MOD Pizza

The guy that made my pizza was great & the lady that ran the oven was pleasant, but the guy that made my associates pizza was unenthusiastic & dry. They rang us up for large drinks without even asking which size we wanted. They have free refills, so a small drink would have been just fine. (I didn't notice the price until I got the receipt & looked around to see there were 2 different size cups.) The pizza was great! The crust was just right & the pepperoni & cheeses were fresh. The only bad thing I noticed were flies. They were irritating & made it difficult to enjoy great pizza & soda while trying to swat flies.

While very fast , I walked in when the pizza was ready. Brand new place . Busy . A bit narrow to walk through. I went through the computer trying to order and finally when I had a special request I got transferred to a person who was very nice but had to start all over . I reiterated my order , got there 5 minutes after the target time and they were just pulling the pizza out . I live less than 5 minutes away . The pizza was cold . I had a roasted garlic skin on my pizza and a green piece of possibly arugula which I did order but got nothing but that . I also ordered balsamic on the side . Didn’t get it . Roasted garlic was a tiny bit hard but still good . Customer service was good but to pay for the call in order I had to get in front of a customer who walked in .. that was a bit awkward as we were both ready to pay . Overall it was fairly good pizza even if it didn’t have everything I ordered .

I love MOD Pizza. It’s like couture pizza! The service and cleanliness at this location is always top tier…10/10 recommend. I deducted a star for the $3.50 upcharge for cauliflower crust😒

I ordered through the mobile app but it still took about 30min for my good to be ready. It was so good though! Nice and crispy, plenty of toppings, and tasted great. INCONSISTENCY at this location es key. Depending employees on shift you'll get a great product and service, OR! you’ll get cheesy bread without cheese and burnt🤌🏼…also, you will see employees arguing among themselves.

Food is good. The passive aggressiveness from the employees is uncalled for. I hope they manage to improve their level of service. Multiple tables needed cleaning yet conversations were in full effect. The staff can make or break a location, given previous reviews there appears to be a blatant disregard for their reputation. This is a new location and I look forward to having it around.

What happened to MOD?! This is my 3rd HORRIBLE experience at this location with this one being the worst! Employee, “Edward Jones” along with his side kick cussed, ridiculed and yelled at me for correcting him after he intentionally tried insulting me several times. It is a shame to have MOD represented by such filth. Drive the extra 15 miles to the next location, that’s what we did and will do from here on out! AVOID THE MISSOURI CITY LOCATION!!!

What Happed To MOD? This place is awful from the food to the people working here. The second you walk in the employee attitude made you just want to quite on life. They could care less about what they are doing nor you. It shows the the way they just plop your ingredients choices on the pizza. You are going to get a half raw half pizza, which in a way is impressive but sucks for you.

Their website says they close at 11pm. We arrived at 10:06. The doors were still open but the employees stated they closed early because they were short staffed. But there were 5 employees there. They actually turned away 17 customers. It was 9 in my party. The owner lost a lot of revenue Saturday night.

Employees that were working were on their phones the whole time the pizza cooking and ended up biting my order. At the very least, look attentive while customers are in the building and don’t burn the food.

Went to Mod pizza for the first time today around 7pm and had a horrible experience. The girl who is doing the pizza had a HORRIBLE attitude. The guy who baked the pizza was not being helpful at all. The girl kept going off on him telling him to shut up and not talk to him. Our pizza was sloppy and it wasn’t worth the 50bucks we spent. They need to do better!

No extra toppings, no light toppings, hell no toppings at all for one of them. $46 for complete dissatisfaction. The pizzas were sloppily made & it is clear the employees don’t take pride in their work.

I’m a big MOD fan, but skip this location and head to Riverstone or another one nearby. I order two salads for a family gathering and they gave very little toppings and put feta cheese on it when I specifically said in the notes feta on the side. I tried to have them fix it and they wanted to argue that the receipt said feta cheese. Skip this place. Not worth the frustration of poor service.

I ordered thin crust, extra crispy, extra cheese, added bacon etc..I picked the pizza up, didn't bother to look at it because I don't usually like to look at my food in front of the employees because if I ask him to fix something and they going to give me an attitude then I'm going to have a real problem plus, 99% of the time my food is right or I can live with whatever I get because I'm human and I realize people make mistakes...but as I'm driving I kept noticing like a a burnt smell but as I was driving I didn't get to look until I got home. I was concerned that I was ordering thin crust and extra crispy that they might make it too crispy too burnt but now I'm trying to figure out how thin crust extra crispy can be soggy and burnt at the same time??? They didn't have my bacon on the pizza ...pizza was sloppily made... like no shape to the pizza.. toppings unevenly distributed ...have a clump of meat in one spot, a clump of olives in another spot, not to mention the employees did not seem enthused to be there... The restaurant was empty literally a woman and her three tiny children were there and it was 5p.m. don't live near this location so hopefully the one in my area won't disappoint me and what I'm used to...I love MOD pizza but highly disappointed disgusting soggy pizza from this location.

This place ALWAYS seem to disappoint. I get the same thing every time and after my pizza is cooked I will ask if they can add feta. The bald guy was like go down there with my pizza box while there was a long line to get feta. SMH it would only have taken him a second.

This is for sure my last time here at this location. This store is very slow. It says 13 minutes however every time I come I’m waiting 30 plus minutes. They don’t speak when you walk in. You have to approach them to even get them to tell you it’s almost ready. They don’t wear gloves at to go station as they wipe snot from their nose with their wrist. They need a new manager here clearly to uphold standards of hygiene and food safety.
