Great selection of boba teas, I've tried their top seller - Creme brulee with black tea - and it was great. It also has a surprising side menu of food. I've tried fried calamari and it was very good. My first time at Feng Cha and it was a very pleasant visit.

I work close by so my colleagues and I have tried their tea and cake twice, and love it both times. The creme brulee dirty boba tea is the best!! 😀 Would like to try their snacks next time especially the popcorn chickens! 🐔 😋

Been here a few times now and you can’t go wrong with their drinks. They are consistently good, and come in higher quality frosted plastic cups, which I always appreciate. Clean, cute space with plenty of tables and seating, whether you’re looking to get some work done or hang out and catch up. Their signature drink is their dirty boba crème brûlée and they do it well. The milk tea is super creamy, and they fire up a torch to create that caramelized sugar crackle, which pairs well with the hint of salt and adds the perfect amount of flavor and texture to your drink. If you’re looking for something more fruity and refreshing, their overflowing grapefruit really hits the spot. If you like it sweeter, 100% sugar really balances the tartness. The boba is a lot bigger than most other shops. Super plump and on the softer side. I prefer mine to have a bit more al dente chewiness, but I’m sure some people would consider their texture to be ideal. Note: If you want to accumulate or redeem your five star points, you’ll need to order with the cashier. I paid at self checkout, which sadly isn’t linked to five star. Would be great if they could update their system to do that.

I like the store atmostphere. I order Dirty Boba, taste is amazing with 50% sweet. I realy enjoy drink and relaxing at this place.

Came Monday noon for a dragonfruit tea (refreshing) and popcorn chicken (crispy, hot and well-seasoned). Wasn't busy at all and service was good. Lots of seating and modern inside. Hope to be back again soon to try other items.

Tried 4 different teas from this boba place and some with the option of using oat milk instead of non-dairy creamer, they all turned out very tasty. I especially like their chrysanthemum ginger tea, this is a rare find from boba shops as I don't do caffeinated drinks. Almost all drinks' sweetness level can be adjusted (except the Cream Brulee Dirty Boba) and that's a big plus.

I am not a Boba person, but I m in love with this Boba place. Highly recommend trying out the : Creme Brûlée Dirty Boba Bursting Dragonfruit Mango Fantasy Curly fries and Popcorn chicken Their Milk Foam Cakes are truly amazing: Soft and Spongy Cakes with Toppings like KitKat and Oreo on top were just 😍 Really loved the Tiramisu Treasure, Taro Chocolate & Oreo Cheese

Pretty good tea and tasty cakes. I tried all their different cake flavors and they were all quite good. We only couldn't finish the durian flavor, not because it was bad, but because I can't eat too much durian without getting sick of it.

The garlic fries weren’t particularly my favorite just based off the lack of garlic taste. They were more parmesan flavored than anything but, they were cooked very well and still tasty. I think Feng Cha overall has a beautiful atmosphere and welcoming customer service but their drinks could use more flavor.

Very nice place to enjoy your sip of tea with lots of boba, fresh fruit or jelly of your choice. They have a beautifully setup, big enough place to sit and work as well. Definitely recommend their popcorn chicken, strawberry milk tea and their cheese foam to mention some of my favorites. Lot of free parking within the complex.

Great drinks! This place brings out orders quickly. Kiosk to order and blended drinks are good. Mango Fantasy is nice. Service well, it's a grab and go place. Inside is clean and spacious.

Their milk teas are good, the main thing are their cakes, which are really good, especially the strawberry princess.

Came in, they were out of boba, went back to my car to look for a diff boba spot but decided I was too lazy to do that so I went back in, just then a new batch of boba came out. Jalen was holding down the fort against 5-10+ orders and was super patient with answering some questions I had about the menu since they weren't showing up. Jalen also let me know if their promotion going on and helped me out with my order. Just wanted to acknowledge the hard work and work ethic that Jalen has, it definitely isn't easy being the only one holding down the fort at the front. I appreciate the patience and understanding, Jalen!

I ordered the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba for the experience of watching them make it. You have 2 milk options: all regular milk, OR milk tea. I ordered mine with milk tea. Because of the creme and honey boba, I decided to adjust the sweetness to 50%. I am so glad I did because otherwise, it would have been too sweet for me. The Creme, to me, was a bit too salty. I expected the taste to be different, but it was a good dessert option after dinner nearby. I enjoyed the caramelized pieces once stirred and broken down.

Update (2 months later): my bf threw up after the lychee tea. Not going to return. Popcorn chicken is the worst I've ever had. The only things I'd really get on their menu is the matcha cake and dirty boba. Okay tea quality (not recommending stuff that's lower on their menu such as peach tea and lychee tea). I've returned multiple times for their matcha cake. The strawberry princess cake is plain gross though. Order closes online half an hour before closing. Lines are usually long at night. Toppings are extra expensive and the dragon fruit drink didn't wow me at all. But the milk tea is still worth returning.

We drove a long way to come back to this place because it used to be our favorite milk tea shop, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The milk tea I ordered had a thick layer of sugar sitting at the bottom — it wasn’t mixed at all. When I told the staff, they just said, “You can stir it yourself,” instead of remaking it or even apologizing. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. Even worse, the person making the drinks had very long fingernails — completely unhygienic for someone handling beverages. It’s shocking how much the quality and service have gone downhill. We definitely won’t be coming back.

This was my second time ordering drinks and first time ordering food but I was extremely unsatisfied. 1. We ordered 4 drinks and 1 cake for online pickup. When we arrived at the store, they had packed our order and confirmed there were 4 drinks + 1 cake. Then we left in a hurry to meet our friends somewhere else. When I opened the bag, there were only 3 drinks. One of my friends lost her drink and had to buy water instead. 2. The cake was almost upside down in the bag and the matcha sauce leaked everywhere. I attached a photo showing how disgusting it was. Note that if all the 4 drinks were in the cup tray, the cake could be much safer on the top. 3. My friends and I were meeting outside, but there was no spoon or tissue in the bag. How do we handle the disgusting cake and drinks and the spilt matcha sauce? 4. I called them immediately. The lady answering the phone didn't seem to understand what I was saying. After 10 minutes of explanation, she agreed to refund us the missing drink. Excuse me? We don't need the 7 bucks. We need the drink, or your attitude. I required the merchandise to refund me the whole order, but she said she had to ask the manager and I could call back in 5 minutes. I didn't have time to follow up, but today I got the refund of that one drink only. Okay, I paid for what I bought, but I have to leave a 1-star review to summarize the terrible experience. There are so many great bubble tea shops in the Bay Area. You should put emphasis on your product quality and service. I believe you don't lack the $35, us either, but your attitude is really disappointing.
