We ate here a couple of times based on the great food, friendly service and atmosphere. They were very helpful with identifying gluten free meals including several pasta dishes they could prepare. The service is so quick we with just 5-10 minutes after ordering the meals were on the table!

Delicious food! Good service, and the olive oil was the best I've tasted in Italy over the last 4 days. We sat on the sidewalk which is a nice authentic experience but a bit too crowded for my taste.

We dropped by one night because the place we planned to go to was not open. Serendipitous for sure. Family run and very friendly. Food came out quickly but was clearly cooked to order. We returned with a party of 6 for the next three nights. The highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice meal from wonderful people.

A gem in Moneglia with delicious food!! The salmon pasta and the pesto gnocchi were amazing. We also had delicious sparkling local wine. In addition, the staff is welcoming and helpful.

Incredibly hospitable family. Very accommodating for my friend who was a coeliac. They had gluten free pasta. Very cheap prices. Food came out piping hot. They let us sit and drink until 11:30pm and we even got free limoncello. Very good customer service.

Had the absolute pleasure of eating two meals at this amazing restaurant in Moneglia (east of Genoa, Italy). I was alone on the first occasion but was so impressed with the quality of the food... and the price, that I went there again the next day (Sept 19) with two friends and they were just as impressed. The restaurant is across the road from a beautiful beach and the staff were attentive and friendly. The bream I had on the first evening was a dream - fresh, tender and beautifully grilled. In typical Italian style, they treat their ingredients with such respect. I sat outside because it was very warm, but the restaurant interior is gorgeous. There is plenty of parking close to the restaurant and quite a few interesting little shops where you can source local produce and keepsakes (not junk). The town itself, is quaint and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this restaurant and this area, for a family holiday.

Il servizzio era gentile e l'atmosfera bella e buono per i turisti perché è centrale e il servizzio parla pure altre lingue come inglese e francese. Il nostro cibo era buono. Abbiamo preso trofie al pesto, spaghetti carbonara e due lasagne, porzioni abbondanti.

Ristorante attaccato al mare pieno di turisti. La proposta del menù è varia e spazia dalle classiche pietanze italiane e mediterranee più famose a quelle più tipiche regionali, dove ho riscontrato una miglior qualità dei prodotti. Davvero ottime le trofie al pesto e il tiramisù. Ristorante a conduzione familiare, si vede che c'è molta intesa e molta confidenza col cliente, specialmente col turista straniero, che rappresenta una fetta importante. Ti accolgono anche senza prenotazione, basta aspettare che si liberi un tavolo e riapparecchiano subito. I prezzi sono abbastanza alti (mai eccessivi) per la proposta, ma è normale vista la location e il target turistico che il locale si propone di raggiungere.

Il personale è accogliente e disponibile rendendo il servizio davvero ottimo e veloce. Il prezzo è equilibrato alla quantità e qualità dei piatti e con il caffè ci sono stati offerti dei biscotti fatti in casa molto buoni. Ho trovato le trofie al pesto meno saporite di quanto mi aspettassi, per questo in totale lascio 4 stelle.

È uno dei pochi posti a Moneglia dove ti trovano una sistemazione anche se non hai prenotato, non lasciano scappare ai clienti. Restaurante (conduzione familiare) emblematico di Moneglia, di tradizione culinaria ligure, si mangia bene e i prezzi dei piatti sono nella media. Proprietari accoglienti, gentili e servizio professionale.

Food was really good and reasonably priced. But other charges were unexpectedly high and made it a pretty expensive lunch for what it is. A starter, 2 pastas, 2 drinks, 2 coffees and a dessert ended up being 92 euros.

Ottima accoglienza. Purtroppo delusione nel cibo, cozze servite alla velocità della luce e ahimè tenute in caldo da diventare dure... Perlopiù poco saporite. Polpo alla ligure... Piccolo piatto non male ma non rapportato al costo. Spaghetto sottilissimo ( si usavano qualche anno fa!) pasta per niente mantecata e saporita, quindi nessuna emozione percepita. il fritto di totani buono ma non buonissimo. Tirando le somme, non tornerei.

Andati una sera di Pasqua, preso un antipasto misto mare , 2 primi tutto sommato buono anche se il pesce non era fresco ma congelato, accompagnato dal vino della casa accettabile. Personale cordiale e servizievole, location molto carina, nota di merito che non tutti i ristoranti fanno (anzi) ti riportano pane e focaccia più volte. Qualità/prezzo un po’ caro.

The place is nice and the staff are lovely. We had fried calamari and seafood ravioli. The calamari was average but not bad. The ravioli was very nice but didn't taste much like seafood. We did get complimentary biscuits which was good. Overall a nice but unmemorable experience.

Locale sul viale principale di Moneglia, però pietanze servite in tempi ultra veloci nemmeno il tempo di cottura della pasta, spaghetti sottilissimi e ultra conditi, molto turistico consiglio a tedeschi o inglesi...ma non a chi conosce la cucina italiana 🇮🇹 Coperto due ore è nella media, porzioni non abbondanti..

Too expensive for the quality and quantity of the food you get (empty your pockets or stay hungry). The staff was fake smilingly stressed, tbe atmosphere touristically awkward. Bad value for money

purtroppo cibo deludente, sconsiglio!! noi abbiamo preso: le cozze alla marinara (insipide, erano nell’acqua calda con un po’ di prezzemolo), polpo con patate (una patata divisa in 8 pezzi con 6 pezzettini di un tentacolo e qualche olivetta, prezzo esagerato per quello che ci è stato servito), pasta alle vongole e fritto misto (dalla foto potete capire che metà piatto è occupato dalle patatine fritte, i calamari gommosi). Si salva solo il vino della casa e l’olio d’oliva.

Grande delusione: cucina pesante, piatti eccessivamente unti, cuoco incapace. Abbiamo ordinato un'orata alla griglia, presentataci come una meraviglia dalla titolare, era tutt'altro che un pesce grigliato. Nonostante il servizio fosse cortese, l'esperienza non é da ripetere.

Evidentemente non è il mio posto. Sabato 29 novembre Arrivo, mi fanno accomodare, nella terrazza che è aperta solo per la porta d' ingresso, quindi è da considerare locale al chiuso, ma evidentemente chi mi ha accolto non lo sa. Non mi porta la carta, il menù viene detto a voce, quindi i prezzi boh, sono da immaginare, i piatti concordati al volo col banco, va bene, pazienza, basta mangiare qualcosa. Vado in bagno, torno, e a due metri da me, nel frattempo un signore ha acceso la sigaretta. Mi alzo e chiedo, gentilmente, al signore che mi ha elencato il menu, se può fare notare al signore che in un luogo così non si deve fumare, ci sono i tavoli all' aperto e lui non è all' aperto. Mi risponde che sfondo una porta aperta ma che non può dirglielo perché se vuole può fumare. Ok allora io vado via Mi fa notare che ha ' messo su ' il branzino. Potrei farle notare che ha sbagliato in diversi punti, ma tanto cambia poco Mi alzo e me ne vado Questa è la mia esperienza

A marzo 2025, a cena ci hanno proposto di assaggiare i rossetti (pesciolini piccolissimi e quasi trasparenti) perché marzo è stagione. La delusione è stata forte nel ricevere delle frittelle praticamente di sola pastella… con contenuto omeopatico di rossetti. Buono invece il minestrone alla ligure, con pesto sul fondo del piatto. Nel complesso una esperienza piuttosto deludente

DO NOT EAT HERE! When we were looking at the menu outside of the restaurant, a waiter immediately set us down at a table. We sat down and i put my bag on the table to get to the chair, a lady came and told me to put my bag on the chair next to me. Ofcourse this was already my intention but i did not even get the chance to fully sit down or i was told by this waitress in a rather rude way. Then we ordered our food. The parmaham with melon was okay. As a main dish we both had seafood. I had risotto with seafood and my boyfriend ordered the fried "local" seafood. Let me tell you. This restaurant puts a shame to anything you would call authentic italian cuisine. And when the food arrived within minutes of ordering, we realized we walked into a tourist trap. My risotto laid in a pool of oil, i was biting on shells which was not only unpleasant but also dangerous. My boyfriend had some fried shrimps that still had the shell on them so he couldn't even eat them?? (they had gotten so hard peeling was not even possible) Overall it was a very bad experience and it became even worse when i woke up in the middle of the night sick, and everything came out the way it went in... So please take my advice and do not eat here!!

A real disappointment. The staff were so forced and the whole service was ridiculous. After ordering, we received the food within a few minutes. We also noticed that all guests around us got their food instantly. It was clear that they just wanted to push through as many guests as possible. The milanese was a ready made pattio which is totally not OK, the Vongole was really tasty but the whole experience was a disaster.
