La VDD estaban mucho mejor antes, han decaído en cuestión de ingredientes el trato del personal muy bien. Solo que poco a poco han ido quitando ingredientes que daban muy buen sabor

El sabor es muy bueno y creo que pueden mejorar en el servicio y la atención, muy lento el servicio de ventanilla, lo que hace lento el movimiento vehicular aún para salir del lugar

The service provided by the staff at the Monclova, Coahuila location on the morning shift today, June 20, 2025, was terrible. They treated me rudely, even though it was 9:10 AM and I called them from outside to ask what time they would open. They told me they were coming, even though the hours were 9:00 AM. Then, while they were preparing my order, they told me they didn't have the complete menu yet; for example, they hadn't even chopped onions, bell peppers, or seasonings, etc. I will be a regular customer, and I've never had this experience before.
