Love late night taco Bell runs! Food seems to never disappoint! Get the Diablo sauce to put on your food! Spicy yet good!

I love the gentleman at the window who always gives me a nice amount of hot sauce packets!

They are always on point and courteous. Food is made well and quick and their customer service is always nice and helpful

Always fast service, helpful employess and good well priced food. They even have $1.00 menus with REALLY GOOD choices on there.

I rate this compared to other Taco Bells. My food was way above average and the drive thru attendant was courteous and respectful.

It was pleasant and quite. The service was excellent. I felt sorry for the help. A very rude customer came in yelling her order that a lady that worked at Whataburger explained that she didn't have to be that way. You have to pay what the sign says. She claims that's not the price. They were so calm and respectful.

Delicious food, great service and even better prices!! There are not many places that you can get a great meal for the price you can at Taco Bell and also get great service. I love Taco Bell!! That's my kind of place. I wish they had one in my town. I drive almost 60 miles to go to Taco Bell!!

Taco Bell as a variety of people that work there.. All individual characters. Because I personally know a few of the people that worked there intellectually intellectually and individually they are very unique People.In a nutshell Taco Bell has good service Depending on who's working there so in my eyes they they service people to the best of their ability the depending on who the person is. I ordered the Quesadilla combo which I had never had before, but i was pleased. The spicy sauce was just the thing to make it interesting but wasn't too hot. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and the service was prompt and friendly.

Great service and food as always. One of first restaurants that didnt tell us to get dog out of store. Daughters epilepsy dog does not wear vest with service dog on it. She carries copy of his registered papers. THANK YOU!

We all know what we're getting ourselves into with taco bell's menu lol. But we were on our bike and one lady they made sure our order was safely conveniently all in one bag. That alone in customer service wins. Especially when the unenthuesd mmcc not naming no names employee can't even get a simple greeting.

Every single Taco bell I go to, I get the same thing. Loaded beef nachos. They're ALWAYS so good, quality never changes and that gives me piece of mind that when I spend my money here, I'm going to be happy. And I am, every time. 10/10.

We go through the drive-thru at least once a month, and this is honestly one of the best fast food chains in town. The team members are always courteous and patient on the intercom, and the food is generally hot and delicious.

We saw the chicken wrap advertised on a commercial so my husband wanted to try it. He said it was delicious and that he would definitely be getting it again. The food was really good and the service was excellent.

Tried them again.😰 still basi cally the same. Food doesn't even have same taste as other Taco Bells. IVE eaten at many, many Tb's. Flour tortillas cold and stale. Very little meat on the cold stale Taco. Very disappointed. Ill try again Im sure, but it needs to come up to speed or Ill drive to Taco Bueno in Weatherford.

Not sure how they're in business. All of the items i grew up with are no longer there. Even some of the newer favorites are gone. Doubt I will ever eat there again.

In the beginning it had great food now the cheese quesadillas with shredded beef are smaller portions of meat tacos are different taste due to the seasoning but other than that great service friendly people and environment

Totally out of forks per the woman attending the drive thru. Food is ok. I had Nacho Supreme with chewy chips and Extra salty steak quesadillas and I love salt. I will stick with Taco Casa or our local Mexican food restaurants.

It was ok. We had a new guy took him a while to get our order in. Which is ok but the manager wasn't in a good mood I guess. We had a question about something on the menu board and she came over with a real sour attitude. Keep in mind they were not busy. No need for that.

I eat here often, and they get my order wrong often when I get the same thing every time. Just meat and cheese tacos, but apparently, that's a little complex for the staff somedays.

I've had a mixed bag of experiences at this location. Sometimes everything is exactly the way it should be. Sometimes I hate I spent my money. Inconsistencies make a good recommendation difficult.

I ordered 3 soft tacos and there was very little meat, even less cheese... But a ton of lettuce... The seats inside of the restaurant had food on them & the bathroom was not clean...

New "Street Taco Chalupas" suck, No flavor. Everything was practically thrown together and made a mess before I could get it out of the package. Glad I ate inside for a change.

Only stopped for my friend. I don't like fast food. Have enjoyed just plain bean burritos- back when they were large, and I could get them without cheese. The store looked really clean, and the counter person was nice.

As Taco Bells go this location in Mineral Wells is clean and was staffed by friendly workers. I always get the Nachos Bell Grande for a snack. Seven layer burrito is always great and just about makes a meal. But, there hot sauce is lacking. Not a single choice has any spicy content to it, never understood that.

Service was not great, food was ok hubby wanted chicken taco git more a salad taco. The people who were working were to busy talking then working.

I always order 4 of the mini shredded chicken quesadillas and i was kind if disappointed today becuz this particular taco bell did not have hardly any of the filling in each quesadilla. Yes they are supposed to be filled FLAT and not rounded like a burrito, I get that, but these literally had hardly anything in them at all. I have ordered these alot lately, about 3 times a week, at different taco bells in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas becuz I travel and have been dealing with these 3 states in our traveling just in different areas each time and different cities/towns and NEVER have I seen such such a small amount of filling until I came to the Mineral Wells Taco Bell location. Will not be going there anymore. I would rather spend my money elsewhere at least somewhere that isnt penny pinching on food. If i wanted just a flour tortilla then I would of just ordered that instead.

Service sucks! I haven't received my food from the drive through window in over a year. As soon as I pull to the window I pay and then asked to pull around front to wait 15 minutes for my food. Why? No one can answer that question.

The lady working drive thru tonight was very rushful and would nit give us time to look at the menu and then on top of us being rushed she got our order wrong

I love Taco Bell. But I hate how my order is almost ALWAYS wrong. 9 times out of 10 it’s wrong. All i order is 2 5 layer burritos with NO sour cream and I always get sour cream on it. Meat taste like cat food. They got our order wrong. Person taking trash bags out stopped and took order without essjing their hands. Gave customers their cups and change back.

Food was good. But my husband and I stood at the front counter for about 20 mins. When we finally got service the shift lead was very rude and act like she didn't want to be at work. On top of that the shift lead didn't even give up are drink and another employee give me our drinks. There was not good coustmer service at all when we ate there

They'd do better if they could. 3 times outta 5 it's wrong. What part of no lettuce don't compute. Soft tacos, no lettuce. It's not that hard. Aaaarrrrgghhhhhhh

I ordered 5 crispy tacos. I got five tacos like this. No lettuce barely any meat. I would have returned them but I didn’t want to wait the line again or end up with a taco “special” for the second go around so I just ate them.

I ordered bean and cheese burritos, and they were absolutely terrible. No taste and no flavor. I ate one of them and threw the rest away. There is no comparison to how good the burritos are at Taco Casa.

The app and website let's you finish an entire order and when it's time to checkout says "oops there's a problem processing your order" every single time I've tried!!!! Can the store and they don't know what is wrong ever.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Sat in line for 15 min if not longer. 6-7 people working inside, nobody walking in and then my order was messed up. I ask for extra cheese on my Mexican pizza, and no tomatoes. Very simple requests. I will be contacting a manager tomorrow. I'm sure the other 4 cars behind us weren't very happy either.

The cashier at the front she was very nice it was a very slow night wasn't many customers with myself and two other people setting dying inside I was I'm a very indecisive person and I haven't been to Taco Bell in years I'm trying to diet and lose weight but I wanted to change and I was watching the commercials but once I went inside it was more expensive than what I perceived from the commercials to be so I was really disappointed in the pricing but they do have the dollar menus and that's what I went after and the dollar menus are more than worth it so if you don't want to spend a lot of money and your type like myself single parent kids go there and just stick with the dollar menu and you will be more than satisfied so the waitress was very patient with me even though I was very indecisive and she's very courteous and nice the place was really clean and I appreciate the cook came out and spoke with me as well and he was so so sweet incredibly sweet and I really appreciate that

Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong.

It was 2:54pm on Monday. Dining room was filthy. Wiped down my own table so I could sit. Staff was screaming at each other, probably joking around since a girl could be heard laughing. Used many F-bombs and "joto"s. When someone finally came to clean tables, he would wipe the food onto the floor or chairs. He would do about 2 tables then go to the back for a few minutes and yell with his friends. Never did wipe out the chairs. The beef tasted like cleaning fluid wasn't completely washed out of the pan. Bleach I'm guessing. I would have like to have bought the owner a taco. Pretty sure he wouldn't eat there again like me.

Very slow every time I go thru the drive and the shells smell and taste like old Greece. They would rather talk and play with customers at the window rather than getting the line moving!

Went through the drive-thru with my wife an hour ago, and a male and female were on the intercom playing games laughing non-stop. Saying "no" when I asked "can I have a minute please", and then saying "we dont have that" and laughing when I started to order. Then the female followed up with "ignore him". Then I just said I'd go somewhere else and the male starts literally talking shit OVER THE INTERCOM, acting like he wants to fight. I come inside to get his name and he sees im 6'4 290 then starts being a little more respectful, but making excuses for why they were being so disrespectful, trying to literally start a fight over the intercom. They refused to provide any of their names, and werent wearing name tags. Corporate contacted.

I love the food here, but the drive through decides everyday when to open. The sign says 8am I’ve come through multiple times from 8am to 8:45am and workers are there, but no one answers the drive through intercom. Would yall open at 8am like the sign and google says you do? Will you please take my money please? I want to eat here. Open when you say, take my money.

I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained, with trash and debris on the floors and tables. When I placed my order, Kris who I believe was the employee who took my order (it’s what I heard an employee call her) was sooo rude and unhelpful. The food itself was cold, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The toppings on my taco were sparse, and the meat was dry and flavorless. Overall, my experience at this Taco Bell was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. NEVER GOING BACK BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE SHE GAVE ME! Manager needs to deal with it before we get corporate involved honestly.

My Disabled Son and I stopped at the Taco Bell in Mineral wells Texas and placed our order. It was hot in there. No air conditioning. We placed our order and went and filled out drinks. We received our order. I had requested no beans on my nachos and sadly, there was beans. We are quickly and got out of there. Will we go back? No way!

Twice we have been here we were told to order from the kiosk. I don't understand why the person standing at the counter can't just take my order, I came in with a migraine and the last thing I wanted to do was stare into a bright computer screen. I was paying with cash so when the person "working" the counter had to take my money they seemed super annoyed with me. We were the only people in the store and the drive thru was empty. Then when we were leaving we needed a bag but nobody was anywhere to be found, so we opened and closed the door a few times so someone would come help us only to shout from the back to order at the kiosk. Very disappointing customer service.

Had the absolute worst service yesterday afternoon 6/24/23. I ordered on the app it said it would be ready in 5-8 minutes I pulled through the drive thru at 10mins and then was parked because they hadn't started the order, after waiting in my car for another 15mins I got out and went inside... Still not done. 10mins later I was handed 2 bags and the box I ordered so I started checking my order of course it was wrong because it took so long to make I assume. A lady working asked if everything was ok I told her No it wasn't I've waited my order is wrong and I'd like the GMs name and a number to contact she stated she was the assistant and didn't proceed to help just complained they were short staffed and couldn't help me, so then I repeated myself and asked for the GMs name and a number to call she said "I'm not giving you his number" I said ok what's your name for when I put a review in? She walked off and stood by the drive thru on her phone ignoring the customer in the line. She was very rude and speaking I'll of me Infront of customers and employees which is uncalled for all I wanted was a name and who to contact. Still know one fixed my order. At this point I was mad and a gentleman came inside ready to clock in and asked what happened I explained everything to him he sincerely apologized which was grateful then fixes my order. His name was Justice and was an exceptional employee that handled the situation he let me know the very disrespectful girl working name was Destiny. I let him know I'd be putting a review in because someone from HQ or a district manager needs to come watch camera footage,check on these employees and train them that even if you weren't working on the order you handle it and take care of the paying customer! I have been in management a long time from an assistant to GM to now an area manager and I could not believe how chaotic and disrespectful this Taco bell was! I tip my hat to Justice and hope he is recognized for his outstanding behavior and I sure hope someone talks to Destiny about how unprofessional she was, because in all honesty she wouldn't have a job where I work if she talked to customers that way. This Taco bell has lost my business which probably doesn't mean anything to corporate or this individual store but as for me a customer I will not spend the money I work hard for to be treated like that.

Ok so I order 2 Bowles of rice and beans for my daughter. I get them home and the Bowles are halfway full and I paid for extra rice and beans. So I call to let them know and the man decides to argue with me about. So I paid 3$ per bowl for 2 bites of food I will never go back to this place again but that's what I get for eating out so I will go back cooking

I went to Taco Bell last night and ordered 4 chicken quesadillas, it took about 20 minutes to get my order, got home and started to eat, and noticed that the quesadillas only had 5 pieces of chicken each in them, paid just a little over 25 dollars for that. I don't know if it's me or the food. I woke up this morning sick, I won't ever go back there again.

Unacceptable near 1-hr wait time to get my order, only for half of my items to be made incorrectly. Employees were rude when I reminded them that the mobile order that I placed was to go after they brought it to me on a tray. I ordered taco bell around 12 today got to work and the order was wrong it was missing nacho cheese. Called and they said to come back later I got off work and went up there I ordered other food and paid and then told the lady I had a remake and explained what had happened, the lady went to the back and confirmed when a group of employees walked up and started whispering and laughing saying she made the order her self and the nacho cheese was on there they made me write my phone number down and name and then when the food was done the same girl who laughed gave me my bag extremely rude and fast the lids were not even on the boxes correctly I had to fix them myself. Just felt like it was rude and they felt like I was lieing even when I showed them a picture of the food.

The girl at the window intentionally sneezed all over my food because I had voiced a concern.The other girl dropped the food on the floor and pretended to make new food in a few secs. She also had sores all over her arms that looked like staph infection and the sores weren’t covered. . I will not be going back to this location ever. Gross!
