After maybe a couple of years, I returned yesterday for lunch with two friends. The food is always excellent, and the staff is super efficient and friendly. The berry crumble dessert is really good, definitely worth a try. The guy at the cash register was very nice.
A typical Bavarian place where you can enjoy excellent beer in classic mugs and savor their delicious dishes. Highly recommended, also for the friendly staff who strive to accommodate customer requests promptly. We'll definitely be back.
This isn't my first time here. I love the atmosphere and the ambiance. The staff is excellent: helpful, kind, and friendly. The food is very good. I'm vegetarian, and there are dishes that suit my diet. I had a great meal. I'll definitely be back again.
The waiters were very friendly, especially Claudio, who looked after us. The service was quick and very friendly, the dishes were very good and tasty, and if you don't finish your plate, they'll even let you take the leftovers home if you request. The only two flaws, in my opinion, are the fries, which could be made in different sizes, so you can experiment with the shapes a bit. They could also use a little more sauce on some dishes, and they could also be a bit more varied. In any case, I recommend it for lunches and dinners, whether alone or with friends.
We were served by Claudio, a very knowledgeable and friendly waiter who clearly knows his stuff. The food was very good; I had a hamburger, which is a truly excellent sandwich. If I may offer a suggestion, it would be great to have a little more sauce. It would also be nice to be able to order different-sized fries.
I recently visited this Wienerhaus and, as always, it was a truly pleasant experience in every way. The food was excellent: tasty, beautifully presented, and made with quality ingredients. I really appreciated the variety on the menu, perfect for those who love traditional Austrian flavors with a modern twist. The mixed grill was very well cooked, accompanied by flavorful and well-balanced side dishes. The chicken was perfectly cooked and just the right amount of spiciness. Kozel beer is always a guarantee. Another strong point was the kindness of the staff. From the moment we entered to the bill, the entire team was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. It's rare to find such attentive and friendly service, which truly makes a difference. In short, a place I will definitely return to and one I recommend to anyone looking for a casual yet refined atmosphere, where you eat well and feel welcome. 👏 Congratulations to all the staff!
The pork cutlet also includes a portion of fries, a seasoned salad, and wiener sauce, priced at €10.50. The chicken cutlet version costs €9.50, also with fries and vegetables. The portion is truly generous, enough to fill a large adult. The meat is cooked just right, not rare. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. The table bill can be split between several Roman-style diners, or per order. Payment can be made by POS.
A cute and quaint place, it opens at 6 pm on Saturdays. The menu is delicious, and the burgers are good. The portions aren't huge, but they're just right. The desserts are decent. The Nutella crepes, however, are cooked beforehand, so they're rubbery and cold when they arrive. The staff is young and friendly.
A typical and welcoming Austrian-style restaurant, it offers traditional dishes and, above all, a decent selection of beers, some of which are lesser-known. It offers a children's menu with burgers and fries. The unpronounceable name of the steak with ham and cheese is a must-try. Fast and efficient service. It's a shame there's no Wi-Fi. Unpopular prices. Recommended.
This is my first time as a customer at this place. Overall, it was a decent evening. The pizza (or pinsa) was of poor quality (not recommended). The "Hamburg" burger was good overall, only the meat was a little dry. The lager beer was flat and the glass warm (which I personally don't like). The only thing I really appreciated was the coffee with liqueur and cream at the end. The wait time was normal given the number of customers. In my opinion, the bill was too expensive for the quality of the food and service. Overall, the place is decent (I only suggest moving the electric hand dryer, which is adjacent to the back of the table where we were sitting, as it blocked conversation every time it was turned on).
Sorry but bad bad. I hadn't waited more than an hour for my order since the 90s. The place is located inside the Moncalieri 45th parallel shopping center. After the bowling game, my friends and I stopped to eat; of all the places present, it was the one with the shortest queue. The place is not very big and if the outdoor area is not open the number of tables is very limited, but nevertheless the time to receive the order was biblical (order taken at 9 pm, food arrived at the table at 10.15 pm). It was not just our problem but of all the tables. The quality of the food is normal (neither infamy nor praise), the quantity is small (small ribs sandwich and a side of a few chips); the price, considering the quantity of food, perhaps a little high but all in all acceptable (sandwich and small beer 14.95 euros). It was my first time in this place, maybe I will return to possibly confirm or modify the review.
Two chicken dishes both not cooked enough..still pink inside
I strongly advise against the pizza. It's €12, dry dough, nonexistent tomato sauce, and three anchovies in oil. I'd remove it from the menu.
Table booked for 20 children and adults. An hour and a half wait for our orders, some items were cold and left behind. Some sandwiches had burnt bases. When we asked for an explanation, no explanation was given, I imagine it's always like this. It's a shame because overall, the place is nice and the dishes look inviting!!!
I'm not saying I come here often, but punctually, nothing ever changes. The service leaves much to be desired; there's a long wait for dishes that should be out in 20 minutes maximum. The place itself is also nice, the food isn't bad at all, especially some of the dishes, but you'll lose the desire to go if you go for a quick two-course meal before watching a movie and then find yourself rushing to eat in the last half hour because either the dishes don't arrive or only half the number of diners arrive. You'll lose the desire to go if you see the waiters helplessly wandering around the (not even particularly crowded) dining room, waiting for the kitchen to bring out some dishes. Those in charge should do something about it, because it's truly a shame.
Terrible service, with raw parmigiana and couscous that was a Pontiglia. Not to mention the wait...the dishes didn't even arrive with the person I was with...as they say...someone eats first, some eats later. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would have eaten better at McDonald's. Bye bye, I'll never go there again.
Went there for lunch, so we expect to be fast Even if there was not a lot of client it was too slow : 1 hour and 15 minutes for 1 main dish and 1 coffee
I was honestly disappointed. A very kind girl greeted us in front of the restaurant and offered us a beer, obviously to promote a product that, if purchased inside during lunch, would have been entitled to a free gadget. This did not happen because after consuming the product they told us that the gadgets were sold out. I ordered appetizers without sauce and they arrived instead with, an oversight that unfortunately these days cannot be allowed due to various food intolerance problems. I simply ordered a breaded cutlet and the wait was an hour, I asked for bread and it was not served. The staff was very hasty and did not pay attention, lack of spices on the table (salt, pepper, oil). At the cashier they asked to pay by card and without even asking if everything was okay and without apologizing for not having offered a service as planned or as advertised because in these cases they try to apply discounts on the final bill. I recommend having more staff to better manage the service.
