What a shame...open for 12 years, tried it for the first time just tonight with a friend, also from the area! We had both off-menu items. What can I say...top quality! Original smoked scamorza from Campania dripping with love, authentic and bold flavors! Plus, the leavening is not trivial! 54 hours. Already digested with coffee! Special mention for the farinata...that "crazy" Pietro grinds the chickpeas himself!!!! It's one of those places where it's worth taking the time to understand what it means to eat pizza. Very small place, but VERY GOOD pizza. Spectacular farinata, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, is a true pizza with typical Neapolitan flavors. I recommend the sausage and broccoli rabe, strictly white, and the buffalo mozzarella. The farinata is definitely worth trying.

I'd heard people were talking about a good farinata, but the product we tasted at this pizzeria was incredible. The crispy exterior and soft interior make it truly excellent. We tried two types of pizza, tegamino and alla pala, both delicious, made with a different type of flour than usual. The place is small and very welcoming, despite its limited seating inside and a closed outdoor terrace. The two girls who served us were excellent and kind. Compliments to the pizza chef for his products. We'll gladly return.

First time here, and I have to say I'll definitely be back. Really good pizza. Both the dough and the ingredients. The beers are also excellent, a rare thing for a pizzeria. Unusual but delicious bitters. In short, a refreshingly unconventional culinary experience. Prices are slightly above average, but this can be justified by the comparable quality. Overall, a pleasant discovery. The only drawback is the suffocating heat generated by the combustion stoves in the outdoor area. But just ask and they'll turn them off.

The tomato sauce is also nice and sweet, not overpowering, and the mozzarella is delicious. A top-notch pizza, in short. Prices are moderately high for the excellent quality of the ingredients. While you wait for your pizza, enjoy a tasty entree with pizza dough, a touch of creamy lard, and some chopped sun-dried, but more like moist, tomatoes. Don't be fooled by appearances; the place is simple but very clean. I highly recommend trying it.

I went for dinner this evening with my partner and son for the first time. Regarding the pizza, I can only say that it's truly excellent, with a high crust and surprisingly soft, very light. The ingredients are definitely top-quality, and in addition to the classic pizzas, there are several others with really successful combinations. We also had the farinata, and that also impressed us positively. I think the price is reasonable for the quality. The only negative, which obviously doesn't detract from my otherwise entirely positive review, is the fact that they don't allow dogs. Unfortunately, we have a small dog at home who, if left alone, barks constantly, causing problems for the neighbors, and this will obviously inevitably limit our future visits.
