Attended a bachelor party 8.17.24 server's were friendly and courteous, chef's were entertaining and cooked our food exactly as we ordered! Rolls were visually amazing and delicious!! It's been years since I ate their and they have Greatly improved everything, I'm going there, for Japanese food from now on‼️

After a long work week, this is where I like to be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is karaoke. With the Tipsy (Angie&Lacie) Chics and Scottie, too Hottie. Appetizers are yummy and cold draft beer. Sherry and Alexis, the bartenders are great. If you're looking for a place to have a good time on your birthday, Valentines dates with your other 1/2 or just to relax and enjoy being out. This is the place to be.

Love the new changes at Toris and the menu! My favorite was the deep fried Billie Jean! The Ring of fire is good too as it has a tempura jalapeño on top.

Fun, fun, fun and great food too! What an experience and our cook and waitress were hecka funny too! They are great and made the experience so much more memorable! The hibachi was sooooo much fun and really yummie and fresh! It was a lot of food too! The hibachi comes with soup, salad, fried or steamed rice, veggies, shrimp and your choice of meat(s). Again, our cook and waitress did such a wonderful job too. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone, especially with kiddos to come and enjoy the entertainment and delicious food.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and we opted for sushi. Service was friendly, timely and food was good.

The reservation system needs serious attention. There is no confirmation of phone message reservations which is their only method. Monday evening was pretty crowded. Food quality is average but has been better in the past. The scallops were old and tasted a bit fishy. New York steak was tough and chewy at medium rare. The grill was dirty around the edges with dried leftover food crumbs before and during use. Employees were polite and friendly but busy and sometimes inattentive. Most patrons were celebrating a birthday or other event.

If your having a birthday cake, beware ... when I asked the waitress to bring cake out, she comes back with the cake tied in a grocery bag. Never took it out and put birthday candle on it. Lol some people lol

I was hesitant to go here because I saw reviews saying that the seating was really tight for the hibachi service, but I guess they remodeled recently and seating looked about average for this type of restaurant. The food was okay, the chef was entertaining. But for me, $200 was too pricey for the exchange. I've been to better tepenyaki places where the food was better, you got bigger portions and the chefs were a little more professional... And payed less. But unless you want to drive to Sacramento or Fresno, this place isn't bad.

In short this was my first time back since the ownership/remodel. Ambience was cool and I was impressed with my roll they call the Hungry Hunter, it checked all the boxes for me when it comes to rolls. Between my friend and I it was $70 for two craft beers, two rolls, and tip 👌

Good food, loved the Sushi. Joselin was an excellent waitress. Casual dress, fun chef prepares food in front of you. I would have given 5 Stars instead for 4 if one of the chefs wasn’t so LOUD! He was very distracting to the 9 of us wanting to talk at our table and enjoy our own chef more! I called management and that issue has been solved. BOOM BOOM 🎶🎵🎶

This is honestly a really nice teppanyaki/hibachi spot. I feel like they’re perpetually understaffed because I’ve been here twice and even with a reservation it still takes 10-20 minutes to be seated, but that’s not on the employees though. The staff are super friendly and when you are seated, they’re hustling to get your drinks, take appetizer orders, and your entree orders. The chefs are characters, really funny dudes with funny jokes, catch phrases, and holistic interaction with the whole table. The performance and the flames are all very lively! As for the food? It’s pretty solid, no matter your entree order you’ll get some chopped up zucchini (one will be thrown into each patrons mouth, the rest is cooked), onions, and mushrooms; a veggie fried rice, and your entree all cooked up with a garlic compound butter, soy sauce, and whatever seasoning they have in those metal containers. Pretty solid spot! Also, the margaritas are strong AF (although I don’t really drink like that). They also have live Karaoke.

Torii advertises that if you submit a picture of your food and they choose to use it in the Door Dash app, then they will give you a $3 credit. That is a lie. They will use your picture and claim it as their own to not give credit. Yes their food is good but they use dishonest behavior to get you to order items in hopes for a chance to get a credit. Torii should just be upfront and say they want customers to give free pictures, instead of trying to trick people 🙄

I was expecting a show which we got hardly one at all. My steak was supposed to be a filet mignon, which it definitely was not. I was expecting something better and I was kind of disappointed.

It wasn't Bad but not worth price. 30 dollars a plate better be better then average but it is California. It was lunch, so I would try again for dinner if in the area for Hibachi show.

Service could be better but such a fun environment for dinner with kareoke good drinks and you get to see the hibachi experience. Sushi was beautifully plated

We dined at Torii's to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with a large group. Our chef was entertaining and did a great job. Our waitress wasn't that great. The prices are expensive, but shouldn't be a shock when you get your own chef for a great amount of time. Had a good experience. I did like the old Torii's atmosphere before the remodel better. We had a good time nonetheless, i'd come back.

As she HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Terrible.

The chef was entertaining and very good at keeping the energy up in the room. The waitress, however, was rushing my family and I to order our food every 2 minutes, even though we had just sat down. She even grabbed a menu out of my father’s hand and explained the menu to the rest of us as if we were 5. There was no need for her to do that anyway. She started being nice as soon as we were about to leave so she could get a nice tip, but we weren’t fooled by her character. It was my birthday and thank god the chef and the table in front of us brightened the mood, because the waitress was quite burdening to our night. (P.S. I didn’t have the chance to get the waitresses name, but she was old, had brown hair, and wore reddish lipstick). Go for the hibachi performance tho! I haven’t seen this on the restaurant’s website, but there is an automatic 18% graditude tip applied to your bill if you sit in an area where the hibachi chef cook. We were also taken to a hibachi dining area and not a regular table so this would’ve been nice to know beforehand. Otherwise, the vibe was fine the rest of the night.

I told the waitress in the beginning it was son’s birthday expecting a dessert and song and she said ok I got you, only at the end only to be told that the owner removed that from their menu and no longer allows that. The chef just sang a song for us. We are regular hibachi customers and have been to so many so I was so disappointed and shocked that they don’t do that, so was my son and he super sad. Will not be returning ever again. Also, owner doesn’t run the A/C in there, it was crazy hot.

When she picked up on a Friday night at 8pm you were out of sushi rice and sent her away with all appetizers I had ordered. It became very clear that the difference in treatment was not about being busy, but about discrimination. No one deserves to be treated like that. I would never consider coming back again

First off 3 out of 5 of us ended up sick as dogs (the one thing in common is we ordered chicken) Our “chef” was rude and not entertaining at all, he did ask me if I wanted a sake bomb on the house because it was my birthday and never brought it! Our waitress was non existent besides bringing our food and drinks. By the time our cook was done with the food they turned the music off and were cleaning up as if we were being kicked out and at this point we maybe have been there for 35 minutes max! My daughter brought me a cake and gave to the waitress to serve and sing happy birthday, which NEVER happened, after we asked for to go boxes she brought the cake back in the same container no birthday song no plates no nothing, just handed it to us to take with us and get out! Then we get our bill of $250, which they automatically added a $36 tip to, for literally the worst birthday dinner ever. This was such a sad experience, everything about it from the food, to the drab atmosphere, from the staff. DO NOT GO HERE

Too stupid to turn on the delivery tablets, then repeatedly lied about the eta of the food. Ended up waiting over 50 minutes inside their sweatbox of a restaurant. Thanks for ruining the most important part of my work day.

Very unprofessional I order a to go order for me and my grandma and I told them she was allergic to seafood and they still bought us her plate with shrimp on it 🤬 so I called to see if they could fix she told me there is nothing they can do about it because I left the restaurant already ! Horrible customer service skills and the food wasn’t real hibachi ! The food had absolutely no flavor at all 🤮🤮 a waist of money I highly don’t recommend you to eat here

Epic Fail!!! After waiting for this appetizer for about 35 minutes, this is what we got. And it was barely warm so it sat on the counter for how long??? Our waitress was the bartender too so she didn’t come back for 45 mins which was after we paid the bill for our teas and mussels and were prepared to leave. Multiple waitresses were either standing around in groups talking or when they walked past us, didn’t bother to offer any help. If this is the best they can do, they’re off to a really BAD start!

We were seated and waited over 30 minutes to get our beverage and order taken. 2 hours passed and our waitress never came back to see how we were doing nor to see how much longer for our food. Based upon personal relationships you may be denied services. Please be aware ask the karaoke folks are able to to have services refused. I was discriminated against due to not having a personal friendship and denied service on that basis. The Owner can check the cameras and see that I was isolated, approached and discriminated by his own staff Alexis who also threatened to drag me out when all I did was sit on a stool and ask for a drink. When I tried to contact the business but Sherry informed me that my complaint would not be passed on and not to count on a call back or resolution. I will be contacting the BBB and letting them know of these business practices as it boarders harassment and is clear discrimination.
