Unfortunately, this is my local Dunkin’ Donuts. I go here every single day. I don’t even know why at this point. I guess it’s because I live in the country and there’s nothing else open. If they never get my food, right. My order is not even difficult. It’s just a bagel scooped out with butter. They toast it until it’s basically cremated. I find myself picking off the burnt pieces every morning. The coffee is always on point and that’s the only reason why I keep going back. I would really appreciate if management trained the staff to be a little kinder they really rush people and talk back.

This is usually my favorite Dunkin but the last 2 days have been not so great. I was skimped on my sandwich twice. The first time they forgot the egg and on my makeup sandwich both egg and cheese were missing and there was no mocha syrup in my iced coffee. I'm hoping the usual manager isn't permanently gone and is just on vacation or something because when she's there my order is always perfect.

First time here and was not happy at all , Oder almost 20 dollars to deal with a loud dog . Lady with her dog inside and I find that very disgusting and disrespectful in many ways. Had to eat in my car since the dog was barking so loud non stop , animals don’t belong where food is served !!!!

Horrible customer service, never greeted with a smile. Always stuck at the counter waiting to be helped out and acknowledged. I will not be back. Encountered owners scolding employees in front of customers as well.

This has to be one of the worst dunking donuts in the area. I have wasted So much money on drinks there. I have tried numerous times to talk to managem and I still can't get a good drink. They show these drinks on t.v all pretty but good luck on trying to get one. Plus the insane wait time in the milford dunkin is insane. At least 30 minutes for a beverage. I'm so done with that location.

This Dunkin’ location has awful customer service and management. One male employee was rude to a previous customers; insisting that the order he made was correct and the customer had ordered it wrong. Meanwhile the manager was sitting in the back, while her two employees were handling at least 10 customers on their own. A customer had to call her out to assist her workers. Customers in line behind me were being served before me; one lady in line even demanded to be serviced before me because she would be late for work and they made her coffee instead of the countless other customers waiting patiently in line. There was one employee in the building who was working very hard and had excellent customer service. Despite this I waited for 2 iced coffees for 20 minutes when there were only 3 customers in front of me. And the other young women in front of me was still waiting when I left.

Support the local businesses, go to Deez Donutz. 1000% made fresh!

The worst Dunkin, I placed my order and 3 customer after got there order. Place needs better management, that Matamoros is managed better

If I could give it no stars I would. First I witnessed the customer in front of me get treated so incredibly rudely. He was asking a couple of questions and the guy behind the counter was getting short with him and rudely hurrying him along like he had something better to do. Then the bagels I ordered were absolutely disgusting, hard as a rock, dry as sand and with barely any cheam cheese on them. 2 bagels, 3 hash browns and 25 munchkins for $25, not worth 25 cents!

Bought two donuts . The Boston creme was not fresh. The other one was. Wish we hadn't left before biting into what was supposed to be a treat. Two bucks for a stale donut.

Asked for a decaf expresso she gave me 2 expresson shots, milk tastes bitter, threw out right away. Dont recommend going.

Was there last Sunday and the staff was more worried about helping the people at the drive thru and not the people waiting in the store. I asked for 25 munchkins and the guy just thru them in a bag. I asked him don’t they go in a box and he said no. I told him that was very cheesy that I always got them in a box. It is very embarrassing when you go over someone’s house and hand them a bag of munchkins.

i have visited this Dunkin location three times, and on two of those visits my order was made incorrectly by the same employee with red hair. On top of that, her behavior toward me was extremely unprofessional. The way she spoke came across as hostile and dismissive, and she clearly had an attitude rather than making any effort to be courteous or helpful. This location also appears to be severely understaffed, which likely contributes to the overall poor experience. That does NOT excuse the lack of professionalism, customer service, or accuracy. This place needs better management!!!! 🤦‍♀️
