Was Kunden über Steam Factory sagen
Steam Factory offre un'atmosfera eccentrica e cocktail creativi, apprezzati da molti. L'aperitivo all-you-can-eat a 15€ è popolare, ma la qualità del cibo è variabile. Alcuni clienti lamentano servizio lento e maleducazione, e musica alta.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting too much from a place that was advertising all you can eat buffet and any drink you want for €15 but it came through for us. I was skeptical that it wasn’t any drink but hey we enjoyed a full sized beer and a couple of cocktails all included in the deal. The buffet was pretty decent and had a nice selection of dishes both hot and cold plus a good mix of desserts. All in all great value for the money and a nice location to eat outside on the canal side. I would also recommend checking out the quirky interior as an option especially if the weather isn’t too good.
The 15€ euro apertivo + drink was great, enough for the 2 of us to eat. Spritz are a reasonable price too. The young man who served us was very attentive and gave suggestions for the spritz based on what we may like (sweet vs bitter). The decorations are very cool and the music is good (albeit a bit loud). Toilets are not the best.
Steam Factory Milano Citanese is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the vibrant Navigli atmosphere! The view of the canal is stunning, especially in the evening. The aperitivo is excellent, with an all-you-can-eat option that offers a great variety of delicious bites. The cocktails are top-notch, perfectly crafted to complement the experience. Whether you're looking for a chill evening or a lively night out, this place is a must-visit!✨
We tried Steam Factory hoping for some Italian food, but it didn’t quite meet our expectations. While there were a few Italian options, the quality was not up to standard. The staff were friendly, and the place itself is nice suitable for groups of friends or couples looking for a casual outing.
Despite being judged for our outlandish drinking habits and the sometimes slow service the Steam Factory was always there for us. Fantastic pizza, great drink measures and a very friendly staff member in particular who enjoyed the finest of music. Bad Bunny. All of the characters placed in the bar come alive at night, a spectacle to see.
The view of the canal was the only thing that truly whetted our appetite. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but tasty. The food was bad, with a suspicious “straight-from-the-can” vibe. For a…

Very eccentric place, full of totally random things. However, the 15€ aperitivo comes with a drink and all you can eat buffet, which honestly is not that bad, they have salads, pasta, fried stuff, fries, and really good hash browns, and a chocolate fondue. The bathroom was really not great, dirty and the floors needed a mop (desperately). Overall not great but not bad either

Very mixed feeling about this bar. The atmosphere was brilliant, inside and out were very quirky, photogenic and had a nice view of the canal if you're outside. However, the service was awful, not only did I feel like I was being hurried along, I was asked to get up and move tables at one stage because they did not have enough space. The redeemable factor is the cocktails are very nice, even though the buffet is an extremely strange concept given the surrounding services on the canal.
The drinks were bad The waitress was very mean Loud music People trying to sell u roses, chargers and cigarettes Absolutely horrible

A crappy restaurant with frozen food and a lot of noise. You have no choice in this food. A lady with a hat was insistent and suspicious. Very cold and we were not feeling well. We tasted a fried squid that was filled with a strange liquid. I don't think it's ok for a restaurant like this to be open, at least not in Milan.
I was here with two other friends, and the place looked all nice as we were walking on Navigli so we decided to go in. The staff was rude, in a hurry always, not wanting to give us time to look at the menu either (It was a Monday evening with about at least 50% tables still empty, so not the problem of being crowded). What seemed like watered-down diluted drinks, even the beer. So much oil in the food making you feel nauseous. We had to ask things at least 3 times before it was brought to us and that too while receiving annoyed expressions from the staff. AVOID.
We had an extremely disappointing experience at this cafeteria. The staff treated us very poorly just because we are tourists. They judged us based on our appearance and spoke rudely to us. The receptionist, a woman, even yelled at us and insulted us in Italian—knowing we didn’t speak the language. Despite this terrible treatment, we still paid the bill, even though we didn’t get to drink the beverages we ordered. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that welcomes international visitors. I would not recommend this place to anyone.🥲
Worst bar in Navigli, horrible service, three cups were dirty (with visible food remains and spotting) and waiters responded to the issue with attitude and disrespect. The servers were very unsure and often ignored our requests. We requested for LESS alcohol in a drink and they said no (without even saying why) We also requested more sugar in another drink, they also said no. I also took a tonic (without gin) and they made me pay the price of a normal gin tonic (there was no gin, why am i paying for it???????)Honestly not worth the trouble of dealing with the bad service and attitude from the servers, head to the closer bars instead.
**set your expectations low(er than I did)** Very flashy eclectic atmosphere to help distract from the lack of service and poor quality food. Disregard the menu out front, you'll find a decent salad, one or two pasta, potatoes in a variety of styles and lots of fried food, some of which will be cold! Pro: the salad was decent, the feta and olives were good, greens were acceptable, tomatoes were beefsteak and bland. Fried potato wedges were good when fresh! Charcuterie meats and cheeses were good. Cons: service is slow, you only get one drink included (which makes the price not worth it IMO), pasta was garbage, lasagna had mayo on it???, everything fried except the potato wedges was meh to awful. Menu options are not all available. Communication is poor with staff.
I ordered the "regular" Moscow mule (they have a few types on their cocktail menu). Moscow mule with zucchini as garnish? Taste of water and zucchini.. probably the worst Moscow mule I have ever tasted. But the place looks cool. Anyways, Moscow mule should have mint as garnish and lime juice in the cocktail. ------ I know the difference between cucumber and zucchini, but I'm afraid they really don't. Just zoom into the glass with the drink in the photo. ------ The cocktail tasted really bitter which comes from the bitter taste of the Zucchini. I know my Moscow mules.
