I usually go to this Kentucky because it's the closest to my house and I appreciate the service they sometimes get, even though they're sometimes very busy. The food is very good, but they should add more hot sauce and ketchup to the orders.

The essential thing for kids is playing games and being able to divide their time and enjoy fast food 😉 This time we celebrated my little one's birthday 🎈 and although they wouldn't let us decorate with balloons because of a lady who apparently caused trouble at a previous event 😏🥲, it didn't stop us from creating our festive atmosphere and having a good time ☺️💓 I would only add coffee service for us adults 😋🤭🫠

One of the newest branches to open in Querétaro, its location in a shopping center means parking isn't a problem. During peak hours, it gets quite busy, and service can be a bit slow. They also offer drive-thru service. The place is very spacious, and I've always found it clean.

Fui al lugar y solo quería un puré y ensalada grandes, me dieron dos pequeños de cada cosa,la chica me dijo que era lo mismo en porción, cuando llegue a mi trabajo y los abrí no era la porción, ni de chiste es lo mismo no volveré ahí, roban

Pésimo servicio. De entrada solo una caja; no nos pudieron cobrar todo con dos tarjetas, nunca cargo efectivo y eramos varios para el pago. En segunda solo me faltaba dar $7.00 en efectivo y no me quisieron dar el ticket hasta que se los diera, como si me fuera a ir sin mi comida por $7.00; despues pido si me pueden dar mayonesa y que no tienen, les dije que entonces aderezo para la parte de pan que no le ponen y que no porque era ya la medida, como si eso mermara en sus insumos, no me ofrecieron nada mas ni servilletas ni cubiertos ni otra opción. Quise pedir un sundae y que no tenian postres porque no servia la maquina; que si queria postre puro pay y papas. Solo el lugar está esta bien en cuanto a limpieza, de ahí en fuera no vuelvo a venir. Recien abrieron la plaza donde se encuentran que es la que me queda más cerca de casa pero así prefiero irme a otro lugar.

Today, December 24th, I ordered some chicken strips: 6 pieces of BBQ and one piece of hot. When I got home, I saw that the hot strips hadn't been topped with anything, and the BBQ ones were also completely bare. You pay for food, and this is a total rip-off! 😡😡 I'm going to make a scene and expose them at their restaurant. This isn't right! 😡

This is the second time I've been to this branch, and the manager's incompetence is unbelievable. Alma, apparently her name, is clearly incompetent. If they're short-staffed, I don't know why they don't hire more people. It's incredible that the employees are overwhelmed and the manager is just standing there doing nothing. It's outrageous to see this. Everyone is in the same position, and yet someone acts superior. Her attitude is so despotic.

I hope they can invest in training and empowerment. The employees are upset with their jobs, they have a bad vibe about the food, they serve you terribly, and the essence of the KFC chain as such does not exist in this branch. Cheer up, guys. I know you'll end up "badly," annoyed, but if this isn't the right job for you, get out of there, flee, don't ruin family time. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Never in my life have I felt so angry at a fast-food restaurant, which is anything but fast. The staff is incredibly inefficient, inattentive, and disrespectful. It's unbelievable that I had to wait over an hour and 20 minutes for a 10-piece container and some sides. The staff is incredibly disrespectful, even mocking the anger one can throw at someone; and to top it all off, the food is cold and poorly packaged. I will never return to this dreadful branch.

Yesterday I ordered two combos and a liter of ice cream, and only the combos arrived. When I tried to speak to the restaurant, they never answered. This isn't the first time this has happened.

This guys take too long for delivery services like UberEATS, talking with each other, on the phone texting and they know nothing about express service at all. I do not recommend it.
