This location has the best coffee and the bagels were ready and toasted to perfection. Staff was super kind.

Our go to bagel shop. The bagels are always fresh - fluffy on the inside. A lot of flavors to choose from. Friendly staff. They even have puppy bagels (my dogs love them and I can't bring home a bagel without bringing my dogs one. Love the lates too! There can be a line on weekends or before school- but worth the wait. If I can't be in NYC - I will be at Einstein Bros bagels

While this is a franchise, this store was a good one. Has good bagels and good service. I always get my bagels open faces which they do. Coffee is always great and they also normally do coupons so you can get a good deal. Make sure to ask for a side of lemon pepper to go on top of your bagel. Always the way to go.

Recently visited for the first time on a Saturday morning. I had their Santa Fe egg sandwich. Enjoyed the "kick" in the taste, pepper jack cheese with a sausage patty. You have a choice of one or two eggs when you order. They have a nice variety of coffee drinks as well. Fast, friendly and efficient service. I look forward to a future visit.

I stopped here on Saturday morning to grab a bagel. It was busy inside but I did not have to wait long. I like a toasted bagel with cream cheese, simple but very good. They have a patio to sit at a table relax and enjoy the bagel. They have a good selection of things to drink and other things to eat. The weather was nice and sunny, so I sat outside for a half hour a nice d enjoyed my bagel. I don't come here often but always have a good experience when I do come here. Highly recommend

I ordered an everything bagel with Egg cheese and ham. It was good. He asked if we wanted two eggs and we said yes. You really only need one. Tasty sandwich.

The food and staff are great! The lox on Everything bagel is especially good. The salmon is Norwegian (I've seen the delivery box). The blueberry bagel toasted with cream cheese is yummy! Coffee is always great. Use the app for great deals and skip the line.

Having been born and raised on Long Island, NY, I know a GOOD bagel when I have one, and Einstein Bros has GOOD bagels. I especially LOVE their maple egg sandwich and their homemade vanilla milk in my coffee.

Delicious bagels. I ordered an everything with cream cheese and a cinnamon raisin also with cream cheese. They were both toasted perfectly. It was very busy but the staff was friendly and on point. Indoor and outdoor seating with a lot of folks taking "to go".

I have been looking for a good bagel location. A friend shared Einstein Bros. with me. I was very happy with the freshness of my choices. I wish they had Salmon smear. It’s not a criticism, just a favorite of mine. It won’t stop me from visiting. I plan to stop by again.

They're a bagel chain for a reason, they know how to make a good bagel and coffee. Simple menu, bagel centered with a few tasty baked goods available. Maybe it's me, but the bagels seem to be just a little smaller and a lot more expensive. I guess I'll get thinner as my wallet does too!

Food is consistent and overall is a decent breakfast. Texas brisket bagel is pretty good but a little messy. Farmhouse bagel is also pretty solid and they have fresh OJ and flavored lemonades in the cooler on the wall. One time the guy did tell me he was not going to refile the coffee creamer when I asked because it was "too late" at ~10am. No a deal breaker for me though. :)

Stopped by Einstein's this morning for a breakfast bagel sandwich and a cappuccino, and it was very good. I had the two egg with turkey sausage on a jalapeño cheese bagel, which was quite tasty. Good service and pleasant ambiance. Recommended

The Food quality is completely amazing! I wish they would keep the coffee hot and fresh all day, but it’s a hit and miss at this location… Customer service/experience varies. Sometimes the staff is very friendly and nice and at other times you get one or two in a rush being a little bit rude. All in all we come for the food not service however as an every day client I wish those attitude adjustments would be made and that the coffee would be continually fresh! ✅😊

My fam loves Einsteins but this place consistently gets our order wrong. It's not complicated. We tend to get 2-3 of the same bagel with cream cheese. Sometimes we ask for extra cream cheese, which we're charged for, and don't get it or it's on a different bagel than we ordered. Finally decided to write a review after experiencing this over several months.

The food here is good, no complaints on that front—but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an online order through DoorDash and gave it 20 minutes before arriving, thinking it would be ready by then. Unfortunately, it wasn't. After checking in, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes, only to find out the cashier—who seemed completely disengaged—had my order ready but didn’t bother to let me know. It was frustrating and felt like a total lack of basic customer care. Also, the lingering COVID-era practices like kids behind the counter still wearing masks just adds to the impersonal vibe. Time to move on already.

One of the driest & least flavorful bagel Ive ever had - I had egg cheese bacon lettuce tomato on everything bagel. Really bad. But Im Canadian, so I guess I have high expectations lol.
