Andrew a great job handling the line and lunch rush by himself might I add. Wow! I wish this man plenty success in life. Short staff or no staff is very hard and he kept composure and friendliness. Phenomenal
My boyfriend wanted to try the smasher. I am so impressed I've never seen a burger be so well put together I don't know who made it but you can tell you love your job and he said it was delicious!
I am from Georgia and we don't have Jack in the Box. I grew up in Arizona and Jack in the Box tacos were are drunk food of choice! Nice memories!
We went there for lunch on Christmas day. It was one of the very few places open. I got the Ultimate Cheeseburger, and my wife had tacos. It was very good for fast food. The place was clean and the staff was very nice. They appeared to be fully staffed, and the food came out quickly and hot.
Food was soggy— the burger was soggy and the fries tasted old. One of the burgers literally smelled like coffee beans. There’s no reason a bacon burger should smell like vanilla coffee beans. The other burger was soggy and poor quality.
Had no problems at the drive thru service was great. Unfortunately the food did not meet the expectations that I have come to see from jack in the box after ordering a monster mozzarella stick I took one bite and noticed there was no cheese in my cheese stick 😢 I hope this review will help to teach and remind staff to check food during the preparation process before cooking and giving food to the customer. Thank you for the great service looking forward to seeing improvement on the product
Restaurant smells terrible like pee and sewage. I HAVE to ask for napkins, they don't just give them out. I got an unsweetened tea on August 9th and it was spoiled, could not drink it. By far the worst jack I've been to.
Do not go here. The wait times are atrocious, the staff is rude, and they'll screw up your order every time. We went in because my VERY pregnant wife wanted a Oreo Shake and some Loaded Tiny Tacos. This was about 12:30 at night that we arrived, but pregnancy cravings, ya know? Anyway, we were the only car in line. Wait was 25 mins. Woman working the drive thru was extremely rude and cutting me off as I tried to order. I get it, I'm that guy at the last minute, but still. Apparently the shake machine was down. Now seeing as it was close to closing time I figured it was down for cleaning - no biggie, the wife is heartbroken but hey, at least she has her tacos. Well, we get home, and this is what her "Loaded" tiny tacos looked like. I get mistakes, but there is NO EXCUSE for the rude, horrible service we got. So, don't go here. Drive to the one farther in Conroe. At least you'll get good service.
I was doing an Uber eats pick up and it took me 13 minutes to get there for my next order and they said it just came thru. Then I waited an extra 25 minutes for my customers food. Others who had arrived after me also got their food before me. Then one girl working didn't know how to help a customer when they wanted a diet drink. Didn't offer a refund or anything. Just kept asking what the customer wanted. 😅 seemed like a bunch of young kids...
yall need to be eradicated for completely getting rid of sweet n sour sauce 4 the EGG ROLLS!!
We walked out after waiting too long to be served. We were not greeted by one guy who clearly saw us and spoke to his coworker in Spanish instead of acknowledging us. Perhaps it was short a staffing issues, but regardless, customers do not need to be treated like they're nonexistent -- especially when we were the only people in the store.
The lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Told us we were rushing her since we came in at the time our order was ready and the slams it on the counter when it was completed 4 minutes after order time. No biggie for me, but freaking ruuuuude of her.
Went through the drive thru on 12/25/25 at 11pm. I had to say hello 6 times before someone actually answered me. I was told at intercom they were completely out of food, that they didn’t have anything left. I had to continue forward because there was a car behind me. As I’m waiting to exit, the car in front of me was handed 3 big bags of food and 3 drinks. This shocked me since I was just informed they were completely out of food. I pulled up to the window and I asked the lady, “I thought yall were out of food? That car just got food.” Her reply, “…they ordered from the mobile app.” Excuse me, What??? So you’re taking mobile app orders but not drive-thru orders?? Then why didn’t you say that at the intercom? Why not address that when we first pulled up to the intercom with, “The only way we’re accepting orders for food is from the app.” Instead your employee ignored me and lied to my face while I’m over here trying to feed my family of 4. I appreciate your customer service. I’m glad my business does not use these same customer service skills or interactions. I would not recommend going here even if it’s the only establishment open on Christmas Day.
Ordered online for pickup at 8:14pm Arrived at 8:10pm. Didn't receive order till 8:46pm. Then, got home with order only to discover it was not our complete order. Called the Montgomery location to once again be disappointed bc no one answered abs was sent to voicemail. Wasn't about to go back up there to have to wait around another 1/2 hour. If service could be rated a zero that's what it deserved tonight for sure.
The service was absolutely terrible. We ordered hamburgers, and when we received them, one was missing from the order. The taste was awful, and the guys working the night shift clearly had no interest in their jobs; they did everything wrong. Therefore, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone so they don't have the same experience we did.
I got a Santa Fe salad crispy chicken was put on there not fresh. It was hard as a rock nasty. I gave the chicken to my dogs and they treated like it was a chew toy. It was so hard. I got the Santa Fe salads in the past probably a couple years ago and they were good they cooked the chicken fresh and it was separate and you got hot chicken and then you got the cheese and and Other stuff where you could put it on yourself and I got it for a while and then I got one that wasn’t very good so I stopped getting it for a while so I tried it again. It’s even worse than the last bad one. I will never get anything from Jack-in-the-Box again
3/27/25 I placed a mobile order at 5am and didn’t get my food til 6am. Idk why the store and app said open at 5 if nobody was gonna show up til 6. I had to wait because there is no cancellation button in the app. I would’ve been S.O.L. if I didn’t have time or live in the area. The food was ok but after waiting an hour…I really just wanted my money back. Unfortunately they couldn’t or didn’t know how to. Idk if this is an app problem or a store problem but Jack in the Box need to get it together. 5/14/2025 - UPDATE for today’s episode (1st review was 2 months ago) Currently sitting here ordered again @6am it’s currently 6:30am. Doors locked, lights off, employees not answering drive thru or window. Placed a mobile order and stuck with no food & no response. Just driving away this morning empty handed and honestly feeling robbed and disappointed yet again. This store sucks. Only time it functions well is when it’s the weekends (overnights) when the guy in the red truck/tan suburban/or dodge challenger is working. Video/Pics attached as well
One of the employees there was very rude and hostile towards me and my son for a comment my son made in regards to the paper towel dispenser not functioning. It was almost as though said employee was getting compensation for correcting others opinions on a paper towel machine. So badly he was within two feet of my face to ask me “what I was on” to which I asked what that meant and he said what’s my problem. So I told him my issue. Juan is the manager who is in charge I was told he would be reaching out.
It was terrible!! My first time trying jack in the box & my experience was awful. I asked them for cheese sauce for my tacos & that’s the photo I posted ( the rest of the cheese is in the brown bag they just threw it in ) on top of that I had to pay for food that I did not enjoy & did not receive. I told them NO mustard & it’s almost like I got EXTRA mustard of my burger & I didn’t receive my churros. After telling them I didn’t receive my churros he literally was hiding on the side of the window waiting for us to leave like we didn’t just tell them we didn’t get what we asked for after showing them the receipt. I wouldn’t even want to ask for my money back because it’s not worth listening to his disgusting attitude. Who ever was handling my order clearly shouldn’t have a job at ALL.
