Very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good chat and a healthy, filling meal. Breakfast served anytime from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Martins offers a variety of breakfast options (see the "Gran Mañana" section of the menu), including a Northern Breakfast, Jumbo Breakfast, Ranchero Executive Breakfast, and more, ranging from $139 to $167 pesos. The tortillas are served warm, and the breakfast is very fresh. A complimentary orange juice or fruit is included with every breakfast; your choice is yours. There are many other menu options; please refer to the photos. You'll find pancakes, enchiladas, chilaquiles, tacos, sincronizadas, machacado con huevo (dried beef with egg), soups, consommé, caldo tlalpeño (a type of soup), and entomatadas, all served with delicious salsa. They also offer desserts that can be paired with milkshakes or coffees of your choice, such as frappuccino, cappuccino, Americano, espresso, and others. The service is fast, friendly, attentive, and very hygienic. The establishment has implemented all necessary COVID-19 prevention measures, including a disinfectant mat and hand sanitizer upon entry. Acrylic screens are installed at each table to provide protection and ensure proper social distancing. Wi-Fi is available. There is approximately 15 private parking spaces.

I first visited Martin's in 1994. Back then Monterrey was a different place. Today 25 years later, Martin's continues to serve the freshest ingredients in a comfortable coffee house environment. Servers are very hospitable, reasonably priced comfort foods with a large kids zone that even has board games for older children. It is nice to see a local company that stands the test of time, by keeping true to their tradition of simple recipes executed with quality.

El servicio fue muy bueno, los molletes estaban deliciosos y el café americano. Te dejan platicar muy agusto, recomendable para ir comer o cenar, también tiene muchos cajones de estacionamiento.

The whole place smells so good! Like coffee, vanilla and cinnamon, it was quiet during the time we stayed there. No noises from outside. It was pleasant.

Standard prices. Place is comfortable and look clean. Restrooms could be cleaner. The menu is assorted and have Mexican and other food styles like burgers and pasta among others.

El ambiente en Martins es agradable, aunque durante nuestra visita el aire acondicionado no enfriaba adecuadamente, lo cual restó comodidad a la estancia. En cuanto a la comida, la ejecución fue muy buena: el pollo parmesano estaba bien sazonado y con una textura crujiente excelente; las papas en gajo fueron lo mejor de la mesa por su sabor y consistencia. Sin embargo, la experiencia flaqueó en la bebida y el costo. El agua de naranja estaba sumamente diluida y con un exceso de endulzante que la hacía difícil de disfrutar. Considerando que es un lugar con precios por encima del promedio, se esperaría un mejor control de calidad en los insumos básicos y en el mantenimiento del clima. Es una opción aceptable, pero la relación calidad-precio podría ser mejor.

En cuestion de protocolo de sanidad bien, en cuestion de servicio regular Pedimos unas papas al centro con queso y mas queso, sorpresa no nos llevaron platos para comerlas Hay personal joven y no piensan q hay q llevar platos para comer Los caldos y sopas estan pasados de sal 😬

Comida aceptable. Servicio deficiente, pocas meseras para atender muchas mesas.

Probé la tampiqueña pero no tiene sazón, no la recomiendo, el café y chocolate están bien, el pan dulce que manejan esta muy masudo, la atención es buena en general.

Walked over from the hotel nextdoor. Waiter and waitress were very polite despite being a party of 10 & having changed our menu choices sever times. The food was good and biscuits were delicious and soft. Everyone was pleased with their dish. I gave it 3 stars because the drinks and food took about 45 mins to be served.

La mesera fue muy atenta, la comida da mucho a desear. Las salsas no son buenas y el huevo con tocino tampoco.

Ya no tienen el servicio de antes, de inicio ya no ponen totopos salsa y pan, le pregunte a la mesera que que adicionales tenia los tacos de rib eye que costaban 215 y me dijo la mesera que sólo frijoles y se me hizo caro para traer 3 taquitos y solo frijol y ya trallendo el plato cheque la pagina con servicio a domicilio y decia que incluia papas y le dije a la mesera y dijo "ah si es cierto dejadeja lo pido" la verdad la comida, variedad y sabor deja mucho que desear, el red velvet ni lo probe, lo regrese porque se veia como muy viejo.

We went there just for the kids' area. I ordered an orange juice, which arrived sour and foamy, and a pozole with a peculiar flavor; it seemed to be made with chili powder (like Tajín), and it wasn't cheap. I got a stomach bug.

Horrible place. The worst I have been in Monterey. People from TX, please don't go to this place. Not even a parking lot.

Awful. The worst cafeteria. God! I don't understand how people go there for breakfast. We ended up there by mistake, and well, what a huge disappointment. Everything was dirty, the food was terrible, cold, and rushed because they kept pressuring us that they were going to get rid of the buffet. The bathroom... please, I would have been better off going back home to use it. And on top of that, it was ridiculously expensive. I won't even mention the service; it just makes me angrier. A terrible experience.
