Location is very conveniently located near the freeway with plenty of parking In front of the store and across from it The store was very clean and the food was excellent The fruit based ice was really good, and the Mangonada ice cream topped with real Mango 🥭 pieces was awesome 👌 I loved the little ice cart, and decor was tasteful

This was my family's first time coming to this paleteria. We absolutely loved the quality of the ice cream. They have a vast variety of flavors that makes it so hard to settle for one or two. The employees are super nice and attentive. We highly recommend this place.

Great customer service lady and gentlemen were awesome Have a variety of paletes and nieves and defenitly a better choice in aguas frescas They definetly offer diffrent items than mango crazy They make everything from scratch I got a tostiloco and agua de frutas and a couple of paletas Remember there still starting up so they dont have their menu up yet but just ask for an item

This place is AMAZING!!!! clean and wonderfully decorated and the treats and food here is the best of its kind. Some of the best tasting ice cream I've ever had and prices are fair. 1000% recommended to anyone loving sweet treats

This ice cream is so good, beyond good. So many flavors to choose from. Favorites are strawberry, kiwi, and pecan single ice creams. You have to try it for sure.

A little pricey , I've been to lots of this places I prefer la Reina on crowslanding next to El Centro Jewelry store. But here they have good customer service and also everything it's good. 😄

They need to improve their menu, there was no menu. One of the works who attended me and my family didn’t even pay attention to us. I even say some kids who don’t look like they work there and were just eating ice cream the whole time. The ice cream tasted like oil and was ever greasy.

Ice cream is expensive and nasty. None of the flavors I had tasted much like anything except sugar. All the flavors have the slightest hint of what they are supposed to and some are just plain gross. Immediately hurt my stomach after as well and left some and noticed it’s a bit oily when melted so that was odd as well. For almost 6$ for a single scoop never coming back here for sure

There are no visible menus and they don’t even offer you the laminated one you have to find it and grab it yourself. Everything is overpriced I suggest driving to a different michoacana where the service is better and so is the food. Never coming back to this place.

Went last night and it was a team full of female workers (not that it matters). This is the first time I ever send in a review on a place but I’ve never left a place feeling so irritated and felt so ignored . Every girl there literally tried to do everything but take my order and all talked about me in Spanish not knowing I understood while giving each other goofy looks when I order something they did not want to make before closing. Even the Lead was giving me the same snarky mean girl attitude and talked to me like I was a child. They all seen our irritation and I do not know why but my order was done and made and we seen the lady set my order on the counter and had me just standing there 5-10 minutes JUST to leave for nothing to come back and hand it to me . The nerve .

Today is 02/28/2026, and I will never go to this location again. The staff was rude and not very aware of the several people in line and were too busy gossiping with each other. And had us all waiting for several minutes. I got so mad I walked out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Price always changes whenever I buy from here lol. Got two cups of 2 scoops & got charged $18+. Everything is overpriced. Don't go to this spot if you're craving ice cream. Not worth the money either! 0/10

The prices are just as gross as their ice cream. My family tried fruity pebbles, chocolate, Cookie Monster and cheesecake. Fruity pebbles tasted like slightly sweetened milk with flavorless fruity pebble chunks. Chocolate tasted like the most faint hint of cocoa powder was added into vanilla ice cream. Cookie Monster just tasted like dye. And cheesecake didn’t taste like cheesecake AT ALL. 9 dollars for two scoops is crazy.
