in your mouth. I didn't even think there was such a thing. I'm glad I dined at a place like this.

Hip, bold & creative! They have a set menu with extras you can add. Wide selection of wines, although I tried their Cider which was meh. The service is ok, the guys are a bit awkward, but this is all compensated by the amazing food, and especially the steak dish. Probably THE BEST bite of steak I had, which was marinated in koji, so tender and flavourful I had to ask for a recipe. Can easily compete with wagyu, despite very little marbling. Overall, a very pleasant dinner.

A journey through incredible taste and flavours! Very nice place owned by very nice people. At Spore fermentation is a medium to create recipes that are always surprising and delicious, not just a trendy gimmick. Great selection of natural wines too. Went there three times and craving for more. Brava Mariasole!
