The customer service is superb as well as the drinks . I tried each one of them and they are all tastes so good and not too sweet. The prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is super nice and the drinks are great! The blueberry matcha is favorite with the Thai tea being a close second. My boyfriend always gets the Oolong milk tea whenever we swing by. In addition, the art work is lovely and I can tell he's a big fan of the media he makes merchandise for.

My boyfriend went there to get me milk tea and apparently the owner was super nice showing him his arts on the wall of the shop. Owner even gave him a cute rabbit sticker! Milk tea was unique and super good too, got the blueberry matcha, never seen this flavor elsewhere.

White rabbit gallery is a small hole in the wall boba shop/art gallery that is great for the whole family. Not only do they have a great lineup of art work made by local artists and the workers, they also have a small but very inticing menu. The drinks are very well curated by my own standards, and I'm a boba addict. The Matcha blueberry tea is smooth with a nice blueberry after taste. Most boba shops get matcha wrong with it tasting grainy and powdery, but not White rabbit. They have made my all time favorite matcha green tea. The Earl grey milk tea was awesome as well. The tea is very good and isn't underwhelming. The flavor is just on point. All in all, this is a great spot for some boba and to look at the amazing art all around the shop. 5 stars all day

This charming little shop offers delightful teas and artwork. The blueberry matcha, horchata, and taro drinks are top favorites so far. In terms of covid precautions, everyone is masked and their card reader is a good 6' distance from staff. I've also purchased a tshirt that has survived several washes!

Amazing Jasmine milk tea from this local artist and business, albiet a little pricey at $5! If its your first time here, they'll give you some coupons to use on other local business around milpitas! While other milk tea places may sell popcorn chicken, maybe a bowl of ramen or pho to sit down, here, the owner (who also happens to be the nicest cashier) also makes various stickers from Splatoon to The Walking Dead. He also sells whatsever toys are trending on tik-tok like those reversible octopus and bubble poppers! Theres also framed art made by locals you can also buy too. People and buissness like this need to spring up more! Its so great to see these local businesses, and its probably worth paying a premium over if thats your thing!

Such a cute milk tea store that supports artists! I got the jasmine cheese milk foam with lychee popping boba. The tea was good & quality tea but the topping I chose didn't go well together but my mother-in-law loves hers with grass jelly.

I asked what Genmaicha taste like and he said it’s just a tea and then I asked is it fruit flavor or what kind of flavor he said “ honestly I don’t know what it is”. Sounded kind of rude. Was not a very good first impression and would not go to this place again.
