Picosso Cocina Pop

Restaurante de cocina popular (botanas, hamburguesas, sandwiches, etc) con opciones poco usuales y creativas. Tiene un menú amplio en opciones y costos algo elevados en comparación a opciones similares, pero su variedad de platillos y sazón son muy buenos. Tome en cuenta que las porciones suelen ser muy grandes.

Buen lugar, solo muy tardado en servir, pero la comida muy rica, ambiente fresco, juvenil, si mejoran la rapidez en atención sería estupendo!

Excelente comida, solo hay que tener en cuenta el tiempo que tarda los pedidos que son al rededor de 50 minutos

Everything was delicious. It just took almost an hour to serve me. There weren't many people, which made me wonder why it took so long to serve me and my two companions. The prices were good, as it was worth the wait. The bacon taco was delicious.

I love the food and the clamatos, but most of the time the service leaves a lot to be desired. I've left more than once after seeing that they haven't served me after 20 minutes or more of arriving, but I come back because I like the bad life, haha, and I love the botanas. The last 3 or 4 times I've ordered the Botana Pansona and the 2 clamatos, and I always ask them to change the mushrooms because I don't like them, and they always say yes and that they'll just add more potatoes. Well, they never do it and they forget. It's not a big deal, but when it happens more than twice, it's kind of annoying, but oh well, I'll keep going because I love the food there.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. From the start, the service was poor. The food arrived late: one person was served first, and the other arrived much later, making it impossible for us to enjoy the meal together. Furthermore, the lemonade had so much honey in it that it was the only thing you could taste—completely unbalanced. To top it all off, the wait was excessive, and there was no apology or attempt at compensation from the staff. I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it. There are many other places with better service and more respect for the customer.

The atmosphere was incredibly heavy, the service was terrible, the dishes were poorly made and served out of sync with the other people at the table; it's nothing like the Picosso it used to be.

Super small portions for a high price. They don't know their own menu. Items were missing from the order. The seasoning is very good, but it's not worth it.

I went there on Saturday, and it was rather disappointing. I ordered a large appetizer platter, and the cheese sticks were already cold, the Buffalo sauce was cold, so the chicken and shrimp got cold too. One of the jalapeños was cold and the other was hot, as were the mushrooms. The only things that were somewhat lukewarm were the crispy chicken and the fries.

Pésimo servicio. Pedimos para llevar y nos dijeron que en una hora y media llegaban, se tardaron mas de dos horas y media y cuando hablamos para saber por donde venía el repartidor la joven que contesta el teléfono se porto muy grosera e incluso nos colgó.

Dure 10 min. Para que alguien me atendiera por qué se escuchaban que platicaban a un lado, me pare al baño para que me vieran y aún que me vieron se tardaron aún así como 5 min. Más, la verdad si algo deseocuonante por qué era buen lugar

They changed the portion sizes; now you get less for the same price. In this case, I bought boneless wings. Before, they were a good size, but now they're too small, and the portion of fries is the same. The mango habanero sauce isn't that good, and I even got a burnt boneless wing. (In other places, they give a larger portion for the same price as here.)
