Ordered takeout after a friend recommended Antonio's as a classic NY style pizza, and it did not disappoint. Got a large mushroom pizza and absolutely loved it. The underside was perfectly toasted with a slight crunc...not overcooked at all. Light sauce, good mushrooms, and great cheese balance. Overall, near-perfect pizza. Would definitely order again.
There is absolutely no pizza competition in East/Historic Miramar. Antonio’s runs the joint since ‘72. And don’t sleep on the generous meal/dinner options or subs.Tasty, down-home, consistent & well-priced. I love eating in, when I have the time. The recent upgrades improved the ambiance w/o losing the nostalgic feel. Love it!
Got a cheese slice and fruit punch. The pizza was pretty good. I like the thin but soft crust and the light sauce which I prefer so it doesn't overpower the taste.
I’m from Brooklyn New York and know what great pizza is about. I moved to Florida in 1994 and just found out from Italian friends that also moved here from New York who told me about this Pizzeria. Antonio Pizza first opened in Miramar in 1972 and the original owner just passed away the business was taken over by his son. I decided to order regular slice and Sicilian. The pizza was thin crust light and delicious. I was greeted by a very professional young lady who’s father works there as well and makes the pizza. I did a take out of the Sicilian with extra cheese, extra sauce and pepperoni. I highly recommend them if you are looking for New York style pizza. I read some of negative reviews yes there’s no such business that has perfect score. Those people posting negative reviews, knows nothing about pizza and how it supposed to look and taste .They should go back to Domino’s, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s. Thank you Antonio Pizza keep up the great work.
I've been ordering take-out from this place for about 11 years. I really dislike the fact that they don't deliver, they're literally 5 minutes from my house maybe 7, why can't you deliver? Anyways, I have to admit that something changed (in a good way), maybe in the past 2-3 years? Back in the day the pizza was not the best, I even stopped ordering for a long time because there were just better options near by. However, I decided to give it another shot and was pleasantly surprised - the pizza tasted different: much better flavor and was actually cooked right. Currently, I would say they're in the top three for me in this area (and I've tried them all).
Antonio's is a local legend in Miramar FL. This place has been consistently making some of the best pizza you'll ever eat for 50 years. I had to stop by when I came back to SFL for the first time in 18 years. It was almost exactly the same as I remembered it. The pizza is still top-notch. If you ever find yourself in Miramar, go check out Antonio's!
40 years of being the best! I grew up loving this place, and although I no longer live in the area several times a year I make the drive and meet up with family or old friends. The pizza is consistently amazing and the family who owns this restaurant are really good people!
So, so, so, good! My niece and I enjoyed their large cheese pizza. Affordable and only took 20 minutes. Make sure to get your order number if placing on the phone. I am not the type to carry my personal cards around but they did have Apple Pay, tap w/ card, or inserting card!
When ever I try a new Pizza place in South FL, I always end up saying, the crust is no good, has no flavor, blan. That's because I've had Antonio's pizza. If you really know good pizza, Antonio's Pizzeria leads the pack. If I want to completely enjoy my pizza, I have to go there. Don't just take my word, try it for yourself.
The best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. None of the mainstream pizzas like Domino’s Papa John’s. Pizza Hut will never get my money again. Oh and when I say fresh it’s is very much so. I love the pizza 10/10 highly recommend
If you want a good classic New York style pizza stop by! Place is great.
WOW! I moved from New York 22 years ago, but only found out about Antonio's a few months ago. The place has the best New York style pizza I've tasted since moving here. Neapolitan and Sicilian are both equally delicious!!
Been going here for 40 years. Still the best pizza and food around.
One bite and I'm transported back to my New York childhood! The pizza is absolutely delicious and the quality is definitely some of the best you'll find in South Florida. The place is very unassuming especially given where it's at but the staff is incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend that you give this a try, I've been here 5 times now and it's never missed.
Great pizza. Definitely in my top three. They are consistently delicious and very friendly. I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Price is good and quality is outstanding. They’ve been there a long time and there must be a reason. Give Antonio’s Pizzeria a try. Chances are you’re gonna love it.
My wife saw a post of someone's pizza from here on Facebook and she sent me to go pick some up. When you walk in it smells amazing - just like you'd expect a great pizza place to smell. The pizza was ready on time, the staff was friendly and the pizza was GREAT! We will absolutely be returning.
I thought it was a part of the pizza chain I see all over Broward but it's not. I find that smaller pizzerias have better quality Pizza. It was about closing time and in there was packed with people dining in and more people were coming in to order. I will visit again soon.
I grew up in Miramar, and like anyone else who has, I can tell you Antonio's has arguably the best pizza in S Florida. This pizza has the perfect New York thin crust, just the right amount of sauce and cheese, and they don't skimp with the toppings. I love the Sicilian slice too, nice and thick. I've had just about everything on the menu since 1985 or so, and I've loved every bite.
Great/awesome pizza! Rebecca and the blond woman (couldnt catch her name) are amazing. They have my name memorized and they always take amazing care of me and my orders. Thanks guys, will always be a frequent buyer cause of them two. (They deserve a nice raise)
The Miramar police officers eat here so you know the food is bussing except the calzone need to have more meat then just cheese...but best restaurants in town..I was there 5/13 SEE YALL ON THE WEEKEND
Delicious pizza! Always constant food, Great atmosphere, highly recommend this place! Doesn't get no better than this...
Best pizza ever, we go all the time, we mostly take out since the place is small, but good atmosphere, we sent our friends now they are hooked to this place too.... And their tiramisu is delicious!! Definitely recommend this place!!
Always great pizza We come back time after time Always busy because they are so great!! We travel from Pompano here and there are plenty of pizza places around us. It won't let you down. I must eat pizza here at least once a month. I always get an extra cheese. Just make sure you keep the pizza flat when transporting. Also their sauce is somewhat lemony. I have no idea what she is talking about but I like it. Also their chicken parm is awesome. Garlic rolls really clean everything up.
Been coming here since I was in middle school. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. I'm surprised they don't have multiple locations or haven't moved to a larger space.
Excellent traditional style pizza. They have soft crushed ice like Pizza Hut used to in the 1970's
I have been eating pizza at Antonio's in what seems like forever. The pizza is consistently great. Every now and then I drive up from Miami for a slice or two. It is exceptional New York style pie. The place isn't fancy. it is in a shopping center with a Publix, but they sure know how to make a great pizza!
Moved here from Ny/Philly area about 2 years ago. Not a better pizza in South Florida in my opinion....at least I haven't had one. Fast...friendly, inexpensive, and amazingly good. Keep up the great work!
The best pizza and knots ever...I grew up in Miramar/Cooper City and we got pizza from Antonio's every Friday night for most of the 70's and 80's before we relocated to Colorado. I came back tonight and it was like I was a kid again getting dinner with my dad to take home...the food is just as good and the pictures on the walls of the teams they have sponsored over the years has yours truly still hanging on the wall from 1983! I hope I can always come back here for a pie, some knots and good memories..thank you Antonio's!!
As a native New Yorker who grew up in New Jersey I can say I know good pizza. Since moving to Florida in 2010 I had not found a real good slice that is until I went to Antonio’s Miramar. I got a large pie with meatball & ricotta it was freaking amazing. If your looking for a great New York New Jersey style pizza look no further!!
I cannot say enough good things about Antonio’s Pizzeria. The true New York City style pizza in South Florida. Big slices, bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and the best pizza I have ever had!. They have a variety to choose from the menu. This restaurant is simply the BEST pizza place. I wish I could eat at Antonio’s pizzeria every day! Fantastic takeaway or dine in.
My boyfriend and I think this place has the best New York in Florida!!!!
This will always be my favorite spot for pizza and meatballs. I’ve been eating here for over 30 years and the food is still as delicious as ever. Fairly priced and great service over all. Definitely recommend. 💜
Great authentic pizza! Been going there for years. Small dining area. Most people do take out.
Antonios has been the same since I was playing little league ball at the parks behind their shops many years ago. They have always used the best quality products from the tomatoes to the cheeses. Their round pie is the best in South Broward easily. Thier Sicilian squares can easily challenge and beat anybody in all of South, FL. This location is a true gem of a shop that simply never changes. It is a total gem in Miramar, FL.
Simply the best. I rode my bike here as a kid in the late 70’s. I live out of state now and still make it a point to come here when I visit relatives in Florida. It’s not just the nostalgia, my wife and kids genuinely love the pizza here too. Thank you Antonio’s for the memories and the best pizza I’ve ever had!
Best Pizza in S FLA!!! I've been eating here since the 90s. Pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious. Can get busy Friday evenings but not too bad. Kinda cramped on the inside but my family and I still dine in on occasion(just not on a Friday evening).
A staple in Miramar for at least 50 years, serving up classic New York Pizza. People come from near and far to enjoy. I look forward to any time I am able to enjoy a slice of pizza from Antonio's. Keep it great, guys!
Amazing pizzeria I came across while going to Publix next door. The food is wonderful! I've been back maybe 3 or 4 times since the first time. Next time I'll have to try dining in. 🤤😉
The pizza was delicious. Could have been a bit crispier but that doesn't take away from it. The wings... Oooh the Wings! Amazing they were! The Garlic bread had A LOT of garlic but that was easy to clean up a bit.
Came in for the first time and I could tell they're a neighborhood favorite just by how packed and busy it was. I got two slices of pepperoni and pineapple pizza for my son and I ordered the baked ziti and the chicken Parm sub. Everything tastes great! I would recommend them.
Our pizza was ready as stated, fair price, and excellent experience!
Antonio's Pizzeria in Miramar is hands down the best pizza place in town! I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it never disappoints. The pizza is always fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The crust has just the right amount of crisp, and the toppings are top-notch. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere feels like home. It's a historic gem in the area that I truly hope never closes. If you're looking for amazing pizza, this is the place to go. Highly recommend it!
When you ask your husband NOT to cook breakfast on VALENTINES DAY so you can eat your leftover pizza 🍕!
Great pizza … you could taste that the pizza crust was original and homemade. Service was excellent. Few tables, no fancy at all but you feel good about this place.
Great pizza. I like the cheese they use alot.
classic pizzeria, been coming here since I was a kid, can't go wrong with anything on the menu
“I recently discovered this Italian restaurant in my area and it was an absolute delight! The authentic, homemade dishes—from perfectly cooked pasta to delicious pizzas—burst with flavor and are served at prices that won’t break the bank. The friendly, welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made the experience even better. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great Italian food at a good price!
Old school pizza joint with great food. Big tables and quick friendly service.
I go there every time I am in town. Great pizza at a good price.
Classic Italian Pizzeria but 19$+ for a single large cheese pizza seems a bit on the pricey side
Everything is amazing here including the way you treat your staff at the holidays. I love the fact that this establishment is closed to allow your employees to love on their families. Family restaurant with real family values. Thank you for helping us, your loyal customers to remember what’s important!!
Best pizza I ever had would eat this when I was a kid, had it as my first meal outside of the hospital after my first kidney transplant
Antonio's is world class. The food is excellent. Antonio's has been around way longer than I even was in Middle School and even back then that little place turned out amazing food. That little place is still little and the food is still good. I believe the father had the place and then now his son runs the place so this is going back at least 30 years. Even now, the line is sometimes out the door, so I wouldn't worry about eating in I would order and pick up, it kind of gets tight in there LOL. Antonio's is a legendary local spot in Miramar, I can say so much more about it.
Excellent experience all the time we are customers for the past 20 years, the best pizza in Florida
My first time coming to this place, it was amazing. It’s an italian family restaurant, great service. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana, the best one I’ve ever had. Also the pizza is delicious. I recommend 100%
Closest thing to a NY pizzeria you’re going to get from food, service and atmosphere. Pepperoni slice and their lasagna is amazing! like it’s made with love. Try the garlic knots with mozzarella on top. Thank me later.
Been Coming here for Years! They have the best Ny flavor pizza 🍕 you will ever find,,,,,,And there Dinners are the Best as Well ! Everyone is amazing 🤩 thanks again !
Listen, I've been going to this place since middle school (I'm 32) and when I moved to Georgia 4 ½ years ago. I haven't found anywhere compared to here. I recently came back home for a visit and stopped by here and in all these years. The pizza is just the same as I grew up with. Growing up with the place, means I grew up with the people who work there and seeing them get older and still keeping the authenticity and legacy of the place is amazing. Antonio's will always be a childhood to adulthood favorite. I hope you guys stay around as long as possible. Had to get a slice before we hit back the road 😅
The best pizza in Miami, hands down! We went on a regular Tuesday night, and Gennaro and his crew went above and beyond. Both the service and food were a 10/10. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience authentic Italian cuisine, they truly love what they do.
Delicious pizza at a fair price and served with a smile. We will absolutely be back. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in South Florida.
Best pasta and pizza place, Italian from Nápoles, and of course a fan of Maradona, plates are great sizes and prices are affordable, we drive 20 miles to eat at this place any time we want to come
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever tried. Nice, delicious, and crispy. Great customer service, definitely would recommend to try!
Mi pizzería preferida no tengo queja la pizza es tan recomendada como el pizzero GENNARO🥰😍
Estuvo riquísimo! Que pizza más buena, caliente, con mucho queso y crujiente. La atención fue estupenda, volvería sin duda!
Me gusta éste lugar!
Great pizza!! Have been going here since 1993 (as a young child). I left FL, came back, and was excited to see that the pizza is still amazing. I gave 4 stars because of the customer service. Waitress acts like she'd rather be anywhere but there. Maybe she's overworked? I deal with it, because I love the pizza. Anywhere else, and I'd never return.
The pizza is great, some of the best I’ve had but the service is beyond poor. The older blonde lady who works there ALWAYS has an attitude for no reason. Every time we come here she is angry/rude and makes us not even want to eat here. And it’s not just her, one time we dined in and the two young ladies at the counter were very loudly talking about their sex lives, no one wants to hear that, do better.
The food was great, and the service was ok but did not like that they have a communists picture hanging from their wall. The picture from a soccer player by the name of Maradona.
Pizza was very good and the soda was good as well. But these ladies need to stop having an attitude. If you don’t want to work then quit. That’s the only issue with that place is the ladies. The men are sweet hearts very good customer service with the men only.
I am a frequent customer of Antonio's, visiting at least once a month. Last night's visit was disappointing, as the slice of pepperoni pizza was significantly smaller than usual. I hope you will maintain consistency in your portion sizes.
Mushrooms were straight out of a can. Pizza was just ok. Pretty disappointed in quality.
Been going there for past 50 years. They changed the dough/crust on the Sicilian and it’s definitely not the same. Unfortunately like everything else things change. No longer worth the drive.
Buen clima, pequeño para ir con familia grand comida buena, atencion pecima, no se si el carácter de la Sra Linda es terrible o estaba molesta porque ya era tarde para comer en el restaurant 815pm buen parqueo
So it’s my first time at this place. I entered with my friend. I ordered at the counter and got a table to sit when a older lady approached us saying that if we are not Eating inside we can’t sit. Her name is Linda, she basically was kicking us out without even saying, hi guys did you already order? That’s horrible. I have never heard of a place that treats their customers like that. Especially an Italian pizza place where everyone is supposed to be friendly. I understand people need jobs etc.. but don’t treat paying customers like this. I don’t think I will come back after this is she is ever here.
Normally Antonio’s provides 5 star food and service, however after today’s order I am highly disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. The chicken wings were extremely dry/overcooked and half burnt, whereas the pizza was like cardboard, stiff, stale, bland and crumbly. While I normally don’t mind paying $50 for 1 pizza and 20 wings, this time around I wholeheartedly regret it. I will not be returning any time soon, at least not while the quality is wayyyy subpar. It pains me to write this review, and I will update it should Antonio’s rectify the lack of quality.
Normally the pizza is made how I ask but today horrible I asked well done and extra sauce got neither...disappointed and will not be coming back anytime soon.
Customer service is atrocious. Older man taking the food in and out of the oven was coughing in his hand, and rubbing his nose. While customers watching the basketball game, the employee changed the channel to soccer and didn’t ask the customers if anyone was watching.
Absolutely the worst pizzas ever! An absolute flop of greasy, soggy pizza ever. Disgusting 🤮 the crust was completely undercooked. The manager is an absolute loud mouth that didn't stop yapping demands the entire time just wow
I used to love this place because it was the only place that I could find authentic Italian pizza. But I am sad to say I will not be returning to this establishment. The cashier girl with the black hair and tattoos is the worst. Her attitude sucks. Each and every time I come here she has an attitude for no reason at all. If she hates her job, she needs to quit and find a new job. I refuse to spend my hard earn money with people whose attitude sucks.
The Buffalo Chicken pizza i ordered was disgusting. PIECES OF RAW CHICKEN (pink). I spoke with the manager and he said the chicken is marinaded in buffalo sauce thats why it was pink, Buffalo sauce is orange .... red and white makes PINK orange and white makes a lighter orange.... Dont waste your money on trying their new pizza !
Really bad customer service. We ordered over the phone and asked for a table for 5, we arrived and we were told we can’t order over the phone and have a table, we arrived in 3 cars with a 14 months baby. We ate inside the cars and the person at the cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly. First and last time, hopefully they will learn how to treat customers one day
Pictures of the food on ubereats and the company website are completely misleading. I ordered a 10’ pepperoni pan pizza mozzarella stick and a tira uso slice for $41. The food arrived completely cold. The pizza was more a personal pizza. Had to place the food in the over to reheat. The tiramisu slice was $5 and it’s smaller than my hand. Totally not worth the prize
Tried to place an order for pick up. I’m being asked if I’m a cop . I asked how does 2 slices relate to that ? SUPER RANDOM . Next words were , you have to be here to order 2 slices. I can’t just make an order for pick up and go real quick ? If I was a cop would it be faster or something ? What the hell was that about ?
Soy clienta frecuente de esta pizzería, pero estuvo asquerosa la comida los espaguetis desabridos , la ensalada estaba orrible sabía mucho a vinagre, el pan de ajo estaba quemado, la pizza estaba pasable
